OPERATION - WITH WARMING PANS
Connect the Buet Warmer to a suitable mains socket. Ensure the TEMPERATURE REGULATOR is set to the
‘OFF’ position before connecting.
CAUTION: If the TEMPERATURE REGULATOR is not set to the ‘OFF’ position when connected, it may cause
the appliance to overheat or possibly fail to operate.
Switch on the appliance by turning the TEMPERATURE REGULATOR to the required temperature. The
INDICATOR LIGHT will illuminate red to indicate that the appliance is heating up.
Once the set temperature has been reached, the INDICATOR LIGHT will extinguish.
Add your cooked, pre-prepared ingredients to the WARMING PANS. Distribute the ingredients evenly to
ensure all contents are warmed through.
WARNING! Only add ingredients to the Buet Warmer using wooden or silicone cooking tongues (not
supplied) to avoid contact with the hot surface of the WARMING PANS.
IMPORTANT: All ingredients added must be thoroughly cooked before adding them to the WARMING PANS.
This appliance is designed to warm food only and is not intended to heat from chilled or frozen.
IMPORTANT: Ensure you have pre-prepared your food beforehand. Do not attempt to slice any ingredients
whilst in the WARMING PANS as this will damage and scratch the surface.
Position the LIDS on top of the WARMING PANS and ensure they are secure.
NOTE: The INDICATOR LIGHT will cycle on and o during operation. This is completely normal as the
appliance maintains the set temperature.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that you do not operate this appliance for more than 8 hours at a time.
After use, turn the TEMPERATURE REGULATOR to the ‘OFF’ position and disconnect from the mains. Allow
the WARMING PANS and PAN FRAME to cool completely before removing from the WARMING PLATE.

OPERATION - WITHOUT WARMING PANS
MAINTENANCE
The Buet Warmer can be used without the PAN FRAME and WARMING PANS.
Simply remove them before connecting to the mains socket. Ensure the appliance is placed on a suitable heat-
resistant surface.
For this option, preheating the appliance is required. Turn the TEMPERATURE REGULATOR to the desired
temperature. The INDICATOR LIGHT will illuminate to indicate that the appliance is warming.
Allow the WARMING PLATE to heat up for 10 minutes before adding your heat-resistant containers, pots or
plates to the WARMING PLATE.
IMPORTANT: Ensure your containers are heatproof and of a suitable size (not too large) before use. The
WARMING PLATE is not designed to keep large, deep pots of food or liquids warm.
IMPORTANT: All ingredients added must be thoroughly cooked before adding them to the WARMING PANS.
This appliance is designed to warm food only and is not intended to heat from chilled or frozen.
IMPORTANT: Ensure you have pre-prepared your food beforehand. Do not attempt to slice any ingredients
whilst positioned on the WARMING PLATE as this will damage and scratch the surface.
NOTE: The INDICATOR LIGHT will cycle on and o during operation. This is completely normal as the
appliance maintains the set temperature.
WARNING! Always use a suitable heat-resistant oven glove to remove the warmed plates or pots from
the WARMING PLATE. Attempting to remove items from the PLATE using your bare hands will cause
burning injuries.
After use, turn the TEMPERATURE REGULATOR to the ‘OFF’ position and disconnect the appliance from the
mains socket. Allow to cool completely before cleaning.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the WARMING PLATE, PAN FRAME and WARMING PANS have completely cooled
before cleaning.
Once the Buet Warmer has completely cooled, disassemble the appliance (if it has been used with the
WARMING PANS).
To clean the WARMING PANS and LIDS, leave to soak in warm soapy water for several minutes to help
remove any stubborn greasy residue. Gently scrub with a non-abrasive sponge before rinsing with clean water.
Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth or paper towel.
If used without the WARMING PANS, gently wipe the WARMING PLATE using a non abrasive sponge. Clean
the WARMING PLATE with warm water and mild detergent, using circular motions to remove any stubborn
ingredients. Ensure the WARMING PLATE is completely dry before storing.
WARNING! Do not immerse the WARMING PLATE in water or any other liquid to clean.
CAUTION: Do not use any abrasive cleaning materials to clean the WARMING PLATE or WARMING PANS as
this can scratch the surfaces.
The PAN FRAME can simply be wiped using a damp cloth.
