Description of One Year Limited Warranty
The FUJIFILM lnstax Instant Camera ("Product") contained
in
this package is warranted to the original end user pur-
chaser
by,
depending
on
your jurisdiction of purchase, FUJIFILM North America Corporation or FUJIFILM Canada Inc.
(located at 600 Suffolk Court, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 4G4)
(in
either case, "FUJIFILM") only against defects
in
work-
manship and materials for one
(1)
full year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period") from
an
authorized FUJI FILM
dealer
in
the U.S.A. or Canada, as applicable.
Warranty Claim Procedure
For consumers subject to the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, R.S.Q.
c.
P-40.1 (the "QCPA"), the following statement
does not limit the legal warranties provided for under the QCPA. FUJI FILM will, at its option, repair and/or replace (with
a unit of like condition which may be refurbished), a defective Product that is returned, postpaid and insured, by the
original end user purchaser, within the Warranty Period to
an
authorized FUJIFILM Repair Center. If replacement parts
are used
in
making repairs, these parts may be remanufactured or contain remanufactured materials.
In
returning the
Product for repair, the Product must
be
delivered
in
either a cardboard shipping box or
in
another carton offering a suf-
ficient degree of protection. Do not include any other items or Accessories (as defined below) with the Product. It is
advisable
to
return the Product using a courier service which provides a shipping tracking number. The Product must
be
accompanied
by
written evidence of the date of purchase, such as the original dated sales receipt. FUJIFILM will not
be responsible for any loss or damage incurred
in
transit or otherwise
in
connection with the return of the Product, nor
will FUJI FILM be responsible for the return of any items that are included with the Product. This limited warranty is the
purchaser's sole remedy should the Product
be
found to be defective.
