WARNING AND SAFETY USING

SAFETY

For avoiding damage, please read all operating instructions carefully before use.

Don’t use your machine under dangferaous working circumstance

Cut off the power if machine will turn off for moer than one week

Turn off the machine and cut off the power before or after connection with other equipments.

Strong magnetic field and static electricity can have and adverse effect on weighing sensor. When disturbance disappear, the ma-

chine will work well again.

WARNING

»All our parts is the most suitable parts for machine.

All modification or using unauthorized parts for machine need to be confirm before using.

All modification needs to be take responsibility.

»Do not open the machine housing. Machine will not have guarantee service if security label broken.

IFIRST PARTH: SUMMARIZE

1. UNPACKING

After unpacking the machine, please check machine has any visible damage.

Please keep the original box and packing material for storing material for storing machine when not in use or send back for repairing.

Before packing the balance, please cut off all power and cable.

3. INSTALLATION

When select he location for install machine, please keep these tips in mind:

- Do not put machine close to cetral heating or sinshine and airflow way. ( Opening door window ).

- Do not exposure machine to extreme heat or cold. Keep scale in a clean, dry location. Dust, dirt and moisture can accumulate on

the weighing sensor.

- Install machine on a flat and level surface, free from vibration and drafts, free from corrosive and strong magnetic field, as they can

have and adverse effect on the weighing sensors.

4. WARM UP FOR MACHINE ADAPT TEMPERATURE

When move machine from high temperature place to low temperature place (or inversely), please keep machine final place for two

hours and then turn on to warm up (warm up time refer to the specification list), as the machine will proportion the room temperatu-

re.

5. KEY EXPLANATION

Key symbol

UNIT KEY A: Select Unit.

B: Status 1: Enter into menu with (TARE) KEY

C: Status 2: Setting Key

D: Status 3: Shortcut key of accumulating function. Hold and press this key

to enter into accumulating function.

CAL KEY A: When normal weighing, short press CAL KEY will zeroing.

B: Press and hold CAL KEY for 5 seconds will enter into CALIBRATION.

C: When setting the parameter, press CAL KEY can minus one value.

D: CONFIRM KEY.

MODE KEY A: Short press MODE KEY will enter into Counting Function.

B: Move the flash on digit to left.

TARE KEY A: Tare the weight

B: Move the flash on digit to left.

Press and Hold TARE and UNIT KEY at the same time for 5 seconds enter into setting menu.

NOTE: The buzzer sound different when long press or short press the key.

II SECOND PART: INSTALLATION

The machine with round weighing pan

- Put weighing pan on the pillar wich is in the middle of machine

The machine with square weighing pan

- Punt the weighing pan on bracket.

Use dey battery / Rechargeable battery ( Optional )

The dry battery or rechargeable battery is not on machine’s

packing list.

Only normal or universal 9V dry battery will nbe available for machine.

• Lie down the machine at side.

• Open the battery cover box cover.

• Connect and put 9V dry battery.

• Confirm the possitive and negative correctly.

• Close the battery box: screw the battery box cover adown to the ma-

chine.

The used battery is recycled. According to the waste disposal law.

Adjust machine Level

The machine need to adjust the kevek ever time when change the install

location. Moving the two back screw nuts slowing to adjust level.

• Counterclockwise rotate the two back screws to right position.

• Rotate the screws as the photo until the bubble is in the middle of level

device.

• Clockwise rotate the two back screws until it touch the supporter.

> Under normal circumstances, adjust level need several times to reach

suitable.

III THIRD PART: BASIC OPERATION

1 BASIC WEIGHING FUNCTION

PREPARATION

Turn on machine: Press (ON/OFF) Key

WARM UP TIME:

For making sure the weighing result correct, different type machine need different warm up time to reach the required operating tempe-

rature. plase refer the specifications list to know the correct warm up time.

INSTANCE:

Basic Weighing (The machine warm up)

Request

The machine only can be calibrated/Adjusted in the following cases:

- Nothing on weghing pan, no tare, weighing signal stable.

Machine will have ERROR SIGNAL if does not have above premise.

If all premise available, the machine will display required will display required weight mass value for calibration.

COUNTING

PURPOSE: Use this function can calculate the wuantity with tota lweight divide by signal weight.

INSTANCE: (With know the sample’s quantity but unknown the unit weight)

Basic Weighing (The machine warm up)

the number of quantity.

Short press key to cycle the sample quantity setting:

10, 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 500, 1000pcs.

2. Put any unknown numbers of pieces on pan.

Short Press Key 3. The machine start to calculate and display

quantity: 20pcs 20 pcs

4. Take sample away from pan 0 pcs

5. Put any unknown numbers of pieces on pan and

will display a count. (Example: 100pcs) 100 pcs

VFIFHTH PART

PURPOSE

Operation can set machine basic function by selecting parameter in menu.

POWER ON SELF TEST SETTING (POST)

User can enter into the menu to turn on or off the Power On Self Test of voltage and temperature.

BUZZER ON/OFF SETTING

Operator can turn on/off the buzzer sound by setting menu.

VI SIXTH PART

Machine Weighing Configuration Setting

Purpose

Operator can set the machine basic weighing config to change the weighing capability to reach different required.

Zeroing Range Setting

Operator can increase or decrease tracking range for they need.

Tracking Range Setting

Operator can increase or decrease tracking range for they need.

Sensitivity Level Setting

Operator can adjust the weighing response time by increase or decrease the level. Level 1 is the slowest weighing resopnse speed and level

3 is the fastest (Default and recommend setting: Level 2 )

Speed Level Setting

Operator can adjust the weighing response time by increase or decrease the level. Level 1 is the slowest weighing response speed and level

3 is the fastest (Default and recommend setting: Level 2)

Anti-Vibration level Setting

Operator can adjust the weighing response time and anti-vibration strength by oncrease or decrease the level.

The higher level comes with higher anti-vibration. Level 1 has fast weighing speed and weak anti vibration. Level 7 has strong anti vibration

and low weighing speed.

IX NINTH PART: PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE

RAPAIR

Only traind technician was authorized to repair the problem mahcine.

CLEAN

• Pull out the adapter from electrical outlet and cable from machine.

• Use soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean the machine housing.

• Dry the housing with soft cloth and then take out the weighing pan and wash it.

• When take up the weighing pan and bracket, make sure that don’t broken the weighing system.

Do not let the liquid flow into machine.

Do not use the caustic cleanser.

WASH STAINLESS STEEL SURFACE

Use soft cloth or sponge to clean all stainless steel parts need to clean often and completely. Only home appliances cleanser available for

clean the stainless parts.

Wipe up the stainless steel parts surface first, wash up all leftover second and then dry it. Oil the stainless steel surface if necessay.

Apague el aparato y corte el suministro eléctrico antes o después de conectarlo a otros equipos.

Campos magnéticos fuertes y electricidad estática pueden tener un efecto adverso en el sensor de pesada. Cuando desaparezcan

estas alteraciones, el aparato funcionará de forma correcta nuevamente.

IPRIMERA PARTE: RESUMEN

1. DESEMBALAJE

Después de desembalar el aparato, compruebe que no tiene daños visibles.

Conserve la caja original y el material de embalaje para guardar el aparato cuando no se utilice o si quiere devolverlo para su repara-

ción.

Antes de embalar la balanza, corte las conexiones del cable y el suministro eléctrico.

3 INSTALACIÓN

Al elegir el lugar donde instalará el aparato, tenga presente los siguientes consejos:

- No coloque el aparato cerca de la calefacción central o luz solar y donde haya corrientes de aire. ( Puerta/ventana abierta ).

- No exponga el aparato a temperaturas extremas. Guarde la báscula en un lugar limpio y seco. Puede acumularse polvo, suciedad y

humedad en el sensor de pesada.

- Instale el aparato en una superficie plana y nivelada, sin vibraciones ni corrientes de aire, sin campos magnéticos fuertes y corrosi-

vos, ya que puede tener un efecto negativo en los sensores de pesada.

4. CALENTAMIENTO PARA ADAPTAR EL APARATO A LA TEMPERATURA

Al cambiar el aparato de un lugar con alta temperatura a otro con temperatura baja (o a la inversa), deje el aparato en el lugar defini-

tivo durante dos horas y luego enciéndalo para que se caliente (el tiempo de calentamiento aparece en la lista de especificaciones),

mientras el aparato se adapta a la temperatura ambiente.

5. EXPLICACIÓN DE LAS TECLAS

TECLA CAL (CALI-

BRACIÓN)

A: Al realizar una pesada normal, si pulsa brevemente la TECLA CAL el

aparato se pondrá a cero.

B: Si mantiene pulsada la TECLA CAL durante 5 segundos, entrará en CALI-

BRATION (CALIBRACIÓN).

C: Al configurar el parámetro, si pulsa la TECLA CAL puede restar un valor.

D: TECLA CONFIRM (CONFIRMAR).

TECLA MODE (MODO) A: Con una pulsación breve en la TECLA MODE, entrará en la función de

recuento.

B: Cambie el dígito que parpadea a la izquierda.

TECLA TARE (TARA) A: Calcule la tara

B: Cambie el dígito que parpadea a la izquierda.

Mantenga pulsadas las TECLAS TARE y UNIT a la vez durante 5 segundos para entrar en el menú de

configuración.

NOTA: El sonido del indicador acústico es diferente al realizar una pulsación larga o breve.

II SEGUNDA PARTE: INSTALACIÓN

Aparato con plato de pesada redondo

- Coloque el plato de pesada en el eje que hay en el centro del aparato

Aparato con plato de pesada cuadrado

- Coloque el plato de pesada en el soporte.

Utilice una batería seca / batería recargable ( Opcional )

La batería seca o recargable no está incluida en el apa-

rato.

El aparato solo funciona con una batería seca de 9 V universal o nor-

mal.

• Tumbe el aparato de lado.

• Abra la cubierta de la caja de la batería.

• Conecte y coloque la batería seca de 9 V.

• Asegúrese de colocar el polo positivo y negativo correctamente.

• Cierre la caja de la batería: atornille la cubierta de la caja de la batería

al aparato.

La batería agotada se puede reciclar. Conforme la ley de eliminación

de residuos.

Ajuste el nivel del aparato

Es necesario ajustar el nivel del aparato cada vez que cambie el lugar

de su instalación. Si mueve las dos tuercas de rosca posteriores puede

ajustar el nivel.

• Gire los dos tornillos posteriores en el sentido contrario a las agujas del

reloj para obtener la posición correcta.

• Gire los tornillos como se muestra en la foto hasta que la burbuja esté

en el centro del dispositivo de nivel.

• Gire los dos tornillos posteriores en el sentido de las agujas del reloj

hasta que toque el soporte.

> En circunstancias normales, es necesario realizar ajustes varias veces

hasta conseguir el nivel adecuado.

III TERCERA PARTE: FUNCIONAMIENTO BÁSICO

1 FUNCIÓN BÁSICA DE PESADA

PREPARACIÓN

Encender el aparato: Pulsar la tecla de encendido (ON/OFF)

TIEMPO DE CALENTAMIENTO:

Para asegurarse del resultado correcto de pesada, cada tipo diferente de aparato necesita un tiempo diferente de calentamiento para

alcanzar la temperatura de funcionamiento necesaria. Consulte la lista de especificaciones para saber el tiempo de calentamiento ade-

cuado.

CASO:

Pesada básica (El calentamiento del aparato)

2 CALIBRACIÓN / AJUSTE

El aparato solo se puede calibrar/ajustar en los siguientes casos:

- No hay nada en el plato de pesada, ninguna tara y está activado el indicador de estabilidad.

El aparato mostrará un MENSAJE DE ERROR si no se cumplen las premisas anteriores.

Si todas las premisas se cumplen, el aparato mostrará el valor de la masa del peso para la calibración.

OBJETO: Utilice esta función para calcular la cantidad con el peso total dividido por el peso de la señal.

El usuario puede entrar en el menú para encender o apagar la autoverificación de encendido de la tensión y la temperatura.

CONFIGURACIÓN DE ENCENDIDO/APAGADO DEL INDICADOR ACÚSTICO

El usuario puede encender/apagar el sonido del indicador acústico al configurar el menú.
