Warning and precautions. Contains 1 mL of stabilization solution. Do not swallow the solution in the tube. Solution
can cause irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. In case of contact, flush thoroughly with water. Cap
choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not eat, drink, smoke,
use tobacco products,
or chew gum for at least
30minutes before giving
your saliva sample.
1. Remove and save
the cap ,
then
attach the funnel
securely to the
collection tube .
2. Fill saliva to
the 2.0 line (not
including bubbles).
3. Unscrew and
discard the funnel
(Do not reuse).
4. Secure the cap on
the tube, then mix
by inverting the tube
five times.
