Adjusting Field of View:

Depending on the distance between your eyes, the field of view can vary

from one person to another. In order to adjust the alignment between your

eyes and the lens, hold your Backyard Safari Adventures Binocs up to your

face and look through the lenses. Do you see two images or one? If you see

two images, rotate the two halves of your binocs around the center pivot back

and forth until the two images you see come together to form a single view.

Adjusting Focus:

Now that you have adjusted your binocs’ field of view, how does the image

look? Is it clear, or is it blurry? Well, depending on how close, or how far away

leave a fingerprint which could prevent you from seeing the best image you

can through your field binocs. Whenever this happens, just find a soft cloth

or lens tissue, and gently wipe away any dust, dirt, or fingerprints. If the lens

is extra dirty, you can use a lens-cleaning fluid, but make sure you use the

fluid on the cloth and not directly on your binocs, or you may cause the

lenses to fog up!
