Installazione
Prima di qualsiasi operazione, togliere la tensione di linea.
• Sbloccare il motore, aprire lo sportello di sblocco e svitare le viti di fi ssaggio del
coperchio.
• Sollevare e togliere il coperchio.
Per FA4024CB: scollegare il cavo.
Collegamenti e settaggi
• Inserire la scheda.
• Staccare i morsetti e togliere la piastra di fi ssaggio; fi ssare il supporto per le batterie,
posizionare le batterie e fi ssare il tutto con i tiranti.
• Sulla scheda ZL94 scollegare il cavo del trasformatore e collegarlo alla scheda
LBF40; collegare tra loro le schede con il cavo fornito.
• Collegare tra loro i due motori.
• Collegare le batterie tra loro come illustrato.
• Chiudere il coperchio e bloccare il motoriduttore.

Installing
First, always cut o the power supply.
• Release the gearmotor, open the release hatch and loosen the cover screws.
• Lift and remove the cover.
For the FA4024CB: disconnect the cable.
Connections and settings
• Fit the control board.
• Unplug the terminals and remove the fastening plate; fasten the battery brace, fi t the
batteries and fasten everything by tightening the long screws.
• On the ZL94 board, disconnect the transformer cable and plug it into theLBF40
board; connect the two boards by using the supplied cable.
• Connect the two motors to each other.
• Connect the batteries to each other as shown.
• Close the cover and lock the gearmotor.

Installation
Mettre hors tension avant toute opération.
• Débloquer le moteur, ouvrir le volet de déblocage et dévisser les vis de fi xation du
couvercle.
• Soulever et enlever le couvercle.
Pour FA4024CB : débrancher le câble.
Connexions et configurations
• Introduire la carte.
• Débrancher les bornes et enlever la plaque de fi xation ; fi xer le support pour les
batteries, positionner ces dernières et fi xer le tout à l’aide des tirants.
• Débrancher le câble du transformateur sur la carte ZL94 et le rebrancher à la carte
LBF40 ; connecter les cartes entre elles à l’aide du câble fourni.
• Raccorder les deux moteurs entre eux.
• Connecter les batteries entre elles comme illustré.
• Fermer le couvercle et bloquer le motoréducteur.

Монтаж
Перед проведением каких-либо работ необходимо отключить сетевое элек-
тропитание.
• Разблокируйте привод, откройте дверцу и отверните крепежные винты крыш-
ки.
• Приподнимите и снимите крышку.
Для FA4024CB: отсоедините провод.
Электрические подключения и настройки
• Вставьте плату.
• Отсоедините клеммы и снимите монтажное основание; зафиксируйте держа-
тель для аккумуляторов, вставьте аккумуляторы и зафиксируйте всю конструк-
цию крепежными деталями.
• Отсоедините кабель трансформатора от платы ZL94 и подключите его к плате
LBF40; выполните подключения между платами прилагаемым кабелем.
• Выполните подключения между двумя моторами.
• Выполните подключения между аккумуляторами, как показано на рисунке.
• Закройте крышку и заблокируйте мотор-редуктор.
