This product has no manual lowering function, so in case of a power
outage, the lying surface will stay in its current position. It is therefore not
recommended to take the lying surface to the highest position when using the
product alone.

This product is intended for people who
• need to get changed on a change table
• are above the usual change table age
• are caregivers and need a customized work position
• need to use a change table in combination with person lifts
Intended operator profile
The product is to be used by a person trained in health care and/or trained in
changing a person in their care. It can also be used by self-reliant users.
Intended user profile
The product can be used by adults whose weight does not exceed the
maximum load of 200 kg / 440 lbs.
Operating environment
For indoor use in public changing facilities and schools. Can also be used in
nursing homes and hospitals under normal working conditions.
Contraindications for use
Use of the change table is not recommended for patients with infusion or
insulin pump, inflammatory skin diseases or patients in feverish conditions.
Patients with cardiac insufficiency, cardiovascular diseases, craniocerabral
injury, open wounds, feed or drain lines (e.g. catheter, drainage tube) may use
the change table only after consulting with the attending physician.
Do not use if the patient's weight exceeds 200 kg / 440 lbs.
Biocompatibility
The materials in contact with the skin of the user during the intended use
have been evaluated for their content of harmful substances according to
the procedures in BS EN ISO 10993-1:2020 Biological evaluation of medical
devices – Part 1 and are therefore considered suitable for this purpose.
!CAUTION
Never allow children to operate the unit without supervision of an adult.
• Keep pets and pests away from the unit.

Support the table using your
hand or body when folding
it down, to avoid the risk of
damage.
The built-in gas cylinders make it
easy to fold the table up against
the wall after use. Be sure to fold
the safety rail away first.
Take care to avoid injury to hands,
feet and head when in the vicinity of
moving mechanical parts.
NOTICE
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the product should be
reported to the manufacturer and the health authorities.
!CAUTION
Always be careful when moving a person to and from the table.
Do not leave the patient unattended.

The table folds up and down electrically
On the wired remote control for this model, there are two
additional buttons that control the fold-up function.
Press and hold the fold up button to fold the table up, and
press and hold the fold down button to fold the table down.
The movement stops when the button is released.

Make sure that there are no objects under
the change table when adjusting the
height.
To avoid the risk of strangulation, make
sure that the wired remote control is
placed in its holder when not in use.
Height adjustment
When the change table is installed at the recommended height, it can be
adjusted between 300 and 1000 mm (11.81 and 39.37 inches) above the floor.
The height adjustment is done by pressing the buttons on the frame or on the
wired remote control unit.
Press and hold the Up button to raise the table, and press and hold the Down
button to lower the table. The movement stops when the button is released.
The height adjustment may only be used at temperatures between 15 and 30
degrees Celsius.

The safety rail
The body belt
To pull the safety rail
up: Release the lock and
pull the safety rail from the
underside of the table, and
swing it upwards. The safety
rail will automatically lock
into position.
The product is equipped with a body belt, that can be used to secure the user.
Pull the belt lock lever up to release the belt lock. Press the lever down again
to lock the body belt.
To fold the safety rail
away: Release the lock
and swing the safety rail
down to the underside of
the table. The safety rail
will automatically lock into
position.

Cleaning
Disinfection
When using the change table for multiple patients, it is necessary to both
clean and disinfect it between uses on different patients to prevent the risk of
cross infection.
IMPORTANT
• Do not use an autoclave or other type of steam cleaner.
• Avoid aggressive cleaning agents containing acids.
• Never spray the product directly with a high pressure cleaner.
• Avoid use of abrasive, corrosive or chlorine-based cleaning or
disinfecting products.
The product is to be cleaned with hot water or a mild soapy cleaning agent.
A list of suitable cleaning agents tested by Pressalit can be found on
pressalit.com.
!CAUTION
Always read the material safety data sheet (MSDS) and supplied
instructions of the cleaning, disinfecting or de-scaling agent and comply
with instructions for safe use, dilution, rinsing, drying, handling and
storage of the agent.

Maintenance
Expected service life of the change table is 10 years, provided that
maintenance is carried out as described below:
It is recommended on a weekly basis to run the motors on the product to their
maximum positions by raising the table to its full height, and then lowering it
to its lowest position, so that the internal parts are lubricated.
It is recommended that inspection is done once a year.

Check the hinges and other fittings on the table and the safety rail .

Do not perform any type of maintenance inspection on the change table
while a patient is lying on it.

Remove the upper and lower retaining
screws on the lift unit cover and
carefully remove the cover.
• Check the wall brackets and
tighten if necessary.
• Oil moving parts, especially the
sliding brackets .
