INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION SHEET
Install according to all codes and standards.
Warning: Turn off power to outlet box using breaker or fuses
at service entrance. Verify power is off by testing with a
circuit tester.
Caution: USE THIS DEVICE WITH COPPER OR COPPER-
CLAD WIRE ONLY.

COMMON FEED
When single pole and a 3-Way switch are
on one circuit. One light is controlled by
single pole, other light by a 3-Way switch
and another 3-Way switch at a different
location.
SEPERATE FEED
(Breakoff Tab Removed)
When single pole and a 3-Way
switch are on separate circuits.
WIRED AS NIGHT LIGHT
(Breakoff Tab Removed)
When 3-Way switch is OFF, indicator
light glows.
WIRED AS PILOT LIGHT
When a 3-Way switch is ON, pilot light
glows. This circuit requires a ground
wire for its operation.
GROUNDED POWEROUTLET
When grounded power
outlet is controlled from a
3-Way switch and another
3-Way switch at a different
location.
SEPARATE FEED
(Breakoff Tab Removed)
When a 3-Way switch and
grounded power outlet are on
separate circuits.
COMMON FEED
When a 3-Way switch
controls light only. Use
power outlet for
grounded appliances.
CABLE COMME LAMPE DE NUIT
(languette cassable retirée)
Lorsque lʼinterrupteur 3-niveaux est sur
ARRET, le voyant est allumé.
CABLE COMME VEILLEUSE
Quand lʼinterrupteur 3-niveaux est en
MARCHE, la veilleuse est allumée.
Ce circuit requiert un fil de mise à la
terre pour marcher.
CABLE COMME LAMPE DE NUIT
Lorsque lʼinterrupteur est sur ARRET,
le voyant est allumé.
CABLE COMME VEILLEUSE
Lorsque lʼinterrupteur est en MARCHE,
la veilleuse est allumée.

COMMUNE
Lorsquʼun interrupteur
3-Niveaux contrôle
seulement la lumière.
Utiliser la prise de
courant pour les
appareils connectés à
la terre.

sont dans un circuit. Chaque interrup-
teur 3-Niveaux contrôle une lampe
indépendante, également contrôlée par
un interrupteur 3-Niveaux à un autre
endroit.

appareil de contrôle de circuit.

DES FILS EN CUIVRE OU DES FILS REVETUS DE CUIVRE.

INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
Instale de acuerdo con todos los códigos y estándares.
Advertencia: Desconecte la corriente a la caja de salida
utilizando los fusibles o disyuntores en la entrada de servicio.

de circuito.

COMMON FEED
When two 3-Way switches are on one circuit.
Each 3-Way switch controls an independent
light, also controlled by a 3-Way switch at
another location.

When two 3-Way switches are on separate
circuits. Can also be wired with Cat. #: 683.

Cuando interruptor 3-vías está
ENCENDIDO, luz piloto se enciende.
Este circuito requiere una tierra para
funcionar.

luz. Utilice tomacorrientes
para aparatos con tierra.
