B Montaggio dell'asta
1 Montare la flangia sulla
piastra di fissaggio dell'asta.
Lasciare le viti leggermente
allentate per facilitare il
successivo inserimento
dell'asta.
2 Tagliare i profili copri cava
della stessa misura della cava
dell'asta meno 10 millimetri.
3 Inserire i profili copri cava
nelle apposite scanalature su
entrambi i lati dell'asta.
4 Inserire il profilo di gomma
anti-urto nell'apposita
scanalatura.
5 Tagliare la parte eccedente
del profilo.
6 Fissare il tappo di chiusura
dell'asta con le apposite viti.
7 Fissare la copertura anti-
cesoiamento sulla flangia con le
viti in dotazione.
8 Spezzare il dentino del
frontale. Agganciare il frontale
al resto della copertura anti-
cesoiamento.
9 Assicurarsi che il frontale
sia ben fissato applicando una
leggera pressione con le dita su
entrambi i lati.

maintenance must only be carried out

purpose. Any other use is hazardous. •
The manufacturer cannot be held liable
for any damage caused by improper,
unreasonable or erroneous use. • Also
check the warnings in the installation
and use manuals for the operator the
product is associated with. • Make sure
the mains power supply is disconnected
during all installation procedures. • This
product complies with the applicable
standards in force at the time of
manufacturing.
Description
803XA-0550 - Semi-elliptic boom
mounting kit (001G03750) with GARD
GT4 barrier (GGT40AGS, GGT40RGS
GGT40RX4, GGT40AX4, GGT40AX6,
GGT40ACS).

Cap fixing screws
Flange fixing screws

B Boom installation
1 Fit the flange on the boom anchoring
plate. Leave the screws slightly loose
for easier fitting of the boom later.
2 Cut the slot-cover profiles to the
same size as the boom slot minus 10
millimetres.
3 Insert the slot-cover profiles into the
grooves on both sides of the boom.
4 Insert the anti-impact rubber profile
into the groove.
5 Cut off the excess part of the profile.
6 Use the screws to fasten the boom
end cap.
7 Fix the protective anti-shearing cover
to the flange using the screws provided.
8 Snap off the front tab. Attach the
front panel to the rest of the protective
anti-shearing cover.
9 Make sure the front is fixed securely
in place by pressing down gently on
both sides.

B Montage de la lisse
1 Installer la bride sur la plaque de
fixation de la lisse. Ne pas serrer les
vis à fond de manière à faciliter ensuite
l'introduction de la lisse.
2 Couper les profilés couvre-joint de
sorte à ce qu’ils soient de la même
longueur que le joint de la lisse moins
10 millimètres.
3 Insérer les profilés couvre-joint dans
les rainures spécifiques des deux côtés
de la lisse.
4 Introduire le profilé en caoutchouc
anti-choc dans la rainure spécifique.
5 Couper la partie inutile du profilé.
6 Fixer le couvercle de la lisse à l'aide
des vis prévues à cet effet.
7 Fixer le dispositif anti-cisaillement
sur la bride à l'aide des vis fournies.
8 Casser le crochet de la plaque
frontale et la fixer sur le dispositif anti-
cisaillement.
9 S'assurer que la plaque frontale est
bien fixée en poussant légèrement du
bout des doigts sur les deux côtés.

B Монтаж стрелы
1 Зафиксируйте крепление стрелы
на пластине. Не затягивайте
крепежные соединения, чтобы было
проще установить стрелу.
2 Отрежьте профили паза на длину,
соответствующую длине паза минус
10 миллиметров.
3 Вставьте профили в пазы на обеих
сторонах стрелы.
4 Вставьте противоударный
резиновый профиль в нижнюю часть
стрелы.
5 Отрежьте лишнюю часть профиля.
6 Установите торцевую заглушку
стрелы соответствующими винтами.
7 Установите защитную накладку на
крепление стрелы и зафиксируйте ее
прилагаемыми винтами.
8 Сломайте зубчик на передней
крышке. Вставьте и зафиксируйте
ее в защитной накладке крепления
стрелы.
9 Убедитесь в том, что крышка
надежно зафиксирована, слегка
надавив на нее пальцами с двух
сторон.
