Install backplate and secure with pillars.
Install Intel brackets with the arrows facing towards the
CPU, then secure with nuts.
Apply a thin layer of thermal grease onto the surface of the CPU.
Remove the protective film on the bottom of the heatisnk, then place heatsink onto
the CPU.
Secure the heatsink using the crossbar to the Intel brackets.
Connect the fan cable onto the motherboard.
Install backplate and secure with pillars
Install spacer to the backplate. Remove the Intel aligning tabs to attach the
insulation film. Then Insert BP-Screws through the AMD socket holes.
Install AMD brackets on the Intel brackets with the arrows facing towards CPU.
Refer to image. Then install combined bracket and secure with nuts.
Apply a thin layer of thermal grease onto the surface of the CPU.
Remove the protective film on the bottom of the heatisnk then place heatsink onto
the CPU.
Secure the heatsink using the crossbar to the bracket. Install rubber fasten to the fans then install onto the heatsink at the first top and
bottom gap as depicted

Connect the fan cable onto the motherboard.
Insérez les vis BP dans les trous de la fente d'unité centrale. Remarque : Seulement le
LGA 775 a besoin d'un espaceur.
Installez le couvercle arrière et attachez avec les piliers.

Instalar os suportes com as setas na direcção da CPU e fixar com as porcas.
Aplicar uma fina camada de massa térmica na superfície da CPU.
Remover a película de protecção da parte inferior do refrigerador e aplicar o
refrigerador à CPU.
Fixar o refrigerador por meio da barra aos suportes Intel.
Instalar os fixadores de borracha às ventoinhas e instalar o refriger
ador.
Conectar o cabo da ventoinha à placa-mãe.
Inserir os Parafusos da flange através dos orifícios correspondentes da AMD.
Instalar a flange e fixar com os pilares.
Instalar os suportes AMD com as setas na direcção da CPU. Consultar a imagem.
Instalar o suporte combinado e fixar com as porcas.
Aplicar uma fina camada de massa térmica na superfície da CPU.
Remover a película de protecção da parte inferior do refrigerador e aplicar o
refrigerador à CPU.
Fixar o refrigerador po
r meio da barra aos suportes Intel.
Instalar os fixadores de borracha e instalar no dissipador de calor na primeira
secção superior e na inferior, conforme apresentado.
Conectar o cabo da ventoinha à placa-mãe.

Inserte los tornillos BP a través de los orificios apropiados del zócalo de la CPU. Nota:
solamente el modelo LGA 775 requiere el separador.
Instale la placa posterior y fíjela con las columnas.
Instale los soportes de Intel con las fechas orientadas
hacia la CPU y, a continuación,
fíjelos con las tuercas.
Aplique una capa fina de compuesto térmico a la superficie de la CPU.
Quite la película protectora situada en la parte inferior del disipador y, a continuación,
coloque dicho disipador en la CPU.
