1. INTRODUCTION

This operating manual has been designed to facilitate the use of your double door cooler with maximum

efficiency over the years. In all of the manufacturing processes “environmentally-friendly” technologies are used

as well as materials and refrigerants that are not harmful to the nature. Please read this manual carefully before

you start operating your cooler in order to ensure maximum efficiency from this product that has been

manufactured to serve you over the years.

As an initial step, please carefully read this manual thoroughly in order to ensure maximum efficiency from

your cooler and prevent user defects.

Detect the cooler immediately on delivery for any damage. In case of any damage, contact with your authorized

dealer within 24 hours.

Attention: it requires a lapse of minimum 2 hours after any transportation before you start operating your cooler.

If the cooler has remained in an environment, the temperature of which was below 0°C for a long period, allow

for the compressor temperature to reach beyond +5°C before re-operating the cooler.

2. PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE THE INITIAL START-UP

Reinsert the conical door blockings, removed while unpacking your cooler and transfer the body to its final

operating location. Unscrew the head screws fastened at four corners to the base in order to detach the wooden

pallet from the body. When the cooler is moved to its final operating position, remove the door blockings.

For the slide-doors function properly, the body must be sufficiently levelled. Therefore, once the cooler is set in

its final operating position, before loading, remove the front panel and the rear grille and level the body with the

leveller bolts screwed to the base to ensure that the cooler is exactly parallel to the floor.

Use a level spirit fora prompt result.

If the cooler inclines right, left, front or backwards, this might cause problems for the sliding doors in counter

balancing or getting caught. Problems in counter balance and incomplete closing of slide-doors is an undesired

situation for it causes extra energy consumption. The nominal voltage and frequency requirements for the body

are specified on the data plate.

Do not relocate the cooler or move the cooler on its rollers while its loaded with product. If cooler is empty,

please do not push the cooler to pass over cables or door frames, to avoid roller damages. Never push the

cooler when the pavement is uneven, having inclination, or there are stairs nearby.

Do not use multi socket and extension cable.

The main power supply to which the cooler is connected must have a leakage current relay.

Call the authorized service centers for replacement, in case the supply cord /plug is damaged. Your cooler must

be plugged certainly in an earthed wall socket.

Never make any repairs or carry out maintenance while the cooler is plugged in the mains socket.

If the fluorescent lamps don't light or start to blinking, please call technical service to fix it in a short while.

Please do not remain your cooler with non-working lighting system more than few days.

Do not position the cooler in a place, close to a source of strong heat or exposed to direct sunlight. Always

remember that the UV lights in the sunlight deteriorates beverages in the glass door coolers.

Unless otherwise stated, do not place your cooler to open areas where water can leak in.

Do not wash with pressurized water or hose when cleaning the product and its surroundings, use a wet cloth.

Otherwise, the water which may intrude into the electrical components of the product can cause electric shock

and fire risk.

Do not place your products in highly humid places and/or places subject to corrosion.

While positioning the cooler, allow minimum 10cm of space from the sides, top and the rear in order to ensure

proper air circulation.

The lighting equipment of the body (such as ballasts, starters & etc.) are located in the compartment behind the

top advertisement-panel. For this compartment requires ventilation, there are ventilation holes on the ceiling of

the cooler. Therefore, in order to avoid inducing water, never operate the body in an uncovered place.

Do not let children get into and play around the body.

Keep the visa/cooler key and plastic bags covering the accessories and the Manuel in a safe place out of reach of

children.

Do not place any explosives and flammables in the cooler for safety reasons.

Clean the cooler before operating it.

Leave the top of the cooler free, so that hot air from bottom can circulate effectively.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or

instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall

not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR REFRIGERANT GAS TYPE FROM THE RATING LABEL: R134a,R600a, R290 or R744 (CO2)

Only for the models with R600a or R290 gas:

R600a/R290 gas is used in some models, explained in this instruction manual. R600a/R290 is an

environmentally friendly gas and used in appliances which have effective cooling technology. This gas is

flammable only under certain conditions. You must follow up the following rules if you wish to get normal

operating conditions.

WARNING : Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure , clear of

obstruction.

WARNING : Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process.

WARNING : Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.

WARNING : Do not use electrical appliances inside the storage compartments of the appliance.

WARNING : In order to reduce flammability hazards, the installation of this appliance must only be carried out

by a suitably qualified person.

Do not tangle with the device due to maintenance, repair or any other reasons other than authorized service.

Plug off the device against any possible freezing or icing and leave for defrosting.

Choose original components for all parts necessary for replacement on the product.

Only for models with R744 (CO2) gas :

WARNING : The refrigeration system is under high pressure. Do not tamper with it.

Contact qualified service personal before servicing. Please ensure to comply with local regulations.

Pressure

The symbol on the left means that the cooling system is under the high pressure and your appliance was

marked with a warning label which contains this symbol.

This Cooler uses CO2 Refrigerant that operates at High Pressures. A High Pressures Safety switch is used to

protect the system from exceeding the desired safety limit. When the pressure switch activates it cut off the

power supply to the Controller, which in turn shuts the complete cooler down. After the system pressures

come back to the normal range, the Pressure Safety Switch is deactivated & the cooler starts to operate normal

again.

If the supply cord is connected to the plug and the cooler does not operate (lamps are off, all electrical

components are off), please unplug the cooler and call a qualified service technician who has experience with

CO2 refrigerators & is authorized to work with CO2 refrigerators. Please do not try to repair the cooler by

yourself.

4. ASSEMBLY

Air circulation at the rear is required for the body to operate efficiently. Move the cooler backwards to place it

properly. Allow minimum 10cm of space from the sides and the rear in order to ensure proper air circulation.

Clean your cooler before operating it (see Cleaning). Your cooler is now ready to plug in.

5. OPERATION

Clean your cooler before operating it (see Cleaning). Since the location, ambient temperature and door-open

time and frequency are the factors affecting the interior temperature of the cooler, thermostat setting must be

done accordingly. Avoid blocking air circulation inside the cooler, when loading the cooler with products.

Otherwise undesired and extensive temperature variances may occur between the top and bottom

compartments of the cooler. Control panel is located interior and consists of the following components:

Thermostat setting knob (optional):

It is used to regulate the internal temperature of your cooler.

Thermostat adjustment is the most optimum adjustment in products with mechanical thermostat in factory

defaults. It is recommended not to be replaced as long as it is not troubled with the inter product temperature.

If you think that the product is not in desired temperature range you can make thermostat adjustment.

Thermostat setting must be done according to the features of the products to be preserved. Temperature setting

can be done by means of turning the black thermostat knob on the control panel by the help of a coin or similar

object. Turning the knob right decreases the internal temperature, whereas turning it left increases the internal

temperature. Turning the knob leftmost stops the compressor, which in turn stops the chilling process, although

the electric current to the cooler is not cut off.

Lighting switch: It is used to turn on or off the both fluorescent lamps inside the body.

Installation and removal of slide-doors:

Carry out the following steps whenever slide-doors require installation and removal:

Start with dismantling the right door. It is not possible to dismantle the left door before the right one is removed.

There are two slots on the rear of the upper door tracks, each at an approximately 30cm distance from the body

sides. You can carefully determine the exact location with your hand in the door track. Position the door rollers

under the slots. Hold the door on both sides and lift up in the track. Rollers will fit into the slots, allowing the

door to elevate enough to get released off the lower track. (If the rollers are not perfectly positioned under the

slots, the door cannot be lifted up, making it impossible to dismantle. In such a case, do not force to lift up the

door as the upper and lower tracks can get damaged). While elevated, release the door off the lower track and

slightly tilt out to dismantle and gently place down on the floor. Pay attention that the door return-spring is still

attached on the door bracket.

If you want to detach the door, take out the spring end of the bracket hole and allow the spring gently return to

the upper track. Do not release the spring at once, as it might cause injuries.

In order to reinstall the slide-doors, the door return spring must be reattached to the door bracket. Twist the free

end of the spring 5-6 rotations in the opposite direction and insert in the bracket hole. When the spring end is

twisted back 5-6 rotations, door return spring will gain proper tension, allowing for the reinstallation of the door.

Install the left door in between the upper rear aluminium track and lower rear track on the bottom plastic frame.

Then install the right door in the front tracks. When you release the door, it closes fast with the tension on the

spring. (Important: When you want the change the location of your cooler, insert wooden door blockings

between the doors and the plastic tracks underneath before transporting. Otherwise doors can get damaged

upon getting off the tracks).

Hold-open mechanism

Hold-open mechanism allows easy loading and unloading. When it requires holding the doors open, pull the right

door leftmost. As it approaches the left side of the cooler, it will fit into the gap between the aluminium thread

and stopper on the door track and stay motionless. (In order to hold the left door open, pull it rightmost). Since

the door won’t close because of the spring tension, you can easily carry out loading and unloading.

In order to close the door, pull in the closing direction. The door will come off the gap and return to its regular

functioning. (Only for S 880/900/1000/1200 SC DD models)

Attention: if your cooler is not sufficiently levelled, you may not operate this hold-open mechanism satisfactorily.

Adjusting the slide-doors

Adjust the doors as follows if they are not properly aligned and if any gap remains at the sides when they are

closed due to inclined floor surface or any other reason.

Remove the door as described above (do not release the spring off its bracket). Door adjustment washer is

located between the roller and the nut. Therefore, grip the roller nut with an appropriate wrench and loosen the

roller by the help of a flat screwdriver inserted in the slot on the front side. Adjust the door by inserting the

adjustment washer into an upper or lower notch on the bracket. When you close the door, if there is a gap at the

bottom, insert the right bracket washer into un upper notch, whereas insert the left bracket washer into an upper

notch, if there is a gap at the top. If both washers are already fixed in the uppermost notches, do the adjustment

by inserting one of the bracket washers into a lower notch.

Following each adjustment, reinstall the door as described above and check for the proper door alignment. If the

door rubs against the bottom track due to misplaced washers, insert the adjustment washers of both rollers into

the lowest notches and redo the adjustment.

Removing the pallet

Your cabinet has been fixed with 4 units of cable connectors on wooden pallet before shipping. Please follow the

instructions below before placing on its place.

Detach and remove cable connectors fixing cabinet and wooden pallet in front and back sections through a cutter

device. Lean the cabinet slowly backwards from front and turn aside, and make sure adjustable legs are released

from housings. Lean cabinet backwards from backside and remove pallet from underneath cabinet. Observe

floor of cabinet and if not smooth, put product on scales.

Levelling the cooler

 Never remove the door blockings before the cooler is placed in its final position.

 For the sliding doors function properly, the floor surface must be smooth and the body must be levelled.

 For levelling: when the cooler is slightly lifted up on the forklift, loosen the leveler bolts so as to reach

the desired level of height above the floor. Gently place down the cooler on the floor and check for

levelling with a spirit le….f the cooler tilts, readjust the leveler bolts. Upon perfect levelling, set the

cooler in its final operating position and remove the door blockings. Your double door cooler is now

ready to operate.

Mounting the shelves

There are 4 shelves and 16 shelf supports shipped inside the cooler. Carry out the following to mount the shelves.

 Pilasters are numbered to provide height adjustment between the shelves in line with the product

requirements. Place the shelf supports into corresponding notches on the pilasters. For an easy

placement, use a pair of pincers to grip the support ends.

 Lay down the four shelves on the cooler floor. (Make sure that the right-angled (90°) side is at the rear).

 Hold the uppermost shelf; tilt one side and place on the hooks on the corresponding supports.

 Do the same for the remaining shelves and mount them all.

Dismantling the illuminated advertisement panel

If it ever requires dismantling the illuminated advertisement panel, do the following:

The LEFT lid is screwed to the body and it is not possible to dismantle it from the

outside.

Therefore do not try to remove it. Advertisement panel is fixed to the RIGHT lid. Hold

the right lid on the top and bottom sides and pull it RIGHTWARDS. The right lid will slide

on the upper and lower tracks allowing the compartment to open. Once the

compartment is open, carry out the needed (replacing the florescent lamps) and close

the compartment by pulling the lid in the opposite direction.

Replacing the fluorescent lighting: (if your product has fluorescent lamp)

Before dismantling the lamp, always unplug your cooler. After dismantling the lamp cover inside the cooler,

remove the lamp and always replace it with a lamp of the same features (length, power, etc.)

WARNING:

Your cooler can have a fluorescent lamp. If the fluorescent lamp doesn’t illuminate

or start blinking, please call technical service to repair it in a short while. Please do

not remain your cooler whit non-working lighting system.

WARNING:

Your cooler can have a LED illumination. If you face any problem with LED

illumination, never try to repair it yourself. Inform an authorized service.

Replacement of starter

 Unplug the cooler

 Dismantle the illuminated advertisement panel

 Turn the starter counter clockwise and take it out

 Put the new starter in the starter socket

 Turn the starter clockwise to place it well in the starter socket

Only valid for glass door S220BB models with resistance (Check the name plate):

Glass doors of S220BB model has been designed with resistance to protect against sweating. Copper terminals

on the interior right and left sides corresponding to the doors of cabinet should contact with copper plates on

the sides of glass to prevent glasses getting hot and sweat. The user should ensure that doors are completely

shut in order to fully run this function. 28V voltage on copper terminals on cabinet does not pose a danger for

user health.

6. CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND TRANSPORTATION

To ensure higher efficiency, your cooler must be regularly cleaned. Never use any cleaning agent that contains

alcohol, scouring powder or powerful solvents. Always remove the plug from the mains socket before cleaning

the cooler. Add two teaspoons of baking soda (bicarbonate of soda) in 1 liter water and use the mixture to clean

the cooler. Clean the outer part with a wet cloth and then wipe it out.

If there is a drip tray for the water to accumulate after defrosting, wipe it once a year with a damp cloth.

Your cooler has been designed not to make any frost. However if it is operated in a very damp environment or if

its door/lid is frequently opened, some frost may occur. For manual defrosting:

Adjust the thermostat to zero and unplug the cooler. Remove the stuff from the cooler and keep them

somewhere cold or wrap them with an insulating material. Open the door/lid of your cooler and allow for

defrosting. Never use any scraper or sharp tools to remove frost or ice.

Attention: never use any hot water, electrical heater, sharp tools or similar things as they may ham the cooler.

Holidays/stop using for a while:

Do not unplug your cooler if you are going on a holiday or stop using it for a short time. If you are going on a

holiday or stop using the body for a long time, unplug the cooler and empty it. After defrosting, clean the cooler

and wipe it out with a cloth. Leave the doors open to prevent odour in the cooler.

Transporting your cooler:

Before relocating the body, unplug it from the mains socket, defrost it, wipe the interior walls and floor with a

damp cloth, place the plastic blockings between the glass door and the body and carry it in the normal position

as it is used.

Attention: expansion gas (C-Pentane) is used in the insulation system of the cooler. When you dispose the body,

it requires observing the applicable laws and rules of the country in which it is used. Cleaning / maintaining of

your cooler’s condenser must be done at least two times in a year by authorized service.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

If the cooler does not function:

 Check if the cooler is properly plugged in the mains socket.

 Check if there is electric current to the mains socket.

 Check if the fuse has blown out or if there is power failure.

If the cooler operates more frequently than desired:

 Check if the door is opened very frequently or left open for a long time.

 Check if the thermostat is set to chill more than desired.

 Check if the compressor compartment is blocked with dust, properly ventilated or it needs cleaning.

If the cooler does not cool enough:

 Check the temperature setting.

 Check if the door is opened very frequently or left open for a long time.

 Check if the internal air circulation is interrupted by overloading.

 Cleaning/maintaining of condenser might not be done (please see Section 6).

If there is odour in the cooler:

 Check if odorous stuff is openly stored.

 Check if inside is properly cleaned.

After having checked the above mentioned points and carried out the recommendations, if your cooler still

functions unsatisfactorily, contact the nearest authorized service centre, informing your complaints as well as

the model and serial number of your cooler.

8.1 ONLY FOR MODEL S880SC-S900SC-S1000SC-S1200SC (TD&DD) WITH

ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM

Our models with electronic control are designed with purpose of minimizing the energy consumption, and for

that purpose they are equipped with special control systems. Your product is not only with thermostat control,

it is equipped with a control system having feature of self-learning.

It is unfavourable to mount and dismount the magnetic door switches, motion sensor and

other equipment by unauthorized people.

Control system is set so that refreshments should be kept at 3°C. This temperature value

is the plant set temperature so that you can get the optimum efficiency from the cabinet

and the ideal temperature recommended by refreshment producers.

Operating mode of electronic control system

The most important feature of the system is the self-learning module. It can sense conditions of the usage and

when the selling point that the product is placed, is open or closed and it can control the operation characteristics

in this direction. This features are provided by recording the properties as the density of the people around the

cooler, frequency of opening and closing of the door of the apparatus, light level of the environment where the

cooler is inside, with the help of the sensors.

Features that can be controlled by the control system

Control unit can open the lights of the cooler when the selling point is open and shuts off the lights when the

selling point is closed. This feature shall operate after finishing the learning period of the control system. The

light of the cooler shall be open until finishing the learning period. Please do not try to close it by yourself.

Control unit can control the inside evaporator fan. When the door is opened, inner fans are stopped. When the

equipment is in stand-by mode, inner fan operates and stops with certain intervals. Stand-by mode refers the

night or the hours that cooler is not used.

When the door of the unit is open for more than 2 minutes, control unit give signal. For this reason, it is normal

to have signal during the loading of the refreshment. When the loading is finished, signal stops with closing of

the door.

In stand-by mode control unit can lower the operation period of the compressor to the minimum levels.

Control unit applies defrost periods in certain intervals and it stops cooler system completely. After defrost

operation, system turns normal condition again.

If there is a cooling defect in your cooler, control unit gives an alarm.

Operation steps

Start your cooler in morning hours and in working hours. It is important that the energy should not shut down

during 24 hours.

Control unit shall start to learn working hours of the place it is in, and the operation characteristics of the cooler

from the first day it operates. When the control unit can identify a stabile characteristic under operating

conditions, it starts to control the cooler. This period is between 2 and 10 days.

When the learning mode is completed, control unit shall start stand-by mode after selling point is closed and

after 30 minutes it shall turn off its lights. The next day, 1.5 hours before the opening of the shop, it shall pass to

normal operating condition in order to keep the refreshments inside ready.

Important note:

Control unit shall compare the product using characteristic that is recorded and taken as reference with variable

using characteristic continuously. In direction of periodic changes as seasonal changes and change of opening

and closing hours of the shop, it shall learn and modify the program according to new conditions and control the

cooler continuously.

Do not close the front part of the motion sensor at the right top corner of the front louver absolutely. Otherwise,

cooler shall nog sense using frequency of cooler.

8.2 FOR CAREL ECOBOX AND CAREL ENERGY SAVING CONTROLLED MODELS:

Control unit flashes for a few seconds in order to check if all connections are made correctly when the cooler is

plugged in. This is normal, then the display will indicate current temperature. Set temperature has been adjusted

LIGHT: pushing at least 5 seconds the keypad, the light status will be toggled. Pushing the keypad,

and before than the light status will be toggle, the display will show “On” or “OFF” in order to warn

how the light status is going to change.

DAY/NIGHT MODE: the thermostat changes its mode automatically. If the door is continuously

closed for more than 4 hours, the thermostat mode will be night and the lights of the cooler will be

off. Lights can be on/off pushing the light button. If the door is opened at the night mode, the mode

will be day. At the night mode your cooler consumes less energy. If you want to change the mode to

the night you must push the day/night button. After 60 seconds from the pushing the mode will be

night.

ECO MODE: pushing the keypad at least 3 seconds the ECO mode will toggle (if ECO

mode is running then it will end, if ECO mode is waiting then it will start). Pushing the

keypad, before then the ECO mode will toggle, the display will show “ECO” mode will

toggle, the display will show “ECO” (Economy) or “nor” (normal) in order to warn how the functioning mode is

going to change. If the thermostat is at the ECO mode, the cooler will consume less energy.

1. INTRODUCTIE

Deze handleiding was ontworpen om een langdurig en efficiënt gebruik van uw dubbeldeurs koeltoestellen te

ondersteunen. Bij alle productieprocessen zijn milieuvriendelijke technologieën gebruikt, met zowel

natuurvriendelijke materialen als koelmiddelen. Gelieve deze zorgvuldig door te lezen voordat gebruik maakt

van uw koelmachine, om de maximale efficiëntie van dit product door de jaren heen te garanderen.

Als een eerste stap dient u zorgvuldig door deze handleiding te lezen, om de maximale efficiënte van uw

koelmachine te verzekeren en gebruikersgebreken te voorkomen.

Inspecteer de koelmachine gelijk bij levering op schade. In geval van schade dient u uw geautoriseerde handelaar

hiervan binnen 24 uur op de hoogte te stellen.

Let op: U dient minimaal 2 uur te wachten na enige form van vervoer voordat u de koelmachine gebruikt. Indien

de koelmachine voor een lange tijd in een omgeving was met een temperatuur onder de 0°C, dient u te wachten

met het gebruik van het toestel totdat de temperatuur van de compressor boven de 5°C ligt.

2. VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN EN VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES VOOR DE EERSTE

KEER OPSTARTEN

Plaats de kegelvormige deurblokkering, deze werd tijdelijk verwijderd tijdens het uitpakken van uw koelmachine

en het vervoer naar de uiteindelijk bedieningsbestemming. Draai de schroeven los in de vier hoeken aan de

onderkant, om het houten pallet van het lichaam te verwijderen. Wanneer de koelmachine zich op zijn

uiteindelijke gebruikspositie bevindt, verwijdert u de deurblokkering.

Voor een juiste werking van de schuifdeuren moet het lichaam voldoende rechtop staan. Daarom dient u voor

het laden, het voorpaneel en achterste rooster te verwijderen met de waterpasbouten in het grondstuk, wanneer

de koelmachine zich op zijn uiteindelijke gebruikspositie bevindt, zodat u er zeker van bent dat de koelmachine

parallel loopt met de vloer.

Gebruik een waterpas voor snel resultaat.

Indien de koelmachine naar links, rechts, voren of achteren helt kan dit problemen veroorzaken voor de

schuifdeuren met het tegenwicht of blijven vastzitten. Problemen in tegenwicht en deuren die niet vollédig

sluiten is een ongewenste situatie, aangezien dit het energieverbruik zou verhogen. De vereisten voor nominaal

voltage en frequentie voor het lichaam staan aangegeven op het gegevensplaatje. Indien in de diepvriezer

producten aanwezig zijn, dient het niet verplaatst te worden en dient het niet geduwd te worden als de wielen

aanwezig zijn. Ook als de diepvriezer leeg is, dient het niet over kabels en deurdrempels geduwd te worden zodat

de wielen niet beschadigd raken. Verplaats de diepvriezer nooit duwend indien de ondergrond niet egaal is,

indien er een helling is of indien er in de dichte omgeving een trap aanwezig is.

Gebruik geen stekkerdoos of verlengsnoer.

Op het netwerk waar uw diepvriezer is aangesloten dient altijd een lekkage relais aanwezig te zijn.

Bel een geautoriseerd servicecentrum voor vervanging, indien het voedingssnoer of de voedingsstekker

beschadigd is. Uw koelmachine moet zeker op een geaard stopcontact worden aangesloten.

Voer nooit reparaties of onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit terwijl de koelmachine op het stopcontact is

aangesloten.

Bel de servicedienst om zo snel mogelijk een reparatie te laten uitvoeren, indien de fluorescentie lamp niet

brandt of aan en uit knippert. Indien het verlichtingssysteem niet werkt, laat uw diepvriezer dan alstublieft niet

langer dan een paar dagen wachten.

Plaats de koelmachine niet op een plaats dicht bij een bron van sterke hitte en stel niet bloot aan direct zonlicht.

Vergeet niet dat het UV-licht van de zon de drankjes en etenswaren kan doen bederven door de glazen deur

van de koelmachine.

Tenzij anders is aangegeven kunt u de koeler niet in open gebieden plaatsen waar water kan binnen lekken.

Was niet met water onder druk of een slang bij het schoonmaken van het product en zijn omgeving, gebruik

een natte doek. Anders zou het water mogelijk de elektrische componenten van het product bereiken, wat

elektrische schokken zou kunnen veroorzaken en tot brandrisico kan leiden.

Plaats uw apparaat niet in omgevingen met een hoge luchtvochtigheid en/of risico op corrosie.

Bij het plaatsen van de koelmachine dient u 10 cm ruimte aan beide kanten, de bovenkant en achterkánt vrij te

laten om een goede luchtcirculatie te verzekeren.

De verlichtingsapparatuur van het lichaam (zoals de voorschakelapparaten, starters enz.) bevinden zich in het

compartiment achter advertentiepaneel boven. Aangezien dit compartiment ventilatie vereist zitten er ventilatie

gaten op het dak van de koelmachine. Daarom is het belangrijk dat het product nooit in onoverdekte ruimtes

wordt gebruikt, om het binnenlopen van water te voorkomen.

Laat geen kinderen binnen en rond om het lichaam spelen.

Bewaar de sleutel van de koelmachine en de plastic zakken die de accessoires en handleiding bedekken buiten

het bereik van kinderen.

Plaats geen explosieve of ontvlambare materialen in de koelmachine voor veiligheidsredenen.

Maak de koelmachine schoon voor gebruik.

Laat de bovenkant van de koelmachine vrij.

Dit apparaat kan door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en door personen waarvan het lichamelijk, zintuiglijk of geestelijk

vermogen slecht is of door personen die onvoldoende kennis en ervaring hebben alleen gebruikt samen met een

persoon die toezicht houdt of indien er instructies worden gegeven over een veilig gebruik en indien er uitleg

wordt gegeven over situaties die gevaarlijk kunnen zijn. Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen. De

reiniging en het onderhoud kan niet zonder toezicht door kinderen worden uitgevoerd.

Alleen voor de modellen met R600a of R290 gas:

R600a/R290 gas is gebruikt bij sommige modellen, uitgelegd in deze gebruiksaanwijzing. R600a/R290 is een

milieu vriendelijk gas en word gebruikt voor apparatuur die over een efficiënte koeling technologie beschikken.

Dit gas is alleen onder sommige voorwaarden brandbaar. Als u normale gebruiksvoorwaarden wenst, moet u

de volgende regels volgen:

WAARSCHUWING : laat de ventilatie openingen, in de omgeving van het apparatuur of in het ingebouwde

structuur vrij en open van obstructies.

WAARSCHUWING : Gebruik geen mechanische hulpmiddelen of andere middelen om het proces van

ontdooien te versnellen.

WAARSCHUWING : Beschadig niet de verkoelingsmiddel circuit.

WAARSCHUWING : Gebruik geen elektrisch apparatuur in de opslagruimte voor goederen van het apparatuur.

WAARSCHUWING : om het risico op brandgevaar te verminderen mag alleen een gediplomeerd technicus de

installatie van dit apparaat uitvoeren.

Niet kluwen of repareren om het apparaat te onderhouden of voor enig andere reden zonder toezicht van

gemachtigd service. De stekker van de apparaat eruit trekken tegen eventuele bevriezing en laten ontdooien.

Kies de oorspronkelijke onderdelen voor al de benodigde delen voor vervanging op het product.

Alleen voor modellen die R-744 (CO ) gas bevatten.

Waarschuwing:

Het koelsysteem staat onder hoge druk. Niet forceren. Neem contact op met gekwalificeerd onderhouds-

personeel voor een onderhoudsbeurt. Zorg ervoor dat u de lokale documentatie volgt.

Druk

Het symbool aan de linkerkant toont dat de koel systeem onder hoge druk is en het apparaat is gemarkeerd

met een waarschuwingslabel met deze symbool erop.

Deze koeler maakt gebruik van CO2 koelmiddel dat onder hoge druk werkt. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een

Veiligheidsschakelaar voor de hoge druk om het systeem te beschermen tegen overdruk. Als de veiligheids-

schakelaar wordt geactiveerd, onderbreekt het de stroom van de Controller, welke op zijn beurt de hele koeler

uitschakelt. Als de systeemdruk weer terugkeert naar normale waarden, wordt de veiligheidsschakelaar weer

uitgeschakeld, en begint de koeler weer normaal te functioneren.

Als er een voedingskabel is aangesloten op de plug, en de koeler functioneert niet (de lampjes branden niet,

alle elektrische onderdelen zijn uit), moet u de stekker uit het stopcontact halen, en een gediplomeerd

onderhoudstechnicus er bij halen die ervaring heeft met CO2 koelkasten en met CO2 koelkasten mag werken.

Probeer niet zelf de koelkast te repareren.

4. MONTAGE

Luchtcirculatie aan het einde is vereist voor een effectieve werking van het lichaam. Verplaats het koeltoestel

naar achteren voor een correcte werking. Laat 10 cm ruimte vrij aan beide kanten, de bovenkant en achterkant

om een goede luchtcirculatie te verzekeren. Maak de koelmachine schoon voor gebruik (zie schoonmaak). Uw

koelmachine kan nu aangesloten worden.

5. BEDIENING

Maak de koelmachine schoon voor gebruik (zie schoonmaak). Aangezien de locatie, omgevingstemperatuur en

de hoeveelheid tijd dat de deur openstaat factoren zijn die de interne temperatuur van het koeltoestel

beïnvloeden, moet de thermostaat juist worden ingesteld. Voorkom het blokkeren van de luchtcirculatie bij het

laden van producten in het koeltoestel. Anders kunnen er ongewenste en ruime temperatuurvariaties ontstaan

tussen de onder- en boven compartimenten van het koeltoestel. Het bedieningspaneel bevindt zich binnenin en

bevat de volgende componenten:

Instellingsknop van de thermostaat:

Wordt gebruikt voor het instellen van de temperatuur in uw koeltoestel.

De thermostaat moet worden ingesteld volgens de eigenschappen van de producten die moeten worden

bewaard en de omgevingsomstandigheden. De temperatuur kan worden ingesteld door aan de zwarte

thermostaatknop op het bedieningspaneel te draaien met een platte schroevendraaier of een munt. Door de

knop naar rechts te draaien neemt de interne temperatuur af, en door naar links te draaien neemt deze toe.

Door de knop helemaal naar links te draaien stopt de compressor, waardoor ook het koelproces stopt, al staat er

dan nog wel stroom op het koeltoestel.

Lichtschakelaar: Deze wordt gebruikt om de TL-lampen in het lichaam aan en uit te zetten.

Installatie en verwijdering van de schuifdeuren:

Voer de volgende stappen uit wanneer de schuifdeuren moeten worden geïnstalleerd en/of verwijderd.

Begin met het demonteren van de rechter deur. Het is niet mogelijk om de linkerdeur te demonteren voordat de

rechter deur is verwijderd.

Er zijn twee sleuven aan de achterkant van de deursporen, elk op ongeveer 30 cm afstand van de zijkanten van

het lichaam. U kunt de locatie gemakkelijk precies vaststellen met uw hand in het deurspoor). Plaats de

deurrollers onder de sleuf. Houd de deur aan beide kanten vast en til op in het spoor. De rollers zullen in de

sleuven passen, waardoor de deur genoeg omhoog kan gaan om uit het lagere spoor te ontsnappen. (Indien de

rollers zich niet precies onder de sleuven bevinden kan de deur niet omhoog, waardoor deze niet gedemonteerd

kan worden. In dit geval moet u de deur niet geforceerd optillen, aangezien de boven- en ondersporen dan

beschadigd kunnen raken). Terwijl deze is opgetild, haalt u de deur uit het onderspoor en kantelt u deze lichtjes

om deze te demonteren, waarna u de deur voorzichtig op de grond plaatst. Let goed op dat de terugkeerveer

van de deur nog steeds deurbeugel vastzit. Indien u de deur wilt demonteren neemt u het veereinde uit het

beugelgat en laat u de veer rustig terugkeren naar het bovenspoor. Laat de veer niet onmiddellijk los, aangezien

dit verwonding kan leiden.

Om de schuifdeuren opnieuw te installeren moet de terugkeerveer van de deur opnieuw aan de deurbeugel

worden vastgemaakt. Draai het vrije einde van de veer 5-6 keer in de tegengestelde richting en plaats in het

beugelgat. Wanneer het einde van de veer 5-6 keer is gedraaid, zal de terugkeerveer de juiste spanning hebben,

waardoor de deur opnieuw geïnstalleerd kan worden. Installeer de linkerdeur tussen het aluminium achterspoor

boven en het achterspoor beneden op het plastic frame. Installeer vervolgens de rechterdeur in de voorsporen.

Wanneer u de deur laat gaan, sluit deze snel met de spanning van de veer. (Belangrijk: Wanneer u de locatie van

uw koeltoestel wilt veranderen, plaatst u voor vervoer de houten deurblokkering tussen de deuren en de plastic

sporen onderaan. Anders kunnen de deuren beschadigd raken wanneer zij buiten de sporen raken).

Mechanisme voor vastzetten

Het mechanisme voor vastzetten helpt bij het gemakkelijk vullen en leegruimen. Wanneer het de deuren moet

openhouden trekt u de RECHTERDEUR zo veel mogelijk naar links. Aan de linkerkant van het koeltoestel zal het

in de opening passen tussen de aluminium draad en stopper op het deurspoor en daar stil blijven staan. (Om de

linkerdeur open te houden trekt u deze zo veel mogelijk naar rechts). Aangezien de deur niet zal openen vanwege

de veerspanning kunt u gemakkelijk vullen en leegruimen.

Om de deur te sluiten trekt u de deur naar de sluitrichting. De deur zal de sleuf verlaten en de normale werking

hervatten. (Alleen voor S 880/900/1000/1200 SC DD modellen)

Let op : Indien uw koeltoestel niet waterpas staat, kan het mechanisme voor vastzetten slechter werken.

De schuifdeuren aanpassen

Pas de schuifdeuren als volgt aan indien zij niet goed zijn uitgelijnd, en als er een opening overblijft aan de

zijkanten wanneer ze niet goed zijn gesloten vanwege een hellend vloeroppervlak of een andere reden.

Verwijder de deuren zoals hierboven beschreven (laat de veer niet uit zijn beugel). De aanpassingsring bevindt

zicht tussen de roller en de moer. Daarom pakt u de rollermoer vast met de juiste sleutel en maakt u de roller los

met behulp van een platte schroevendraaier in de sleuf aan de voorkant. Pas de deur aan door de

aanpassingsring in een boven- of onderinkeping van de beugel te plaatsen. Als bij het sluiten van de deur er een

opening aan de onderkant is, plaatst u de rechter beugelring in een boveninkeping, als er een opening aan de

bovenkant is plaatst u de linker beugelring in een boven inkeping. Indien beide ringen zich al in de bovenste

inkeping bevinden, kunt u de aanpassing maken door een van de beugelringen in een lagere inkeping te plaatsen.

Installeer de deur opnieuw door alle instellingen zoals hierboven op te volgen, en controleer voor de juiste

uitlijning van de deur. Indien de deur tegen het onderspoor aanwrijft vanwege een verkeerd geplaatste ring,

plaatst u de aanpassingsringen van beide rollers in de laagse inkepingen en voert u de aanpassing opnieuw uit.

Het pallet verwijderen

Uw kabinet is voor verscheping vastgesteld met 4 eenheden kabelconnectoren op een houten pallet. Gelieve de

instructies hieronder te volgen voordat u het toestel op zijn plaats plaatst. Maak de kabelconnectoren in de voor-

en achtergedeelten los met een snijapparaat en verwijder deze, waardoor het kabinet niet meer vast zit aan het

houten pallet. Leun het kabinet rustig naar achteren vanaf voren, en draai om, en zorg er vervolgens voor dat de

aanpasbare poten vrijkomen uit behuizingen. Leun het kabinet naar achteren vanaf achteren en verwijder het

pallet onder het kabinet vandaan. Let op de grond onder het kabinet, en indien niet glad gebruik schalen.

Het koeltoestel nivelleren

 Verwijder nooit de deurblokkering voordat het koeltoestel zich op zijn uiteindelijke positie bevindt.

 Voor een juiste werking van de schuifdeuren moet het vloeroppervlak glad zijn en het lichaam

genivelleerd.

 Voor nivellering: Wanneer het koeltoestel een klein beetje door de heftruck wordt opgetild, kunt u de

waterpasschroeven losmaken zodat de gewenste hoogte boven de grond gemakkelijk kan worden

bereikt. Plaats het koelapparaat voorzichtig terug op de grond en controleer met een waterpas of het

genivelleerd is. Indien het koeltoestel kantelt past u de waterpasbouten opnieuw aan. Bij het bereiken

van perfecte nivellering plaatst u het koeltoestel op zijn uiteindelijke werkpositie en verwijderd u de

deurblokkering. Uw dubbeldeurs koelmachine is nu klaar voor gebruik.

De rekken monteren

Er bevinden zich 4 rekken en 16 rekdragers in het koeltoestel. Voer het volgende uit om de rekken te monteren.

 Pilaren zijn genummerd om de hoogte-instellingen tussen rekken in overeenstemming met de

productvereisten te brengen. Plaats de rekdragers op overeenkomende inkepingen op de pilaren.

Gebruik een nijptang om de uiteinden van de dragers te grijpen, voor gemakkelijke plaatsing.

 Leg de vier rekken op de vloer van het koeltoestel. (Let op dat de rechthoekige (90°) kant zich achteraan

bevindt)

 Houd het bovenste rek vast, kantel de ene kant en plaats op de haken van de overeenkomende dragers.

 Doe hetzelfde voor de resterende planken en monteer ze allemaal.

Demontage van bet lichtgevende advertentiepaneel

Doe het volgende wanneer het nodig is om het lichtgevende advertentiepaneel te

demonteren:

De LINKER-klep zit vastgeschroefd aan het lichaam en kan niet worden gedemonteerd

vanaf de buitenkant. Probeer deze daarom niet te verwijderen. Het advertentiepaneel

zit vast aan de RECHTER-klep. Houd de rechterklep vast aan de boven en onderkant en

trek deze naar RECHTS. Het zal over de boven- en ondersporen schuiven waardoor het

compartiment open kan. Wanneer het compartiment open is kunt u uw

werkzaamheden uitvoeren (de TL-lampen vervangen enz.) en het compartiment sluiten

door de klep in de andere richting te trekken.

Vervanging van de verlichting (indien uw apparaat beschikt over een fluorescentielamp)

Haal altijd de stekker van uw diepvriezer eruit voordat uw de lamp verwijderd. Vervang de lamp met een lamp

met dezelfde eigenschappen (afmeting, vermogen) na verwijdering van de lamp van uw diepvriezer.

ATTENTIE:

In uw diepvriezer kan een fluorescentielamp aanwezig zijn. Bel de servicedienst om

zo snel mogelijk een reparatie te laten uitvoeren, indien de fluorescentielamp niet

brandt of aan en uit knippert. Indien het verlichtingssysteem niet werkt, laat uw

diepvriezer dan alstublieft niet langer dan een paar dagen wachten. Laat uw

diepvriezer alstublieft niet werken met een verlichtingssysteem die niet werkt.

ATTENTIE:

In uw diepvriezer kan LED-verlichting aanwezig zijn. Voer geen reparatie uit, indien er een probleem met de LED-

verlichting is.

Vervanging van starter

 Haal de stekker uit de koeler.

 Domonteer het lichtgevende advertentiepaneel

 Draai de starter tegen de klok in en neem deze uit

 Plaats een nieuwe starter in het startercircuit.

 Draai de starter met de klok mee om deze goed in het startercircuit te plaatsen.

Alleen geldig voor S220BB modellen met weerstand (controleer het typeplaatje):

Glazen deuren van S 220 BB modellen zijn ontwikkeld met weerstand om tegen transpiratie te beschermen.

Koperen klemmen aan de rechter- of linkerkant, overeenkomend met de deuren van het kabinet, zouden contact

moeten maken met koperen platen aan de zijkanten van het glas om te voorkomen dat de glazen warm worden

of transpireren. De gebruiker moet verzekeren dat de deuren helemaal gesloten zijn om deze functie volledig te

gebruiken. 28V voltage op koperen klemmen op het kabinet leveren geen gevaar voor de gezondheid van de

gebruiker.

6. SCHOONMAAK, ONDERHOUD EN TRANSPORT

Om een hogere efficiëntie te garanderen, moet uw koeler regelmatig worden gereinigd. Gebruik nooit

schoonmaakmiddelen die alcohol, schuurpoeder of krachtige oplosmiddelen bevatten. Trek altijd de stekker uit

het stopcontact voordat u de koeler reinigt. Voeg twee theelepels soda (bicarbonaat) toe in 1 liter water en

gebruik het mengsel om de koeler te reinigen. Reinig het buitenste gedeelte met een natte doek en veeg die

vervolgens af.

Als er na het ontdooien een lekbak is om het water te verzamelen, veeg het dan eenmaal per jaar af met een

vochtige doek.

Uw koeler is zodanig ontworpen dat er geen ijsvorming ontstaat. Als het echter in een erg vochtige omgeving

wordt gebruikt of als de deur vaak wordt geopend, kan er wat ijsvorming optreden. Voor handmatig ontdooien:

Stel de thermostaat in op nul en koppel de koeler los. Verwijder de producten uit de koeler en bewaar ze op een

koude plaats of wikkel ze in met isolatiemateriaal. Open de deur van uw koeler en laat het ontdooien. Gebruik

nooit een schraper of scherp gereedschap om rijp of ijs te verwijderen.

Opgelet: gebruik nooit heet water, elektrische verwarming, scherpe gereedschappen of soortgelijke zaken die

de koeler kunnen hinderen.

Vakantie/stoppen met gebruiken voor een tijdje:

Koppel uw koeler niet los als u op vakantie gaat of als u het voor een korte tijd niet gebruikt. Als u op vakantie
