MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES

PRESENTACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

Esta herramienta ha sido diseñada para llevar a cabo

procesos de acabado, tales como pulir y redondear

bordes y esquinas, así como para conseguir un co-

rrecto alisado de supercies mediante su rueda y al-

mohadilla de pulido.

La velocidad de la rueda es ajustable a 9 niveles distin-

tos a través del selector de velocidad, y el gatillo puede

bloquearse para un uso continuo de la herramienta o

para su almacenamiento, previniendo así un arranque

accidental. Además, esta pulidora viene equipada con

una almohadilla de pulido que puede insertarse sin ne-

cesidad de usar ninguna llave, una llave Allen, y un

mango auxiliar en D para una mayor sujeción.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

ATENCIÓN! Lea todas las advertencias e instruc-

ciones. No hacer caso de las advertencias e instruccio-

nes incluidas en este manual podría resultar en des-

cargas eléctricas, fuego y/o daños personales graves.

• Compruebe que no hay piezas rotas, interruptores

dañados ni cualquier otro defecto que pueda afec-

tar el funcionamiento del producto.

• No use la herramienta en la presencia de líquidos,

gases o polvo inamables.

• Vista correctamente. No lleve puesta ropa ancha

o joyería y recójase el pelo largo.

• Evite que la herramienta se encienda accidental-

mente. Asegúrese que el seguro bloquea la herra-

mienta antes de insertar la batería.

• Mantenga la herramienta y su empuñadura seca,

limpia y sin restos de aceite o grasa.

• Lleve siempre protección visual y respiratoria.

• Sostenga la herramienta por la supercie aislada

eléctricamente de la empañadura cuando pueda

producirse un contacto accidental con un cable. El

contacto con un cable podría producir una descar-

ga en las partes no aisladas de la herramienta y

causar heridas al operario.

• Quite todas las llaves de ajuste de la herramienta

antes de encenderla para evitar que salgan dispa-

radas a toda velocidad.

• Coloque la mano secundaria en la empuñadura

auxiliar o la carcasa del motor, y mantenga ambas

manos lejos del área y hoja de corte.

• No encienda la sierra con la hoja en contacto con

ninguna supercie y espere hasta que funcione a

máxima velocidad.

• Deje que la herramienta se apague completamen-

te antes de bajarla.

• Siempre esté a un lado de la herramienta durante

su uso y deje que la hoja se detenga naturalmen-

te.

MONTAJE

Montaje del mango auxiliar

1. Conecte el mango auxiliar en los dos oricios late-

rales situados en la caja de engranajes.

2. Inserte los tornillos en ambos oricios.

3. Enrosque los tornillos de forma segura usando la

llave Allen.

Montaje de la almohadilla de pulido

1. Presione y mantenga pulsado el botón de bloqueo

del husillo para evitar su rotación.

2. Inserte la almohadilla de pulido en el husillo y en-

rósquela manualmente.

Control de velocidad variable

El selector de velocidad permite ajustar la velocidad

del motor de la herramienta en 9 niveles distintos: 800,

1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, 2400.

Rote el selector de velocidad hacia adelante para au-

mentarla.

Rote el selector de velocidad hacia atrás para dismi-

nuirla.

NOTA! La enumeración en el selector de velocidad es

de 800, 1200, 1600, 2000 y 2400. Para conseguir la

velocidad de 1000, el selector debe estar posicionado

entre 800 y 1200, y lo mismo para adquirir las veloci-

dades de 1400, 1800 y 2200.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

ATENCIÓN! No cubra las ranuras de ventilación y

mantenlas abiertas para una correcta refrigeración del

motor.

Encendido/Apagado

Para encenderla, presione el botón de bloqueo del ga-

tillo y presione suavemente el gatillo.

Para apagarla, suelte completamente el gatillo.

Botón de bloqueo del gatillo

El gatillo se puede bloquear para el almacenamiento

de la herramienta o bloquear para un uso contínuo:

Para bloquear el gatillo para su almacenamiento, pre-

sione el botón de bloqueo del gatillo hasta la mitad

desde el lado de desbloqueo de la herramienta.

Para bloquear el gatillo durante su uso:

1. Presione el botón de bloqueo del gatillo hasta la

mitad desde el lado de desbloqueo de la herra-

mienta.

2. Presione el gatillo para encender la herramineta.

3. Presione el botón de bloqueo del gatillo hasta el

nal y suéltelo, la herramineta seguirá en funcio-

namiento.

NOTA! El gatillo está siempre bloqueado en su estado

normal.

MANTENIMIENTO

• Asegúrese siempre que la herramienta está apa-

gada y la batería desconectada antes de inspec-

cionar la herramienta o realizar el mantenimiento.

• Limpie regularmente los conductos de ventilación

con aire comprimido. No intente limpiarlos intro-

duciendo objetos puntiagudos a través de los ori-

cios.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD PARA LA BATE-

RÍA Y CARGADOR

• No intente abrir o desmontar la batería o cargador

bajo ningún concepto.

• No exponga la batería o cargador al agua o la

lluvia.

• Mantenga la batería fuera del alcance de otros ob-

jetos metálicos cuando no esté en uso.

• Evite el contacto si la batería emana cualquier lí-

quido y ventile el área de trabajo si emite cualquier

tipo de vapor.

• No use el cable para transportar el cargador o

para desconectarlo de la corriente.

• Nunca use un cargador dañado.

Proceso de carga

• Cargue la batería a temperaturas ambiente entre

10°C y 40°C.

• No cargue la batería dentro de una caja o conte-

nedor. Coloque la batería en un lugar con buena

ventilación durante la carga.

• No sobrecargue la batería. Desconecte el carga-

dor de la corriente una vez la batería esté comple-

tamente cargada.

Almacenamiento

• Extraiga la batería de la herramienta cuando no

vaya a ser usada durante un largo periodo de

tiempo.

• No guarde la batería y cargador en lugares con

una temperatura superior a 40ºC.

Transporte y eliminación

• Coloque la batería dentro del embalaje de manera

que quede ja y no pueda moverse.

• No tire las herramientas eléctricas y baterías en

los residuos domésticos!

• Consulte con sus autoridades locales para saber

más sobre las opciones de transporte y elimina-

ción.

MONTAJE DE LA BATERÍA

ATENCIÓN! Compruebe que la herramienta está

apagada antes de introducir o extraer la batería.

Carga de la batería

NOTA: Las baterías nuevas están parcialmente car-

gadas. Debe cargar totalmente las baterías antes de

insertarlas en la herramienta por primera vez.

1. Si la batería está vacía, la herramienta eléctrica

se apagará totalmente mediante un circuito de

protección.

2. No siga presionando el interruptor de encendido/

apagado después del cierre automático de la he-

rramienta.

Instalación de la batería

1. Alinee las costillas realzadas de la batería con la

base de la herramienta.

2. Deslice la batería dentro

de la herramienta.

3. Compruebe que los pestillos en ambos lados de

la batería queden conectados a la herramienta de

forma segura.

Extracción de la batería

1. Presione el botón de

extracción de la batería.

2. Saque la batería de la

herramienta eléctrica tirando

de ella hacia delante sin ejercer

apenas fuerza.

CARGA DE LA BATERÍA CON EL CARGADOR

1. Conecte el cargador a la toma de corriente.

2. Inserte la batería en las ranuras del cargador has-

ta que los pestillos en ambos lados de la batería

queden conectados de forma segura.

3. Una vez conectada, las luces LED del cargador se

encenderán para indicar el estado de carga de la

batería.

Las luces LED pueden indicar 5 estados de carga di-

ferentes:

NOTA! Si las luces LED indican que la batería es

defectuosa, intente extraer e insertar de nuevo la bate-

ría en el cargador, realizando lo mismo con una batería

nueva. Si el mismo estado de carga se mantiene, es

posible que el producto defectuoso sea el cargador y

no la batería.

4. Saque la batería del cargador tirando de ella sin

ejercer apenas fuerza.

5. Desconecte el cargador de la toma de corriente.

NOTA! Presione el botón del indicador de carga de la

batería para comprobar su estado de carga. Si todas

las luces LED están encendidas, la batería está total-

mente cargada.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

PRODUCT’S PRESENTATION

This tool has been designed for nishing processes

such as polishing and rounding o corners and edges,

as well as for achieving smooth surfaces by means of

its wheel and polishing pad.

The rotational speed of the wheel can be adjusted to 9

dierent selection stages with the regulation dial, and

trigger switch can be locked on for use or locked o for

storage to prevent an accidental starting of the tool.

What’s more, this polisher is supplied with a polishing

pad which can be inserted with no need of using any

tool, an Allen key and an auxiliary D handle for a better

grip.

SAFETY INSTRUCTRIONS

WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all ins-

tructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instruc-

tions listed below may result in electric shock, re and/

or serious injury.

• Check for breakage of parts, damage to switches

and any other conditions that may aect its ope-

ration.

• Disconnect the battery from the polisher and pla-

ce the switch in the locked or o position before

making any adjustments, changing accessories,

or storing the tool.

• Keep the tool and its handle dry, clean and free

from oil and grease.

• Always wear eye and respiratory protection.

• Hold the tool by the insulated grip surface when

performing an operation where the tool may come

in contact with the hidden wiring. Contact with a

“live” wire will make exposed metal parts of the

tool “live” and shock the operator.

• Make sure all keys and adjusting wrenches are re-

moved from the tool before switching it on to avoid

them to y away at high velocity.

• Make sure the polisher pad is not contacting the

workpiece before turning it on and o, and do not

put the polisher down until it completely stops. A

running tool will jerk when the blade tip contacts

any surface.

• Do not start the polisher if you are standing at in

line with the pad.

• Always hold the polisher with one hand on the rear

handle and the other on the auxiliary handle while

in use, and keep them away from rotating parts.

• Do not overload. Only apply the necessary pres-

sure to avoid the polisher to bounce.

ASSEMBLY

Fitting the auxiliary handle

1. Fit the auxiliary handle into both side holes on the

head of the polisher.

2. Insert the screws into both side holes.

3. Tighten the screws securely by using the Allen

key.

Fitting the polisher pad

1. Press and hold down the spindle lock button to

avoid its rotation.

2. Insert the polisher pad into the spindle and

hand-tightened it.

Variable speed control

There are 9 dierent speed selection stages: 800,

1000, 1200,1400,1600,1800,2000,2200,2400.

The speed can be adjusted with the speed regulation

dial:

Rotate the speed dial forwards to increase the speed.

Rotate the speed dial backwards to decrease the

speed.

NOTE! The numbering on the speed dial is 800, 1200,

1600, 2000 and 2400. To acquire the speed of 1000 the

speed tuner must be positioned in between 800 and

1200, and the same to achieve 1400, 1800 and 2200

speeds.

OPERATION

CAUTION! Never cover the air vents and keep them

open for a proper motor cooling.

Turning On/O

To turn it on, depress the trigger switch lock-o button

and slowly depress the trigger switch.

To turn it o, fully release the trigger switch.

The trigger can be locked o for storage or locked on

for use:

To lock o the trigger for storage, press the trigger

switch lock-o button half way from the unlock side of

the tool.

To lock on the trigger for use:

1. Press the trigger switch lock-o button half way

through.

2. Press the trigger switch to start the machine.

3. Press the safety lock button all the way through

and release it, the machine will keep running.

NOTE! The switch is always locked in its normal state.

MAINTENANCE

• Always be sure that the tool is switched o and

the battery pack is removed from the tool before

attempting to perform inspection or maintenance.

• Regularly clean the tool’s air vents with compres-

sed dry air. Do not attempt to clean by inserting

pointed objects through openings.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BATTERY AND

CHARGER

• Never attempt to open or disassemble for any re-

ason.

• Do not expose the battery and/or charger to water

or rain

• Keep the battery away from other metal objects

while not in use.

• Avoid contact if the battery ejects any liquid and

ventilate the working area if it emits any kind of

vapors.

• Do not use the cord to carry the charger or to

unplug it from power supply.

• Do not use a charger with a damaged cord.

Charging

• Charge only at ambient temperatures between 10

°C and 40 °C

• Do not charge inside a box or container of any

kind. The battery must be placed in a well-ventila-

ted area during charging.

• Do not overcharge the battery. Once the battery

is fully charged, disconnect the charger from the

power.

Storage

• If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long

period, the batteries should be removed from the

tool.

• Do not store in locations where the temperature

may exceed 40 °C.

Transport and disposal

• Place the battery inside the package in a way it

remains xed in the same position and it cannot

move.

• Do not dispose the power tools and batteries into

household waste!

• Consult your local authorities concerning the

transport and disposal options.

ASSEMBLY OF THE BATTERY

CAUTION! Make sure the power tool is turned o

before inserting or removing the battery pack.

Battery charging

NOTE: Before the rst use, newly purchase battery

packs are not fully charged, and must be charged be-

fore inserting them to the cordless tool.

1. If the Lithium-Ion battery is empty, the power tool

automatically switches o by means of a protecti-

ve circuit.

2. Do not continue to press the On/O button after

the automatic shutdown of the power tool.

Installing the battery

1. Align the raised ribs on the battery pack with the

slots at the bottom of the power tool.

2. Slide the battery pack

into the tool.

3. Make sure the latches on each side of the battery

pack snap in place and securely attach to the tool.

Removing the battery

1. Press the battery

release button.

2. Pull the battery pack out

towards the rear of the power

tool without making any force.

CHARGING WITH DIAGNOSTIC CHARGER

1. Connect the battery charger into the AC power su-

pply.

2. Slide the raised ribs on the battery pack into the

slots on the charger until the latches on each side

of the battery pack snap in place.

3. Once the battery is properly attached, the LED’s

on the charger will light up indicating the charging

status.

There are 5 dierent color combinations possible:

NOTE! In case of “defective” status, try removing

and inserting the battery again into the charger, and do

the same with another new battery. If the same status

remains, it may be the case that the defective item is

the charger and not the battery.

4. Press the latches on each side of the battery pack

and slide it o from the charger to remove it.

5. Disconnect the charger from the power supply.

GUIDE D’UTILISATION

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT

L’outil est conçu pour les processus de nition, tels que

le polissage et l’arrondi des coins et des bords, ainsi

que pour l’obtention de surfaces lisses avec un disque

et un tampon de polissage.

L’appareil dispose d’un commutateur de vitesse de ro-

tation à 9 vitesses, ainsi que d’un déclencheur avec

fonction de xation pendant le travail ou celle de ve-

rrouillage pendant le stockage pour éviter un démarra-

ge accidentel. De plus, l’appareil est livré avec un tam-

pon de polissage installé sans outils supplémentaires,

ainsi qu’une clé hexagonale et une poignée supplé-

mentaire en forme de D pour une meilleure adhérence.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

ATTENTION ! Lisez tous les avertissements et tou-

tes les consignes de sécurité. Dans le cas contraire,

vous risquez un choc électrique, un incendie et/ou des

blessures graves.

• Vériez que les pièces ou les interrupteurs de

l’outil ne sont pas endommagés, que toutes les

conditions pouvant aecter le fonctionnement de

l’outil, sont conformes.

• Avant de procéder à des réglages, des change-

ments d’accessoires ou à l’organisation du stoc-

kage, retirez la source d’alimentation de la polis-

seuse et placez le commutateur d’alimentation en

position verrouillée ou OFF.

• Stockez l’outil et sa poignée dans un endroit sec

et propre. L’outil ne doit pas entrer en contact avec

de l’huile ou de la graisse.

• N’oubliez pas de porter des lunettes de sécurité

et un respirateur.

• Tenez l’outil par la surface isolée de la poignée s’il

est probable que l’outil entrera en contact avec un

câblage caché. Si des parties métalliques expo-

sées de l’outil entrent en contact avec un l sous

tension, il existe un risque de choc électrique.

• Avant de mettre l’outil en marche, vériez que

toutes les clés de réglage et celles à écrous ont

été enlevées, sinon elles pourraient s’envoler à

grande vitesse.

• Lors de la mise en marche et de l’arrêt de l’ou-

til, la meule à polir ne doit pas toucher la pièce à

travailler. Ne posez pas l’outil tant que la meule

n’est pas complètement arrêtée. Un outil en mar-

che peut rebondir lorsque la pièce mobile entre en

contact avec une surface quelconque.

• Ne branchez pas l’outil avec la meule à polir face

à vous.

• Pendant l’utilisation, tenez toujours l’outil d’une

main par la poignée arrière et de l’autre main par

la poignée auxiliaire. Ne placez pas vos mains

près de pièces en rotation.

• Ne surchargez pas l’outil. Ne forcez pas excessi-

vement pour empêcher l’outil de rebondir.

ASSEMBLAGE

Installation de la poignée auxiliaire

1. Installez la poignée auxiliaire dans les trous latéra-

ux dans la tête de l’outil.

2. Insérez les vis dans les deux trous.

3. Serrez fermement les vis avec une clé.

Installation de la meule à polir

1. Appuyez sur le bouton de verrouillage de la bro-

che et maintenez-le enfoncé pour empêcher la

rotation.

2. Insérez la meule à polir dans la broche et serrez-la

à la main.

Réglage de la vitesse

L’outil dispose de 9 modes de vitesse : 800, 1000,

1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 et 2400 tr/min.

La commutation de vitesse est eectuée à l’aide du

contrôleur :

Pour augmenter la vitesse, tournez le contrôleur vers

l’avant.

Pour diminuer la vitesse, tournez le contrôleur vers

l’arrière.

REMARQUE Sur le contrôleur, il y a des repères de

vitesse - 800, 1200, 1600, 2000 et 2400. Pour régler la

vitesse à 1000 tr/min, le régulateur de vitesse doit être

placé dans une position intermédiaire entre les repères

800 et 1200. Les vitesses de 1400, 1800 et 2200 tr/min

sont réglées de la même manière.

UTILISATION

ATTENTION ! Ne fermez pas les orices de ventilation

et maintenez-les propres pour un refroidissement co-

rrect du moteur.

Branchement/débranchement de l’outil

Pour brancher l’outil, déverrouillez le bouton de déma-

rrage, puis appuyez doucement dessus.

Pour débrancher l’outil, relâchez complètement le bou-

ton de démarrage.

Bouton de verrouillage du bouton de démarrage

Le bouton de verrouillage du bouton de démarrage

vous permet de xer la position du bouton de démarra-

ge pour un stockage ou un fonctionnement en continu.

Pour verrouiller le bouton de démarrage avant de

stocker l’outil, appuyez sur le bouton de verrouillage à

mi-chemin du côté indiqué sur la gure.

Pour verrouiller le bouton de démarrage lors du travail:

1. Appuyez sur le bouton de verrouillage à mi-che-

min.

2. Appuyez sur le bouton de démarrage pour déma-

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ LORS DE L’UTILISATION

DE LA BATTERIE ET DU CHARGEUR

• N’essayez en aucun cas d’ouvrir ou de démonter la

batterie et l’appareil.

• Évitez de mettre la batterie et/ou le chargeur sous

l’eau ou sous la pluie.

• La batterie qui n’est pas utilisée actuellement doit

être éloignée des objets métalliques.

• Évitez tout contact avec les liquides sortant de la

batterie. Lorsque les vapeurs sortent de la batterie,

assurez une ventilation du local de travail.

• N’utilisez pas le l pour transporter le chargeur et ne

le tirez pas pour le débrancher de l’alimentation.

• N’utilisez pas le chargeur avec un l endommagé.

Chargement

• Chargez l’appareil à des températures de l’air com-

prises entre 10 °C et 40 °C.

• Ne chargez pas à l’intérieur de la boîte ou du réci-

pient. Lors du chargement, la batterie doit se trou-

ver dans un endroit bien ventilé.

• Ne rechargez pas la batterie. Une fois la batterie

complètement chargée, débranchez le chargeur.

Stockage

• Si l’appareil doit rester longtemps inutilisé, il faut

retirer les batteries.

• Ne stockez pas l’appareil dans des endroits où la

température de l’air peut dépasser 40 °C.

Transport et élimination

• L’emballage de la batterie doit assurer sa xation en

position immobile.

• Ne jetez pas les outils électriques et les batteries

avec les ordures ménagères !

• Contactez les autorités locales pour obtenir des in-

formations sur l’expédition et l’élimination.

MONTAGE DE LA BATTERIE

ATTENTION ! Assurez-vous que l’outil électrique

est hors tension avant d’insérer ou de retirer la batterie.

Chargement de la batterie

REMARQUE : Avant la première utilisation, les nouvelles

batteries ne sont pas complètement chargées et doivent

être chargées avant d’être installées dans l’outil sans l.

1. Si la batterie lithium-ion est complètement déchar-

gée, l’outil électrique est automatiquement mis hors

tension à l’aide d’un circuit de protection.

2. Après le débranchement automatique de l’outil

électrique, n’appuyez pas sur le bouton marche/

arrêt.

Installation de la batterie

1. Alignez les nervures de la batterie avec les rainures

situées au bas de l’outil électrique.

2. Insérez la batterie

dans l’outil.

3. Vériez que les loquets situés de chaque côté de la

batterie sont engagés et qu’ils ont assuré une bon-

ne xation dans l’outil.

Retrait de la batterie

1. Appuyez sur le bouton

d’éjection de la batterie.

2. Retirez la batterie en la tirant

vers l’arrière de l’outil électrique

et sans appliquer de force.

CHARGEMENT AVEC LE CHARGEUR DE DIAGNOS-

TIC

1. Connectez le chargeur à une source de courant

alternatif.

2. Alignez les nervures de la batterie avec les fentes

du chargeur jusqu’à ce que les loquets s’enclen-

chent sur les deux côtés de la batterie.

3. Après l’installation de la batterie, les diodes LED

indiquant l’état de charge, s’allumeront sur le char-

geur.

Il y a 5 diérentes combinaisons d’achage possibles :

REMARQUE ! Lorsque l’état de dysfonctionnement

de la batterie est aché, essayez de retirer la batterie

du chargeur, puis installer une nouvelle batterie dans

l’appareil. Si l’état de dysfonctionnement persiste, cela

peut indiquer que c’est le chargeur qui est défectueux,

pas la batterie.

4. Appuyez sur les loquets situés de deux côtés de la

batterie et retirez-la du chargeur.

5. Débranchez le chargeur.

d’alimentation pour vérier l’état de la batterie. Si toutes

BESCHREIBUNG DES PRODUKTS

Das Werkzeug ist für Schlichtprozesse wie Polieren

und Abrunden von Ecken und Kanten sowie für Ober-

ächenglättung mittels der Scheibe und Schleifunterla-

ge vorgesehen.

Das Gerät verfügt über einen 9-Gang-Drehzahlschal-

ter sowie einen Abzug mit der Verriegelungsfunktion

während des Betriebs oder Verriegelungsfunktion

während der Lagerung, um ein zufälliges Starten zu

verhindern. Zusätzlich sind im Lieferumfang des Geräts

eine Schleifunterlage, die ohne zusätzliche Werkzeuge

installiert werden kann, sowie ein Sechskantschlüssel

und ein Zusätzlicher D-förmiger Handgri für den bes-

seren Gri enthalten.

ARBEITSSCHUTZVORSCHRIFTEN

WARTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Warnungen und Ar-

beitsschutzvorschriften. Die Nichtbeachtung dieser

Anforderung kann zu Stromschlägen, Bränden und/

oder schweren Verletzungen führen.

• Überprüfen Sie das Werkzeug auf Schäden an

Teilen und Schaltern sowie auf Bedingungen, die

den Betrieb des Werkzeugs beeinträchtigen kön-

nen.

• Entfernen Sie die Stromquelle von der Poliermas-

chine und stellen Sie den Netzschalter in die ve-

rriegelte oder ausgeschaltete Position, bevor Sie

Einstellungen vornehmen, Zubehörteile wechseln

oder das Werkzeug aufbewahren.

• Bewahren Sie das Werkzeug und seinen Gri

trocken und sauber auf. Das Werkzeug darf nicht

mit Öl und Fett in Berührung kommen.

• Tragen Sie immer eine Schutzbrille und eine

Atemschutzmaske.

• Halten Sie das Werkzeug an der isolierten Ober-

äche des Gris, wenn die Gefahr eines Kontakts

des Werkzeugs mit verborgenen Kabeln besteht.

Beim Kontakt von freiliegenden Metallteilen des

Werkzeugs mit stromführenden Kabeln besteht

die Gefahr eines Stromschlags.

• Stellen Sie vor der Einschaltung des Werkzeugs

sicher, dass alle Stell- und Maulschlüssel entfernt

wurden, damit sie bei hoher Geschwindigkeit nicht

herausiegen.

• Bei der Ein- und Ausschaltung des Werkzeugs

darf die Polierscheibe das Werkstück nicht

berühren. Legen Sie das Werkzeug nicht, bevor

die Polierscheibe vollständig zum Stillstand ge-

kommen ist. Das im Betrieb bendliche Werkzeug

kann beim Kontakt des beweglichen Teils mit einer

Oberäche ausspringen.

• Schalten Sie das Werkzeug nicht ein, wenn die

Polierscheibe auf Sie gerichtet ist.

• Halten Sie das Werkzeug während des Betriebs

immer mit einer Hand am hinteren Gri und mit

der anderen Hand am Zusatzgri. Legen Sie Ihre

Hände nicht in die Nähe rotierender Teile.

• Überlasten Sie das Werkzeug nicht. Wenden Sie

keine übermäßige Kraft an, um ein Springen des

Werkzeugs zu verhindern.

EINBAU

Einbau des Zusatzgris

1. Installieren Sie den Zusatzgri in den seitlichen

Löchern im Kopfteil des Werkzeugs.

2. Setzen Sie die Schrauben in beide Löcher ein.

3. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben mit dem Schlüssel fest.

Einbau der Polierscheibe

1. Drücken und halten Sie den Spindelarretierungsk-

nopf, um eine Drehung zu verhindern.

2. Setzen Sie die Polierscheibe in die Spindel ein

und ziehen Sie sie von Hand fest.

Drehzahlregelung

Das Werkzeug hat 9 Drehzahlmodi: 800, 1000, 1200,

1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 und 2400 UpM.

Die Drehzahlumschaltung erfolgt durch den Drehzahl-

regler:

Drehen Sie den Drehzahlregler vorwärts, um die Dre-

hzahl zu erhöhen.

Drehen Sie den Drehzahlregler zurück, um die Dreh-

zahl zu verringern.

BEMERKUNG: Auf dem Drehzahlregler gibt es Dreh-

zahlmarkierungen: 800, 1200, 1600, 2000 und 2400.

Um die Drehzahl auf 1000 UpM einzustellen, muss der

Drehzahlregler in eine Zwischenposition zwischen den

Markierungen 800 und 1200 eingestellt werden. Die

Drehzahlen von 1400, 1800 und 2200 UpM werden auf

die gleiche Weise eingestellt.

BETRIEB

WARNUNG! Blockieren Sie die Lüftungsönungen

nicht und halten Sie sie sauber, um eine ordnungs-

gemäße Motorkühlung sicherzustellen.

Ein-/Ausschaltung des Werkzeugs

Zur Einschaltung des Werkzeugs verriegeln Sie den

Startknopf und drücken Sie sie langsam.

Zur Ausschaltung des Werkzeugs lassen Sie den Star-

tknopf vollständig los.

Knopf zur Verriegelung des Startknopfs

Mit dem Knopf zur Verriegelung des Startknopfs kann

die Position des Startknopfs für die Lagerung oder den

Dauerbetrieb verriegelt werden.

Um den Startknopf vor der Lagerung des Werkzeugs

zu verriegeln, drücken Sie den Verriegelungsknopf

halb von der in der Abbildung gezeigten Seite.

Um den Startknopf beim Betrieb zu verriegeln:

1. Drücken Sie den Verriegelungsknopf halb.

Drücken Sie den Startknopf, um das Werkzeug zu

starten.

2. Drücken Sie den Verriegelungsknopf bis zum Ans-

chlag und lassen Sie ihn los. Dabei funktioniert

das Werkzeug weiterhin.

BEMERKUNG: In der normalen Position ist der Startk-

nopf immer verriegelt.

WARTUNG

• Stellen Sie vor der Überprüfung oder Wartung des

Werkzeugs sicher, dass das Werkzeug ausges-

chaltet und der Akkumulator abgeklemmt ist.

• Reinigen Sie die Lüftungsönungen regelmäßig

mit trockener Druckluft. Die Lüftungsönungen

dürfen mit scharfen Gegenständen nicht gereinigt

werden.

ARBEITSSCHUTZVORSCHRIFTEN BEI DER ARBEIT

MIT DEM AKKUMULATOR UND DEM LADEGERÄT

• Versuchen Sie unter keinen Umständen, den Akkumu-

lator und das Gerät zu önen oder zu zerlegen.

• Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt des Akkumulators und/

oder des Ladegeräts mit Wasser oder Regen.

• Der Akkumulator, der gerade nicht im Betrieb ist, sollte

von Metallgegenständen ferngehalten werden.

• Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten, die aus

dem Akkumulator austreten. Wenn Dämpfe aus dem

Akkumulator austreten, sorgen Sie für Belüftung des

Arbeitsplatzes.

• Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht zum Tragen des Lade-

geräts und ziehen Sie nicht daran, um es vom Strom-

netz zu trennen.

• Verwenden Sie das Ladegerät mit einem beschädig-

ten Kabel nicht.

Auaden

• Laden Sie das Gerät bei Temperaturen zwischen 10

und 40 °C auf.

• Laden Sie nicht in der Schachtel oder im Behälter auf.

Während des Ladevorgangs muss sich der Akkumula-

tor in einem gut belüfteten Raum benden.

• Laden Sie den Akkumulator nicht über. Nachdem der

Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist, ziehen Sie das Lade-

gerät aus der Steckdose.

Lagerung

• Wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwendet wird,

sollten die Akkumulatoren entfernt werden.

• Lagern Sie das Gerät nicht an Stellen, an denen die

Lufttemperatur 40 °C überschreiten kann.

Transport und Entsorgung

• Die Verpackung des Akkumulators muss seine

Fixierung im stationären Zustand gewährleisten.

• Die Entsorgung von elektrischen Werkzeugen und

Akkumulatoren zusammen mit dem Hausmüll ist nicht

zulässig!

• Informationen zu Transport und Entsorgung können

Sie von Ihrer örtlichen Behörde erhalten.

EINBAU DES AKKUMULATORS

WARNUNG! Bevor Sie den Akkumulator einsetzen

oder entfernen, stellen Sie sicher, dass das elektrische

Werkzeug ausgeschaltet ist.

Auaden des Akkumulators

BEMERKUNG: Vor dem ersten Gebrauch sind die neuen

Akkumulatoren nicht vollständig aufgeladen und sie müs-

sen vor dem Einbau in ein kabelloses Werkzeug aufgela-

den werden.

1. Wenn der Lithium-Ionen-Akkumulator vollständig ent-

laden ist, wird das elektrische Werkzeug durch eine

Schutzschaltung automatisch ausgeschaltet.

2. Nachdem das elektrische Werkzeug automatisch aus-

geschaltet ist, drücken Sie keine Ein-/Aus-Taste.

Einbau des Akkumulators

1. Richten Sie die Rippen des Akkublocks mit den Rillen

an der Unterseite des elektrischen Werkzeugs aus.

2. Setzen Sie den Akkublock

in das Werkzeug ein.

3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Verriegelungen an beiden

Seiten des Akkublocks gelöst wurden und einen si-

cheren Sitz am Werkzeug gewährleistet haben.

Entfernung des Akkumulators

1. Drücken Sie die Taste zur

Entfernung des Akkumulators.

2. Entfernen Sie den Akkublock,

indem Sie ihn zur Rückseite des

elektrischen Werkzeugs ziehen,

ohne Kraft anzuwenden.

AUFLADEN UNTER VERWENDUNG DES DIAGNOSTIS-

CHEN LADEGERÄTS

1. Schließen Sie das Ladegerät an die Wechselstrom-

quelle an.

2. Richten Sie die Rippen des Akkublocks mit den Rillen

des Ladegeräts aus, bis die Riegel auf beiden Seiten

des Akkublocks einrasten.

3. Nachdem der Akkumulator in das Ladegerät einge-

setzt ist, leuchten die LEDs, um den Ladezustand

anzuzeigen.

Es gibt fünf verschiedene mögliche Anzeigekombinationen:

BEMERKUNG! Wenn der Fehlerstatus des Akkubloc-

ks angezeigt wird, entfernen Sie den Akkumulator aus dem

Ladegerät und setzen Sie einen neuen Akkumulator in das

Gerät ein. Die Beibehaltung des Fehlerstatus kann darauf

hinweisen, dass das fehlerhafte Element nicht der Akkumu-

lator, sondern das Ladegerät ist.

4. Drücken Sie auf die Riegel an beiden Seiten des

Akkublocks und entfernen Sie ihn aus dem Ladegerät.

5. Trennen Sie das Ladegerät vom Stromnetz.

AKKULADEANZEIGE

BEMERKUNG! Sie können die Netzanzeigetaste verwen-

den, um den Ladezustand des Akkumulators überprüfen.

Wenn beim Drücken alle Dioden aueuchten, ist der Akku-

mulator vollständig aufgeladen.

DESCRIZIONE DEL PRODOTTO

L’utensile è destinato a processi di lavorazione di ni-

tura, come la lucidatura e l’arrotondamento degli angoli

e spigoli, nonché all’ottenimento di superci lisce con il

disco e tampone di lucidatura.

Il dispositivo è dotato di un interruttore di velocità a 9

gradini e del grilletto con funzione di bloccaggio duran-

te il funzionamento o con la funzione di blocco durante

il magazzinaggio per evitare l’avviamento accidentale.

Inoltre, il dispositivo è dotato di un tampone di lucida-

tura che può essere installato senza attrezzi aggiuntivi,

nonché di una chiave esagonale e di una maniglia a

forma di D aggiuntiva per una migliore presa.

ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA

ATTENZIONE! Leggere tutte le avvertenze e le is-

truzioni di sicurezza. Inadempimento di tale prescrizio-

ne puo` provocare scosse elettriche, incendi e/o lesioni

gravi.

• Controllare lo strumento per eventuali danni a

parti e interruttori, nonché eventuali condizioni

che potrebbero inuenzare il funzionamento dello

strumento.

• Prima di eettuare qualsiasi regolazione, sosti-

tuzione di accessori o conservazione, rimuovere

la fonte di alimentazione dalla lucidatrice e portare

l’interruttore di alimentazione in posizione di bloc-

co o OFF.

• Conservare lo strumento e la relativa maniglia in

uno stato pulito e asciutto. Lo strumento non deve

entrare in contatto con olio e grasso.

• Indossare sempre occhiali di sicurezza e un res-

piratore.

• Tenere lo strumento per la supercie isolata della

maniglia quando si eseguono operazioni in cui lo

strumento può venire a contatto con cavi nascosti.

Il contatto con il lo sotto tensione puo` causare il

fatto che le parti metalliche esposte dell’utensile

saranno sotto tensione, il che potra` provocare la

scossa elettricha all’operatore.

• Prima di accendere, assicurarsi che tutte le chiavi

e le chiavi di installazione siano rimosse dal trapa-

no in modo che non fuoriescano ad alta velocità.

• Quando si accende e si spegne l’utensile, il disco

per la lucidatura non deve toccare il pezzo in la-

ASSEMBLAGGIO

Installazione della maniglia ausiliaria

1. Installare la maniglia ausiliaria nei fori laterali nella

testa dell’utensile.

2. Inserire le viti in entrambi i fori.

3. Stringere saldamente le viti con una chiave.

Installazione del disco per la lucidatura

1. Premere e tenere premuto il pulsante di blocco del

mandrino per impedire la rotazione.

2. Inserire il disco per la lucidatura nel mandrino e

serrarlo a mano.

Regolazione della velocità

Lo strumento ha 9 modalità di velocità: 800, 1000,

1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 e 2400 giri/min.

La commutazione della velocità viene eseguita utiliz-

zando il regolatore:

Ruotare il regolatore in avanti per aumentare la velo-

cità.

Ruotare il regolatore indietro per diminuire la velocità.

NOTA: Sul regolatore ci sono segni di velocita` - 800,

1200, 1600, 2000 и 2400. Per impostare la velocità a

1000 giri/min, regolatore di velocita` deve essere im-

postato in una posizione intermedia tra i segni 800 e

1200. Impostazione delle velocita` 1400, 1800 e 2200

giri/min viene eseguita allo stesso modo.

UTILIZZO

ATTENZIONE! Non bloccare le aperture di ventilazio-

ne e tenerle pulite per un adeguato rareddamento del

motore.

Accensione/ spegnimento dello strumento

Per accendere lo strumento, sbloccare il pulsante di

avvio, quindi premerlo lentamente.

Per spegniere lo strumento, rilasciare completamente

il pulsante di avvio.

Pulsante di blocco del pulsante di avvio consente di

ssare la posizione del pulsante di avvio per la conser-

vazione o il funzionamento continuo.

Per bloccare il pulsante di avvio prima di mettere in

conservazione lo strumento, premere il pulsante di

blocco a metà dal lato mostrato sul disegno.

Per bloccare il pulsante di avvio durante il funziona-

mento:

1. Premere il pulsante di blocco a metà.

2. Premere il pulsante di avvio per avviare lo stru-

mento.

3. Premere il pulsante di blocco no in fondo e rilas-

ciare. Lo strumento continuerà a funzionare.

NOTA: In posizione normale, il pulsante di avvio è sem-

pre bloccato.

MANUTENZIONE

• Prima di controllare o eseguire la manutenzione

dello strumento, assicurarsi che lo strumento e la

batteria siano spenti.

• Pulire regolarmente i fori di ventilazione con aria

compressa asciutta. Non e` consentita la pulizia

dei fori di ventilazione con gli oggetti appuntiti.

ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA DURANTE IL LAVORO

CON LA BATTERIA E IL CARICABATTERIE

• Non tentare in nessun caso di aprire o smontare la

batteria e il dispositivo.

• Evitare il contatto della batteria e/o il caricabatterie

con l’acqua o con la pioggia.

• La batteria che non è attualmente in uso deve es-

sere tenuta lontana da oggetti metallici.

• Evitare il contatto con qualsiasi liquido che fuories-

ca dalla batteria; se dalla batteria escono i vapori,

ventilare l’area di lavoro.

• Non utilizzare il cavo per trasportare il caricabatte-

rie e non tirarlo per scollegare dalla rete di alimen-

tazione.

• Non utilizzare il caricabatterie con il lo danneg-

giato.

Caricamento

• Caricare il dispositivo a una temperatura dell’aria

compresa tra 10 ° C e 40 ° C.

• Non caricare all’interno della scatola o del conteni-

tore. Durante la ricarica, la batteria deve trovarsi in

un luogo ben ventilato.

• Non ricaricare la batteria. Dopo che la batteria è

completamente carica, scollegare il caricabatterie

dalla rete.

Conservazione

• Se il dispositivo viene conservato per lungo tempo

in uno stato inutilizzato, rimuovere le batterie.

• Non conservare il dispositivo nei luoghi dove la

temperatura ambiente può superare i 40 ° C.

Trasporto e smaltimento

• Il pacco della batteria deve tenerla in una posizio-

ne ssa.

• Non è consentito lo smaltimento di elettroutensili e

batterie con i riuti domestici!

• Contattare le autorità locali per informazioni sul

trasporto e sullo smaltimento.

MONTAGGIO DELLA BATTERIA

ATTENZIONE! Assicurarsi che l’utensile elettrico

sia spento prima di inserire o rimuovere la batteria.

Carica della batteria

NOTA: Prima del primo utilizzo, le nuove batterie non

sono completamente cariche e richiedono il carica-

mento prima d’installazione in un utensile alimentato

a batteria.

1. Se la batteria litio-ionica è completamente scarica,

l’utensile elettrico si spegne automaticamente per

mezzo di un circuito di protezione.

2. Dopo la disabilitazione automatica dell’utensile

elettrico non premere il pulsante di accensione/

disinserzione.

Installazione della batteria

1. Allineare le nervature della batteria con le scana-

lature sul fondo dell’utensile elettrico.

2. Inserire la batteria

nell’utensile.

3. Accertarsi che i fermi su ciascun lato della batte-

ria siano innestati e assicurano il ssaggio sicuro

nello strumento.

Rimozione della batteria

1. Premere il pulsante di

rimozione della batteria.

2. Rimuovere la batteria tirandola

verso la parte posteriore

dell’utensile elettrico senza

sforzare.

CARICAMENTO CON IL CARICABATTERIE DIAG-

NOSTICO

1. Collegare il caricabatterie alla sorgente di CA.

2. Allineare le nervature sulla batteria con le scanala-

ture sulla carica no a quando i fermi scattano su

entrambi i lati della batteria.

3. Dopo aver installato la batteria sul caricabatterie,

i LED si accenderanno per indicare lo stato di ca-

rica.

Esistono 5 diverse combinazioni d’indicazione:

NOTA! Quando viene visualizzato lo stato di mal-

funzionamento della batteria, provare a rimuovere la

batteria dal caricabatterie e quindi installare una nuova

batteria nel dispositivo. Mantenimento dello stato di

malfunzionamento può indicare che l’elemento difetto-

so è il caricabatterie e non la batteria.

4. Premere i fermi su entrambi i lati della batteria ed

estrarla dal caricatore.

5. Scollegare il caricabatterie dalla rete.

INDICATORE DI CARICA DELLA BATTERIA

NOTA! È possibile utilizzare il pulsante dell’indicatore

di alimentazione per vericare lo stato della batteria.

Se premendo tutti i diodi si accendono, signica che la

batteria è completamente carica.

DESCRIÇÃO DO PRODUTO

A ferramenta foi projetada para processamento limpo,

como polir e arredondar cantos e arestas, além de ob-

ter superfícies lisas com um disco e uma almofada de

polimento.

O dispositivo possui um interruptor de velocidade de 9

velocidades, além de um gatilho com uma função de

travamento durante a operação ou travamento duran-

te o armazenamento para impedir a partida acidental.

Além disso, o dispositivo possui uma almofada de po-

limento instalada sem ferramentas adicionais, além de

uma chave sextavada e uma alça adicional em forma

de D para melhor aderência.

INSTRUÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA

ATENÇÃO! Leia todos os avisos e instruções de

segurança. Não fazer isso pode resultar em choque

elétrico, incêndio e/ou ferimentos graves.

• Verique a ferramenta quanto a danos nas peças

e interruptores, bem como a condições que pos-

sam afetar a operação da ferramenta.

• Antes de fazer ajustes, trocar acessórios ou ar-

mazenar, remova a fonte de energia da máquina

de polimento e coloque o interruptor na posição

travada ou desligada.

• Armazene a ferramenta e a sua alça num estado

seco e limpo. A ferramenta não deve entrar em

contato com óleo e graxa.

• Certique-se de usar óculos de segurança e um

respirador.

• Segure a ferramenta pela superfície isolada da

alça, se for provável que a ferramenta entre em

contato com a ação oculta. Se partes de metal

expostas da ferramenta entrarem em contato com

um o ativo, há risco de choque elétrico.

• Antes de ligar a ferramenta, certique-se de que

todos os ajustes e chaves sejam removidos, caso

contrário eles poderão voar para fora em alta ve-

locidade.

• Ao ligar e desligar a ferramenta, a roda de poli-

mento não deve tocar na peça de trabalho. Não

coloque a ferramenta até que a roda pare com-

pletamente. Uma ferramenta operacional pode

saltar quando a parte móvel entra em contato com

qualquer superfície.

• Não ligue a ferramenta com a roda de polimento

direcionada para você.

• Durante a operação, segure sempre a ferramenta

com uma mão na alça traseira e com a outra mão

na alça auxiliar. Não coloque as mãos perto de

peças rotativas.

• Não sobrecarregue a ferramenta. Não use força

excessiva para impedir que a ferramenta salte.

MONTAGEM

Instalação da manivela auxiliar

1. Instale a manivela auxiliar nos orifícios laterais na

parte frontal da ferramenta.

2. Insira os parafusos nos dois orifícios.

3. Aperte rmemente os parafusos com uma chave

inglesa.

Instalação do disco de polimento

1. Pressione e segure o botão de bloqueio do eixo

para impedir a rotação.

2. Insira a roda de polimento no eixo e aperte-o ma-

nualmente.

Ajuste de velocidade

A ferramenta possui 9 modos de velocidade: 800,

1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 e 2400 rpm.

A comutação de velocidade é realizada usando o con-

trolador:

Para aumentar a velocidade, gire o controlador para

frente.

Para diminuir a velocidade, gire o regulador para trás.

NOTA No controlador existem marcas de velocidade -

800, 1200, 1600, 2000 e 2400. Para denir a velocida-

de para 1000 rpm, o regulador de velocidade deve ser

colocado numa posição intermediária entre as marcas

800 e 1200. As velocidades de 1400, 1800 e 2200 rpm

são denidas da mesma maneira.

OPERAÇÃO

ATENÇÃO! Não bloqueie os orifícios de ventilação e

mantenha-os limpas para um resfriamento adequado

do motor.

Ligação/desligação da ferramenta

Para ligar a ferramenta, desbloqueie o botão de lança-

mento e pressione-o lentamente.

Para desligar a ferramenta, libere totalmente o botão

de lançamento.

Botão de bloqueio do botão de lançamento

O botão de bloqueio do botão de lançamento permite

xar a posição do botão de lançamento para armaze-

namento ou operação contínua.

Para bloquear o botão de lançamento antes de ar-

mazenar a ferramenta, pressione o botão de bloqueio

até a metade do lado mostrado.

Para bloquear o botão de lançamento durante a ope-

ração:

1. Pressione o botão de bloqueio até a metade.

2. Pressione o botão de lançamento para iniciar a

ferramenta.

3. Pressione o botão de bloqueio totalmente e solte.

Nesse caso, a ferramenta continuará a funcionar.

NOTA Na posição normal, o botão de lançamento está

sempre travado.

MANUTENÇÃO TÉCNICA

• Antes de vericar ou manter a ferramenta, veri-

que se a ferramenta está desligada e a bateria

desconectada.

• Limpe os orifícios de ventilação regularmente com

ar comprimido seco. Não é permitido limpar os

orifícios de ventilação com objetos pontiagudos.

INSTRUÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA PARA A BATERIA E

O CARREGADOR

• Nunca tente abrir ou desmontar por qualquer mo-

tivo.

• Não exponha a bateria e/ou o carregador a água

ou chuva

• Mantenha a bateria longe de outros objetos de me-

tal enquanto não estiver em uso.

• Evite contato se a bateria ejetar qualquer líquido e

ventile a área de trabalho se emitir qualquer tipo

de vapores.

• Não use o cabo para transportar o carregador ou

desconectá-lo da fonte de alimentação.

• Não use um carregador com um cabo danicado.

Carregamento

• Carregue apenas em temperaturas ambientes en-

tre 10 ° C e 40 ° C

• Não carregue dentro de uma caixa ou recipiente de

qualquer tipo. A bateria deve ser colocada numa

área bem ventilada durante o carregamento.

• Não sobrecarregue a bateria. Quando a bateria

estiver totalmente carregada, desconecte o carre-

gador da rede.

Armazenamento

• Se o aparelho for armazenado sem uso por um lon-

go período, as baterias devem ser removidas.

• Não armazene em locais onde a temperatura possa

exceder 40 °C.

Transporte e descarte

• Coloque a bateria dentro da embalagem de forma

que ela permaneça xa na mesma posição e não

possa se mover.

• Não descarte as ferramentas elétricas e as baterias

no lixo doméstico!

• Consulte as autoridades locais sobre as opções de

transporte e descarte.

MONTAGEM DA BATERIA

CUIDADO! Verique se a ferramenta elétrica está

desligada antes de inserir ou remover a bateria.

Carregamento da bateria

NOTA: Antes do primeiro uso, as baterias recém-ad-

quiridas não estão totalmente carregadas e devem ser

carregadas antes da instalação na ferramenta sem o.

1. Se a bateria de íon de lítio estiver vazia, a ferra-

menta elétrica será desligada automaticamente por

meio de um circuito de proteção.

2. Não continue a pressionar o botão On/O após o

desligamento automático da ferramenta elétrica.

Instalação da bateria

1. Alinhe os cumes levantados na bateria com as ran-

huras na parte inferior da ferramenta elétrica.

2. Deslize a bateria para

dentro da ferramenta.

3. Certique-se de que as travas de cada lado da ba-

teria se encaixem e se xem rmemente à ferra-

menta.

Remoção da bateria

1. Pressione o botão de remoção

da bateria.

2. Remova a bateria puxando-a

para a parte traseira da

ferramenta elétrica sem fazer

nenhuma força.

CARREGAMENTO COM CARREGADOR DE DIAG-

NÓSTICO

1. Conecte o carregador de bateria à fonte de alimen-

tação de corrente alternada.

2. Alinhe os cumes levantados na bateria com as ran-

huras do carregador até que as travas de cada lado

da bateria se encaixem no lugar.

3. Quando a bateria estiver conectada corretamente,

os LEDs do carregador acenderão indicando o sta-

tus de carregamento.

São possíveis 5 combinações de cores diferentes:

NOTA! Em caso de status “defeituoso”, tente remo-

ver e inserir a bateria novamente no carregador e faça

o mesmo com outra bateria nova. Se o mesmo status

permanecer, pode ser que o item com defeito seja o ca-

rregador e não a bateria.

4. Pressione as travas de cada lado da bateria e desli-

ze-a para fora do carregador para removê-la.

5. Desconecte o carregador da fonte de alimentação.

NOTA! Você pode pressionar o botão indicador de ener-

gia para vericar o status da bateria. Se todas as luzes

estiverem acesas, a bateria está totalmente carregada.

DESCRIEREA PRODUSULUI

Instrumentul este destinat pentru procese de nisare,

cum ar  lustruirea și rotunjirea colțurilor și marginilor,

precum și pentru obținerea suprafețelor netede cu aju-

torul unui disc și un substrat de lustruire.

Dispozitivul are un comutator de viteză cu 9 trepte,

precum și un trăgaci cu funcție de xare în timpul fun-

cționării sau de blocare în timpul depozitării pentru a

preveni pornirea accidentală. În plus, dispozitivul în se-

tul de livrare este inclus un substrat de lustruire, care

se instalează fără instrumente suplimentare, precum și

o cheie hexagonală și un mâner suplimentar în formă

de D pentru o mai bună prindere.

REGULI DE SIGURANȚĂ

ATENȚIE! Consultați toate precauțiile și instrucțiu-

nile de siguranță. Nerespectarea precauțiilor și instru-

cțiunilor de mai jos poate duce la electrocutare, incen-

diu și/sau vătămări grave.

• Vericați instrumentul pentru defecțiuni ale piese-

lor, deteriorări ale întrerupătoarelor și alte condiții

care pot afecta funcționarea acestuia.

• Deconectați instrumentul de la sursa de alimenta-

re cu energie electrică înainte de a efectua orice

ajustări, înlocuiri de accesorii și depozitare și se-

tați comutatorul de alimentare în poziția de blocare

sau OPRIT.

• Păstrați instrumentul și mânerul acestuia într-un

loc uscat și curat. Instrumentul nu trebuie să intre

în contact cu uleiul și grăsimea.

• Îmbrăcați întotdeauna ochelari de protecție și un

aparat respirator.

• Țineți instrumentul de suprafața izolată a mâneru-

lui, dacă există posibilitatea de contactare a instru-

mentului cu cablajul ascuns. La contactul pieselor

metalice deschise ale instrumentului cu rul sub

tensiune, există un pericol de electrocutare.

• Înainte de a porni instrumentul, asigurați-vă că

toate cheile de reglare și piulițele sunt scoase, as-

tfel încât acestea să nu decoleze la o viteză mare.

• În timpul pornirii și opririi instrumentului, discul de

polizat nu trebuie să se atingă de piesa brută. Nu

puneți instrumentul până când discul de polizat

nu se oprește complet. Instrumentul în stare de

funcționare poate sări la contactul părții mobile cu

orice suprafață.

• Nu porniți niciodată instrumentul când discul de

polizat este îndreptat spre dvs.

• În timpul lucrului, țineți întotdeauna instrumentul

cu o mână de mânerul din spate și cu cealal-

tă mână de mânerul auxiliar. Nu țineți mâinile în

apropierea părților rotative.

• Nu supraîncărcați instrumentul. Nu depuneți efor-

turi excesive pentru a preveni ricoșarea instru-

mentului.

ASAMBLARE

Instalarea mânerului auxiliar

1. Montați mânerul auxiliar în oriciile laterale din

partea capului instrumentului.

2. Introduceți șuruburile în ambele oricii.

3. Strângeți bine șuruburile cu ajutorul cheii.

Instalarea discului de polizat

1. Apăsați și țineți apăsat butonul de blocare a axului

principal (2) pentru a preveni rotirea.

2. Introduceți discul de polizat în axul principal și

strângeți-l manual.

Reglarea vitezei

Instrumentul are 9 moduri de viteză: 800, 1000, 1200,

1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200 și 2400 rpm.

Comutarea vitezei se face cu ajutorul regulatorului:

Pentru a mări viteza, rotiți butonul înainte.

Pentru a reduce viteza, rotiți butonul înapoi.

NOTĂ. Pe regulator există marcaje de viteză - 800,

1200, 1600, 2000 și 2400. Pentru a seta viteza de 1000

rpm, regulatorul de viteză trebuie setat într-o poziție in-

termediară între marcajele 800 și 1200. Setarea viteze-

lor de 1400, 1800 și 2200 rpm se face în mod similar.

EXPLOATARE

ATENȚIE! Nu acoperiți oriciile de ventilație și păs-

trați-le curate pentru răcirea corespunzătoare a mo-

torului.

Pornirea / oprirea instrumentului

Pentru a porni instrumentul, deblocați butonul de porni-

re, apoi apăsați-l lent.

Pentru a opri instrumentul, eliberați complet butonul de

pornire.

Butonul de blocare a butonului de pornire

Butonul de blocare a butonului de pornire vă permite

să xați poziția butonului de pornire pentru depozitare

sau funcționare continuă.
