IMPORTANT:
Oversize lather can may not fit into the base provided.
The cap will work on the lather can without the base.
Caution: Do not block dispenser nozzle with hand,
as hot steam may be emitted during use or when
the can of gel is low. Replace can when gel is run-
ning low. Hold hand to side and under, not in front
of dispenser.
Once you have shaved, turn the unit off, by pressing the
OFF button. Be sure to unplug the unit when not in use.
USING LATHER
• Make sure Lather Nozzle for Lather and insert
Lather can into machine as “VERY IMPORTANT SET-
UP INSTRUCTION”
• Push the power 'on' button on the top of the
machine.
• After a few minutes, the ready indicator will light.
• Press down on the top of the machine to dis-
pense heated lather into the palm of your hand.
• Spread lather over your face as usual for a com-
fortable hot shave.
USING GEL
•
Make sure Gel Nozzle for Gel and insert Gel
can into Machine as “VERY IMPORTANT SET-UP
INSTRUCTION”
• Push down on the top of the machine. At the
same time, slide the #3 “adjustment switch” until
the top is locked in place; this will release gel into
the machine to be heated
• Push the power 'on' button on the top of the
machine.
• After a few minutes, the ready indicator will light.
• Press the gel release button on the nozzle to
release heated gel into the palm of your hand.
• Spread gel over your face as usual for a comfortable
hot shave.
TO REMOVE CAN
When can is empty or when using for travel, it will
be necessary to remove the can from the machine.
1. Be sure the machine is unplugged from the
outlet.
2. With one hand holding the can, remove the
machine and can from the protective cylinder.
Then depress the locking tab with the other hand
and pull the machine off the top of the can.
3. Clean the machine with a damp cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MACHINE IN WATER!
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem: Gel or lather is too runny.
Solution: Adjust temperature control dial to a lower
setting.
Problem: Unit fails to heat.
Solution: Make sure the unit is plugged in and
turned on. Top red light should be on. After 1 to 3
minutes or until the red light glows solid, the unit
is ready to dispense hot gel/lather.
Problem: Unit will not dispense lather.
Solution: Unit is not properly mounted to the can.
Remove unit from can, then reattach, making sure
that the unit is securely attached to the top of can
or check the lather can is using the lather nozzle
and perfectly locked.
Problem: Unit will not dispense gel.
Solution: Unit is not properly mounted to the can.
Remove unit from can, then reattach, making sure
that the unit is securely attached to the top of can
or check the gel can is using the gel nozzle and
perfectly locked.
Problem: The gel/lather is too hot or too much
steam emitted.
Solution: Adjust temperature control dial to lower

For your safety and continued enjoyment of this product,
always read the instruction book carefully before using.

UTILISATION DU GEL

en suivant les « DIRECTIVES DE PRÉPARATION

• Appuyez sur le dessus du distributeur. Du même
coup, faites glisser le commutateur d’ajustage n°
3 pour verrouiller le dessus. Ceci fera couler le gel
à chauffer, dans le distributeur.
• Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en circuit sur le
dessus du distributeur.
• Après quelques minutes, le témoin de tempéra-
ture restera fixe.
• Appuyez sur le dessus du distributeur pour faire
sortir du gel chaud dans la paume de la main.
• Étalez le gel sur le visage comme d’habitude pour
un rasage à chaud confortable.
ENLEVER LA CANNETTE
Quand la cannette est vide ou pour le voyage, vous
devrez séparer la cannette du distributeur.
1. Assurez-vous que le distributeur est déconnecté
de la prise de courant.
2. Tenant la cannette d’une main, sortez le distribu-
teur et la cannette du cylindre protecteur. De l’autre
main, appuyez sur la patte de retenue et séparer le
distributeur de la cannette.
3. Nettoyez le distributeur avec un linge humide.
NE LE PLONGEZ PAS DANS L’EAU
DÉPISTAGE DES PROBLÈMES
Problème: Le gel ou la mousse est trop liquide.
Solution: Ajustez la température à un niveau plus
bas.
Problème: Le distributeur ne chauffe pas.
Solution: Assurez-vous qu’il est connecté et allu-
mé. Le témoin rouge sur le dessus devrait être
allumé. Attendez 1 à 3 minutes; le distributeur est
près quand le témoin reste allumé, sans clignoter.
Problème: Rien ne sort.
Solution: Le distributeur n’est pas bien fixé à la
cannette. Séparez-le de la cannette et réattachez-
le, vous assurant qu’il est solidement fixé au
dessus de la cannette ou assurez-vous d’utiliser la
cannette de gel avec la buse pour le gel et qu’elle
est bien fixée.
Problème: Rien ne sort.

OPERATING
INSTRUCTION

is wider than the other). This plug will fit in
a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician to install
the proper outlet. Do not change the plug

safety feature. Any other servicing should
be performed by an authorized service rep-
resentative or that the appliance has no user

VARIABLE TEMPERATURE
CONTROL
This unit is equipped with a variable
temperature control dial. Adjust it until the
gel or lather is heated to a comfortable
temperature.
NOTE: At the same temperature control
position, the gel temperature would be
higher than the lather temperature.

5 SIMPLE STEPS TO A GREAT
HOT SHAVE
VERY IMPORTANT SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Caution: always use the gel nozzle for gel and
lather nozzle for lather
STEP 1
- Attach proper nozzle, lather or
gel, by twisting into place
- Be sure the “adjustment
switch”is in the “lather” postion
for lather or gel set-up
STEP 2
- Use “ cap removal tool” found
in the bottom of base to remove
plastic cap on can
STEP 3
- Turn unit upside down, as shown
- Depress “locking tab”
- Carefully line up lather or gel
valve with center seal
- Gently insert can valve into seal
and release “locking tab”
- Press can until it locks in place
STEP 4
To use with gel:
- Depress black “control cap” firmly
and slide the “adjustment switch “
as far as possible towards the gel
side. This step holds the “control
cap” down in the gel position
To use with lather:
- Move adjustment switch into lather
position
NOTE:
Slide adjustment switch as far as possible, it
may not be all the way to the gel position
*IMPORTANT NOTE:
If can valve is not properly
inserted into center seal, gel will leak out of unit.

verrouillage ».
- Appuyez sur la cannette jusqu’a qu’elle
s’enclenche.

Pour le gel :
- Appuyez fermement sur le « capuchon de com-
mande » noir et glissez le « bouton de réglage »
aussi loin que possible du côté gel. Ceci permet
de garder le « capuchon de commande » à la
position gel.
Pour la mousse :
- Déplacez le bouton de réglage sur mousse.
REMARQUE :
Glissez le bouton de réglage aussi
loin que possible. Il peut ne pas être à la position gel.
*REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Si la valve de
la cannette n’est pas bien insérée dans le joint
central, le gel va couler de l’appareil.

5 SIMPLE STEPS TO A GREAT
HOT SHAVE
VERY IMPORTANT SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Caution: always use the gel nozzle for gel and
lather nozzle for lather
STEP 1
- Attach proper nozzle, lather or
gel, by twisting into place
- Be sure the “adjustment
switch”is in the “lather” postion
for lather or gel set-up
STEP 2
- Use “ cap removal tool” found
in the bottom of base to remove
plastic cap on can
STEP 3
- Turn unit upside down, as shown
- Depress “locking tab”
- Carefully line up lather or gel
valve with center seal
- Gently insert can valve into seal
and release “locking tab”
- Press can until it locks in place
STEP 4
To use with gel:
- Depress black “control cap” firmly
and slide the “adjustment switch “
as far as possible towards the gel
side. This step holds the “control
cap” down in the gel position
To use with lather:
- Move adjustment switch into lather
position
NOTE:
Slide adjustment switch as far as possible, it
may not be all the way to the gel position
*IMPORTANT NOTE:
If can valve is not properly
inserted into center seal, gel will leak out of unit.

D’UTILISATION
Afin de réduire le risque de choc
électrique, cet appareil est muni d’une
fiche polarisée (une lame est plus large
que l’autre). Cette fiche ne convient que
d’une façon dans une prise polarisée.
Si elle ne s’enfonce pas complètement,
inversez-la. Si elle ne convient toujours
pas, consultez un maître-électricien. Ne
tentez pas de contrer cette mesure de
sécurité. Tout autre entretien devrait être
exécuté par un représentant agréé en
service après-vente; l’appareil ne contient
aucune pièce réparable par l’utilisateur.
COMMANDE DE TEMPÉRATURE
VARIABLE

température variable. Ajustez-la jusqu’à ce

gel avec le joint central.
- Insérez soigneusement la valve de la cannette
dans le joint et relâchez la « patte de
verrouillage ».
- Appuyez sur la cannette jusqu’a qu’elle
s’enclenche.

Pour le gel :
- Appuyez fermement sur le « capuchon de com-
mande » noir et glissez le « bouton de réglage »
aussi loin que possible du côté gel. Ceci permet
de garder le « capuchon de commande » à la
position gel.
Pour la mousse :
- Déplacez le bouton de réglage sur mousse.
REMARQUE :
Glissez le bouton de réglage aussi
loin que possible. Il peut ne pas être à la position gel.
*REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Si la valve de
la cannette n’est pas bien insérée dans le joint
central, le gel va couler de l’appareil.

IMPORTANT:
Oversize lather can may not fit into the base provided.
The cap will work on the lather can without the base.
Caution: Do not block dispenser nozzle with hand,
as hot steam may be emitted during use or when
the can of gel is low. Replace can when gel is run-
ning low. Hold hand to side and under, not in front
of dispenser.
Once you have shaved, turn the unit off, by pressing the
OFF button. Be sure to unplug the unit when not in use.
USING LATHER
• Make sure Lather Nozzle for Lather and insert
Lather can into machine as “VERY IMPORTANT SET-
UP INSTRUCTION”
• Push the power 'on' button on the top of the
machine.
• After a few minutes, the ready indicator will light.
• Press down on the top of the machine to dis-
pense heated lather into the palm of your hand.
• Spread lather over your face as usual for a com-
fortable hot shave.
USING GEL
•
Make sure Gel Nozzle for Gel and insert Gel
can into Machine as “VERY IMPORTANT SET-UP
INSTRUCTION”
• Push down on the top of the machine. At the
same time, slide the #3 “adjustment switch” until
the top is locked in place; this will release gel into
the machine to be heated
• Push the power 'on' button on the top of the
machine.
• After a few minutes, the ready indicator will light.
• Press the gel release button on the nozzle to
release heated gel into the palm of your hand.
• Spread gel over your face as usual for a comfortable
hot shave.
TO REMOVE CAN
When can is empty or when using for travel, it will
be necessary to remove the can from the machine.
1. Be sure the machine is unplugged from the
outlet.
2. With one hand holding the can, remove the
machine and can from the protective cylinder.
Then depress the locking tab with the other hand
and pull the machine off the top of the can.
3. Clean the machine with a damp cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MACHINE IN WATER!
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem: Gel or lather is too runny.
Solution: Adjust temperature control dial to a lower
setting.
Problem: Unit fails to heat.
Solution: Make sure the unit is plugged in and
turned on. Top red light should be on. After 1 to 3
minutes or until the red light glows solid, the unit
is ready to dispense hot gel/lather.
Problem: Unit will not dispense lather.
Solution: Unit is not properly mounted to the can.
Remove unit from can, then reattach, making sure
that the unit is securely attached to the top of can
or check the lather can is using the lather nozzle
and perfectly locked.
Problem: Unit will not dispense gel.
Solution: Unit is not properly mounted to the can.
Remove unit from can, then reattach, making sure
that the unit is securely attached to the top of can
or check the gel can is using the gel nozzle and
perfectly locked.
Problem: The gel/lather is too hot or too much
steam emitted.
Solution: Adjust temperature control dial to lower

For your safety and continued enjoyment of this product,
always read the instruction book carefully before using.

3 pour verrouiller le dessus. Ceci fera couler le gel
à chauffer, dans le distributeur.
• Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en circuit sur le
dessus du distributeur.
• Après quelques minutes, le témoin de tempéra-
ture restera fixe.
• Appuyez sur le dessus du distributeur pour faire
sortir du gel chaud dans la paume de la main.
• Étalez le gel sur le visage comme d’habitude pour
un rasage à chaud confortable.
ENLEVER LA CANNETTE
Quand la cannette est vide ou pour le voyage, vous
devrez séparer la cannette du distributeur.
1. Assurez-vous que le distributeur est déconnecté
de la prise de courant.
2. Tenant la cannette d’une main, sortez le distribu-
teur et la cannette du cylindre protecteur. De l’autre
main, appuyez sur la patte de retenue et séparer le
distributeur de la cannette.
3. Nettoyez le distributeur avec un linge humide.
NE LE PLONGEZ PAS DANS L’EAU
DÉPISTAGE DES PROBLÈMES
Problème: Le gel ou la mousse est trop liquide.
Solution: Ajustez la température à un niveau plus
bas.
Problème: Le distributeur ne chauffe pas.
Solution: Assurez-vous qu’il est connecté et allu-
mé. Le témoin rouge sur le dessus devrait être
allumé. Attendez 1 à 3 minutes; le distributeur est
près quand le témoin reste allumé, sans clignoter.
Problème: Rien ne sort.
Solution: Le distributeur n’est pas bien fixé à la
cannette. Séparez-le de la cannette et réattachez-
le, vous assurant qu’il est solidement fixé au
dessus de la cannette ou assurez-vous d’utiliser la
cannette de gel avec la buse pour le gel et qu’elle
est bien fixée.
Problème: Rien ne sort.
Solution: Le distributeur n’est pas bien fixé à la
cannette. Séparez-le de la cannette et réattachez-
le, vous assurant qu’il est solidement fixé au
dessus de la cannette, ou assurez-vous d’utiliser la
cannette de gel avec la buse pour le gel et qu’elle
est bien fixée.
Problème: La mousse est trop chaude ou il sort
trop de vapeur.
Solution: Réduisez la température ou remplacez la
cannette de gel/mousse car elle est presque vide.
