➤ Push the Coffee-Maker onto the bracket (fig. 3, page 3).
The bracket must latch into the opening on the base.
➤ Secure the Coffee-Maker using the knurled bolt (fig. 3 2, page 3) in the
nut (fig. 3 3, page 3) on the mounting bracket.
Before initial use
➤ Allow one to two lots of clear, cold water to boil and flow through without
the filter or coffee to clean the Coffee-Maker.
Do not fill the water tank above the maximum fill line.
➤ Pour the water away.
Brewing coffee

NOTICE!
Never use hot water. Never put milk, ready-made coffee, tea etc. in
the water tank.
This could seriously damage the Coffee-Maker.

NOTE
The machine requires approx. 10 minutes to brew six cups of cof-
fee.
➤ Swing up the lid (fig. 4 A, page 3).
➤ Place a coffee filter (size 2) in the filter holder.
➤ Place the required amount of coffee for the number of cups to be brewed
in the filter (fig. 4 B, page 3).
➤ Remove the lid of the water tank (fig. 4 C, page 3) and fill it with clear,
cold water (fig. 4 D, page 3).
Do not fill the water tank above the maximum fill line.
➤ Replace the lid on the water tank (fig. 4 E, page 3).
➤ Close the lid (fig. 4 F, page 3).
➤ Place the coffee pot under the filter holder so that the operating lever is at
the symbol (fig. 2 3, page 2).
This opens the drip protection mechanism and the water in the water
tank can flow through the filter into the pot.
➤ Press the On/Off switch (fig. 2 1, page 2), to start brewing.
