FONCTIONNEMENT

1. Retirer les vis du couvercle de la pile sur le détecteur et sur le récepteur, ouvrir le réceptacle de la pile et

installer une pile 9 V pour le détecteur de mouvements passifs à infrarouge et des batteries de taille C pour

le récepteur.

2. Placer le détecteur à au moins un mètre (3 pieds) au dessus du sol. Placer le détecteur à l'entrée de votre

garage (sur une boîte aux lettres, sur un arbre ou sur un piquet). Il est également possible de placer le

détecteur au dessus du garage, près de l'entrée avant ou de la porte arrière. Peut être utilisé pour empêcher

les gens de pénétrer dans votre cour sans y être autorisés. Peut vous avertir si votre enfant ou votre animal

domestique quitte la cour. Tout mouvement proche transmettra un signal au récepteur. (Schéma 1)

3. Interrupteur Alarm/Chime/Off sur le récepteur. Placer l’interrupteur en position Alarme, l’unité se met en

veille, mode Alarme. Lorsque le détecteur est activé, l’alarme se fait entendre pendant 25 secondes et la

DEL clignote. Placer l’interrupteur en position OFF pour l’arrêter. En position Chime, l’unité sera en

veille, mode Sonnerie. Lorsque le détecteur est activé, la sonnerie de la porte retentit et la DEL s’allume.

Il est possible de mettre l’interrupteur en position Hi/Low pour sélectionner le son et le volume de la

sonnerie.

4. Pour tester la zone de détection. Après avoir choisi un emplacement pour installer l’unité, mettre

l’interrupteur en position Sonnerie et attendre 30 secondes que le signal atteigne le récepteur. Se déplacer

devant l’unité. Lorsque l’unité détecte le mouvement, la sonnerie retentit. Aucune sonnerie ne retentira si

vous marchez au-delà de la portée de détection. En testant la portée de détection, il est possible d’ajuster

l’angle du détecteur pour une meilleure couverture.

Indicateur de batterie faible : la DEL s’allume sur l’unité dont les batteries doivent être changées.

OPERATION

1. Remove the battery cover screws from the sensor and receiver units, open the battery door and install 9V

battery for PIR sensor and “C-size” batteries for the receiver.

2. Place the sensor unit at least three feet high above the ground. Position the sensor at the entrance of your

driveway (on a mailbox, a tree or on a ground stake). You may also place the sensor on your garage, near

the front entrance or rear door. Can be used to protect your yard from unauthorized trespassing. May help

notify you if your children or pet leave the yard. Any movement nearby will transmit a signal to the

receiver. (Fig.1)

3. Alarm/Chime/Off switch on receiver. Turn the switch to Alarm position, the unit is in standby Alarm

mode. When sensor is triggered, alarm will sound for 25 seconds and LED will flash. Turn the switch to

“OFF” position to stop. In Chime position, the unit will be in standby Chime mode. When sensor is

triggered door chime will sound and the led will light up. You can turn Hi/Low switch to select door

chime sound volume.

4. To test the sensor unit detection area. After selecting a location for installation of the unit, turn the switch

to Chime and wait 30 seconds for signal to find receiver. Walk in front of the unit. When the unit detects

motion, the chime will sound. There will be no chime sound if you walk beyond the detection range. By

testing the detection range, you can adjust the location of sensor angle for best coverage.

Battery low indicator: LED will light up on unit requiring new batteries.

undesired operation.
