Beachten Sie vor dem Gebrauch des Gerätes bitte folgende Hinweise:

| Vermeiden Sie einen Betrieb des Gerätes in der Nähe von elektrischen Schweiß-

| Nach abrupten Temperaturwechseln muss das Gerät vor dem Gebrauch zur Sta-

Entsorgung

Sehr geehrter Testboy-Kunde, mit dem Erwerb unseres Produktes haben Sie die Möglichkeit,

das Gerät nach Ende seines Lebenszyklus an geeignete Sammelstellen für Elektroschrott zu-

rückzugeben.

Die WEEE regelt die Rücknahme und das Recycling von Elektroaltgeräten. Her-

steller von Elektrogeräten sind dazu verpflichtet, Elektrogeräte, die verkauft wer-

den, kostenfrei zurückzunehmen und zu recyceln. Elektrogeräte dürfen dann nicht

mehr in die „normalen“ Abfallströme eingebracht werden. Elektrogeräte sind sepa-

rat zu recyceln und zu entsorgen. Alle Geräte, die unter diese Richtlinie fallen,

sind mit diesem Logo gekennzeichnet.

Entsorgung von gebrauchten Batterien

Sie als Endverbraucher sind gesetzlich (Batteriegesetz) zur Rückgabe aller ge-

brauchten Batterien und Akkus verpflichtet; eine Entsorgung über den Haus-

müll ist untersagt!

Schadstoffhaltige Batterien/Akkus sind mit nebenstehenden Symbolen gekenn-

zeichnet, die auf das Verbot der Entsorgung über den Hausmüll hinweisen.

Die Bezeichnungen für das ausschlaggebende Schwermetall sind:

Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei.

Ihre verbrauchten Batterien/Akkus können Sie unentgeltlich bei den Sammelstellen

Ihrer Gemeinde oder überall dort abgeben, wo Batterien/Akkus verkauft werden!

Funktion

Der TV435 ist ein nützliches Gerät, das die elektrische Aufteilung zwischen den aktiven Leitern

von Phase, Neutral und PE für einphasige Lasten ermöglicht, die mit zwei- oder dreipoligen

Leitern mit einer Stromaufnahme von bis zu 16 A versorgt werden. Das Gerät ermöglicht eine

sofortige Messung direkt an den Leitern mit Zangen.

Der TV435 hat 2 Ringe (Ax1 und Ax10 - siehe Abb. 1, Nummern 4 und 6), um jeweils die Mes-

sung des Leitungsstroms und die Messung desselben Stroms multipliziert mit dem Faktor 10

durchzuführen (nützlich bei Stromzangen mit geringer Empfindlichkeit oder zu hohen Berei-

chen).

Das Gerät hat ebenfalls zwei weitere Ringe (mA PE und mA L-N - siehe Abb. 1, Nummern

2 und 3) zur einfachen Messung des Ableitstroms, jeweils direkt und indirekt / differentiell (auf

L-N-Leitern).

Schließlich ermöglicht der TV435 auch die Durchführung von AC L-N-, L-PE- und N-PE-Span-

nungsmessungen (siehe Abb. 1, Nummer 7) mit Multimetern.

Laststrommessung

1. Verbinden Sie den TV435 mit der 230 V AC Steckdose per Schuko Stecker.

2. Verbinden Sie das Endgerät mit dem TV435 per Schuko Stecker.

3. Führen Sie die Strommesszange um die Messpunkte Ax1 oder Ax10 und schalten Sie

das Endgerät ein.

4. Lesen Sie die Werte des Leitungsstroms am Ring Ax1 ab oder teilen Sie den abgelese-

nen Wert des Rings Ax10 durch 10 (siehe Abb. 2).

Leckstrommessung

1. Verbinden Sie den TV435 mit der 230 V AC Steckdose per Schuko Stecker.

2. Verbinden Sie das Endgerät mit dem TV435 per Schuko Stecker.

3. Führen Sie die Strommesszange um die Messpunkte mA PE oder mA L-N und schalten

Sie das Endgerät ein.

4. Lesen Sie den direkten Wert des Ableitstroms (PE-Leiter) im mA-PE-Ring oder den indi-

rekten Wert / Differenzwert des Ableitstroms (L-N-Leiter) im mA-L-N-Ring ab (siehe

Abb. 3).

1. Verbinden Sie den TV435 mit der 230 V AC Steckdose per Schuko Stecker.

2. Verbinden Sie das Endgerät mit dem TV435 per Schuko Stecker.

3. Führen Sie die Strommesszange um den Messpunkt Ax1 und die Messleitungen an L

und N und schalten Sie das Endgerät an.

4. Lesen Sie die entsprechenden Werte für Strom, Spannung und aufgenommene Leistung

der Last ab (siehe Abb. 4).

5. Spannungsmessungen zwischen den Messpunkten L-PE und N-PE sind ebenfalls mög-

lich.

Wartung

WARNUNG

Nur erfahrene und geschulte Techniker dürfen Wartungsarbeiten durchführen. Tren-

nen Sie alle Kabel von den Eingangsanschlüssen, bevor Sie Wartungsarbeiten

durchführen.

Reinigung des Gerätes

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen des Instruments ein weiches und trockenes Tuch. Verwenden

Sie niemals nasse Tücher, Lösungsmittel, Wasser usw.

ment to suitable collection points for waste electrical equipment at the end of its lifespan.

The WEEE directive regulates the return and recycling of electrical appliances.

Manufacturers of electrical appliances are obliged to take back and recycle all

electrical appliances free of charge. Electrical devices may then no longer be dis-

posed of through conventional waste disposal channels. Electrical appliances

must be recycled and disposed of separately. All equipment subject to this di-

rective is marked with this logo.

Disposal of used batteries

As an end user, you are legally obliged (battery law) to return all used batteries;

disposal in the domestic waste is prohibited!

Batteries containing contaminant material are marked with this symbol indicating

that they may not be disposed of in the domestic waste.

The abbreviations used for the crucial heavy metals are:

You can return your used batteries free of charge to municipal collection points or

Function

The TV435 is a useful instrument that enables electrical separation between the active con-

ductors of phase, neutral and PE for single-phase loads supplied with two or three-pole con-

ductors with a current consumption of up to 16 A. The instrument enables immediate measure-

ment directly at the conductors using clamp meters.

The TV435 has 2 rings (Ax1 and Ax10 - see Fig. 1, nos 4 and 6) to measure the line current,

as well as this current multiplied by a factor of 10 (useful when using current clamp meters with

a lower sensitivity or extremely high ranges).

The instrument also has two additional rings (mA PE and mA L-N - see Fig. 1, nos 2 and 3)

for simple measurement of the stray current, both direct and indirect/differential (on L-N con-

ductors).

Finally, the TV435 also enables AC L-N, L-PE and N-PE voltage measurements to be carried

out (see Fig. 1, no. 7) using multimeters.

Load current measurement

1. Connect the TV435 to the 230 V AC socket via the earthed plug.

2. Connect the terminal device to the TV435 via the earthed plug.

3. Guide the current clamp meter over the measuring points Ax1 or Ax10 and switch on the

terminal device.

4. Read off the line current values at ring Ax1 or divide the ring Ax10 reading by 10 (see

Fig. 2).

Leakage current measurement

1. Connect the TV435 to the 230 V AC socket via the earthed plug.

2. Connect the terminal device to the TV435 via the earthed plug.

3. Guide the current clamp meter over the measuring points mA PE or mA L-N and

switch on the terminal device.

4. Read off the direct stray current value (PE conductor) in the mA-PE ring or the indi-

rect/differential stray current value (L-N conductor) in the mA-L-N ring (see Fig. 3).

Voltage and power measurement

1. Connect the TV435 to the 230 V AC socket via the earthed plug.

2. Connect the terminal device to the TV435 via the earthed plug.

3. Guide the current clamp meter over the measuring point Ax1 and the test leads at L and

N, and switch on the terminal device.

4. Read off the corresponding values for current, voltage and total input power of the load

(see Fig. 4).

5. Voltage measurements between the measuring points L-PE and N-PE are also possible.

Maintenance

WARNING

Maintenance work should always be performed by experienced and trained engi-

neers. Disconnect all cables from the input connections before carrying out mainte-

nance work.

Cleaning the instrument

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the instrument. Never use a wet cloth, solvent, water, etc.
