Troubleshooting
Users might improperly operate the product due to their unfamiliarity with how to use the product. Check the following items to resolve
such issues. If issues cannot be resolved using these procedures, please contact the service center.

• Is the power cord plugged in
correctly?
Make sure the power cord is properly plugged
into the electrical outlet.
• Is the assembled
correctly?
Assemble the product as described
in this user’s manual (refer to p. 7).
• Have you operated your

20 minutes?
Turn off your machine. Wait for 7 minutes
before restarting. Do not use your
longer than 20 minutes at a time.
The juice is too
thick or thin.
• Did you assemble the rubber pad
correctly?
Assemble the rubber pad as described on
page 8 of this User’s Manual.
• Did you use fresh ingredients?
Over ripe fruits or vegetables make the
juice thin and weak while under-ripe fruits
can clog the machine and cause the motor
to seize.
• Did you insert too many ingredi-
ents into at one time?
Use small sections of fruits and vegetables
and insert them slowly.
Clean the machine after a several ounces
of juice have been dispensed. If necessary,
disassemble the drum and wash it.

Ensure that the “open dot” on the hopper is
