Installthelinkstothelatch'scolorcoordinatedretainerunlessotherwisenoted.

1.Paintthedooranddoorhingestomatchbodycolor.

2.Assemblegasket(1)ontolockcylinder(2)untilfully

seated.

3.Installlockcylinder(2)intoholeinouterdoorpanel.

NOTE:Cylinderpostmustpointforward.

NOTE:Cylinderdrainholemustpointdown.

4.Whileholdinglockcylinder(2)inplaceslideretainer

NOTE:Dooradjustmentmeasurementsshouldbetakenfromstationaryorweldedbodypanelsliketheroof,

rockerorquarterpanels.

NOTE:Duringadjustmentprocedures,itisrecommendedthatallthehingefastenersbeloosenedexceptfor

theuppermostfasteners.Adjustmentscanbemadeusingtheupperboltstoholdthedoorwithﬁnaltorqueof

thefastenersoccurringaftercorrectdoorpositioningisachieved.

NOTE:Asuitablebodysealantshouldbeusedwhenremovingormovingthehinges.

NOTE:Fore/aft(lateral)dooradjustmentisdoneby

looseningthehingetothedoorfastenersonehinge

atatimeandmovingthedoortothecorrectposition.
