3. Inbetriebnahme
Sicherstellen, daß sich keine entflammbaren oder temperaturempfindlichen Gegenstände
in der Nähe des Lötbades befinden.
Anschlußstecker des Lötbades in die Anschlußbuchse der Versorgungseinheit einstecken
und durch Rechtsdrehung verriegeln. Die Versorgungseinheit einschalten. Die gewünschte
Temperatur an der Versorgungseinheit einstellen (50°C - 450°C). Nach Ablauf der benötig-
ten Aufheizzeit kann mit den Lötarbeiten begonnen werden.
Achtung: Verbrennungsgefahr durch flüssiges Lötzinn und Zinnspritzer. Tragen Sie
entsprechende Schutzbekleidung, um sich vor Verbrennungen zu schützen. Schützen
Sie Ihre Augen. Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille.
4. Potentialausgleich
Das Lötbad ist über eine Potentialausgleichsleitung mit der Versorgungseinheit verbunden.
Es sind verschiedene Potentialausgleichsmöglichkeiten realisierbar. Die Durchführung
eines Potentialausgleichs ist in der Betriebsanleitung der verwendeten Versorgungseinheit
beschrieben.

Die Betriebsanleitung der verwendeten Versorgungseinheit ist zu dieser ergänzend gültig.
Die darin enthaltenen Warnhinweise sind vor der Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam zu lesen.
Reparaturen dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
Nur die zum Anschluß geeigneten WELLER Versorgungseinheiten verwenden.
Keine entflammbaren Gegenstände in der Nähe des Lötbades ablegen.
Bei der Verwendung von bleihaltigem Lot sind ab 500°C Bleiemissionen messbar.
Das Kleinlötbad befindet sich nach dem Ausschalten noch einige Zeit im heißen Zustand.
2. Beschreibung
Das Kleinlötbad WSB 80 / WSB 150 ist für den Einsatz in der industriellen Fertigungstechnik
entwickelt worden. Das Lötbad ist zum Anschluß an alle Versorgungseinheiten mit 80W /
150W Anschlußtechnik geeignet. Die Lötbadtemperatur kann über die angeschlossene
Versorgungseinheit stufenlos von 50°C - 450°C / 550°C geregelt werden. Die
Spannungsversorgung (24 V Schutzkleinspannung) wird über ein temperaturbeständiges
Silikonkabel geführt.

3. Mise en service
S’assurer de l’absence d’objets inflammables ou craignant la température à proximité du
bain de brasage.
Connecter le bain d‘étain avec le bloc d‘alimentation et verrouiller en tournant le connec-
teur mâle à droite. Allumer le bloc d‘alimentation et régler la température de consigne
(50°C à 450°C). Lorsque la température est atteinte, les travaux d‘étamage peuvent com-
mencer.
Attention: Danger de brûlure par l'étain liquide et les projections d'étain. Portez des
vêtements appropriés pour vous protéger des brûlures. Protégez les yeux. Portez des
lunettes de protection.
4. Compensation du potentiel
Le bain d‘étain est relié au bloc d‘alimentation par une ligne d‘équipotentialité. Différentes
possibilités de compensation du potentiel sont réalisables. La réalisation d‘une compensa-

En plus du présent mode d’emploi, observer celui de l’unité d’alimentation utilisée. Avant
la mise en service, lire attentivement les avertissements qui y figurent.
Les réparations doivent être effectuées uniquement par un professionnel agréé.
Utiliser uniquement les unités d’alimentation WELLER appropriées.
Ne pas poser d’objets inflammables à proximité du bain de brasage.
Des émissions de plomb sont mesurables lors de l’utilisation de soudure contenant du
plomb à partir de 500°C.
Le petit bain de brasage reste brûlant pendant un certain temps après l'extinction.
2. Description
Ce bain d‘étain WSB 80 / WSB 150 a été développé pour la fabrication industrielle. Il peut
se connecter sur tous les blocs d‘alimentation d‘une puissance mini de 80W / 150W. La
plage de températures du bain d‘ètain est comprise entre 50°C et 450°C / 550°C. Le cor-
don d‘alimentation du bain est en silicone à l‘épreuve de la température.

3. Ingebruikname
Zorg ervoor dat zich geen ontvlambare of temperatuurgevoelige voorwerpen in de buurt van
het soldeerbad bevinden.
Aansluitstekker van het soldeerbad in de aansluitbus van de stroomunit steken en ver-
grendelen door deze naar rechts te draaien. Schakel de voedingsunit in. Stel de gewenste
temperatuur op de voedingsunit in (50°C - 450°C). Na afloop van de benodigde opwarmti-
jd kan met het solderen begonnen worden.
Let op: Verbrandingsgevaar door vloeibare soldeertin en soldeerspatten. Draag de
juiste beschermkleding om u tegen verbrandingen te beschermen. Bescherm uw
ogen. Draag een beschermbril.
4. Equipotentiaal
Het soldeerbad is via een equipotentiaal met de voedingsunit verbonden. Er kunnen ver-
schillende equipotentiaalmogelijkheden gerealiseerd worden. De doorvoer van een
equipotentiaal staat in de gebruikshandleiding van de gebruikte voedingsunit beschreven.

De gebruikshandleiding van de gebruikte voedingsunit geldt als aanvulling op de onderha-
vige handleiding. De daarin beschreven waarschuwingsaanwijzingen moeten voor inge-
bruikname aandachtig gelezen worden.
Reparaties mogen alleen door geautoriseerd vakpersoneel uitgevoerd worden.
Gebruik alleen de voor de aansluiting geschikte WELLER voedingsunits.
Geen ontvlambare voorwerpen in de buurt van het soldeerbad neerleggen.
Bij het gebruik van loodhoudend soldeertin is vanaf 500°C looduitstoot meetbaar.
Het kleine soldeerbad blijft na het uitschakelen nog een poosje heet.
2. Beschrijving
Dit kleine soldeerbad WSB 80 / WSB 150 is voor het gebruik in de industriële fabricage-
techniek ontwikkeld. Het soldeerbad is voor aansluiting aan alle voedingsunits met 80W /
150W aansluittechniek geschikt, de soldeerbadtemperatuur kan via de aangesloten voe-
dingsunit traploos van 50°C - 450°C / 550°C geregeld worden. De spanningsverzorging (24
V lage beschermspanning) wordt via een temperatuurbestendige siliconen kabel geleid.

3. Funzionamento
Assicurarsi che nelle vicinanze del bagno di rifusione non vi siano oggetti infiammabili o
sensibili al calore.
Inserire la spina del bagno rifusione nella presa dell‘unità di alimentazione e bloccaria in
posizione girandola verso destra. Accendere l’unità di alimentazione. Impostare la tempe-
ratura desiderata sull’unità di alimentazione (50°C - 450°C). Al termine del tempo di ris-
caldamento necessario è possibile iniziare il processo di saldatura.
Attenzione: Pericolo di ustioni a causa dello stagno per saldatura liquido e dello sta-
gno per microfusione. Indossante idonei indumenti protettivi per evitare ustioni.
Proteggete gli occhi indossando occhiali protettivi.
4. Equalizzazione del potenziale
Il bagno di rifusione è collegato all’unità di alimentazione attraverso un cavo di equalizza-
zione di potenziale. È possibile realizzare differenti tipi di equalizzazione del potenziale: le
modalità sono descritte nelle istruzioni d’uso dell’unità di alimentazione.

Le istruzioni dell‘unità di alimentazione utilizzata sono valide complementarmente alle pre-
senti. Le avvertenze ivi contenute devono essere lette con cura prima della messa in fun-
zione.
Eventuali riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale specializzato
autorizzato.
Usare esclusivamente le unità di alimentazione WELLER idonee al collegamento dell‘appa-
recchio.
Non riporre nelle vicinanze del bagno di rifusione oggetti infiammabili.
Durante l’uso di stagno contenente piombo, a partire da 500 °C sono misurabili delle emis-
sioni di piombo.
Dopo la disattivazione, il piccolo bagno di saldatura resta caldo ancora per alcuni minuti.
2. Descrizione
Il piccolo bagno di rifusione WSB 80 / WSB 150 é stato concepito per l‘utilizzo nella produ-
zione industriale. Il bagno rifusione è collegabile a tutte le unità di alimentazione a 80W /
150W. La temperatura del bagno di rifusione può essere regolata in maniera continua tra-
mite l’unità di alimentazione ad essa collegata in un campo da 50°C a 450°C / 550°C. L‘ali-
mentazione (bassa tensione di sicurezza a 24V) avviene tramite un cavo in silicone ter-
mostabile.

3. Commissioning
Ensure that there are no flammable or temperature sensitive objects near the soldering
bath.
Insert the soldering bath plug in the socket on the supply unit and lock by turning clockwi-
se. Switch on the supply unit. Set the required temperature on the supply unit (50ºC -
450ºC). Soldering can be started after the necessary warm up time.
Important: Risk of burns due to liquid solder and solder splashes. Wear appropriate
protective clothing to protect yourself from burns. Protect your eyes. Wear safety
glasses.
4. Equipotential Bonding
The soldering bath is linked to the supply unit over an equipotential bonding wire. Various
methods of realising equipotential bonding are possible. The setting up of equipotential
bonding is described in the operating instructions for the supply unit used.

operating instructions. The warning notes contained in the operating instructions for the
supply unit are to be read carefully prior to commissioning.
Repairs are only to be performed by authorised specialist personnel.
Only use those WELLER supply units that are suitable for connecting to the solder bath.
Do not store inflammable objects near the solder bath.
Above 500°C there are lead emissions measurable.
The small soldering bath remains hot for some time after switch off.
2. Description
The small soldering bath WSB 80 / WSB 150 was developed for use in industrial manufac-
turing. The soldering bath is suitable for connection to all supply units with an 80 W / 150W
connection. The solder bath temperature can be controlled continuously from 50ºC - 450ºC
/ 550 °C via the supply unit to which it is connected. The power supply (24 V safety extra

3. Idrifttagning
Se till att det inte finns några antändbara eller temperaturkänsliga föremål i närheten av
lödgrytan.
Anslut lödgrytans stiftpropp till försörjningsenhetens hylsdon och lås kontaktdonen genom
att vrida stiftproppen åt höger. Slå till försörjningsenheten. Ställ in önskad temperatur på
försörjningsenheten (50°C – 450°C). Efter den erforderliga uppvärmningstiden kan
lödningsarbetet påbörjas.
Observera: Risk för brännskador från flytande lödtenn och tennstänk. Bär lämpliga
skyddskläder för att skydda mot brännskador. Skydda ögonen genom att bära
skyddsglasögon.
4. Potentialutjämning
Lödgrytan är förbunden med försörjningsenheten via en potentialutjämningskabel.
Potentialutjämningen kan åstadkommas på flera olika sätt. Potentialutjämningen beskrivs i
bruksanvisningen till den använda försörjningsenheten.

3. Puesta en funcionamiento
Cerciorarse de que en las inmediaciones del baño de soldar no se encuentran objetos
inflamables o sensibles a la temperatura. Enchufar el conector macho del baño de soldar
al conector hembra de la unidad de alimentación y fijarlo mediante giro hacia la derecha.
Conmutar la unidad de alimentación. Ajustar en la unidad de alimentación la temperatura
deseada (50°C - 450°C). Los trabajos de soldadura pueden iniciarse después de transcur-
rido el intervalo requerido para el calentamiento.
Atención: Peligro de quemaduras por efecto del estaño líquido y salpicaduras de
estaño. Vista la correspondiente ropa protectora como medida de precaución contra
las quemaduras. Proteja sus ojos. Lleve gafas protectoras.
4. Compensación de potencial
El baño de soldar está conectado a la unidad de alimentación a través de una línea de com-
pensación de potencial. Pueden realizarse diferentes modalidades de compensación del
potencial. La ejecución de una forma de compensación de potencial se describe en las
instrucciones de servicio de la unidad de alimentación empleada.

Las instrucciones de servicio de la unidad de alimentación empleada forman parte com-
plementaria de las presentes. Anterior a la puesta en funcionamiento deben leerse atenta-
mente las notas y advertencias dadas en las mismas.
Las reparaciones deben ser realizadas exclusivamente por personal especializado debida-
mente autorizado.
Emplear para la conexión solamente unidades de alimentación WELLER adecuadas.
No colocar objetos inflamables cerca del baño de soldar.
A partir de 500°C pueden medirse emisiones de plomo al emplear soldador con fórmula de
plomo.
Tras la desconmutación, el pequeño baño de soldadura se encuentra todavía caliente
durante algún tiempo.
2. Descripción
El presente pequeño baño de soldar WSB 80 / WSB 150 ha sido desarrollado para la técni-
ca de acabado industrial. El baño de soldar es idóneo para conectar a unidades de ali-
mentación con técnica de conexión de 80W / 150W. A través de la unidad de alimentación
conectada, la temperatura del baño de soldar puede regularse sin escalonamiento en la
gama comprendida entre 50ºC hasta 450ºC / 550°C. El suministro de tensión (24V / baja
tensión de protección) se conduce mediante un cable de silicona resistente a la tempera-
tura.
