We are confident you will appreciate the fine quality and crasmanship of your
selecon. INVAL stands proudly behind each and every product we manufacture and
we guarantee our work through the following five (5) year limited warranty. We
appreciate your business and look forward to your business in the years ahead.
In order to provide you with mely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your
furniture for missing or damaged parts immediately aer opening the carton. To
receive replacement or missing part(s) under this warranty, call our Consumer Service
Department, TOLL FREE, at 1-888-659-3512 x178, fax 1-888-901-0088 or contact us via
e-mail: . Please have the Model and Part Number, customerservice@invalamerica.com
found in the Instrucon Sheet, available for your reference. You will also need your
sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Replacement part(s) will be shipped to you at
no charge with INVAL assuming all shipping and handling charges.
All INVAL products are warranted to the end user at the me of purchase and for a
period of five (5) years thereaer.
We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and all of its parts and
components are free of defects in material or workmanship. “Defects” as used in this
warranty, is defined as any imperfecons which impair the use of the furniture or
product.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or furniture parts and
components. For five (5) years aer the date of purchase, INVAL will replace any part
described on the enclosed Furniture Parts List that is defecve in material or
workmanship.
This warranty applies under condions of normal use. Our furniture products are not
intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper
assembly or disassembly; 2) defects occurring aer purchase due to product
modificaon, intenonal damage, accident, misuse (including without limitaon
improper moving or sliding), abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements; 3)
cosmec damage; or 4) labor or assembly costs.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, INVAL MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES, AND ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN ITS
DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH
HEREIN.
Except as provided herein, INVAL shall have no liability or responsibility to the
purchaser or any other person or enty with respect to any liability, loss of damage
caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by use of the product, including,
but not limited to, any incidental or consequenal damages, some states do not allow
limitaon on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitaon of
incidental or consequenal damages, so the above limitaon and exclusion may not
apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from

partes y/o otros componentes no enen materiales defectuosos o defectos en su
manufactura. La palabra “Defecto” se define en esta garana específicamente a

Esta garana está expresamente limitada a reemplazar las piezas y/o componentes que
tengan defectos en su manufactura durante un periodo de cinco (5) años después de la

consumidor. Estos productos no han sido diseñados ni fabricados para ser usados a la
intemperie. Esta garana no sobre: 1) defectos que hayan sido causados por ensamblaje
defectuoso, 2) defectos que ocurran después que usted haya comprado el producto y le
haga cualquier codificación, roturas intencionales, accidentes, abuso, uso indebido,
negligencia o que sean expuestos a inclemencias climatológicas, 3) daños en su
apariencia y 4) costo de mano de obra por ensamblaje.

Chaque produit fabrique par INVAL est garan pendant cinq (5) ans à parr de la date
d'achat. Cee garane est limitée à l'acheteur inial.
Nous garanssons à l'acheteur d'origine que nos meubles et leurs pièces ne présentent
aucun vice de matériau et de fabricaon. Le terme « Défaut » ou « Vice » ulise dans
cee garane signifie une imperfecon risquant de gêner ou d'empêcher toute
ulisaon du meuble.
Notre garane est expressément limitée au remplacement des pièces du meuble et de
ces composants. INVAL s'engage à remplacer toute pièces indiquée sur la liste des
pièces du meuble présentant un vice de matériau ou de fabricaon pendant une durée
de cinq (5) ans.
Cee garane s'applique dans des condions d'une ulité normale. Nos produits de
meubles ne sont pas prévus pour l'usage extérieur. La garane ne couvre pas : 1)
défauts provoques par l'assemblée ou le démontage inexacte ; 2) défauts se produisant
après l'achat du a la modificaon de produit, aux dommages intenonnels, a l'accident,
a l'abus (y compris sans de déplacer inexact de limitaon ou glissant), a l'abus, a la
négligence ou à l'exposion aux éléments ; 3) dommages cosméques ; ou 4) courts de
