INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing the Moya by LANA-

FORM. With its ceramic shell ltering the

light and its natural bamboo base, the Moya

essential oil diuser combines well-being

and quality. What is more, it assists sooth-

ing breathing through light cycles. The

light intensity increases for  seconds, then

decreases for  seconds. The aim is to syn-

chronise breathing with these cycles so as

to reproduce the “cardiac coherence” res-

piration exercise. The aim of this breathing

technique is to regulate the heart rate and

the autonomous nervous system with the

aim of relaxing and improving the body’s

functions. Practised regularly, it brings nu-

merous benets to mental, emotional and

physical health.



Please read all the

instructions before using your

humidier, especially this

basic safety information.

Always place the device on a hard, at, hori-

zontal surface inside. Keep it away from walls

and heat sources such as stoves, radiators, etc.

Please note: If it is not placed on a horizontal

surface, it may not work properly.

Check that your mains voltage is the same as

that of your device.

Do not connect or disconnect the plug with

wet hands.

If the power cable is damaged, it must be

replaced by a similar cable available from

the supplier or the supplier’s after-sales

department.

Do not leave the device in the sun for a long

period of time.

Do not take the device apart entirely.

Do not lift the glass cover when the device is

on. If you notice a suspicious smell or sound,

switch the device o immediately and con-

sult the “Troubleshooting” section of these

instructions for use. If the problem persists,

ask the supplier or its after-sales department

to check the device.

Do not use essential oils that are not rec-

ommended for diusion. To nd out which

essential oils are recommended, consult the

advice provided in these instructions for use.

Do not use perfume or synthetic essences as

these could damage the device.

Unplug the device before cleaning it.

Use only the mains adaptor supplied with

this device. The adaptor supplied must be

used only with the device and not for other

purposes.Do not wash the entire unit with

water and do not immerse it in water. Con-

sult the cleaning instructions in this manual.

Do not use any chemical products (such as

acids, alkalis, etc.) or corrosive detergents to

clean the device.

Never scrape the transducer with a hard

tool and consult the cleaning instructions

in this manual.

Be sure never to empty the water from the

reservoir through the exhaust vents as this

would damage the diuser. Tip the water

out of the side opposite the exhaust vent.

For optimum maintenance, use mineral wa-

ter. Do not ll above the line indicating the

maximum water level. Always pour the water

in before adding essential oils.

Do not use essential oils without diluting

them in water.

This device is not intended for use by people,

including children, with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities, or people with

a lack of experience or knowledge, unless

someone responsible for their safety can

supervise or instruct them beforehand on

how to use the device. Children should be

supervised to make sure they do not play

with the device.

Use this device only for its intended purpose,

as described in these instructions for use.

Preparation



1 Put the Moya diuser in the room half

an hour before turning it on to allow

it to adjust to room temperature.

2 Make sure it is always placed on a

hard, at and horizontal surface.

3 Make sure the device is clean

before starting to use it.

4 Remove the ceramic cover [



5 Then remove the reservoir cover [



2].

6 Pour fresh, preferably demineralised

water into the reservoir and do not

exceed the maximum level [



3].

7 Pour 3 or 4 drops of essential

oil into the water [



8 Replace the reservoir cover

then the ceramic cover [



9 Make sure your hands are complete-

ly dry when connecting (and even

disconnecting) the device [



10 The diuser is now operational.

Adjusting diusion and timer

•

Press once on the button for adjusting

diusion and timer

by default; three indicators light up [

Press a second time on the button for

programming diusion for 1 hour; the

indicator on the left lights up [

• Press a third time on the button for pro-

gramming diusion for 3 hours; the mid-

sion for 8 hours a fourth time; the indicator

on the right lights up

Press the button for stopping diusion

a fth time; there are no longer any light

• To go to intermittent diusion mode (30

seconds ON; 30 seconds OFF), press the

button for 2 seconds; a light indicator

will ash.

• Repeat this operation to go back to con-

tinuous diusion mode



The timer is not interrupted when

the diusion mode has changed.

Adjusting the light mode

Press the button for adjusting the light

once [

greater intensity.

Press the button for reducing the intensity

a second time.

• Press the button for starting the “breath-

ing” mode a third time; the light intensity

increases for 5 seconds, then decreases for

5 seconds, in cycles.

• Press the button a fourth time to switch



The light switches o by default

when diusion stops (either with

the timer, or with the system

that automatically switches o

when the reservoir is empty). But

it is possible to programme the

light separately from diusion.

• To do that, press the two buttons at the

same time [

lighting, even after diusion stops.

Even though there is a

safety device that stops the

transducer from working, do

not leave the device connected

when you are not using it.



Additional information about

the use of essential oils:

Before using essential oils, please check the

harmful eects that use of these products

may have on your health.

Always choose quality essential oils that are

pure,   natural and intended for diusion.

Use them in moderation and with care. Follow

the instructions and warnings stated on the

packaging of the essential oils, making sure

in particular that:

•

Pregnant women, people with epilepsy,

asthmatics and people who suer from

allergies, those with heart problems or se-

rious illnesses should not use essential oils.

•

Essential oils should be used only for peri-

ods not exceeding 10 minutes in the room

of a baby (under 3 years old) and only

when the baby is not actually in the room.

Make sure that children and minors do not

play with or use the device.

Just a few drops ( to  drops at most) of

essential oils are sucient to ensure that

the device works properly and the scent is

diused. Excessive use of essential oils could

damage the device.

Make sure you pour water into the reservoir

rst before adding the drops of essential oils.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE



When you are not using the

diuser, empty the water out

of the reservoir. Do not tip the

water out of the reservoir from

the exhaust vent side. If the water

gets into the exhaust vent, this

might damage the device! [



To prevent this from happening:

•

Use a container to pour water into the

reservoir.

• Do not shake the diuser.

•

Do not move the diuser when there is

water in the reservoir.

If water accidentally enters the exhaust vent

[





, there is a safety device for removing

water from the base of the diuser:

•

Disconnect the power cable from the

diuser.

• Empty the reservoir completely through

the opposite side to the exhaust vent.

•

Bend the diuser towards one of the

drainage holes [





2] to empty the water.

Leave the diuser in a dry place for 24

hours.



Always unplug the device with

dry hands before cleaning it!

Maintenance

If the water contains too much calcium and

magnesium, it may deposit a white powder

in the device. If this foam is deposited on the

transducer

, it will prevent the device

from working properly.

We recommend:

1 Using distilled or demineralised

water each time it is used.

2 Cleaning the reservoir every 2 days and

cleaning the transducer every week.

3 Emptying and cleaning the device

(see explanations below) and making

sure that all its parts are complete-

ly dry when it is not in use.

To clean the transducer [



]:

1 Put 2 to 5 drops of vinegar on its surface

and leave them there for 2 to 5 minutes.

2 Brush the foam o the surface with a

soft brush or cotton bud. Do not use

a hard tool to scrape the surface.

3 Do not use soap, solvent or spray

cleaner to clean the transducer.

To clean the reservoir and reservoir cover:

1 Use a soft cloth and vinegar if

there are any foam or limes-

cale deposits on the inside.

2 Rinse them in clean water.



Do not use products containing

bleach to clean the device, but

washing up liquid or vinegar only!



Do not immerse the

base [

Storage

Having cleaned and dried the device, store it

in a dry, cool place out of the reach of children.



sorting centre to be used as secondary raw

LANAFORM guarantees this product against

any material or manufacturing defect for a

period of two years from the date of purchase,

except in the circumstances described below.

The LANAFORM guarantee does not cover

damage caused as a result of normal wear to

this product. In addition, the guarantee cov

ering this LANAFORM product does not cover

damage caused by abusive or inappropriate or

incorrect use, accidents, the use of unauthor-

ized accessories, changes made to the product

or any other circumstance, of whatever sort, that

is outside LANAFORM’s control.

LANAFORM may not be held liable for any type

of circumstantial, indirect or specic damage.

All implicit guarantees relating to the suita-

bility of the product are limited to a period

of two years from the initial date of purchase

as long as a copy of the proof of purchase

On receipt, LANAFORM will repair or replace

your appliance at its discretion and will return

it to you. The guarantee is only valid through

naturel, le diuseur d’huiles essentielles Moya

allie bien-être et qualité. De plus, il propose

une aide à la respiration apaisante au moyen

de cycles lumineux : l’intensité lumineuse croit

pendant  secondes, puis décroit pendant 

secondes. L’objectif est de synchroniser sa

respiration à ces cycles, de manière à repro-

duire l’exercice de respiration de « cohérence

cardiaque ». Cette technique de respiration vise

à réguler le rythme cardiaque et le système

nerveux autonome, dans un but de relaxation

et d’amélioration des fonctions de l’organisme.

Pour une maintenance optimale, utiliser de

l’eau minérale. Veiller à ne pas dépasser la

ligne indiquant le niveau d’eau maximum.

Toujours verser l’eau avant d’ajouter les huiles

essentielles.

Ne pas utiliser les huiles essentielles sans les

diluer dans l’eau.

Préparation



1 Placez le diuseur Moya dans

la pièce une demi-heure avant

de l’allumer an qu’il s’adapte

à la température ambiante.

2 Veillez à ce qu’il soit toujours posé sur

une surface dure, plane et horizontale.

3 Assurez-vous de la propreté de l’appa-

reil avant de commencer à l’utiliser.

4 Ôtez le couvercle en céramique [



5 Ôtez ensuite le couvercle

du réservoir [

6 Versez de l’eau fraîche et de préférence

déminéralisée dans le réservoir en ne

dépassant pas le niveau maximum [

7 Versez 3 ou 4 gouttes d’huile

8 Replacez le couvercle du réservoir

puis le couvercle en céramique [

9 Branchez l’appareil en veillant à

Par défaut, la lumière s’éteint

le réservoir est vide). Mais il est

possible de programmer la lumière

indépendamment de la diusion.

qui interrompt le fonctionnement

du transducteur, evitez de

laisser l’appareil sous tension

lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas.



Informations complémentaires

relatives à l’utilisation

d’huiles essentielles :

Avant d’utiliser les huiles essentielles, veuil-

lez-vous renseigner sur les eets négatifs

à l’égard de la santé que peut engendrer

l’usage de tels produits.

Choisissez toujours des huiles essentielles de

qualité : pures et   naturelles et destinées

à la diusion. Utilisez-les avec modération

et précaution. Respectez les indications

et les mises en garde mentionnées sur les

conditionnements des huiles essentielles en

veillant notamment au fait que :

•

L’usage des huiles essentielles est interdit

pour les femmes enceintes et les sujets

épileptiques ou sourants d’asthme ou

d’allergie, les personnes ayant des pro-

blèmes de cœur ou des pathologies graves.

•

Dans une chambre de bébé (- de 3 ans),

seule une utilisation des huiles essentielles

ne dépassant pas plus de 10 minutes est

autorisée et ce uniquement lorsque le

bébé n’est pas présent dans la pièce.

Veillez à ce que les enfants et les mineurs d’âge

ne jouent pas avec l’appareil et ne l’utilisent pas.

Seules quelques gouttes ( à  gouttes maxi-

mum) d’huiles essentielles sont susantes

en vue d’assurer un bon fonctionnement

de l’appareil et la diusion du parfum. Une

utilisation excessive d’huiles essentielles

pourrait endommager l’appareil.

Veuillez tout d’abord verser l’eau dans le ré-

servoir avant d’ajouter les gouttes d’huiles

essentielles.

Lanaform ne peut être tenu pour responsable

en cas de dommage accidentel résultant de

toute utilisation contraire à celles requises

dans ce manuel d’utilisation.

ENTRETIEN ET RANGEMENT



Lorsque vous n’utilisez pas

le diuseur, videz l’eau du

réservoir. Ne videz jamais

l’eau du réservoir du côté

de la sortie d’air. Si de l’eau

entrait dans la sortie d’air, cela

endommagerait l’appareil ! [



Pour éviter que cela arrive :

• Utilisez un récipient pour verser de l’eau

dans le réservoir.

• Ne secouez jamais le diuseur.

• Ne déplacez pas le diuseur quand il y a

de l’eau dans le réservoir.

Entretien

Si l’eau contient trop de calcium et trop de

Nous recommandons :

1 D’utiliser de l’eau fraîche, distillée ou

déminéralisée pour chaque utilisation.

2 De nettoyer le réservoir tous les

INLEIDING

Hartelijk dank voor uw aankoop van de Moya

van LANAFORM. Met zijn schelp in keramiek

die het licht laat lteren, en zijn basis in na-

tuurlijke bamboe combineert de verdamper

van etherische oliën Moya welzijn en kwaliteit.

Bovendien ondersteunt hij een kalmerende

ademhaling met behulp van lichtcycli: de

lichtintensiteit neemt gedurende  seconden

toe, en neemt vervolgens gedurende  secon-

den af. Doelstelling is om de ademhaling te

synchroniseren met die cycli om de ademha-

lingstechniek hartcoherentie te reproduceren.

Deze techniek is bedoeld om het hartritme

en het autonome zenuwstelsel te reguleren

om de lichaamsfuncties te ontspannen en te

verbeteren. Bij regelmatige beoefening levert

dit tal van voordelen op voor de mentale,

emotionele en fysieke gezondheid.



De foto’s en andere voorstellingen

van het product in deze

handleiding en op de verpakking

zijn zo accuraat mogelijk. De kans

bestaat echter dat de gelijkenis

met het product niet perfect is.

Lees alle instructies vóór

ingebruikname van de

veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Plaats het apparaat altijd op een hard, vlak en

horizontaal oppervlak in uw interieur. Houd

het apparaat uit de buurt van muren en warm-

tebronnen, zoals kachels, radiatoren enz.

Opgelet: Als het apparaat niet op een hori-

zontaal oppervlak staat, dan is het mogelijk

dat het niet correct functioneert.

Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt

met die van het apparaat.

Steek de stekker niet in het stopcontact of

verwijder hem niet met natte handen.

Als de stroomkabel beschadigd is, moet hij

vervangen worden door een gelijkaardige

kabel die verkrijgbaar is bij de leverancier

of zijn klantendienst.

Laat het apparaat niet gedurende een lange

periode in de zon staan.

Haal het apparaat niet volledig uit elkaar.

Verwijder het glazen deksel niet wanneer het

apparaat in werking is. Schakel het apparaat

onmiddellijk uit als u een verdachte geur of

een vreemd geluid opmerkt. Raadpleeg het

onderdeel ‹storingen en oplossingen› van

deze handleiding. Laat het apparaat nakijken

door de leverancier of zijn dienst-na-verkoop

als het probleem aanhoudt.

Gebruik geen etherische oliën waarvan het ge-

bruik in een verdamper wordt afgeraden. Raad-

pleeg de gebruiksadviezen voor etherische

oliën in deze handleiding voor meer informatie.

Gebruik geen synthetische parfums of oliën.

Deze kunnen het apparaat beschadigen.

Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact vóór u

het apparaat schoonmaakt.

Gebruik enkel de adapter die met dit apparaat

is meegeleverd. De meegeleverde adapter

mag enkel met het apparaat worden gebruikt,

en niet voor andere doeleinden.Was het

volledige apparaat niet in water en dompel

het niet onder. Raadpleeg de reinigingsin-

structies in deze handleiding. Gebruik geen

chemische producten (zoals zuren, basische

producten enz.) of schuurmiddelen om het

apparaat te reinigen.

Krab nooit met een hard voorwerp over de

omzetter. Raadpleeg de schoonmaakinstruc-

ties in deze handleiding.

Giet het water van het reservoir nooit weg via

de luchtuitlaten, want dit kan de verdamper

beschadigen. Giet het water in de tegenover-

gestelde richting van de luchtuitlaat.

Maak voor een optimaal onderhoud gebruik

van mineraalwater. Overschrijd nooit de lijn

die het maximale waterniveau aanduidt. Giet

er altijd eerst het water in, en voeg pas dan

de etherische oliën toe.

Gebruik de etherische oliën niet zonder ze

te verdunnen in water.

Dit apparaat is niet bestemd voor gebruik

door personen, inclusief kinderen, met een

verminderd fysiek, zintuiglijk of mentaal ver-

mogen, of door personen zonder ervaring

of kennis, tenzij zij onder toezicht staan van

een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun

veiligheid of zij vooraf instructies hebben

gekregen over het gebruik van het appa-

raat. Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met het

apparaat spelen.

Voorbereiding



1 plaats de verdamper Moya een

half uur voor inschakeling in de

ruimte waar u hem zult gebruiken,

zodat hij zich kan aanpassen aan

de omgevingstemperatuur.

2 Plaats het apparaat altijd op een hard,

vlak en horizontaal oppervlak.

3 Controleer of het apparaat

schoon is vóór gebruik.

Gebruiksaanwijzing



Regeling van de verdamping

en de timer

• Druk een eerste keer op de knop om de

verdamping en de timer te regelen

verdamper staat standaard in de modus

voor continue verdamping; drie contro-

lelampjes gaan branden [

Druk een tweede keer op de knop om

de verdamping gedurende 1 uur te pro-

grammeren; het controlelampje links gaat

verdamping durende 3 uur te program-

Instelling van de lichtmodus

• Druk een eerste keer op de knop om het

modus ‹ademhaling› in te schakelen; de

seconden af, in cycli.

• Druk een vierde keer op de knop om het

licht uit te schakelen.



Het licht schakelt automatisch

uit, wanneer de verdamping

stopt (ofwel met de timer,

ofwel met het automatische

uitschakelingssysteem wanneer

het reservoir leeg is). Maar het is

mogelijk om het licht onafhankelijk

van de verdamping in te stellen.

• Druk daarvoor tegelijkertijd op de twee

knoppen

Om de programmering los van het licht uit

Ondanks de veiligheidsfunctie

die de werking van de omzetter

onderbreekt, haalt u de stekker

best uit het stopcontact wanneer

u het apparaat niet gebruikt.

Aanvullende informatie

in verband met het gebruik

van essentiële oliën:

Voordat u etherische oliën gebruikt, moet u

zich informeren over de schadelijke gevolgen

voor de gezondheid die dergelijke producten

kunnen hebben.

Gebruik altijd etherische oliën van goede

kwaliteit: puur en   natuurlijk, ontwik-

keld voor verspreiding. Gebruik ze voorzich-

tig en met mate. Neem de aanwijzingen en

waarschuwingen op de verpakkingen van

etherische oliën in acht, met extra aandacht

voor het volgende:

•

Het gebruik van etherische oliën is verbo-

den voor zwangere vrouwen, epilepsie-,

astma- of allergiepatiënten en mensen

met hartproblemen of ernstige aandoe

ningen.

• In een babykamer (-3 jaar) mogen etheri-

sche oliën niet langer dan 10 minuten

worden gebruikt en alleen wanneer de

baby niet in de kamer aanwezig is.

Zorg ervoor dat kinderen en minderjarigen

niet met het apparaat spelen en het niet

gebruiken.

Enkele druppels (maximaal -) etherische

olie volstaan voor een goede werking van

het apparaat en de verspreiding van de geur.

Overmatig gebruik van etherische oliën kan

het apparaat beschadigen.

Giet het water eerst in het reservoir en voeg

pas dan de druppels etherische olie toe.

Lanaform kan niet aansprakelijk worden ge-

steld voor incidentele schade als gevolg van

gebruik dat in strijd is met de voorschriften

in deze handleiding.

ONDERHOUD EN OPBERGING



Giet het water uit het reservoir

weg als u de verdamper niet

gebruikt. Giet het water

van het reservoir nooit weg

via de luchtuitlaat. Als er

water terechtkomt in de

luchtuitlaat, kan dat het

apparaat beschadigen! [



Om dat te vermijden:

•

Gebruik een recipiënt om water in het

reservoir te gieten.

• Schud de verdamper nooit.

• Verplaats de verdamper niet wanneer er

water aanwezig is in het reservoir.

Wanneer per ongeluk water terechtkomt in

de luchtuitlaat [







], bestaat er een bevei-

liging om het water af te voeren van de basis

van de verdamper:

•

Verwijder de stroomkabelvan de verdam-

per uit het stopcontact.

•

Maak het reservoir helemaal leeg langs de

kant tegenover de luchtuitlaat.

• Hou de verdamper schuin in de richting

van een van de afvoergaten [





het water te laten wegvloeien.

• Hou de verdamper gedurende 24 uur op

een droge plaats.



Verwijder altijd de stekker

Onderhoud

Als het water te veel calcium en te veel

magnesium bevat, kan het een wit poeder

achterlaten in het apparaat. Als deze schuim

afzetting zich vastzet op de omzetter

kan het apparaat niet naar behoren werken.

Aanbevelingen:

1 Gebruik vers, gedistilleerd of gede-

mineraliseerd water bij elk gebruik.

2 Maak het reservoir om de 2 dagen

schoon, en de omzetter elke week.

3 Maak het apparaat leeg en reinig het

(zie uitleg hieronder) en controleer of

alle onderdelen perfect droog zijn wan-

neer het apparaat niet is ingeschakeld.

Om de omzetter [



] te reinigen:

1 Giet 2 tot 5 druppels azijn op de omzet-

ter en laat 2 tot 5 minuten inwerken.

2 Borstel de afzetting met een zachte bor-

stel of een wattenstaae van het opper-

vlak. Gebruik geen harde voorwerpen

om over het oppervlak te schrapen.

3 Gebruik geen zeep, solvent of

schoonmaakmiddel in sprayvorm

om de omzetter schoon te maken.

Voor het schoonmaken van het reservoir en

het deksel van het reservoir:

1 Gebruik een zachte doek, water

en azijn als er binnenin schuim of

kalkafzettingen aanwezig zijn.

2 Spoel met helder water.



Gebruik nooit producten

die javelwater bevatten, om

het apparaat te reinigen, maar

enkel afwasmiddel of azijn!



Příprava



1 Postavte přístroj Moya do místnosti

půl hodiny předtím, než jej zapnete,

aby se přizpůsobil okolní teplotě.

2 Dbejte na to, aby byl přístroj

vždy položen na rovném, tvr-

dém, vodorovném povrchu.

3 Než přístroj začnete použí-

vat, ujistěte se, že je čistý.

Nastavení světelného režimu

5 vteřin klesá.

Světlo vypnete stisknutím stejného tla-

nenechávejte přístroj

zapojený do zásuvky v době,

kdy jej nepoužíváte.

Doplňující informace o

použití esenciálních olejů:

Než začnete používat esenciální oleje, in-

formujte se o negativních vlivech na zdraví,

které může použití těchto látek vyvolávat.

Vybírejte si vždy jen kvalitní esenciální

oleje: čisté,   přírodní a určené k difuzi.

Používejte je střídmě a opatrně. Dodržujte

pokyny a upozornění uvedené na balení

esenciálních olejů, přičemž dbejte přede-

vším na následující:

• Použití esenciálních olejů je zakázáno u

těhotných a kojících žen, osob trpících

epilepsií, astmatem nebo alergiemi, u

osob s chorobami srdce a osob ve vážném

zdravotním stavu.

•

V místnostech, kde se pohybují malé děti

(mladší 3 let), je povoleno esenciální oleje

používat po dobu maximálně 10 minut, a

to výhradně v době, kdy děti nejsou v dané

místnosti přítomny.

Dbejte na to, aby si s přístrojem nehrály a

nepoužívaly jej děti a mladiství.

K zajištění dobrého fungování přístroje a ší-

ření vůně postačí několik kapek esenciálního

oleje (maximálně  až  kapky). Používáním

nadměrného množství esenciálních olejů se

může přístroj poškodit.

Než do nádržky nakapete esenciální olej,

napusťte do ní vodu.

Společnost Lanaform nenese odpovědnost

za poškození přístroje způsobené nevhod-

ným použitím, které neodpovídá pokynům

uvedeným v této příručce.

ÚDRŽBA A UCHOVÁVÁNÍ



Pokud difuzér nepoužíváte,

vylijte vodu z nádržky. Vodu

z nádržky nikdy nevylévejte

na straně výstupu vzduchu.

Pokud by se voda dostala do

výstupu vzduchu, došlo by k

poškození přístroje! [



Aby se to nestalo:

•

Do nádržky lijte vodu pomocí nějaké nádoby.

• S difuzorem nikdy netřeste.

•

Není-li v nádržce voda, difuzér nepřemisťujte.

Pokud se do výstupu vzduchu [

voda, existuje bezpečný postup, jak dostat

vodu ze základny přístroje:

• Odpojte napájecí kabel difuzéru ze sítě.

• Nádržku vyprázdněte vylitím vody opač-

nou stranou, než je výstup vzduchu.

Nakloňte difuzor směrem k jednomu z

vypouštěcích otvorů [

Čištění převodníku [



1 Na povrch měniče naneste 2 až 5

kapek octa a 2 až 5 minut počkejte.

2 Usazeniny z povrchu očistěte jemným

kartáčkem nebo vatovou tyčinkou.

Neoškrabávejte povrch tvrdými nástroji.

3 Nečistěte měnič mýdlem, rozpouštědly

ani čisticími prostředky ve spreji.

Čištění nádržky a jejího víka:

1 Očistěte nádržku vodou a měkkým

hadříkem, případně octem, pokud se

uvnitř vytvořily vápenaté usazeniny.

2 Propláchněte ji čistou vodou.



Pro čištění přístroje

nepoužívejte nikdy produkty

obsahující bělidlo, pouze mycí

prostředek na nádobí nebo ocet!

ÚVOD

Ďakujeme, že ste si kúpili difuzér Moya od

spoločnosti LANAFORM. Vďaka svojmu kera-

mickému krytu ltrujúcemu svetlo a prírodnej

bambusovej základni kombinuje difúzor éte-

rického oleja Moya pohodlie a kvalitu. Okrem

toho ponúka pomoc na upokojenie dýchania

pomocou svetelných cyklov: intenzita svetla

sa zvyšuje o  sekúnd, potom klesá o  sekúnd.

Cieľom je synchronizovať vaše dýchanie s

týmito cyklami, aby sa replikovalo dýchacie

cvičenie „srdcová koherencia“. Cieľom tej-

to dychovej techniky je regulovať srdcový

rytmus a autonómny nervový systém, aby sa

uvoľnili a zlepšili funkcie tela. Ak sa praktizuje

pravidelne, prináša veľa výhod, pokiaľ ide

o duševné, emocionálne a fyzické zdravie.


