Removing the extractor grilles and
washing the grease filter:
1.
Unplug the appliance or disconnect the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector
(a - Fig. 1)
.
3.
Remove the extractor grilles
(b - Fig. 1, c - Fig. 2)
.
4.
Remove the device securing the grease filter
(d - Fig. 2)
.
5.
Remove the dirty grease filter.
6.
After cleaning the grease filter, remount in
reverse order ensuring that the entire
extraction surface is covered (First fit the front
filter, then replace the steam deflector and
lastly fit the rear filter).
Fitting or renewing the carbon filter:
1.
Unplug the appliance or disconnect the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector
(a - Fig. 1)
.
3.
Remove the extractor grilles
(b - Fig. 1, c - Fig. 2
).
4.
If the carbon filters are already mounted (two
filters covering the motor protection grille) and
need renewing, turn the central handle
(e - Fig. 3)
anticlockwise until the filters
release.
5.
If the carbon filters are not already fitted,
locate one on each side to cover both motor
protection grilles, then turn the central handle
(e - Fig. 3)
of the filters clockwise.
6.
Refit the extractor grille.
Replacing bulbs
1.
Unplug the appliance or disconnect the mains
power supply.
2.
Pull out the steam deflector
(a - Fig. 1)
.
3.
Open the rear extractor grille
(b - Fig. 1)
.
4.
Remove the burnt-out bulb.
Replace using 40W max (E14) bulbs only.
5.
Refit the extractor grille.
