ORDINARY MAINTENANCE GUIDE FOR
CORSA / RODEO AND SIPARIO SERIES OPERATORS
This document provides fi tters with indications on which obligatory checks to do when performing maintenance jobs.
• Every 200,000 cycles and, in any case, every six months:
1. Perform a general and complete check on the tightness of the nuts and bolts.
2. Clean all moving parts (roller and fl oor slide guides)
3. Lubricate all moving mechanical parts: joints, rollers and so on.
4. Check belt tautness, leaf alignment and closing stops.
5. Check the integrity of cables and their connections.
6. Make sure movement is smooth and friction-free.
7. Check proper functioning of all control devices and all safety devices fi tted to the system.
Important:
If the system is unused for long periods, such as when fi tted in seasonally opened locations, you should cut o the main power supply, and perform all of the
mentioned checks when restoring the system for use.
Evaluating the type and frequency of jobs must always be done by a professional fi tter, according to the use, place of installation and the estimated daily cycles
fi gure, which may require fi tting a maneuver counter device.

OF FLY SERIES OPERATORS
This document provides fi tters with indications on which obligatory checks to do when performing maintenance jobs.

6. Check proper functioning of all control devices and all safety devices fi tted to the system.
