OBJECTIVE:
As with many games there are many different sets of rules for games
depending on the location of country and region of where the game is to be
played. The object of the game is to throw your rings over the pegs for
points.
Number of Players: 2 or 4 players
PLEASE READ this WARNING and all rules before playing.
WARNING: ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED TO PLAY THIS GAME.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE. Only
use the product as directed and obey all of the safety rules noted
below. Store the product so that it is inaccessible and out of reach of
young children. The owner of the game is responsible for ensuring that
the warnings and rules are provided to all players. Mis-thrown rings
may cause property damage. All players are responsible to ensure that
Ring Toss is played safely. PLEASE PLAY THE GAME CAREFULLY.
ALWAYS ERR ON THE SIDE OF SAFETY.
Preparing to Play:
1. Ensure that the playing field is flat and clear of all obstructions.
2. Then decide where your starting point and scoring (landing) points are
going to be. This can be any distance from the target as long as players
or team captains agree on a distance. Please remember that if children
are playing to make sure that the distance between the players and ends
is suitable for their throwing powers.
3. Ensure that there are no objects behind the target. If there is a wall
behind the target, ensure that the wall has no windows or that the wall is
composed of materials that could not be damaged by thrown rings.
SAFETY RULES:
1. Always obey the safety rules.
2. Ensure that the playing field is clear of all obstructions.
3. All participants and non-participants (including pets) must stay behind
and at a safe distance from the playing field.
4. No person should be between a player and the target at any time.
5. KEEP AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.
6. All players and non-participants should always be attentive and observe
the game at ALL times in order to avoid injury caused by mis-thrown
rings and other such hazards.
How to Play:
1. Before beginning to play Ring Toss read and obey the SAFETY RULES.
DO NOT CROSS THE PATH OF THE RINGS WHILE IN PLAY.
2. Each player alternates throwing their rings (Player 1, Player 2, Player 1,
etc.) until all the rings have been thrown towards the target.
3. Agree on how the winner will be decided. This can be either by the total
number of points scored after an equal number of throws with the highest
score being the winner. Or the winner can be decided by the first player
to reach a certain score.
4. Each player has colored rings to throw at the scoring area. After throwing
all your rings, add up any score that has been achieved by having a ring
or rings thrown over the peg.
5. This is then added to the individuals or team total.
6. To determine who starts the game, one ring of each color must be
thrown by at the target. The player with the highest number of points in
one throw starts the game.
Scoring:
Agree on how the winner will be decided. This can be either by the total
number of points scored after an equal number of throws with the highest
score being the winner. Or the winner can be decided by the first player
to reach a certain score.
NOTE: DO NOT THROW THE RINGS AT ANYTHING OTHER THAN
THE PROVIDED TARGET STRUCTURES.

Se préparer à jouer au jeu de anneaux:
1. Assurez-vous que le terrain de jeu est plat et dégagé de tout
obstacle.
2. Assurez-vous qu’il n’y a aucun objet derrière la structure cible. S’il y
a un mur derrière la structure cible, assurez-vous que le mur n’a pas de
fenêtres ou que le mur est composé de matériaux qui ne seront pas
endommagés par une rondelle.
RÈGLES DE SÉCURITÉ :
1. Suivez toujours les règles de sécurité.
2. Assurez-vous que le terrain de jeu est dégagé de tout obstacle.
3. Tous les participants et tous les non participants (y compris les
animaux de compagnie) doivent rester derrière, à une distance
sécuritaire d’au moins 3 mètres (10 pieds) du terrain de jeu (dans
l’hypothèse qu’il s’agit d’un joueur chevronné, sinon une distance
plus importante peut être nécessaire).
4. Aucune personne ne doit se trouver entre un joueur et la structure
cible en aucun moment.
5. GARDEZ HORS DE LA PORTÉE DES JEUNE ENFANTS.
6. Tous les joueurs ainsi que les non participants doivent toujours être
attentifs et observer la partie en TOUT temps afin d’éviter les
blessures causées par des anneaux mal lancées et autres dangers
similaires.
Comment jouer :
1. Avant de commencer à jouer au jeu de anneaux, lisez et respectez
les RÈGLES DE SÉCURITÉ.
2. POUR JOUER PAR ÉQUIPES D’UN, les joueurs adverses lancent à
partir de la même extrémité du terrain de jeu en s’assurant que leurs
deux pieds restent à l’extérieur de la structure de jeu lors du lancer.
NE TRAVERSEZ PAS LA TRAJECTOIRE DES RONDELLES PENDANT
LA PARTIE.
3. Ensuite, déterminez d’un commun accord où sera située la cible.
Déterminez également d’où seront lancés les anneaux. Cela peut se faire de
n'importe quelle distance de la cible tant que les joueurs ou les capitaines
d'équipe s’entendent sur la distance optimale. Si vous jouez avec des
enfants, assurez-vous que la distance entre les joueurs et la cible soit
adaptée à la force de leur bras.
4. Déterminez enfin la manière de remporter la partie. Il y a deux principales
façons de gagner. Premièrement, le gagnant est déterminé par le plus haut
pointage obtenu après un nombre égal de lancées. Deuxièmement, le
gagnant est déterminé par la règle selon laquelle le premier joueur ou la
première équipe à atteindre un certain score gagne. Par exemple, le premier
joueur ou la première équipe à atteindre 21 points est élu vainqueur.
Marquer des points:
Chaque joueur ou équipe a un nombre égal d’anneaux à lancer. Après avoir
lancé tous vos anneaux, additionnez vos points à votre pointage ou celui de
votre équipe.
Exemple : Si un joueur / une équipe a 19 points et marque 3 points (22
au total), le joueur doit soustraire les points de son score actuel. Dans ce
cas, votre nouveau score sera de 16.
REMARQUE : NE LANCEZ PAS LES ANNEAUX VERS AUTRE CHOSE
QUE LES STRUCTURES CIBLES FOURNIES.
