Guide d'installation
Before You Get Started
Important Note: Properly Connect Your Panels.
Read these instructions completely and carefully.
Your Hexagon Panels include two type of ports: Input Ports and Output
Ports. Your linking cables must be properly installed to ensure that each
Hexagon Panel has power. Here’s what to know:
Input Ports are identified with an arrow.
Power comes INTO this port. Connect the control box (first panel) or the
linking cable from the previous Hexagon Panel into the port marked with
an arrow.
Output Ports are identified with numbers.
Power LEAVES through this port to provide power to the next Hexagon
Panel in your design. Connect the linking cable to any one of the 5 ports
to power the next Hexagon Panel in the sequence. Select the Output Port
closest to the Input Port on the next Panel.

Note:
One power adapter can power up to 20 Hexagon Panels. For any pattern
needing
more than 20 tiles of Hexagon Panels, you will need to purchase
an additional set with an additional power adapter.
Panels are connected in sequence. Do not use more than one Output
Port on each Hexagon Panel.
4. Remove the 1st Layout Template from the wall. Leave the other
templates in place for now.
5. Adhere to wall in your first position by using the removable adhesive
pads. Stick one side to the back of the Hexagon Panel and the
other side to the wall. PRESS AND GENTLY HOLD FOR 30 SECONDS.
Installing the First Hexagon Panel
1. Ensure the control box has been connected to the first
Hexagon Panel.
2. Determine the Output Port to connect to the 2nd Hexagon Panel.
Select the Output Port that’s touching the side of the 2nd Hexagon
Panel you’re connecting to.
3. Insert the Linking Cable into the desired Output Port BEFORE
MOUNTING
TO WALL.
Download the CYNC App & Power
the First Hexagon Panel
1. Download the Cync App.
2. Connect the control box and power adapter to the first
Hexagon Panel.
3. Connect the control box cable by aligning the tab with the
indentation on the cable and press the connector downwards
to snap into the mounting bracket.
4. Power on the Hexagon Panel.
Keep lights on during installation to ensure linking cables are
properly connected.
5. Connect to the Cync App and complete setup.
The CYNC App walks through Hexagon Panel
layout and installation step by step. Start with
the CYNC App for the best experience. Use
these instructions for reference.
Preparing the Wall
1. Clean the wall with the provided cleaning wipe and let dry before
moving forward with the installation.
2. Select a pattern in the CYNC App or create your own layout.
3. Use the Layout Template to create your design by peeling the
backing off the removable adhesive and sticking the Layout
Template to your wall.
4. Each Layout Template must be touching at least one flat side
of another Layout Template to complete installation.
5. Adjust and reposition templates until you are satisfied with
your design.
6. Determine the Hexagon Panel that will connect to the Control Box
and Power Adapter (likely the one closest to your wall socket). This
will be the first panel installed in the next step.
Note: Double check your design before proceeding to the next
step. Once the Hexagon Panels are installed, they may be difficult
to readjust.
Installing Middle Panels
Repeat steps to install all middle panels
1. Rotate the next Hexagon Panel so that the Input Port side aligns
with the Output Port of the previous Hexagon Panel.
2. Determine the Output Port to connect to the next Hexagon Panel.
Select the Output Port that’s touching the side of the next Hexagon
Panel you’re connecting to.
3. Insert the Linking Cable into the desired Output Port BEFORE
MOUNTING
TO WALL.
4. Remove the Layout Template of the Hexagon Panel you are
installing. Leave the other templates in place for now.
5. Insert the Linking Cable from the previous Hexagon Panel into the
Input Port. After inserting the linking cable from the previous Tile,
note that the panel should light up if the cable is connected correctly
.
If it does not light up, ensure that the control box is plugged in and
turned on, and re-check your connection.
6. Adhere to wall by using the removable adhesive pads. Stick one
side to the back of the Hexagon Panel and the other side to the wall.
PRESS AND GENTLY HOLD FOR 30 SECONDS.

4. As with the middle Tiles, after inserting the linking cable from the
previous Tile, note that the panel should light up if the cable is
connected correctly. If it does not light up, ensure that the control
box is plugged in and turned on, and re-check your connection.
5. Adhere to wall by using the removable adhesive pads. Stick one side
to the back of the Hexagon Panel and the other side to the wall.
PRESS AND GENTLY HOLD FOR 30 SECONDS.
6. Set up light shows and scenes all through the CYNC app.
7. Enjoy!
Installing Final Panel
1. Rotate the final Hexagon Panel so that the Input Port side aligns
with the Output Port of the previous Hexagon Panel.
2. There’s no Output Port connection required for this Hexagon Panel.
3. Remove the last Layout Template from the wall.
Fasten Hexagon Panels with Nails
(Optional)
Adhesive pads may not adhere to some surfaces, including
wallpaper, brick,
textured or porous surfaces. Nails may be required
to complete installation.
1. Disconnect the Hexagon Panel from power then use the removal
tool to separate the hexagon panel from bracket.
2. Place the Mounting Bracket on the wall with the Input and Output
Ports facing away from the wall.
3. Gently hammer three Traceless Nails into the provided nail holes.
4. Orient the Hexagon Panel so the Arrows (Output Port) on the
Hexagon Panels and Mounting Bracket align. Gently press the
Hexagon Panel until it clicks into place.
5. Reconnect the Hexagon Panel to the power. Note that the panel
should light up if the cable is connected correctly. If it does not light
up, ensure that the control box is plugged in and turned on, and
re-check your connection.
Removing and Reposition
(If Needed)
To remove:
1. Unplug power.
2. Use the removal tool to separate the Hexagon Panel from the bracket.
3. Pull the tab to stretch the tab slowly against the wall and remove the
bracket & link cable. To avoid elastic damage, use hand to hold the
bracket when pulling. Never pull the adhesive tab toward you
(may damage wall paint).
Note: In case of nail installation, remove the adhesive first, then hold
bracket to pull out nail.
4. Repeat to remove all tiles.
To reposition:
1. Adhesive strips are not reusable, please purchase new adhesive
strips to reinstall.
2. Choose a new design and follow the guide to install.
How to use the Tile Removal Tool
1. The Hexagon Panels can be separated from the Mounting Bracket
by inserting the Panel Remover Tool between the Hexagon Panel
and
Mounting Bracket and gently unlatching the Bracket. Repeat on
each
side of the bracket.
Note: If Panel Remover Tool is not available, gently pull on only one
side of the Hexagon Panel. Do not pull on Hexagon Panel from two
sides at once as this may cause damage.
