Q. How long does the battery last on
my wireless headphones?
A. The battery lasts up to 7 hours on
a single charge.
Q. Why can’t I find ‘MIXX RX5’ in my
Bluetooth menu of my phone?

• If you heard a voice prompt ‘Connected’
after you turned the RX5 headphones
on, this means the headphones are
currently paired to an audio device
already.
• Find the paired audio device and ‘unpair’
or ‘forget’ the RX5s in the Bluetooth menu
before trying to pair them to a new audio
device.
