Durch die Aufschraubblenden wird einerseits der Abtastbereich kleiner (Ø = 0,4 mm) und andererseits
der Abstrahl- und Empfangswinkel verkleinert.
Das bietet Vorteile bei:
- hohen Ansprüchen an die Positioniergenauigkeit.
- hohen Ansprüchen an die Parallelpositionierbarkeit von Sensorpaaren.
- der Abtastung von teildurchlässigen (fast transparenten) Objekten.

Schrauben Sie die Aufschraubblende (A) bis zum Anschlag auf den
Tastkopf (B) des Lichtleiters. Kontern Sie die Blende mit der
Sechskantmutter aus dem Befestigungssatz des Lichtleiters.
Bei kritischen Applikationen kann ein Befestigen der Aufschraubblende
im größerem Abstand zum Lichtleiter nützlich sein.
Using the masks reduces the sensing area (Ø = 0.4 mm) as well as the transmission and reception angle.
This provides advantages with:
- high demands on positioning accuracy.
- high demands on the parallel positioning of sensor pairs.
- the detection of partly transparent (almost transparent) objects.
- shiny and diffuse reflecting environments.
Les diaphragmes réduisent la zone de détection (Ø = 0,4 mm) ainsi que l’angle d’émission et de réception.
Ceci présente des avantages en cas de:
- grandes exigences sur la précision de positionnement.
-grandes exigences sur le positionnement en parallèle de barrages fibres optiques.
- détection d'objets partiellement transparents.
- environnement réfléchissant.
Screw the mask (A) until it comes to the end of the sensing head (B) of
the fibre optic. Tighten the mask with the hexagon nut from the fixing
set of the fibre optics.
For critical applications attaching the mask at a longer distance to the
fibre optic can be useful.
Visser le diaphragme (A) jusqu'à la butée de la tête de détection (B) de
la fibre optique. Fixer le diaphragme avec l'écrou hexagonal fourni dans
le kit de fixation de la fibre optique.
En cas d'applications délicates la fixation du diaphragme à une distance
plus grande par rapport à la fibre optique peut être utile.
