Dust the mantel periodically as you would with any piece of furniture.
Using a soft cloth and a wood cleaner, wipe the mantel clean in the direction of the grain to minimize the
appearance of scratches and scus in the nish.
Do not use water to clean mantel. Water may cause swelling, warping or stains if allowed to penetrate the
nish of the mantel. Use protective pads or cloths whenever possible.
Avoid placing mantel in rooms with lots of humidity or where humidity could be a problem. This may cause
warping to the mantel.
Using your Fireplace
Fireplace is designed to be used indoors, there is no need for ventilation.
Use extreme caution while burning. Some surfaces become extremely hot during use.
Before using replace, be sure you have read and understand the step-by-step instructions and warnings
included with your gel fuel or electric rebox.

Helpful Tips for Assembly

Prep, plan and clear your space. In order to minimize damage while assembling make sure unpacking and
assembly takes place on a carpeted surface.
We recommend to use a power screwdriver for assembly it will greatly reduce your time for assembly. BE SURE
NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN SCREWS. The wood can easily be stripped out if too much force is used.
Use two people for assembly of the mantle. Another set of hands will help tremendously with the assembly
process and will reduce the amount of time spent on assembly. If you do not have a helper, that is ok too, just
take your time and follow the instructions.
Make sure that your mantle has been properly assembled prior to use. Once you have completed assembly
you should not have any extra mantel parts. The piece will be quite sturdy and all pieces will t together
nic
ely. If you did not achieve ideal results by following the instructions, please contact our customer service
team at 1-800-654-1704 and they will help answer any questions or concerns about the assembly process.
Avoid direct sunlight if possible to reduce the possibility of fading the nish.

- Lay the Right Front Panel (1) and the Left Front Panel (2) face down on a carpeted surface.
- Lay the Center Panel (3) on the Left and Right Front Panels and attach using one Wood Screw (A)
at each end as shown.

- Using two Wood Dowels (B) and two 3-in-1 Bolts (C) per side; attach the Side Panels (7 & 8) to the Front
Panels as shown with two Ex-center Fittings (D).

- Place the Base (9) on a at stable surface.
- Install six 3-in-1 bolts (C) and eight Wood Dowels (B) into the corresponding locations in Base (9).
- With the help of another person place the previously assembled section of the replace onto the base.
- Secure this portion to the base using six Ex-center ttings (D).

- Using two Wooden Dowels connect the Upper Firebox Trim (6)
to both the Right Firebox Trim (4) and the Left Firebox Trim (5)
- Attach the Firebox Trim panels to the inside of the replace mantel
using eleven Wood Screws (A).

against a wall continue to next
step. For corner installation
proceed to Step 6

- Install eight 3-in-1 pins (C) in the mantel top.
- Place ten Wood Dowels (B) in the corresponding holes in the tops of each panel.
- Lower the Mantel Top (14) onto the rest of the replace making sure that all Dowels and 3-in-1 ttings
all t into the correct holes.
- Secure the Mantel Top (14) to the mantel using eight
ex-center ttings.
At this time; refer to the instruction
book included with your rebox for
instructions on how to install rebox into
the replace mantel.
If you do not have an instruction manual included with your rebox do not attempt to assemble or operate.
Immediately call our customer service department at 1-800-654-1704 for a replacement instruction manual.
WARNING: Do not operate your rebox without reading all instructions and warnings prior to use.

- Place the Mantel Top(14) and the Mantel Corner (13) upside down on the oor.
- Place three Wood Dowels (B) into the edge of the Mantel Corner (13) as shown.
- Slide the two parts together.
- Connect the Mantel Top (14) and the Mantel Corner (13) with two Corner Mantel Braces (15).
- Secure the Corner Mantel Braces (15) to the inside of the Mantel Top with four Wood Screws (A) in
each brace.
- Install nine 3-in-1 bolts into the bottom of the assembled Mantel Top.

- Assemble the Mantel Top Corner support.
- Attach the Corner Base Connector (11) to the end of the Corner
Floor Brace (10) with two Wood Screws (E)
- Attach the opposite end of the Corner
Floor brace to the bottom of the Corner
Support (12) with two Wood Screws (E).
- Attach the assembled Corner Support to the back of the Base
with two Wood Screws (A)

- Insert ten Wood Dowels (B) into the corresponding holes in the
tops of the panels.
- Place the assembled Corner Mantel Top onto the rest of the replace
making sure that all dowels and 3-in-1bolt t together correctly.
- Secure the Top to the Mantel with nine Excenter
ttings as shown.
At this time; refer to the instruction
book included with your rebox for
instructions on how to install rebox into
the replace mantel.
If you do not have an instruction manual included with your rebox do not attempt to assemble or operate.

fireplaces and accessories to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and
service for a period of 90 days from date of shipment. In the event of such defect in parts or
workmanship, Jensen will, at its option, replace the defective product or refund the purchase price to
the extent of the defective product’s replacement cost. The foregoing is the exclusive remedy and
Real Flame disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. In addition, Real Flame will not be responsible for consequential damages in
excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based.
Replacement Parts: Replacement parts are available for most units. Occasionally, parts may arrive
damaged due to mishandling during shipping. If you are in need of a replacement part, please
contact our customer service department with the fireplace model number and part number needed.
We will ship out a replacement part due to shipping damage at no charge.
Returns: Please inspect all items immediately after receiving. We hope you will be completely happy
with your purchase. If you find within 15 days of receipt of your product that you do not wish to keep
it, you may return it unused by following our return procedure. Shipping charges are not refundable
unless the return is a result of our error. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
All returns must be authorized. Product that has been used may not be returned. A 15% restocking
fee will be assessed on returned merchandise to compensate for repackaging, warehousing and
administrative labor. The return procedure is listed below. For specific questions relating to returns or
warranty, please contact Customer Service department toll-free at 1-800-654-1704 or at
custserv@realflame.com.
Step 1: Contact Customer Service department by phone or e-mail to receive your Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# is necessary for all returns. A reason code
must be indicated on the return form included with your packing slip.
Step 2: Note your RMA# on the packing slip and repack the item in the original packaging. Be sure to
include your packing slip with the returned product.
Step 3: Include your RMA# on the outside of the box and ship the package back to us via common
carrier. Please provide us with the tracking number for your shipment.
Step 4: We will contact you when the package has been received and inspected. Provided a
satisfactory return, we will credit your account for the returned merchandise less the applicable
restocking charges.

Épousseter régulièrement le manteau de cheminée.
Avec un chion doux et un nettoyant pour bois, essuyer dans le sens des grains du bois an d’éviter
l’apparence d’égratignures et d’éraures sur le ni.
Ne pas utiliser d’eau pour nettoyer le manteau de cheminée. L’eau peut causer un gonement, le gauchisse-
ment ou faire apparaître des taches en pénétrant le ni du manteau.
Utiliser des coussinets protecteurs le plus souvent possible.
Éviter de placer le manteau de cheminée dans des pièces très humides ou des pièces où l’humidité peut être
un problème. Cela pourrait occasionner un gauchissement du manteau de cheminée.
Éviter la lumière directe du soleil qui pourrait décolorer le ni du manteau de cheminée. Si vous ne pouvez
éviter la lumière directe du soleil, le manteau de cheminée devrait être placé de façon à ce que la lumière
frappe le manteau uniformément et ainsi la décoloration serait uniforme.
Le foyer est conçu pour être utilisé à l’intérieur, il n’y a aucun besoin de ventilation.

Avant l’assemblage, déballer et vérier soigneusement toutes les pièces du foyer et de la quincaillerie.

Préparer, planier et libérer votre espace. An de minimiser les dommages, procéder au déballage et à
l’assemblage sur une surface recouverte d’un tapis.
Nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un tournevis électrique pour l’assemblage, ce qui réduira de beaucoup
votre temps d’assemblage. VOUS ASSURER DE NE PAS TROP SERRER LES VIS. Une force excessive peut fendiller
le bois.
Travailler à deux personnes pour assembler le manteau de cheminée. Une autre paire de mains sera d’une
grande aide dans le processus d’assemblage et réduira le temps qui y sera consacré. Si aucune aide n’est
disponible, vous pouvez tout de même procéder à l’assemblage en prenant votre temps et en suivant
soigneusement les instructions.
Avant l’utilisation, vous assurer que votre manteau de cheminée a été bien installé. Après l’installation com-
plète de votre manteau de cheminée, il ne devrait plus vous rester de pièces non utilisées. La pièce sera très
robuste et toutes les parties s’emboîteront aisément. Si vous n’obtenez pas un résultat satisfaisant après avoir

- Déposer le panneau avant droit (1) et le panneau avant gauche (2) côté face sur
une surface douce.
- Déposer le panneau du centre (3) sur les panneaux avant gauche et droit et xer
avec une vis à bois (A) à chaque extrémité (voir illustration).

- Avec deux goujons de bois (B) et deux boulons 3 en 1 (C) par côté, xer les
panneaux latéraux (7 et 8) aux panneaux avant et bloquer avec des écrous
de blocage décentrés (D) comme illustré.

- Placer la base (9) sur une surface plane et stable.
- Mettre six boulons 3 en 1 (C) et huit goujons de bois (B) dans chacun des trous correspondants.
- Avec l’aide d’une autre personne, placer sur la base les pièces précédemment assemblées.
- Fixer solidement le tout avec six écrous de blocage décentrés (D).

- Avec deux goujons de bois, raccorder la moulure supérieure (6)
à la moulure droite (4) et à la moulure gauche (5).
- Fixer les moulures à l’intérieur du manteau de cheminée avec onze vis à bois (A).
Quatrième étape
Note : Si vous placez le foyer contre
un mur, procéder à l’étape suivante.
Pour une installation en coin, aller
à l’étape 6.

- Installer huit boulons 3 en 1 (C) dans le dessus du manteau de cheminée.
- Mettre dix goujons de bois (B) dans les trous correspondants sur le dessus de chaque panneau.
- Déposer le dessus du manteau de cheminée (14) sur le reste du foyer en vous assurant que les
goujons et les boulons 3 en 1 correspondent bien à chacun des trous.
- Fixer solidement le dessus du manteau de cheminée (14) au manteau
de cheminée avec huit écrous de blocage décentrés.

d’instruction inclus avec votre chambre
de combustion an de procéder à
l’installation de la chambre de
combustion dans le manteau de
cheminée.
Si le manuel d’instructions n’est pas inclus avec votre chambre de combustion, ne pas tenter
d’assembler ou de faire fonctionner votre foyer. Contacter immédiatement le service à la clientèle
au 1-800-654-1704 an de vous procurer un manuel d’instruction de remplacement.
Avertissement : Ne pas faire fonctionner votre chambre de combustion sans avoir préalablement
lu toutes les instructions et tous les avertissements.
