4. Secure the mounting plate to the junction box using the screws provided with the junction box.

NOTE: The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out.
5. Choose the number of rods suitable for your application. Thread the xture wire through the rods,swivel and canopy.Connect the xture
MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1)
PREPARATION
1. Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and remove existing xture,including the crossbar.
2. Carefully unpack your new xture and lay out all the parts on a clear area.Be careful not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.
7. Twist the glass in to the xture and tighten it with allen screw (E) using allan wrench (D).
Note:Caulk the allen screw using silicone for wet location.

8. Secure the xture to the mounting plate using the mounting
screw (B) and the rubber gasket (C).
9. For slope ceiling applications, rotate swivel at the top of the
stem to ensure luminaire is aiming down (Fig.3).
10. To prevent moisture from entering the outlet box and causing
a short, use clear caulking (i.e. indoor/outdoor silicone sealant)
to outline the outside of xture back plate (Fig.4).

3. Remove the mounting screw (B) and the rubber gasket (C) from the backplate.
6. Connect the xture’s input wires to junction box wires as shown (FIG.2) Make sure that all wire connectors (A) are secue. lf your outlet box
has a green or bare copper ground wire, connect the xture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect xture’s ground wire directly to the back
plate using the green screw provided. After wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the junction box.
