manual contains detailed information and
instructions that the user must be aware of and
follow in order to maintain the product
properly and use it safely.
WARNING: Battery acid leakage can cause
personal injury and cause damage to the
product and surrounding property. If battery
leakage occurs, thoroughly wash any affected
skin, making sure to keep battery acid away
from eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Immediately
wash any clothing or other surface that comes
in contact with leaked battery acid. If a
chemical burn occurs or if irritation persists,
seek medical attention. Dispose according to
Local, State or Federal regulations.
Batteries are to be inserted following the
polarity markings on the product.
NEVER mix old and new batteries or different
brands of batteries. Replace all batteries at the
same time.
NEVER mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc),
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries with
this product.
NEVER dispose of batteries in fire, as they may
leak and explode.
Promptly remove exhausted batteries from
product.
Remove batteries before extended storage.

Install Batteries (Fig. B-D)
Use a #1 or smaller Phillips screwdriver (not
included) to open and install (3) AA batteries.
Put cover back on and tighten the screws.
Surface Preparations (Fig. E-F)
Use alcohol pad to clean mounting location
on the compressor platform and back of the
Air Compressor Monitoring Device.
Secure Velcro Strips (Fig. G-H)
Attach one velcro strip to back of the Air
Compressor Monitoring Device. Attach other
velcro strip to the compressor.
Surface Installation (Fig. I)
Mount Air Compressor Monitoring Device
firmly by matching and firmly pressing velcro
pieces together.
Download and Install the APP (Fig. J)
On a smart phone or tablet go to Google Play
Store™ or Apple App Store™. When searching
on the app store, ‘DEWALT Air Compressor
Monitoring System will be listed as text along-
side the icon . Install the App.
Open the APP on Phone (Fig. J-K)
Press Air Compressor Monitoring System App
icon . Then press ADD COMPRESSOR .
Input Compressor Information (Fig. L)
Press ADD NEW . Then either select a pre-loaded
DEWALT model number, or enter your own
model number, and fill in all the fields.
Turn on the Air Compressor
Monitoring Device (Fig. M-N)
Once Air Compressor Monitoring Device is on
the compressor, press and hold power button
for 6 seconds. Blue/red LED light flashes when
in pairing mode.
Pair Device (Fig. O-P)
Press
PAIR DEVICE
on the App. When the
“Discovering button appears, press it.
When the ADD button appears at the bottom
of the screen, press it. Setup is complete.
Troubleshooting
If no device is found:
Make sure phone or tablet is within 30 feet
of the Air Compressor Monitoring Device
while pairing.
Air Compressor Monitoring System Pairing
Mode may have timed out. If LED light
is no longer flashing red/blue, press and
hold power button for 6 seconds to put Air
Compressor Monitoring Device back into
Pairing Mode.
Note: Air Compressor Monitoring Device
should be flashing red/blue if in Pairing Mode
Make sure there are batteries in the Air
Compressor Monitoring Device.
Make sure you did not connect the Air
Compressor Monitoring System through the
“Bluetooth” setting on your phone, it must
be connected through the Air Compressor
Monitoring System application only. If your
app and Air Compressor Monitoring Device
stop interacting, check for system updates
on your IOS or Android phone.
Check Air Compressor Monitoring System
App occasionally for updates to the App.

peau affectée, en veillant à garder l'acide de la batterie
loin des yeux, des oreilles, du nez et de la bouche. Laver
immédiatement tout vêtement ou autre surface qui
entre en contact avec l'acide de la batterie qui a fui.
Siune brûlure chimique se produit ou si l'irritation
persiste, consulter un médecin. Éliminer conformément

Les piles doivent être insérées en suivant les repères
de polarité sur le produit.

x2 bandes Velcro (1 crochet, 1 boucle)
x1 Tampon d'alcool
Installer les piles (Fig. B-D)
Utilisez un tournevis Phillips n °1 ou plus petit
(nonfourni) pour ouvrir et installer (3) piles AA.
Replacezlecouvercle et serrez les vis.
Préparations de surface (Fig. E-F)
Utilisez un tampon imbibé d'alcool pour nettoyer
l'emplacement de montage sur la plate-forme du
compresseur et à l'arrière du dispositif de surveillance
du compresseur d'air.
Sécuriser les bandes Velcro (Fig. G-H)
Fixez une bande velcro à l'arrière du dispositif
desurveillance du compresseur d'air. Fixez l'autre
bandevelcro au compresseur.
Installation de la surface (Fig. I)
Montez fermement le dispositif de surveillance
ducompresseur d'air en faisant correspondre
etenpressant fermement les pièces de velcro
ensemble.
Télécharger et installer l’application (Fig. J)
Sur un smartphone ou une tablette, accédez à Google
Play Store™ ou à Apple App Store™. Lorsque vous
effectuez une recherche sur l'App Store, «DEWALT
Air Compressor Monitoring System» est répertorié
sous forme de texte à côté de l'icône . Installez
l'application.
Ouvrez l’application sur le téléphone

Appuyez sur icône d'application système de
surveillance du compresseur d'air . Puis appuyez
sur
ADD COMPRESSOR
.

de modèle DEWALT préchargé, ou entrez votre propre

Dépannage
Si aucun périphérique n'est détecté:
Assurez-vous que le téléphone ou la tablette se
trouve à moins de 9 m (30 pi) du dispositif de
surveillance du compresseur d'air lors de l'appairage.
Le mode de couplage du système de surveillance
du compresseur d'air peut avoir expiré. Si le voyant
DEL ne clignote plus en rouge/bleu, appuyez et
maintenez le bouton d'alimentation pendant
6secondes pour remettre le dispositif de surveillance
du compresseur d'air en mode de couplage.
Remarque : Le dispositif de surveillance du compresseur
d'air doit clignoter en rouge/bleu en mode d'appairage
Assurez-vous qu'il y a des piles dans le dispositif
desurveillance du compresseur d'air.
Assurez-vous que vous n'avez pas connecté le
système de surveillance du compresseur d'air via
le paramètre «Bluetooth» de votre téléphone,
ildoit être connecté uniquement via l'application
du système de surveillance du compresseur d'air.
Si votre application et le dispositif de surveillance
du compresseur d'air cessent d'interagir, vérifiez
lesmises à jour du système sur votre téléphone IOS
ou Android.
Vérifiez occasionnellement les mises à jour
del'application du système de surveillance
ducompresseur d'air.

Instale las baterías (Fig. B-D)
Use un destornillador Phillips #1 o más pequeño
(noincluido) para abrir el compartimento e instalar
(3)baterías AA. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta y apriete
lostornillos.
Preparación de la superficie (Fig. E-F)
Use la almohadilla con alcohol para limpiar el lugar
deinstalación en la plataforma del compresor y la parte
trasera del dispositivo de monitoreo del compresor
deaire.
Fije las tiras de velcro (Fig. G-H)
Fije una tira de velcro a la parte trasera del dispositivo
de monitoreo del compresor de aire. Fije la otra tira de
velcro al compresor.

Monte el dispositivo de monitoreo del compresor

Solución de problemas
Si no se encuentra el dispositivo:
Asegúrese de que el teléfono o la tableta esté
amenos de 30 pies del dispositivo de monitoreo
delcompresor de aire mientras se empareja.
El modo de emparejamiento del sistema de
monitoreo del compresor de aire puede haberse
terminado. Si la luz LED ya no está parpadeando en
rojo/azul, mantenga oprimido el botón de encendido
durante 6 segundos para volver a poner el dispositivo
de monitoreo del compresor de aire en modo de
emparejamiento.
Nota: el dispositivo de monitoreo del compresor de aire
debe estar parpadeando en rojo/azul si está en modo
de emparejamiento
Asegúrese de que el dispositivo de monitoreo
delcompresor de aire tenga baterías.
Asegúrese de no haber conectado el sistema
de monitoreo del compresor de aire usando
laconfiguración de Bluetooth en su teléfono,
solamente debe conectarse a través de la aplicación
"Air Compressor Monitoring System". Si su aplicación
y el dispositivo de monitoreo del compresor de aire
dejan de interactuar, revise si hay actualizaciones
