3-Year Limited Warranty
The Coleman Company, Inc. (“Coleman”) warrants that for a period of three years from the date of original retail
purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Coleman, at its option, will repair or
replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement
will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement
may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. No warranty is provided for batteries and lightbulbs.
This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.
Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. Coleman dealers, service
centers, or retail stores selling Coleman® products do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the
terms and conditions of this warranty.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts, parts that are not genuine Coleman® parts, or damage resulting
from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product; use on improper voltage or current; commercial use
of the product; use contrary to the operating instructions; disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than
Coleman or an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood,
hurricanes and tornadoes. Warranty void if damage to product results from the use of a part other than a genuine
Coleman® part.
COLEMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DEFECTS THAT ARE CAUSED BY THE USE OF UNAUTHORIZED PARTS OR
SERVICE. COLEMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE
BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE ABOVE WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS. SOME STATES, PROVINCES,
OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL

How to Obtain Warranty Service
Take the product to an authorized Coleman service center. You can find the nearest authorized Coleman service center
by visiting www.coleman.com or calling 1-800-835-3278 or TDD 316-832-8707 in the United States or 1 800 387-
6161 in Canada. If a service center is not conveniently located, attach to the product a tag that includes your name,
address, daytime telephone number and description of the problem. Include a copy of the original sales receipt.
Carefully package the product and send either by courier or insured mail with shipping and insurance prepaid to:

The Coleman Company, Inc. (« Coleman») garantit cet article contre tout vice de matériau et de fabrication pendant une
période de trois (3) ans à compter de la date de l’achat. Coleman se réserve le droit de choisir entre réparer ou remplacer

How to Use and Enjoy Your Coleman

TO CHANGE 100W BULB
WARNING: To avoid serious burns, always allow the spotlight to cool completely before
changing the bulb. Make sure spotlight is unplugged from the 12-volt DC receptacle.
1. Remove three (3) screws from front bezel of spotlight with a Phillips-head screwdriver,
then slide out the lighting sub-assembly. (Fig. 5)
2. Disconnect bulb wire from the spotlight wire harness connector. (Fig. 6)
3. To remove the bulb from the socket: push in on spring clip, rotate clip up, and then
remove bulb. (Fig. 7 & 8)
NOTE: Do not touch bulb with bare hands. Oil from skin may damage bulb causing
premature failure.
4. Replace bulb with a standard H3, 100W Bulb. (This bulb can be found at most retail
automotive departments or automotive supply stores.)
5. To install bulb: push in on spring clip, and then rotate down into slot to secure bulb in
correct position.
6. Reconnect wire from bulb to spotlight wire harness connector.
7. Install lighting sub-assembly back into spotlight and replace 3 screws.

TO OPERATE THE SPOTLIGHT
1. Insert 12-volt plug on end of spotlight cord into a standard 12-volt DC receptacle.
(Fig. 1 & 2)
2. Squeeze the trigger on the handle to turn the spotlight ON and release to turn OFF.
(Fig. 3)
3. For “continuous light output”, squeeze the trigger on the handle of the spotlight and
flip the lever to the “lock” position (Fig. 4).
4. To “unlock” the trigger, move the lever on the handle back to the setting.
5. The spotlight has a built-in “auto reset” fuse. If the spotlight shuts off during use:
remove the 12-volt plug from the 12-volt DC receptacle, allow to cool, and then plug
back in.
NOTE: The spotlight pulls high amperage when in use. It is recommended that the vehicle
engine be turned on and running to avoid possibly running down the battery of the vehicle.
To avoid risk of fire, electrical shock or personal injury, read all instructions prior to
use. Save the instructions for future reference.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not leave the spotlight switched on and unattended at any time.
• Keep out of reach of children. Never allow children to operate this spotlight.
• Do not look directly into the spotlight or shine the spotlight into the eyes of
another person.
• Allow spotlight to cool completely before changing bulb.
• FIRE HAZARD - BURN HAZARD •
• The glass lens gets very hot during operation. Do not touch lens or place spotlight near any
combustible materials during or immediately after operation.
• To avoid fire, electrical shock or personal injury, never place or store the halogen spotlight with
the lens facing downward.
• Allow the spotlight to cool completely before storing. This may take up to 10 minutes.

MODE D’EMPLOI DU PROJECTEUR
1. Insérez fermement la fiche 12 volts du cordon d’alimentation du projecteur dans une
prise standard de courant continu de 12 volts (fig. 1 et 2).
2. Pressez la gâchette de la poignée pour ALLUMER le projecteur et relâchez-la pour
l´ÉTEINDRE (fig. 3).
3. Si vous désirez que le projecteur éclaire de façon continue, pressez la gâchette de la
poignée du projecteur puis réglez le levier à la position de blocage (fig. 4).
4. Pour débloquer la gâchette, remettez simplement le levier de la poignée à la position .
5. Le projecteur intègre un fusible à remise automatique à l’état initial. Si le projecteur
s’éteint en cours d’emploi: retirez la fiche 12 volts de la prise de courant continu de 12
volts, laissez refroidir le projecteur puis rebranchez la fiche sur la prise.
REMARQUE: Le fonctionnement du projecteur nécessitant un haut débit en ampères, nous
recommandons fortement que le moteur du véhicule tourne afin de ne pas risquer de mettre
la batterie d’accumulateurs à plat.
REMPLACEMENT DE L’AMPOULE DE 100 WATTS
AVERTISSEMENT: Attendez toujours que le projecteur ait totalement refroidi pour
changer l’ampoule et ainsi éviter toutes brûlures graves. Assurez-vous, en outre, que
le projecteur soit débranché au niveau de la prise de courant continu de 12 volts.
1. Retirez les trois (3) vis de la lunette frontale du projecteur à l’aide d’un tournevis à
pointe cruciforme (Phillips), puis faites glisser le sous-ensemble d’éclairage pour le
sortir (fig. 5).
2. Débranchez le fil de l’ampoule du connecteur du faisceau électrique (fig. 6).
3. Pour sortir l’ampoule de sa douille: appuyez sur la pince à ressort, tournez la pince
vers le haut puis retirez l’ampoule (fig. 7 et 8).
REMARQUE: Ne mettez pas vos doigts sur la partie en verre de l’ampoule – les huiles
naturelles de la peau risqueraient d’endommager l’ampoule et de la faire tomber en
panne prématurément.
4. Remplacez l’ampoule par une ampoule H3 standard de 100 watts. (Ces ampoules sont
vendues dans la plupart des centres-autos et des magasins de produits automobiles.)
5. Pour mettre l’ampoule en place: appuyez sur la pince à ressort puis tournez-la vers le
bas dans la fente pour immobiliser l’ampoule comme il se doit.
6. Reconnectez le fil de l’ampoule au connecteur du faisceau électrique du projecteur.
7. Replacez le sous-ensemble d’éclairage dans le projecteur puis serrez les 3 vis.
Lisez attentivement les instructions avant l’utilisation pour éviter tout risque
d’incendie, de choc électrique ou de blessures corporelles puis gardez-les pour
les consulter au besoin.
INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANTES DE SÉCURITÉ
• Ne laissez en aucune circonstance un projecteur allumé sans surveillance assidue.
• Gardez le projecteur hors de portée des enfants. Interdisez formellement aux enfants
d’employer le projecteur.
• Ne regardez jamais fixement l’ampoule et n’éblouissez personne avec son flux
lumineux.
• Laissez complètement refroidir le projecteur avant de changer son ampoule.
• RISQUE D’INCENDIE – RISQUE DE BRÛLURES •
• La lentille en verre devient très chaude pendant l’utilisation: ne touchez pas la lentille et ne posez
pas le projecteur à proximité de matières combustibles durant son fonctionnement ou aussitôt
après son emploi.
• Pour éviter les incendies, les chocs électriques et les blessures corporelles, ne placez et ne
rangez jamais le projecteur à halogène avec sa lentille orientée vers le bas.
• Attendez que le projecteur ait complètement refroidi pour le ranger. Ceci peut prendre jusqu’à
10 minutes.
