Montagehandleiding
1) Demonteer achteraan het voertuig de bumper en maak de uitlaat los. Verwijder de aluminium stootbalk
definitief.
2) Breng de monteerstukken (g) en (h) achteraan in de openingen van het chassis, de punten (A) passen met
de voorziene boringen in de koffer en de punten (B) passen met de voorziene boringen in de onderkant
van het chassis (deze zijn afgedicht met kleefband - verwijder deze kleefband).
Plaats bij (B) de monteerstukken (f) onderaan tegen het chassis, breng bij (A) en (B) de nodige bouten en
rondsels aan en zet handvast.
3) De punten (C) en (D) komen te passen met de van schroefdraad voorziene gaten en de boutjes gelast op
de koetswerkplaat achteraan het voertuig.
4) Plaats vervolgens de trekhaak tussen de gemonteerde stukken (g) en (h) zodat de punten (E) van de
trekhaak komen te passen met die van de monteerstukken.
Plaats de nodige bouten, rondsels en moeren en span nu alles goed aan.
5) Maak de voorziene opening in de bumper iets breder zodat deze over de trekhaak past. Maak eveneens
een opening in de bumper om toegang te krijgen tot de stekkerdoos.
Plaats nu de bumper terug op zijn plaats.
6) Monteer de boltstang samen met het monteerstuk (i), breng de nodige bouten en rondsels in en zet
handvast.
7) Plaats monteerstuk (j) over het sleepoog, breng de nodige bouten en rondsels in en span nu alles goed aan.
N.B.
Voor de maximum toegestane massa welke uw voertuig mag trekken dient U uw dealer te raadplegen.
Verwijder eventueel de bitumenlaag op de bevestigingsplaats van de trekhaak.
Opgepast bij het boren dat men geen remleiding, elektriciteitsdraden of brandstofleidingen beschadigt.

Notice de montage
1) Démonter à l’arrière du véhicule le pare-chocs et détacher l’échappement. Supprimer définitivement le
butoir en aluminium.
2) Placer les pièces de montage (g) et (h) à l’arrière dans les ouvertures du châssis, les points (A) s’adaptent
aux forages prévus dans le coffre et les points (B) s’adaptent aux forages prévus dans le dessous du
châssis (ceux-ci sont couverts avec du scotch qu’il faut supprimer).
Placer chez (B) les pièces de montage (f) au bas contre le châssis, introduire en (A) et (B) les boulons et
les rondelles nécessaires mais ne pas encore serrer.
3) Les points (C) et (D) s’adaptent aux forages filetés et les boulons lassés sur la plaque de carrosserie à
l’arrière du véhicule.
Utiliser les écrous et les boulons de point 1 mais ne serrer pas encore.
4) Ensuite placer l’attelage entre les pièces (g) et (h) déjà montées de sorte que les points (E) de l’attelage
s’adaptent aux points des pièces de montage.
Placer les boulons, les rondelles et les écrous nécessaires et fixer bien le tout.
5) Agrandir l’ouverture prévu dans le pare-chocs de sorte qu’elle s’adapte au-dessus de l’attelage. Faire
aussi une entaille dans le pare-chocs pour donner accès au bloc multiprise.
Replacer le pare-chocs.
6) Monter la tige avec la pièce de montage (i), introduire les boulons et les rondelles nécessaires mais ne pas
encore serrer.
7) Placer les pièces de montage (j) au-dessus de l’anneau de traction, introduire les boulons et les rondelles
nécessaires et bien fixer le tout.
Remarque
Pour le poids de traction maximum autorisé de votre voiture, consulter votre concessionaire.
Enlever la couche de bitume ou d’anti-tremblement qui recouvre éventuellement les points de fixation.

Fitting instructions
1) Disassemble the bumper in the rear of the vehicle and loosen the exhaust. Permanently remove the
alumiunium buffer beam.
2) Place the mounting pieces (g) and (h) in the openings in the rear of the chassis, points (A) match the
provided drillings in the trunk and points (B) match the provided drilling in the underside of the chassis
(these are sealed with adhesive tape which has to be removed).
Place by (B) mounting piece (f) at the bottom against the chassis, insert by (A) and (B) the necessary
bolts and washers but do not tighten yet.
3) The points (C) and (D) match the screw-thread holes and the welded bolts on the body work plate in the
rear of the vehicle.
Use the nuts and the bolts out of point 1 but do also not tighten yet.
4) Place afterwards the tow bar between the mounted pieces (g) and (h) so that the points (E) of the tow bar
match those of the mounting pieces.
5) Enlarge the provided opening in the bumper so that this matches over the tow bar. Make also an opening
in the bumper to give access to the socket.
Replace the bumper.
6) Assemble the ball together with the mounting piece (i), insert the necessary bolts and washers but do not
tighten.
7) Place mounting piece (j) over the towing ring, insert the necessary bolts and washers and tighten
everything firmly.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.

Anbauanleitung
1) Hinten Fahrzeuges Stoßstange abmontieren und Auspuff lösen. Aluminium Stoßbalken endgültig
entfernen.
2) Montierstücke (g) und (h) hinten in Öffnungen vons Rahmen bringen, Punkte (A) passen mit vorhandene
Bohrungen im Koffer und Punkte (B) passen mit vorhandene Bohrungen in Rahmenunterseite (diese sind
abgedicht mit Klebestreifen, wie entfernt werden müßen).
Bei (B) Montierstücke (f) setzen unten gegen Rahmen, bei (A) und (B) nötige Bolzen und Ritzel
anbringen ohne anzuspannen.
3) Punkte (C) und (D) passen mit Schraubenlöcher und die geschweißte Bolzen auf Karrosserieplatte hinten
Fahrzeug.
Muttern und Bolzen gebrauchen aus Punkt 1 aber auch noch nicht anspannen.
4) Danach Anhängekupplung zwischen montierte Stücke (g) und (h) setzen so daß Punkte (E) von
Anhängekupplung passen mit diese von Montierstücke.
Nötige Bolzen, Ritzel und Muttern setzen und alles gut anspannen.
5) Vorhandene Öffnung in Stoßstange vergrößern so daß diese über Anhängekupplung paßt. Auch einen
Öffnung in Stoßstange machen um Zutritt bis Steckdose zu haben.
Stoßstange wieder setzen.
6) Kugelstange zusammen mit Montierstücke (i) montieren, nötige Bolzen und Ritzel einbringen ohne
anzuspannen.
7) Montierstück (j) über Abschleppöse setzen, nötige Bolzen und Ritzel einbringen und alles gut anspannen.

Vor dem Bohren prüfen, daβ keine, dort eventuell Leitungen beschädigt werden können.
