• Branchez toujours votre fer à boucler sur

une prise secteur facilement accessible.

• Lorsque le fer à boucler est utilisé dans la

salle de bain, débranchez-le après usage

car la proximité de l’eau peut présenter un

danger même lorsque le fer à boucler est

éteint.

Pour assurer une protection

supplémentaire, il est préconisé de

sécuriser le circuit électrique alimentant la

salle de bain avec un dispositif à courant

différentiel résiduel n’excédant pas 30 mA.

Si le cordon d’alimentation est

• Lorsque vous débranchez le câble

Attention :

• Le fer à boucler chauffe rapidement. Nous vous conseillons de le mettre

uniquement en fonctionnement au moment de l’utilisation.

• Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, n’appliquez pas de laque ou d’autres produits de soin

capillaire chimiques, ceux-ci étant légèrement inﬂammables.

• Lors de la première utilisation, il est possible que vous perceviez une odeur

particulière : ceci est fréquent et disparaîtra dès la prochaine utilisation.

1. Démêlez vos cheveux, préalablement lavés et séchés.

2. Branchez l’appareil et allumez-le en poussant l'interrupteur marche/arrêt (ON/

OFF) sur la position « ON » (marche). L'écran LCD s'allume et la mention 150°

clignote.

3. Appuyez sur les boutons + ou - pour sélectionner la température selon la nature

de vos cheveux :

130°C - 140°C - 150°C Cheveux ﬁns, décolorés et/ou sensibilisés

160°C - 170°C - 180°C Cheveux normaux ou colorés

190°C - 200°C Cheveux épais

4. Appuyez sur le bouton TIME et sélectionnez la durée du cycle de chauffe selon

l’effet souhaité. Pour des boucles légères, choisissez la durée minimale (5s).

Pour des boucles plus serrées, choisissez la durée maximale (10s).

5. Appuyez sur les boutons + ou - pendant 2 secondes pour verrouiller à la fois la

température et la durée sélectionnées. Pour déverrouiller et modiﬁer la température

ou la durée, maintenez pendant 2 secondes les boutons ou +ou -.

6. Lorsque la température à l'écran cesse de clignoter, l’appareil est prêt à l’emploi.

7. Avec un peigne, séparez vos cheveux en mèches d’environ 4 cm de large. Ne

placez pas de mèches de cheveux trop épaisses dans le fer.

8. Enroulez les mèches une par une en pinçant la pointe de la mèche pour l'enrouler

jusqu'à la longueur souhaitée.

9. Appuyez sur la touche pour débuter le cycle de chauffe : un signal sonore

retentit au début du cycle. Deux signaux sonores marquent la ﬁn du cycle.

10. Pendant le cycle de chauffe, maintenez la mèche enroulée quelques secondes

à l’aide de la pince avant de la dérouler. Une fois le cycle de chauffe terminé,

appuyez sur la pince pour l'ouvrir et libérer la mèche. La manipulation est plus

facile en maintenant l’appareil avec l’autre main grâce à l’embout thermo isolant.

11. Si vous devez poser le fer quelques instants ou pour laisser refroidir le fer en

ﬁn d’utilisation, dépliez le repose-fer. Vous pouvez également poser le fer sur la

pochette thermo isolante.

Note : Vous pouvez même lisser une mèche déjà bouclée en la pinçant à la racine

à nouveau et en faisant glisser l’appareil doucement et avec soin jusqu’au bout

de la mèche.

12. Après utilisation, poussez l'interrupteur marche/arrêt (ON/OFF) sur la position

« OFF » (arrêt). L'écran de l'appareil s’éteint. Débranchez l’appareil et laissez-le

refroidir complètement avant de la ranger dans sa pochette thermo isolante.

13. Si l’appareil est allumé pendant plus de 60 minutes en continu sans action sur

les boutons TIME ou "+/-", celui-ci s’arrête automatiquement.

nettoyage et entretien

• Attention : débranchez l’appareil et laissez-

le refroidir complètement sur une surface

résistante à la chaleur avant de procéder à

son nettoyage.

• N'immergez pas le fer à boucler ni son cordon

d'alimentation dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide.

• N’utilisez jamais d’alcool pour nettoyer votre appareil.

• Nettoyez le corps de l'appareil et les plaques régulièrement avec un chiffon doux

légèrement humide et séchez-le ensuite avec un chiffon doux et sec.

• Ne laissez pas le cordon d'alimentation s'entortiller, ne le tirez pas, ne le pliez

pas et ne l'enroulez pas autour du fer à boucler.

• When using the curling iron in the

bathroom, make sure to unplug it after use

because being in the vicinity of water can

be dangerous even when the curling iron is

off.

• To provide additional protection, it is

recommended to secure the electrical

circuit supplying power to the bathroom

with a residual current device not

exceeding 30 mA. Ask your electrician for

advice.

• If the power cable is damaged, it can be

replaced by your retailer, their after-sales

service department or a similarly qualiﬁed

person, in order to prevent any kind of risk.

• Never leave the appliance unattended

when in use.

• Do not use this appliance:

- If the plug or power cord is damaged,

- In case of malfunction,

- If it has fallen into water.

• Take it to an after-sales service centre for

inspection and repair. Repairs cannot be

carried out by the user.

Important:

• The curling iron heats quickly. We advise you to turn it on only when you are

ready to use it.

• Do not apply hairspray or other chemical hair care products before using the

appliance, as these are slightly ﬂammable.

• When you ﬁrst use the appliance, you may ﬁnd it has an unusual smell: this is

common and will disappear the next time you use it.

1. Brush through your hair, which should be washed and dried.

2. Plug in the appliance and switch it on by pressing the ON/OFF switch to the

"ON" position. The LCD monitor will turn on and 150° will ﬂash.

3. Press the + or - buttons to select the temperature depending on your hair type:

130°C - 140°C - 150°C Fine, bleached and/or damaged hair

160°C - 170°C - 180°C Normal or coloured hair

190°C - 200°C Thick hair

4. Press the TIME button and select the duration of the heating cycle depending

on the look you are going for. For loose curls, choose the minimum duration (5s).

For tighter curls, choose the maximum duration (10s).

5. Press on the + or - buttons for 2 seconds to lock the selected temperature and

time. To unlock and change the temperature or duration, hold down the + or -

buttons for 2 seconds.

6. When the temperature on the display stops ﬂashing, the appliance is ready for

use.

7. With a comb, separate your hair into sections about 4cm wide. Do not put too

much hair in the iron.

8. Wrap the sections round the appliance one by one, pinching the tip of the section

to roll it to the desired length.

9. Press the button to start the heating cycle: you will hear a beep at the

beginning of the cycle. Two beeps mark the end of the cycle.

10. During the heating cycle, use the lever to hold your hair in place for a few seconds

before unwinding. Once the heating cycle is complete, press the lever to open

and release the hair. The curling tongs are easier to handle if you hold them with

the other hand using the heat-resistant tip.

11. If you need to put the curling iron down for a few moments or let the iron cool

down after use, unfold the iron stand. You can also put the iron on the heat-

resistant pouch.

Please note: You can even straighten an already curly section by pinching it at the

root again and sliding the wand gently and carefully to the end of the hair.

12. After use, put the ON/OFF switch into the "OFF" position. The appliance's

screen then turns off. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely

before storing it in its heat-resistant pouch.

13. If the appliance is switched on continuously for more than 60 minutes without

pressing the TIME or "+/ -" buttons, it will automatically switch off.

• Do not immerse the curling iron or its power

cord in water or any other liquid.

• Never use alcohol to clean the appliance.

• Regularly clean the main body of the appliance as well as the plates using a soft,

slightly damp cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth.

• Do not allow the power cord to become twisted, and do not pull, bend, or wrap

it around the curling iron.
