SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Caution! Closely follow the instructions

set out in this manual. All responsibility,

for any eventual inconveniences,

damages or fires caused by not

complying with the instructions in this

manual, is declined. The extractor hood

has been designed exclusively for

domestic use.

Warning! Do not connect the appliance

to the mains until the installation is fully

complete.

Before any cleaning or maintenance

operation, disconnect hood from

the mains by removing the plug or

disconnecting the mains electrical

supply.

Always wear work gloves for all installation

and maintenance operations.

The appliance is not intended for use by

children or persons with impaired physical,

sensorial or mental faculties, or if lacking

in experience or knowledge, unless they

are under supervision or have been trained

in the use of the appliance by a person

responsible for their safety.

This appliance is designed to be operated

by adults, children should be monitored

to ensure that they do not play with the

appliance. This appliance is designed to be

operated by adults. Children should not be

allowed to tamper with the controls or play

with the appliance.

Never use the hood without effectively

mounted grating!

The hood must NEVER be used as

a support surface unless speciﬁ cally

indicated.

The premises where the appliance is

nstalled must be sufﬁ ciently ventilated,

when the kitchen hood is used together with

other gas combustion devices or other fuels.

The ducting system for this appliance must

not be connected to any existing ventilation

system which is being used for any other

purpose such as discharging exhaust fumes

from appliances burning gas or other fuels.

The ﬂ aming of foods beneath the hood itself

is severely prohibited.

The use of exposed ﬂ ames is detrimental

to the ﬁ lters and may cause a ﬁ re risk,

and must therefore be avoided in all

circumstances.

Any frying must be done with care in order

to make sure that the oil does not overheat

and ignite.

Caution! Accessible parts of the hood

may became hot when used with

cooking appliance.

With regards to the technical and safety

measures to be adopted for fume

discharging it is important to closely follow

the regulations provided by the local

authorities. The hood must be regularly

cleaned on both the inside and outside (AT

LEAST ONCE A MONTH).

This must be completed in accordance

with the maintenance instructions provided

in this manual). Failure to follow the

instructions provided in this user guide

regarding the cleaning of the hood and

ﬁ lters will lead to the risk of ﬁ res.

Do not use or leave the hood without the

lamp correctly mounted due to the possible

risk of electric shocks.

We will not accept any responsibility for

any faults, damage or ﬁ res caused to the

appliance as a result of the non-observance

of the instructions included in this manual.

2. USE

The hood serves to aspirate the fumes and

vapors resulting from cooking.

The attached installation manual indicates

the version to be used depending on the

model you have, the suction version with

external evacuation or ﬁ ltering with

internal recirculation .

3. INSTALLATION

The mains power supply must correspond

to the rating indicated on the plate situated

inside the hood. If provided with a plug

connect the hood to a socket in compliance

with current regulations and positioned in

an accessible area, after installation. If it not

ﬁ tted with a plug (direct mains connection)

or if the plug is not located in an accessible

area, after installation, apply a double

pole switch in accordance with standards

which assures the complete disconnection

of the mains under conditions relating to

over-current category III, in accordance with

installation instructions.

Warning! Before re-connecting the

hood circuit to the mains supply and

checking the efficient function, always

check that the mains cable is correctly

assembled.

4.1 Grease ﬁ lter - The grease ﬁ lter must

be cleaned once a month using non

aggressive detergents, either by hand or

in the dishwasher, which must be set to a

low temperature and a short cycle. When

washed in a dishwasher, the grease ﬁ lter

may discolour slightly, but this does not

affect its ﬁ ltering capacity.

4.2 NON-washable activated charcoal

ﬁ lter - The saturation of the charcoal ﬁ lter

occurs after more or less prolonged use,

depending on the type of cooking and the

regularity of cleaning of the grease ﬁ lter.

In any case it is necessary to replace the

cartridge at least every four mounths.

The charcoal ﬁ lter may NOT be washed or

regenerated.

The hood is provided with a special power

cable ; if the cable is damaged, request

a new one from Technical Service. The

minimum distance between the supporting

surface for the cooking equipment on the

hob and the lowest part of the range hood

must be not less than 50cm from electric

cookers and 65cm from gas or mixed

cookers. If the instructions for installation

for the gas hob specify a greater distance,

this must be adhered to.

4. MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION! Before performing any

maintenance operation, isolate the

hood from the electrical supply by

switching off at the connector and

removing the connector fuse.

Or if the appliance has been connected

through a plug and socket, then the plug

must be removed from the socket.

The cooker hood should be cleaned

regularly (at least with the same frequency

with which you carry out maintenance of the

fat ﬁ lters) internally and externally. Clean

using the cloth dampened with neutral liquid

detergent. Do not use abrasive products.

DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!

Warning! Failure to carry out the basic

cleaning recommendations of the

cooker hood and replacement of the

filters may cause fire risks. Therefore,

we recommend observing these

instructions.

The manufacturer declines all responsibility

for any damage to the motor or any

ﬁ re damage linked to inappropriate

maintenance or failure to observe the above

safety recommendations.

5. CONTROLS

• The hood is equipped with buttons

for suction speed control. It is

recommended to turn on the hood a

few minutes before starting to use the

cookers and let it run for about ﬁ fteen

minutes after you have ﬁ nished cooking

in order to eliminate all odors.

• In case of extreme temperature

changes, the hood will start

automatically due to the existing sensor

and will remain in operation until the

temperature around the hood will

signiﬁ cantly decrease.

• The control panel of the hood is located

on front of the unit.

1 On/Off Button

Pressing this button, the hood is

activated at speed 1.

The hood will turn off when the button is

pressed while in operation.

2 Motor speed

Pressing this button, the hood switches

from off to speed 1.

Pressing subsequently this button more

than once (with the hood in operation),

the motor speed will change:

Speed 1: “1” appears on the display.

Speed 2: “2” appears on the display.

Speed 3: “3” appears on the display.

Intense Speed: “4” ﬂ ashes on the

display.

Intense Speed has a timer.

Standard duration of the timer is 5 ‘,

after which the hood passes at speed 2.

To disable this feature before the end

of the preset duration, press button “2”

so that the hood passes to speed 1. By

pressing subsequently button “1”, the

hood will be turned off.

Timer

To activate the speed timer, press “2” for 2

seconds.

After the time indicated according to the

chosen speed, the hood is off.

The timer operates in the following manner:

• Speed 1: 20 minutes (the display shows

“1” and a ﬂ ashing dot).

• Speed 2: 15 minutes (the display shows

“2” and a ﬂ ashing dot).

• Speed 3: Display 10 minutes (the display

shows “3” and a ﬂ ashing dot).

• Intense Speed: 5 minutes (the display

shows “4” and a ﬂ ashing dot).

During operation of the hood with the timer,

if you press “1” the hood turns off, if you

press “2” the hood passes at the program-

med speed and if you press button “4” the

hood switches to Sensor .

The grease ﬁ lter saturation signal

“1” ﬂ ashes to indicate that the grease ﬁ lter

must be cleaned. This happens after the

hood is used for approximately 80 hours.

After cleaning the grease ﬁ lter, hold button

“1” for 3 seconds until the indicator light

stops ﬂ ashing.

Read carefully the directions for grease

ﬁ lter cleaning.

Charcoal ﬁ lter saturation signal

“2” ﬂ ashes when the charcoal ﬁ lter must

be replaced. This happens after the hood is

used for approximately 320 hours.

After replacing the activated charcoal ﬁ lter,

hold button “1” for 3 seconds until the

indicator light stops ﬂ ashing.

Read carefully the directions for cleaning

the charcoal ﬁ lter.

In case both ﬁ lters are saturated, “1” and

“2” ﬂ ash simultaneously.

To perform the reset, the above procedure

must be repeated twice.

First, the saturation indication of the grease

ﬁ lter is canceled and the second time will

cancel the saturation indication of the

charcoal ﬁ lter.

In standard mode, the device that signals

the saturation of the charcoal ﬁ lter is

disabled.

In case the hood is used in recirculation

mode, this signal must be activated.

Activation of charcoal ﬁ lter saturation

signal:

The hood must be turned off.

Activate the device by holding down

simultaneously buttons 2 and 3 for 3

seconds.

“1” and “2” ﬂ ash for 2 seconds on the

display.

To disable the signal, hold once again

buttons 2 and 3 for 3 seconds: “1” ﬂ ashes

for 2 seconds and then stops ﬂ ashing.

Automatic Mode

The factory default setting of the hood is

with conventional operation, to enable auto-

matic operation press button “4”.

The system has two types of automatic

operation mode.

• Fumes Sensor Mode guarantees

correct fumes extraction during cooking.

• Ambient Air Recirculation Mode is a

control system that ensures a high level

of air quality.

These two modes activate in cyclic opera-

tion by pressing button “4”.

Mode Fumes Sensor, the letter C appears

on the display.

During cooking, the system reacts quickly

to the increase of vapour and fumes and

works at set speed for at least 1 minute be-

fore switching to a lower speed/turning off.

When cooking is ﬁ nished and the environ-

mental parameters returned to the levels

before the cooking, the system shuts down.

If the parameters are close to the idle condi-

tion, the system turns off the hood after 30

minutes.

Ambient Air Recirculation Mode, the letter A

appears on the display.

The system reacts quickly to the increase of

vapor and fumes, and operates at a preset

speed for at least 1 minute before switching

to a lower speed/turning off.

When vapours and fumes have disap-

peared and the environmental parameters

have returned to the levels before the cook-

ing, the system shuts down.

You can exit this mode by pressing buttons

“1”, “2” and “4”.

• In recirculation mode, the timing of

Auto-off (automatic mode) can be

longer. This is due to the deterioration

the charcoal ﬁ lter; the manual switch off

is recommended.

Sensors’ testing

It is carried out continuously in automatic

mode. In case of malfunction “8” ﬂ ashes on

the display (contact the technical assistance

service); however, the hood can be used in

conventional operation.

Manual Calibration Procedure

Turn off the hood and hold down simultane-

ously buttons “1” and “4” for 3”.

A small dot ﬂ ashes on the display.

This operation is recommended:

when the hood is installed for the ﬁ rst time

when the current supply is interrupted for

several hours or several days

following a very rapid variation of the tem-

perature of the kitchen.

Hob Selection

This operation optimizes the automatic

operation of the hood. Proceed as follows:

Turn off the hood and hold down simultane-

ously buttons “1” and “3” for 3 seconds

until the used hob is visible on the display:

“g”: gas hob

“i”: induction hob

“e”: electric hob

Sequential switching of the hob is done by

pressing button “1”.

The letter relating to the selected stove will

blink 3 times to conﬁ rm the selected hob.

Once the stove selected, wait 10” for the

accepting of this feature.

The hob set by default is the gas hob.

6. LIGHTING

Disconnect the hood from the electricity.

Warning! Prior to touching the light

bulbs ensure they are cooled down.

Replace with a new 12 Volt, 20 Watt

(Maximum) halogen light made for a G-4

base SUITABLE FOR USE IN OPEN

LUMINAIRES. Follow package directions

and do not touch new light with bare hands.

1. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Vorsicht! Die Instruktionen, die in

diesem Handbuch gegeben werden,

müssen strikt eingehalten werden. Es

wird keinerlei Haftung übernommen

für mögliche Mängel, Schäden oder

Brände der Dunstabzugshaube, die auf

die Nichtbeachtung der Vorschriften

in diesem Handbuch zurückzuführen

sind. Die Dunstabzugshaube ist

ausschliesslich zum Einsatz im privaten

Haushalt vorgesehen.

Achtung! Das Gerät nicht an das

Stromnetz anschließen, solange die

Installation noch nicht abgeschlossen

ist.

Vor Beginn sämtlicher Reinigungs-

oder Wartungsarbeiten muss das

Gerät durch Ziehen des Steckers oder

Betätigen des Hauptschalters der

Wohnung vom Stromnetz getrennt

werden.

Bei allen Installations- und

Instandhaltungsarbeiten immer

Schutzhandschuhe tragen.

Kinder nicht mit dem Gerät spielen lassen.

Erwachsene und Kinder dürfen nie

unbeaufsichtigt das Gerät betreiben,

– wenn sie körperlich oder geistig dazu

nicht in der Lage sind,

– oder wenn ihnen Wissen und Erfahrung

fehlen, das Gerät richtig und sicher zu

bedienen. Die Dunstabzugshaube niemals

ohne korrekt montiertes Gitter in Betrieb

setzen! Die Dunstabzugshaube darf

NIEMALS als Abstellﬂ äche verwendet

werden, sofern dies nicht ausdrücklich

angegeben wird. Der Raum muss über eine

hinreichende Belüftung verfügen, wenn die

Dunstabzugshaube mit anderen gas- oder

brennstoffbetriebenen Geräten gleichzeitig

verwendet wird. Bei gleichzeitigem Betrieb

der Dunstabzugshaube im Abluftbetrieb

und Feuerstätten darf im Aufstellraum der

Feuerstätte der Unterdruck nicht größer als

4 Pa (4 x 10-5 bar) sein. Die angesaugte

Luft darf nicht in Rohre geleitet werden, die

für die Ableitung der Abgase von gas- oder

brennstoffbetriebenen Geräten genutzt

werden. Es ist strengstens verboten, unter

der Haube mit offener Flamme zu kochen.

Eine offene Flamme beschädigt die Filter

und kann Brände verursachen, daher ist

dies in jedem Fall zu vermeiden. Das

Frittieren muss unter Aufsicht erfolgen, um

zu vermeiden, dass das überhitzte Öl Feuer

fängt.

Vorsicht!Zugängliche Teile können

beim Gebrauch mit Kochgeräten heiss

werden.

In Bezug auf technische und

Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für die Ableitung

der Abluft sind die Vorschriften der

zuständigen örtlichen Behörden

strengstens einzuhalten. Die Haube muss

regelmäßig innen und außen gereinigt

werden (MINDESTENS EINMAL IM

MONAT, diesbezüglich sind in jedem

Fall die ausdrücklichen Angaben in der

Wartungsanleitung dieses Handbuchs

zu beachten). Eine Nichtbeachtung der

Vorschriften zur Reinigung der Haube

sowie zur Auswechselung und Reinigung

der Filter führt zu Brandgefahr. Um das

Risiko eines Stromschlages zu vermeiden,

darf die Dunstabzugshaube ohne richtig

eingesetzte Lampen nicht betrieben

werden. Es wird keinerlei Haftung

übernommen für Fehler, Schäden

oder Brände des Gerätes, die durch

Nichteinhaltung der in diesem Handbuch

aufgeführten Anweisungen verschuldet

wurden.

2. BEDIENUNG

Der Dunstabzug dient zum Absaugen der

beim Kochen entstehenden Dämpfe.

In dem mitgelieferten Montagehandbuch ist

es angegeben, ob Ihre Haube der Abluft-

oder Umluftversion gehört.

3. BEFESTIGUNG

Die Netzspannung muss der

Spannung entsprechen, die auf dem

Betriebsdatenschild im Innern der Haube

angegeben ist. Sofern die Haube einen

Netzstecker hat, ist dieser an zugänglicher

Stelle an eine den geltenden Vorschriften

entsprechende Steckdose auch nach der

Montage anzuschließen. Bei einer Haube

ohne Stecker (direkter Netzanschluss) oder

falls der Stecker nicht zugänglich ist, ist ein

normgerechter zweipoliger Schalter auch

nach der Montage anzubringen, der unter

Umständen der Überspannung Kategorie

III entsprechend den Installationsregeln ein

vollständiges Trennen vom Netz garantiert.

Hinweis! Vor der Inbetriebnahme

muss sichergestellt sein, dass

die Netzversorgung (Steckdose)

ordnungsgemäß montiert wurde.

4.1 Fettﬁ lter

Der Metallfettﬁ lter muss einmal monatlich

gewaschen werden. Das kann mit

einem milden Waschmittel von Hand,

oder in der Spülmaschine bei niedriger

Temperatur und Kurzspülgang erfolgen.

Der Metallfettﬁ lter kann bei der Reinigung

in der Spülmaschine abfärben, was seine

Filtermerkmale jedoch in keiner Weise

beeinträchtigt.

4.2 Der NICHT waschbare Aktivkohle-

ﬁ lter - Je nach der Benetzungsdauer des

Herdes und der Häuﬁ gkeit der Reinigung

des Fettﬁ lters tritt nach einer mehr oder

weniger langen Benutzungsdauer die

Sättigung des Aktivkohleﬁ lters auf. Auf

jeden Fall muß der Filtereinsatz mindestens

alle 4 Monate ausgewechselt werden. Er

kann NICHT gereinigt oder erneut aktiviert

werden.

Die Dunstabzugshaube ist mit einem

Spezial-Netzkabel ausgestattet; sollte

das Kabel beschädigt werden, muss beim

Kundendienst Ersatz angefordert werden.

Der Abstand zwischen der Abstellﬂ äche

auf dem Kochfeld und der Unterseite

der Dunstabzugshaube darf 50cm im

Fall von elektrischen Kochfeldern und

65cm im Fall von Gas- oder kombinierten

Herden nicht unterschreiten.Wenn

die Installationsanweisungen des

Gaskochgeräts einen größeren Abstand

vorgeben, ist dieser zu berücksichtigen.

4. WARTUNG

Hinweis! Vor jeder Reinigung und

Pflege ist die Dunstabzugshaube

Die Dunstabzugshaube muss sowohl innen

als auch außen häuﬁ g gereinigt werden

(etwa in denselben Intervallen, wie die

Wartung der Fettﬁ lter). Zur Reinigung ein

mit ﬂ üssigem Neutralreiniger getränktes

Tuch verwenden. Keine Produkte

verwenden, die Scheuermittel enthalten.

5. BEDIENELEMENTE

• Verwenden Sie die für die Kontrolle der

Geschwindigkeit vorgesehenen Tasten

oder Schalter. Es wird empfohlen,

die Dunstabzugshaube schon einige

Minuten vor Beginn des Kochvorganges

einzuschalten und sie nach dessen

Beendigung noch ungefähr 15

Minuten weiterlaufen zu lassen, um

alle Kochgerüche und –dämpfe zu

beseitigen.

• Die Dunstabzugshaube ist mit einem

Sensor ausgestattet, der im Falle

starker Temperaturschwankungen ein

automatisches Einschalten der Haube

bewirkt, bis die Temperatur im Umfeld

der Dunstabzugshaube nicht merklich

sinkt.

• Auf der Vorderseite der Haube beﬁ nden

sich die Schalter.

laufender Dunstabzugshaube)

gedrückt, wird die Geschwindigkeit des

Motors geändert:

Geschwindigkeit 1: auf dem Display

erscheint die Nummer “1”.

Geschwindigkeit 2: auf dem Display

erscheint die Nummer “2”.

Geschwindigkeit 3: auf dem Display

erscheint die Nummer “3”.

Höchste Geschwindigkeit: auf dem

Display erscheint die Nummer “4”

(blinkend).

Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit ist zeitlich

begrenzt.

Die Standardeinstellung der

Zeitschaltung beträgt 5 Minuten. Nach

dem Ablaufen dieser Zeitspanne wird

die Dunstabzugshaube auf die 2.

Geschwindigkeitsstufe gestellt.

Zum Abschalten dieser Funktion vor Ablauf

der Zeitschaltung drücken Sie die Taste 2.

Die Dunstabzugshaube stellt sich auf die

1. Geschwindigkeitsstufe. Drückt man die

Taste 1, schaltet sich die Haube aus.

3 ON/OFF Beleuchtung

4 ON/OFF Sensor

5 Display

Zeitschaltung

Die Zeitschaltung der Geschwindigkeit wird

über die Taste “2” eingeschaltet, die für 2

Sekunden gedrückt gehalten werden muss.

Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit schaltet

sich die Haube aus.

Die Zeitschaltung ist wie folgt aufgeteilt:

• Geschwindigkeit 1:

20 Minuten (auf dem Display

erscheinen die Nummer “1” und eine

kleine, blinkende LED-Lampe).

• Geschwindigkeit 2:

15 Minuten (auf dem Display

erscheinen die Nummer “2” und eine

kleine, blinkende LED-Lampe).

• Geschwindigkeit 3: Display

10 Minuten (auf dem Display

erscheinen die Nummer “3” und eine

kleine, blinkende LED-Lampe).

• Höchstgeschwindigkeit 5 Minuten

(auf dem Display erscheinen die

Nummer “4” und eine kleine, blinkende

LED-Lampe).

Während der Funktion mit Zeitschaltung

kann die Dunstabzugshaube mit der Taste

“1” ausgeschaltet werden; drückt man die

Taste “2” kehrt die Haube zur eingestellten

Geschwindigkeit zurück. Wird die Taste “4”

gedrückt, schaltet sich die Haube in den

Sensor-Modus ein.

Fettﬁ lter-Sättigungsanzeige

Nach 80 Betriebsstunden beginnt die Num-

mer “1” auf dem Display zu blinken.

Nachdem Sie den Fettﬁ lter gereinigt haben,

halten Sie die Taste “1” für 3 Sekunden

gedrückt, um die Anzeige zurückzusetzen.

Führen Sie die Wartung des Fettﬁ lters ent-

sprechend den Anweisungen aus.

Aktivkohleﬁ lter-Sättigungsanzeige

Nach 320 Betriebsstunden beginnt die

Nummer “2” auf dem Display zu blinken.

Nachdem Sie den Aktivkohleﬁ lter gewech-

selt haben, halten Sie die Taste “1” für

3 Sekunden gedrückt, um die Anzeige

zurückzusetzen.

Führen Sie die Wartung des Aktivkohleﬁ l-

ters entsprechend den Anweisungen aus.

Im Falle der gleichzeitigen Anzeige beider

Filter werden auf dem Display die Nummern

“1” und “2” gleichzeitig angezeigt.

Zum Zurücksetzen führen Sie den oben

beschriebenen Vorgang zweimal aus.

Mit dem ersten Mal wird die Fettﬁ lter-Sätti-

gungsanzeige zurückgesetzt, beim zweiten

Mal die Aktivkohleﬁ lter-Sättigungsanzeige.

Im Standardmodus ist die Aktivkohleﬁ lter-

Sättigungsanzeige nicht aktiv.

Wird die Dunstabzugshaube in der Um-

luft-Version verwendet, dann muss die

Aktivkohleﬁ lter-Sättigungsanzeige aktiviert

werden.

Aktivkohleﬁ lter-Sättigungsanzeige

aktivieren:

Stellen Sie die Dunstabzugshaube auf

OFF und halten Sie die Tasten 2 und 3

gleichzeitig für 3 Sekunden gedrückt.

Die Nummern “1” und “2” blinken für

2 Sekunden, um die erfolgte Aktivierung

anzuzeigen.

Um die Aktivkohleﬁ lter-Sättigungsanzeige

auszuschalten, stellen Sie die Dunstab-

zugshaube auf OFF und halten Sie die

Tasten 2 und 3 gleichzeitig für 3 Sekunden

gedrückt: die Nummer “1” blinkt für 2

Sekunden, um die erfolgte Ausschaltung

anzuzeigen.

Automatische Betriebsweise

Das System ist werksseitig in der

manuellen Betriebsweise eingestellt. Um

die automatische Betriebsfunktion zu

aktivieren, drücken Sie die Taste “4”.

Es gibt zwei automatischen Betriebsweisen:

• den Sensor-Modus, der eine effektive

Aufnahme der Dünste gewährleistet.

• den Umluft-Modus, der eine hohe Luft-

qualität garantiert.

Die oben angegebenen Betriebsmodi

werden zyklisch über die Taste “4” einge-

schaltet.

Beim Sensor-Modus erscheint der Buch-

stabe C auf dem Display.

Während des Kochens reagiert das System

sofort auf Erhöhungen von Dampf und ver-

bleibt auf der voreingestellten Geschwind-

igkeitsstufe für mindestens eine Minute,

bevor sie auf eine niedrigere Geschwindig-

keitsstufe gestellt oder ausgeschaltet wird.

Wenn das Kochen beendet ist und die

Umweltparameter, die vor Kochbeginn

herrschten, wieder hergestellt sind, schaltet

sich das System aus.

Wenn diese Parameter noch nicht erreicht

worden sind, wird die Haube nach 30 Mi-

nuten automatisch ausgeschaltet.

Beim Umluft-Modus erscheint der Buch-

stabe A auf dem Display.

Während des Kochens reagiert das System

sofort auf Erhöhungen von Dampf und ver-

bleibt auf der voreingestellten Geschwind-

igkeitsstufe für mindestens eine Minute,

bevor sie auf eine niedrigere Geschwindig-

keitsstufe gestellt oder ausgeschaltet wird.

Wenn das Kochen beendet ist und die

Umweltparameter, die vor Kochbeginn

herrschten, wieder hergestellt sind, schaltet

sich das System aus.

Diese Betriebsweise kann über die Tasten

“1”, “2” und “4” beendet werden.

• Beim Umluft-Modus kann die Zeit zur

automatischen Ausschaltung (automa-

tische Betriebsweise) länger sein. Die

Ursache kann eine Beschädigung des

Aktivkohleﬁ lters sein. In diesem Fall

soll die Haube manuell ausgeschaltet

werden.

Test der Sensoren

Die Sensoren werden bei automatischer

Betriebsart durchgehend getestet. Im

Falle einer Störung zeigt das Display „8“

blinkend an (mit dem Kundendienst Kontakt

aufnehmen). Auf jeden Fall kann die Haube

in manueller Betriebsart benutzt werden.

Automatische Kalibrierung

Schalten Sie Haube aus und halten Sie

die Tasten “1” und “4” für 3 Sekunden

gleichzeitig gedrückt.

gleichzeitig gedrückt halten, bis die aktuelle

Kochﬂ äche visualisiert wird:

“g”: Gaskochﬂ äche

“i”: Induktionskochﬂ äche

“e”: elektrische Kochﬂ äche

Wählen Sie die gewünschte Kochﬂ äche

aus, indem Sie die Taste “1” drücken.

Die Annahme der Auswahl wird durch

dreimaliges Blinken des entsprechenden

Buchstaben angezeigt

Nachdem Sie die Kochﬂ äche ausgewählt

haben, warten Sie 10 Sekunden.

Die Standard-Kochﬂ äche ist die Gaskoch-

ﬂ äche.

6. BELEUCHTUNG

Das gerät vom stromnetz nehmen.

Hinweis! Vor berühren der lampen sich

vergewissern, dass sie abgekühlt sind.

Ausschließlich Halogenlampen zu m12V

-20W max - G4 verwenden und darauf

L’air aspiré ne doit jamais être envoyé

dans un conduit utilisé pour l’évacuation

des fumées produites par des appareils

à combustion de gaz ou d’autres

combustibles.

Il est formellement interdit de faire ﬂ amber

les aliments sous la hotte.

L’utilisation de ﬂ ammes libres peut entraîner

des dégâts aux ﬁ ltres et peut donner lieu à

des incendies, il faut donc les éviter à tout

prix.

La friture d’aliments doit être réalisée sous

contrôle pour éviter que l’huile surchauffée

ne prenne feu.

Attention! Les pièces accessibles

peuvent se réchauffer de façon

importante quand elles sont utilisées

avec des appareils pour la cuisson.

En ce qui concerne les mesures techniques

et de sécurité à adopter pour l’évacuation

des fumées, s’en tenir strictement à ce qui

est prévu dans les règlements des autorités

locales compétentes. La hotte doit être

régulièrement nettoyée, aussi bien à

l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur (AU MOINS UNE

FOIS PAR MOIS, respecter néanmoins les

instructions relatives à l’entretien fournies

dans ce manuel). La non observation de

ces normes de nettoyage de la hotte et

du changement et nettoyage des ﬁ ltres

comporte des risques d’incendie.

Ne pas utiliser ou laisser la hotte sans que

les ampoules soient correctement placées

pour éviter tout risque de choc électrique.

La société décline toute responsabilité

pour d’éventuels inconvénients, dégâts

ou incendies provoqués par l’appareil

et dérivés de la non observation des

instructions reprises dans ce manuel.

2. UTILISATION

La hotte est utilisée pour aspirer les fumées

et les vapeurs causés par la cuisine.

Le manuel d’installation attaché indique la

version d’utiliser pour votre modèle, soit

la version avec aspiration et évacuation

externe

ou la version avec ﬁ ltration et

recirculation interne

3. INSTALLATION

La tension électrique doit correspondre à la

tension reportée sur la plaque signalétique

située à l’intérieur de la hotte. Si une prise

est présente, branchez la hotte dans une

prise murale conforme aux normes en

vigueur et placée dans une zone accessible

également après l’installation. Si aucune

prise n’est présente (raccordement direct

au circuit électrique), ou si la prise ne

se trouve pas dans une zone accessible

également après l’installation, appliquez

un disjoncteur normalisé pour assurer

de débrancher complètement la hotte

du circuit électrique en conditions de

catégorie surtension III, conformément aux

règlementations de montage.

Attention! Avant de rebrancher le

circuit de la hotte à l’alimentation

électrique et d’en vérifier le

fonctionnement correct, contrôlez

toujours que le câble d’alimentation soit

monté correctement.

FRANÇAIS

La hotte est pourvue d’un câble

d’alimentation spécial; en cas de

détérioration du câble, en demander un

neuf au service d’assistance technique.

La distance minimum entre la superﬁ cie

de support des récipients sur le dispositif

de cuisson et la partie la plus basse de la

hotte de cuisine ne doit pas être inférieure à

50cm dans le cas de cuisinières électriques

et de 65cm dans le cas de cuisinières à gaz

ou mixtes. Si les instructions d’installation

du dispositif de cuisson au gaz spéciﬁ ent

une plus grande distance, il faut en tenir

compte.

4. ENTRETIEN

Attention! Avant toute opération de

nettoyage ou d’entretien, débrancher la

hotte du circuit électrique en enlevant

la prise ou en coupant l’interrupteur

général de l’habitation.

La hotte doit être régulièrement nettoyée

à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur (au moins à la

même fréquence que pour l’entretien des

ﬁ ltres à graisse). Pour le nettoyage, utiliser

un chiffon humidiﬁ é avec un détergent

liquide neutre. Ne pas utiliser de produit

contenant des abrasifs. NE PAS UTILISER

D’ALCOOL!

Attention! Il y a risque d’incendie si

vous ne respectez pas les instructions

concernant le nettoyage de l’appareil

et le remplacement ou le nettoyage du

filtre.

La responsabilité du constructeur ne

peut en aucun cas être engagée dans le

cas d’un endommagement du moteur ou

d’incendie liés à un entretien négligé ou

au non respect des consignes de sécurité

précédemment mentionnées.

4.1 Filtre anti-graisse - Le ﬁ ltre anti-

graisse doit être nettoyé une fois par mois

avec des détergents non agressifs, à la

main ou dans le lave-vaisselle à faibles

températures et cycle rapide. Le lavage

du ﬁ ltre anti-graisse au lave-vaisselle peut

en provoquer la décoloration. Toutefois,

les caractéristiques de ﬁ ltrage ne seront en

aucun cas modiﬁ ées.

4.2 Filtre à charbon actif NON lavable

La saturation du charbon actif se constate

aprés un emploi plus ou mois long, selon

la fréquence d’utilisation et la régularité du

nettoyage du ﬁ ltre à graisses. En tout cas, il

est nécessaire de changer le ﬁ ltre aprés, au

maximum, quatre mois.

IL NE PEUT PAS être nettoyé ou régénéré.

5. COMMANDES

• La hotte est équipée de vitesse

réglable. Il est conseillé de mettre en

marche la hotte quelques minutes avant

le début de la cuisson et de la laisser

fonctionner env. une quinzaine de

minutes après la cuisson aﬁ n d’éliminer

toutes les odeurs.

• La hotte est équipée d’un capteur

qui, en cas de fortes variations de

température, met automatiquement

la hotte en marche jusqu’à ce que la

température autour de la hotte diminue

sensiblement.

• Le bandeau de commandes de la hotte

se trouve sur l’avant de l’appareil.

La vitesse intensive est minutée.

La minuterie standard est de 5’, à la ﬁ n

desquelles la hotte permute à la vitesse

Pour désactiver la fonction avant la

ﬁ n de la durée, appuyez sur la touche

“2”, la hotte permute à la vitesse 1, en

appuyant sur la touche “1”, la hotte se

met à l’arrêt.

Pour activer le minuteur vitesse, appuyez

sur la touche “2” pendant 2”.

A la ﬁ n du délai indiqué pour la vitesse

sélectionnée, la hotte se met à l’arrêt.

Le minuteur est divisée de la façon

• Vitesse 1:

20 minutes ( “1” apparaît sur l’afﬁ cheur

et un petit point clignote).

• Vitesse 2:

15 minutes (“2” apparaît sur

l’afﬁ cheur et un petit point clignote).

• Vitesse 3:

10 minutes (“3” apparaît sur

l’afﬁ cheur et un petit point clignote).

• Vitesse intensive 5 minutes

(“4” apparaît sur l’afﬁ cheur et un petit

point clignote).

Pendant le fonctionnement de la hotte

à l’aide du minuteur, si on appuie sur la

touche “1” la hotte s’éteint, si on appuie sur

la touche “2”, la hotte permute à la vitesse

programmée, si on appuie sur la touche “4”,

la hotte permute en mode Capteur.

Signalisation de saturation du ﬁ ltre à

graisse

“1” clignote lorsque le ﬁ ltre à graisse doit

être nettoyé. Ceci se produit après environ

80 heures d’utilisation.

Après avoir nettoyé le ﬁ ltre à graisse, ap-

puyez sur la touche “1

” pendant 3 secondes

jusqu’à ce que le voyant cesse de clignoter.

Lisez attentivement les conseils pour

l’entretien du ﬁ ltre à graisse.

Signalisation de saturation du ﬁ ltre au

charbon

“2” clignote lorsque le ﬁ ltre à charbon actif

doit être remplacé. Ceci se produit après

environ 320 heures d’utilisation.

Après avoir remplacé le ﬁ ltre à charbon

actif, appuyez sur la touche “1” pendant 3

secondes jusqu’à ce que ce voyant cesse

de clignoter.

Lisez attentivement les conseils sur le rem-

placement du ﬁ ltre à charbon actif.

En cas de signal simultané des deux ﬁ ltres,

“1” et “2” clignotent.

La remise à zéro se fait en effectuant 2 fois

la procédure décrite ci-dessus.

FRANÇAIS

La première annule la signalisation de

saturation du ﬁ ltre à graisse, la deuxième

annule la signalisation de saturation du ﬁ ltre

à charbon.

En mode standard, le dispositif signalant la

saturation du ﬁ ltre à charbon est désactivé.

Dans le cas où l’on utilise la hotte en ver-

sion recyclage, il est nécessaire d’activer

cette signalisation.

Activation de la signalisation de satura-

tion du ﬁ ltre à charbon:

La hotte doit être mise à l’arrêt.

Activez le dispositif en appuyant simul-

tanément sur les touches 2 et 3 pendant 3

secondes.

“1” et “2” clignotent pendant 2 secondes sur

l’afﬁ cheur.

Pour le désactiver, appuyez à nouveau sur

les touches 2 et 3 pendant 3 secondes : “1”

clignote pendant 2 secondes puis cesse de

clignoter.

Fonctionnement automatique

La hotte est réglée par défaut en fonc-

tionnement traditionnel, pour activer le

fonctionnement automatique, appuyez sur

la touche “4”.

Le système prévoit deux types de mode en

fonctionnement automatique.

• Mode Capteur de fumées qui garantit

une aspiration correcte des fumées

durant la cuisson.

• Mode Recyclage de l’air ambiant qui

est un système de contrôle qui garantit

un niveau élevé de qualité de l’air.

Ces deux modes se mettent en fonction-

nement cycliquement en appuyant sur la

touche “4”.

Mode Capteur de fumées, la lettre C appa-

raît sur l’afﬁ cheur.

Durant la cuisson, le système réagit rapi-

dement aux augmentations de vapeurs/

fumées et fonctionne à la vitesse déter-

minée pendant au moins 1 minute, avant

de permuter à une vitesse plus basse/se

Quand la cuisson est terminée et les para-

mètres environnementaux sont revenus aux

niveaux précédant la cuisson, le système

se met à l’arrêt.

Si les paramètres sont proches des condi-

tions de repos, le système met à l’arrêt la

hotte après 30 minutes.

Mode Recyclage de l’air ambiant, la lettre A

apparaît sur l’afﬁ cheur.

Le système réagit rapidement aux augmen-

tations de vapeur/fumées et fonctionne à

la vitesse déterminée pendant au moins 1

minute, avant de permuter à une vitesse

plus basse/se mettre à l’arrêt.

Quand l’effet des vapeurs/fumées est

terminé et les paramètres environnemen-

taux sont revenus aux niveaux précédant la

cuisson, le système se met à l’arrêt.

On peut sortir de ce mode en appuyant sur

les touches “1”, “2” et “4”.

• En version recyclage, les temps de

arrêt automatique (fonctionnement

automatique) peuvent être plus longs.

Ceci est du à la dégradation du ﬁ ltre à

charbon; l’arrêt manuelle est conseillée.

Test détecteurs

S’effectue en continu en fonctionnement

automatique. En cas d’anomalie, “8”

clignote sur l’afﬁ cheur (prenez contact avec

votre service après vente), la hotte peut

cependant être utilisée en fonctionnement

traditionnel.

Calibration manuelle

Mettez la hotte à l’arrêt et maintenez ap-

puyées simultanément les touches “1” et “4”

pendant 3”.

Un petit point clignote sur l’afﬁ cheur.

Il est conseillé d’effectuer cette opération:

quand on installe la hotte pour la première

fois

quand l’alimentation électrique est inter-

rompue pendant plusieurs heures ou plus-

ieurs jours quand une variation très rapide

de la température se vériﬁ e dans le cuisine.

Sélection du plan de cuisson

Cette opération optimalise le fonctionne-

ment automatique de la hotte, procédez

comme suit:

Mettez la hotte à l’arrêt et maintenez

appuyées simultanément les touches “1”

et “3” pendant 3” jusqu’à ce que le plan de

cuisson utilisé ne soit plus visualisé.

La sélection cyclique du plan de cuisson se

fait en appuyant sur la touche “1”.

L’acceptation du plan de cuisson sélec-

tionné est visualisée par la séquence de 3

clignotements de la lettre relative au plan

de cuisson sélectionné.

Une fois le plan de cuisson sélectionné,

pour accepter la fonction, attendez 10”.

Le plan de cuisson réglé par défaut est

celui à gaz.

6. ÉCLAIRAGE

Débrancher l’appareil du réseau électrique.

Attention! Avant de toucher les

lampes, assurez-vous qu’elles soient

froides.

Utiliser uniquement des lampes halogènes

12V -20W max - G4 (Adaptée à un système

d’éclairage ouvert), en ayant soin de ne pas

les toucher avec les mains.
