GUIDA ALLA MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
DI BARRIERE STRADALI DELLE SERIE GARD, G3250, GARD 4, GARD 8
Questo documento fornisce all’installatore le indicazioni sui controlli obbligatori durante gli interventi di manutenzione per le barriere stradali
della serie GARD, G3250, GARD 4 e GARD 8.
• Ogni 50.000 cicli e comunque ogni 6 mesi:
1. Eseguire un controllo generale e completo del serraggio della bulloneria.
2. Controllare il bilanciamento dell’asta a 45° ed eventualmente prevedere il tensionamento della molla di bilanciamento, regolandone la
trazione agendo sui tiranti di aggancio.
3. Lubrifi care la molla di bilanciamento. Tale operazione va fatta con la molla in massima estensione.
4. Per la barriera G12000, con bilanciamento a contrappesi, lubrifi care le parti soggette a scorrimento.
5. Lubrifi care tutte le parti meccaniche in movimento: punti di snodo, giunti, etc.
6. Se presenti, lubrifi care le molle di fi necorsa.
7. Eseguire un controllo generale dei cuscinetti.
8. Controllare il buon funzionamento di tutti i dispositivi di segnalazione luminosa e di tutti i dispositivi di sicurezza dell’impianto
(funzionamento del micro-interruttore dello sportello, dello sblocco e, se presenti, degli eventuali accessori di sgancio).
• Ogni 500.000 cicli e comunque ogni 5 anni di attività:
1. Sostituire la molla di bilanciamento rispettando le indicazioni riportate nel manuale di installazione.
2. Se presenti, sostituire le molle di fi necorsa.
3. Se presenti, sostituire le boccole della biella di trasmissione e gli snodi.
4. Lubrifi care gli organi meccanici di movimento.
5. Eseguire un controllo generale e completo del serraggio della bulloneria.
Regolare sempre la velocità di rallentamento dell’asta di modo che, se è installato l’appoggio mobile, questo non tocchi terra con una velocità
tale da compromettere la struttura dell’asta.
L’altezza dell’appoggio mobile deve far sì che l’asta abbassata sia sempre in perfetta posizione orizzontale.
Importante: se la barriera rimane inutilizzata per lunghi periodi, per esempio nel caso di installazioni in luoghi ad apertura stagionale come i
camping, si raccomanda di sganciare le molle e di togliere l’asta.
La valutazione del tipo e la frequenza di intervento deve essere sempre e ettuata dall’installatore, in base all’utilizzo, al luogo di installazione e
alla stima del numero di cicli giornalieri, prevedendo eventualmente l’installazione di un dispositivo conta-manovre.
È buona norma prevedere l’utilizzo del rinforzo per aste da montare all’interno dell’asta, nei casi indicati nel catalogo (accessorio G03756 per
serie GARD 4, G06802 per serie GARD 8).
Nel caso di installazione con rastrelliera o piedino mobile, la velocità di apertura e di chiusura dell’asta deve essere idonea al buon
funzionamento della barriera. Il numero massimo di cicli giornalieri deve essere ridotto del 20%.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE GUIDE FOR
GARD, G3250, GARD 4, GARD 8 SERIES ROAD BARRIERS
This document provides instructions regarding mandatory checks required during maintenance of GARD, G3250, GARD 4 and GARD 8 series
road barriers.
• Every 50,000 cycles and at least every 6 months:
1. Perform a general and thorough bolt tightness check.
2. Make sure that the boom is balanced at 45° and tighten the balancing spring if necessary by adjusting the traction of the tie rod
coupling.
3. Lubricate the balancing spring. This should be done with the spring fully extended.
4. As regards the G12000 barrier with counterweight balancing, lubricate the sliding parts.
5. Lubricate all mechanical moving parts: joints, couplings, etc..
6. Lubricate any end-stop springs.
7. Carry out a general inspection of the bearings.
8. Monitor proper functioning of all system light-signalling and safety devices (operation of hatch micro-switch, release mechanism, and
any break-away devices).
• Every 500,000 cycles and at least every 5 years of activity:
1. Replace the balancing spring following the instructions provided in the installation manual.
2. Replace any end-stop springs.
3. Replace any coupling boom bushings and joints.
4. Lubricate the mechanical moving parts.
5. Perform a general and thorough bolt tightness check.
If the mobile support is installed, always adjust the deceleration speed of the boom to avoid damage to its structure from excessive speed of
descent.
The height of the mobile support must allow the lowered boom to rest in a perfectly horizontal position.
Important: barriers subjected to long periods of disuse, for example, places open seasonally such as camping, it is best to release the spring
and remove the boom.
The installer must always determine the nature and frequency of maintenance, depending on type of use, installation site and estimated number
of daily cycles, taking into account possible installation of a manoeuvre-counter.
It is advisable to provide for the use of the inner reinforcement support to be mounted inside the boom, for cases listed in the catalogue
(accessory G03756 for GARD 4 series, G06802 for GARD 8 series).
When installing with skirt or swing foot, the boom opening and closing speed must be suitable for the proper operation of the barrier. The
maximum number of daily cycles must be reduced by 20%.
Consult the installation manual for further information regarding proper installation, adjustment and maintenance. Consult the catalogue for all
information on choosing the product and its accessories.

GUIDE D'ENTRETIEN DE ROUTINE
DE BARRIÈRES ROUTIÈRES DES SÉRIES GARD, G3250, GARD 4, GARD 8
Ce document fournit à l'installateur les indications sur les contrôles obligatoires à e ectuer durant les interventions de maintenance des
barrières routières de la série GARD, G3250, GARD 4 et GARD 8.
• Tous les 50 000 cycles et quoiqu'il en soit tous les 6 mois :
1. E ectuer un contrôle général et complet du serrage des boulons.
2. Contrôler l'équilibrage de la lisse à 45° et prévoir éventuellement la mise en tension du ressort d'équilibrage en réglant la traction de
ce dernier au moyen des tirants de fi xation.
3. Lubrifi er le ressort d'équilibrage. Exécuter cette opération avec le ressort complètement tendu.
4. Pour la barrière G12000, avec équilibrage à contrepoids, lubrifi er les parties coulissantes.
5. Lubrifi er toutes les parties mécaniques en mouvement : points d'articulation, joints, etc.
6. Lubrifi er les éventuels ressorts de fi n de course.
7. E ectuer un contrôle général des roulements.
8. S'assurer du bon fonctionnement de tous les dispositifs de signalisation lumineuse et de tous les dispositifs de sécurité de l'installation
(fonctionnement du minirupteur de la porte, du système de déblocage et des éventuels accessoires de décrochage).
• Tous les 500000 cycles et quoiqu'il en soit tous les 5 ans :
1. Remplacer le ressort d'équilibrage en respectant les indications fournies dans le manuel d'installation.
2. Remplacer les éventuels ressorts de fi n de course.
3. Remplacer les éventuelles douilles de la bielle de transmission et les rotules.
4. Lubrifi er les organes mécaniques de mouvement.
5. E ectuer un contrôle général et complet du serrage des boulons.
Toujours régler la vitesse de ralentissement de la lisse de manière à ce que l'éventuel support mobile ne touche pas le sol à une vitesse
pouvant compromettre la structure de la lisse.
La hauteur du support mobile doit permettre à la lisse abaissée d'être parfaitement horizontale.
Important : en cas de non utilisation de la barrière sur de longues périodes (ex. : installation dans des endroits à ouverture saisonnière tels que
les campings), il est recommandé de détacher les ressorts et d'enlever la lisse.
Le type et la fréquence d'intervention doivent toujours être évalués par l'installateur en fonction de l'utilisation, du lieu d'installation et de
l'estimation du nombre de cycles journaliers avec, éventuellement, l'installation d'un dispositif de comptage des manœuvres.
Il convient de prévoir l'utilisation du renfort pour lisses à installer à l'intérieur de ces dernières dans les cas indiqués sur le catalogue (accessoire
G03756 pour série GARD 4, G06802 pour série GARD 8).
En cas d’installation avec tablier ou pied mobile, la vitesse d’ouverture et de fermeture de la lisse doit permettre le bon fonctionnement de la
barrière. Le nombre maximum de cycles journaliers doit être réduit de 20 %.

Important : en cas de non utilisation de la barrière sur de longues périodes (ex. : installation dans des endroits à ouverture saisonnière tels que
les campings), il est recommandé de détacher les ressorts et d'enlever la lisse.

РУКОВОДСТВО ПО ПЕРИОДИЧЕСКОМУ ТЕХНИЧЕСКОМУ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЮ
АВТОМАТИЧЕСКИХ ДОРОЖНЫХ ШЛАГБАУМОВ СЕРИЙ GARD, G3250, GARD 4, GARD 8
Настоящий документ содержит информацию об обязательных проверках, которые установщик должен осуществить во время
периодического технического обслуживания дорожных шлагбаумов серий GARD, G3250, GARD 4 и GARD 8.
• После 50000 циклов и каждые 6 месяцев:
1. Выполните общую проверку шлагбаума и крепежных соединений.
2. Проверьте балансировку стрелы, которая должна останавливаться под углом 45°. При необходимости отрегулируйте
натяжение балансировочной пружины, воздействуя на соответствующие крепления.
3. Смажьте балансировочную пружину. Эта операция должна выполняться при максимально растянутой пружине.
4. Для шлагбаума с системой противовесов G12000 смажьте все детали, участвующие в скольжении.
5. Смажьте все подвижные механические детали: шарниры, соединения и т.д.
6. Смажьте пружины концевых выключателей, при их наличии.
7. Выполните общую проверку подшипников.
8. Проверьте работоспособность всех устройств световой сигнализации и устройств безопасности системы (исправную работу
микровыключателей дверцы, механизма разблокировки и, при наличии, креплений).
• После 500000 циклов и каждые 5 лет работы:
1. Замените балансировочную пружину, следуя указаниям из инструкции по монтажу.
2. Замените пружины концевых выключателей, при их наличии.
3. Замените втулки шатуна и шарниров, при их наличии.
4. Смажьте все подвижные механические детали.
5. Выполните общую проверку шлагбаума и крепежных соединений.
Отрегулируйте скорость замедления стрелы таким образом, чтобы, при опускании на подвижную опору, она не касалась земли и не
приводила к повреждению конструкции стрелы.
Высота подвижной опоры должна быть такой, чтобы в опущенном положении стрела располагалась строго горизонтально.
Важно: если шлагбаум не используется в течение длительного периода времени, например, при установке системы в местах сезонной
посещаемости, например, кемпингах, рекомендуется отсоединить пружины и снять стрелу.
Установщик определяет тип и частоту требуемых работ по техническому обслуживанию с учетом интенсивности использования, места
применения и приблизительного количества рабочих циклов в день и при необходимости устанавливает счетчик рабочих циклов.
Рекомендуется использовать дополнительную внутреннюю вставку для стрелы в случаях, указанных в каталоге (аксессуар G03756 для
серии GARD 4, G06802 для серии GARD 8).
При монтаже со шторкой или подвижной опорой скорость поднятия и опускания стрелы следует выбрать таким образом, чтобы
обеспечить правильную работу шлагбаума. Максимальное количество ежедневных циклов следует уменьшить на 20 %.
