NEXEO AIO HS7000 HEADSET
The AIO HS7000 Headset is an all-in-one headset
for communicating with customers in a drive-th-
ru lane environment and with fellow employees
privately or in group chats. It uses one BAT70
lithium-ion battery. With moderate use in a normal
environment, the headset will operate for approxi-
mately six to eight hours on a single battery charge
and will alert you when the battery charge is low.
SETUP AND OPERATION
Pairing your Headset (AIO HS7000):
1. Insert a fully charged BAT70 battery into
the battery holder of the headset (see Fig.
1). The battery clicks securely into place.
2. Press the blue power button to turn on the
headset (see Fig. 1). The Headset status
LED (Fig. 1) turns on green and blinks,
alternating between green and red, indi-
cating you now need to pair the headset.
3. Hold the keypad side of the headset
against the Headset Pairing Ring (solid blue
circle) on the Base Station to pair. Pairing
begins automatically as soon as the head-
set is sensed. The circular blue light turns
a swirling green to indicate pairing is in
progress (see Fig. 2).
4. When the Headset Pairing Ring turns solid
green, pairing is successful. The headset
status LED also turns solid green. Registra-
tion also happens automatically with the
initial pairing. See note if pairing fails.
5. The Select Your Position screen appears
(see Fig. 3). Tap on a pane to select your
position. This selection assigns you to a
channel.
Note: If you are selecting DRIVE-THRU 1 (or
DRIVE-THRU 2 for stores with two lanes), you
also have the option of AUTO HANDS-FREE
mode (see Fig. 3), which saves you from
having to manually connect with a new
customer by tapping the headset button.

headset per drive-thru lane. The headset
remains in this mode until the headset is
taken out of use and powered off.
