1. Einführung

Sehr geehrter Kunde,

wir bedanken uns für den Kauf der Leuchte.

Mit dieser Leuchte haben Sie ein Produkt erworben, welches nach dem heutigen Stand der

Technik hergestellt wurde.

Dieses Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen der geltenden europäischen und nationalen

Richtlinien. Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen,

müssen Sie als Anwender diese Bedienungsanleitung beachten !

. Gefahr durch Elektrizität

• Schließen Sie die Leuchte nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig verlegte Netzleitung an, deren

Netzspannung mit den technischen Daten der Leuchte übereinstimmt (siehe auch Typen-

schild).

• Bei sämtlichen Arbeiten an der Leuchte, wie z.B. Reinigung oder Leuchtmittelwechsel, ist

die Leuchte stromlos zu schalten. Betätigen Sie dazu den entsprechenden Schalter.

• Bei Beschädigungen der Leuchte müssen Sie die Leuchte vom Stromnetz trennen. Die

Leuchte darf erst nach der Instandsetzung durch eine autorisierte Fachkraft wieder ange-

schlossen und in Betrieb genommen werden.

• Halten Sie Kinder von dem Elektroartikel fern.

. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

• Die Leuchte ist ausschliesslich für trockene Innenräume geeignet.

• Vermeiden Sie die Bedienung der Leuchte durch Kinder.

• Die Leuchte darf nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Räumen betrieben werden.

• Die Leuchte ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz geeignet.

4. Sicherheitshinweise

• Vor Montage- bzw. Wartungsarbeiten ist die Netzleitung stromlos zu schalten.

• Der elektrische Anschluss sollte nur durch eine Elektrofachkraft erfolgen.

• Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen oder Verändern der Leuchte

nicht gestattet.

• Achten Sie auf sachgemäße Bedienung der Leuchte. Lesen Sie dazu diese Bedienungs-

anleitung.

• Hängen Sie keine Gegenstände an oder über die Leuchte. Es besteht Kurzschluss und

Brandgefahr.

• Benutzen Sie die Leuchte nicht in der Nähe von Flüssigkeiten und vermeiden Sie einen

Kontakt der Leuchte mit Spritzwasser.

• Halten Sie Verpackungsmaterialien und Folienbeutel von Kindern fern (Erstickungsge-

fahr).

• Halten Sie Kinder von der Leuchte fern.

• Die Leuchte ist ausschliesslich zur privaten Verwendung in Wohnräumen ausgelegt. Sie

ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz geeignet.

• Wenn die Leuchte oder dessen Anschlussleitung Schäden aufweisen darf die Leuchte

nicht betrieben werden. Unterbrechen Sie in solchen Fällen umgehend die Stromzufuhr.

• Achten Sie vor Inbetriebnahme der Leuchte auf festen Sitz der Leuchtmittel in ihrer Fas-

sung.

• Die Leuchte wird im Bereich der Leuchtmittel heiß. Beachten Sie deshalb einen Mindest-

abstand zu brennbaren Gegenständen von mindestens 0,3 Metern.

• Defekte Leuchtmittel dürfen nur durch Leuchtmittel gleicher Art und Leistung ersetzt

werden. Fassen sie die Leuchtmittel dabei nicht mit blossen Händen an. Falls dies doch

geschehen ist, muss das neue Leuchtmittel mit einem fettlösenden und rückstandsfreien

Reinigungsmittel gereinigt werden.

• Fassen Sie die Leuchtmittel erst nach einigen Minuten Abkühlzeit an (Verbrennungsge-

fahr).

• Bei Sach- oder Personenschäden, die durch unsachgemäße Handhabung oder Nicht-

beachtung der Sicherheitshinweise verursacht werden, übernehmen wir keine Haftung. In

solchen Fällen erlischt jeglicher Garantieanspruch!

Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser Bedienungsanleitung oder eigenmächtige

Modiﬁ kationen an der Leuchte verursacht werden, erlischt jeglicher Garantieanspruch! Für

daraus resultierende Folgeschäden übernehmen wir keine Haftung!

6. Inbetriebnahme

Vor Inbetriebnahme der Leuchte bitte folgende Hinweise beachten:

• Vor Gebrauch bitte Schraubverbindungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren

• Falls nach der Installation der Leuchte an Ihrer Decke die Gegengewichte bzw. die Pendel

etwas schief hängen, müssen die Leitungen nachjustiert werden.

Betätigen Sie dazu den Druckknopf (A) seitlich am Anschlussgehäuse der Leuchte. Nun

können die Leitungen etwas aus dem Anschlussgehäuse herausgezogen werden oder hin-

eingeschoben werden. Nach loslassen des Druckknopfes sind die Leitungen in ihrer neuen

Stellung ﬁ xiert.

• Die Leitungen dürfen nicht über scharfe Kanten gezogen, stark geknickt oder gekürzt oder

verlängert werden.

• Es dürfen keine Deko-Gegenstände an die Leitungen gehängt werden.

• Falls die Isolierung der Leitungen beschädigt und die rote Innenisolierung sichtbar wird,

muss die Leuchte sofort ausgeschaltet und durch eine Elektrofachkraft demontiert werden!

hergestellt. Sie unterliegen einer ständigen Qualitätskontrolle und Prozessüberwachung.

Deshalb können wir zwei Jahre Gewährleistung auf Funktion, Verarbeitung und Konstruk-

tion unserer Leuchten geben. Die Gewährleistungsfrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum, als

Beleg dient die Kassenquittung.

Sollte dennoch ein Fehler auftreten setzen Sie sich bitte umgehend mit Ihrem Fachhändler

oder unserer Serviceabteilung in Verbindung.

Fehler und Schäden, welche durch natürlichen Verschleiß, nicht korrekte Montage, unsach-

gemäße Verwendung oder eigenmächtige Modiﬁ zierungen entstanden sind, sind von der

1. Introduction

Dear customer,

Thank you for purchasing this light.

With this light you have acquired a product that has been manufactured using the very

latest technology.

This product complies with applicable European and national standards. In order to keep

it in this condition and to ensure safe operation, you, as user, must follow these operating

instructions.

2. Electrical danger

• Connect the light only to a legally installed electrical power supply, whose voltage mat-

ches the light’s technical data (also see type indicator for details).

• When servicing the light, for example when cleaning it or replacing the light bulb, the light

must be switched off. To do this press the appropriate switch.

• If the lamp is damaged, then you must disconnect it from the power supply. The light can

only be reconnected and used again once it has been repaired by an authorised person.

• Keep children away from this electrical appliance.

3. Approved use

• The light is intended only to be used indoors in dry environments.

• Avoid children operating the light.

• The light must not be used in spaces where there is a risk of explosion.

• The light is not suitable for use in commercial situations.

4. Safety notices

• The power supply must be disconnected before assembling or servicing the light.

• Electrical power supply must be installed by a qualiﬁ ed electrician.

• Unauthorised changes or alterations to the light are not permitted for safety reasons.

• Ensure that you use the light correctly. To ensure correct use, read these operating in-

structions.

• Never hang any object on or above the light. There is a risk of short circuiting and ﬁ re.

• Do not use the light near liquids and avoid contact with water.

• Keep packaging material and plastic bags out of the reach of children as there is a risk of

suffocation.

• Keep children away from the light.

• The light is only designed to be used in domestic living spaces. It is not suitable for use in

commercial situations.

• If the light or its cable shows signs of damage, then it must not be operated. In such cases

immediately disconnect the light from the power supply.

• Before operating the light, make sure the bulb is properly ﬁ tted in its holder.

• Around the light bulb, the light gets hot. For this reason make sure that ﬂ ammable objects

are kept at a distance of at least 0.3 metres.

• Light bulbs must only be replaced with bulbs of the same type and power. When replacing

light bulbs, do not hold them in your bare hands. If this happens, then the new bulb must be

cleaned with a non-greasy cleaning product which leaves no residue.

• Only handle the bulb after allowing it to cool down for a few minutes as there is a risk of

burning.

• No responsibility will be accepted for damage to persons or objects caused by incorrect

operation or failing to comply with the safety notice. Guarantees are rendered invalid in

such cases.

Light bulbs must only be replaced with bulbs of the same type and power.

Damage caused by failing to comply with these operating instructions or as a result of modi-

ﬁ cations made will invalidate the guarantee. No consequential liability will be accepted.

Set-up

Before setting the light up, please note the following:

• before using the light, please ensure that all screw connections are tightly done up

• Making ﬁ ne adjustment to the wires if, after installing the light in your ceiling, the counter-

weights or the hanging lights are not hanging straight, then the wires will need to be adjus-

ted. To do this, move the pushbutton (A) on the light‘s connection unit to one side. Now the

wires can be pulled out of the unit a little, or pushed into it, or even rotated a little.

After releasing the push button, the wires will be ﬁ xed in their new positions.

• The wires must not be pulled over sharp edges, tightly crimped, shortened or lengthened.

• No ornamental objects may be hung on the wires.

• If the wires‘ insulations are damaged and the red interior insulation becomes visible, then

the light must be switched off at once and dismantled by a qualiﬁ ed electrician.

10. Disposal

Dispose of all packaging correctly.

If you wish to dispose of the article, do so in accordance with all currently applicable regula-

tions.

Information is available from local authorities.

Our lights are made from the ﬁ nest materials and are manufactured using the latest techno-

logy. They undergo continuous quality control and process monitoring.

We are therefore able to provide our lights with a two year warranty covering function, pro-

cessing and construction. The period of the guarantee begins from the date of purchase, as

indicated on your till receipt.

If a problem still arises, please contact your supplier or our service department immediately.

Problems and damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly, improper use

or unauthorised modiﬁ cations are excluded from this guarantee.

vigueur. Pour que cela continue et garantir un fonctionnement sûr, vous devez, en tant

qu‘utilisateur, respecter les consignes contenues dans ce mode d‘emploi!

2. Danger dû à l‘électricité

• Raccordez la lampe uniquement à une prise de courant installée conformément aux

prescriptions et vériﬁ ez que la tension inscrite sur l‘appareil corresponde à celle de votre

réseau (voir également la ﬁ che signalétique))

• Débrancher la ﬁ che de la prise de courant avant toute manipulation. Débrancher la prise

de courant sans tirer sur le câble électrique.

• Si la lampe ou le câble électrique ont subi des détériorations vous devez débrancher la

ﬁ che de la prise de courant. La lampe ne doit être remise en service qu‘après avoir été

réparée par un spécialiste.

• Ne jamais laisser les appareils électriques à la portée des enfants.

3. Utilisation conforme à la destination

• La lampe a été conçue uniquement pour fonctionner dans des locaux exempts d‘humidité.

• Ne laissez jamais un enfant utiliser seul la lampe.

• La lampe ne doit pas être utilisée dans des locaux présentant un risque d‘explosion.

• La lampe n‘est pas conçue pour un usage professionnel.

4. Remarques concernant la sécurité

• Débrancher le câble électrique avant tous travaux de maintenance ou de montage.

• Le raccordement électrique doit être effectué uniquement par un personnel qualiﬁ é en

électricité.

• Pour des raisons de sécurité, toute transformation ou modiﬁ cation par l‘utilisateur est

interdite.

• Veillez à utiliser correctement la lampe. Pour en savoir plus, consultez ce mode d‘emploi.

• Ne suspendez aucun objet à la lampe ou au-dessus de celle-ci. Risque de court-circuit et

d‘incendie.

• N‘utilisez pas la lampe à proximité de liquides et n‘exposez pas la lampe à des éclabous-

sures.

• Rangez le matériel d‘emballage et les sacs en plastique hors de portée des enfants (ris-

que d‘asphyxie).

• Placez la lampe hors de portée des enfants.

• La lampe est conçue uniquement pour un usage domestique dans des locaux

d‘habitation. Elle n‘est pas conçue pour une utilisation professionnelle.

• Si la lampe ou son cordon de raccordement présentent des détériorations, la lampe ne

doit pas être mise en service. Dans ce cas, interrompez immédiatement l‘arrivée de cou-

rant.

• Avant la mise en service de la lampe, assurez-vous que l‘ampoule est fermement position-

née dans sa douille.

• La lampe s‘échauffe au niveau de l‘ampoule. C‘est pourquoi vous devez respecter une

distance minimum de 0,3 mètre avec les objets inﬂ ammables.

• Les ampoules défectueuses doivent être remplacées uniquement par des ampoules

de même type et de même puissance. Pour effectuer le remplacement, ne touchez pas

l‘ampoule à mains nues. Si toutefois cela s‘était produit, la nouvelle ampoule doit être netto-

yée avec un produit de nettoyage dégraissant et ne laissant pas de traces.

• Laissez l‘ampoule refroidir pendant quelques minutes avant de la toucher (risque de brûlu-

res).

• Nous n‘assumons aucune responsabilité dans le cas de dommages corporels ou maté-

riels résultant d‘une manipulation incorrecte ou d‘un non-respect des remarques concernant

la sécurité. Ceci entraîne l‘extinction de tout droit à garantie!

Vériﬁ ez que la livraison est complète et ne présente pas de détériorations.

Les lampes défectueuses doivent être remplacées uniquement par des lampes de même

type et de même puissance.

Les dommages dus au non-respect de ce mode d‘emploi ou à des modiﬁ cations de la

lampe effectuées par l‘utilisateur entraînent l‘extinction de la garantie! Nous déclinons toute

responsabilité pour les dommages qui pourraient en résulter!

6. Mise en service

Avant de mettre la lampe en marche, veuillez respecter les consignes suivantes:

• Avant toute utilisation, vériﬁ ez bien que les assemblages par vis soient ﬁ xés solidement.

• Ajustage de précision des ﬁ ls une fois la lampe accrochée au plafond, si les contre-poids,

voire les pendules ne sont pas accrochés dans l’axe, il est alors nécessaire de rajuster la

position des ﬁ ls.

Pour cela, vous devez actionner le bouton de pression (A) situé sur le côté du boîtier de

raccordement de la lampe. Vous pouvez désormais tirer légèrement sur les ﬁ ls pour les fai-

re sortir du boîtier ou les y enfoncer voire même les faire pivoter légèrement. Une fois que

vous lâchez le bouton de pression, les ﬁ ls sont alors ﬁ xés sur une nouvelle position.

• Les ﬁ ls ne doivent pas être tirés et frotter sur des arêtes vives, ni être pliés fortement et

raccourcis ou même rallongés.

• Aucun objet de décoration ne doit être accroché aux ﬁ ls.

• Au cas où l’isolation des ﬁ ls serait endommagée et l’isolation intérieure de couleur rouge

serait alors visible, la lampe doit être éteinte immédiatement et démontée par une personne

compétente en la matière !

Si vous désirez vous débarrasser de cet article, veillez à ce qu‘il soit éliminé dans le respect

Nos lampes sont fabriquées à partir des meilleurs matériaux et selon les techniques les

plus récentes. Elles sont soumises à un contrôle permanent de la qualité et du processus

de fabrication.

C‘est pourquoi le fonctionnement, la ﬁ nition et la fabrication de nos lampes sont garantis

deux ans. Le délai de garantie prend effet à la date d‘achat, le ticket de caisse faisant foi.

Si toutefois un défaut devait se révéler, veuillez vous adresser dans les meilleurs délais à

votre revendeur ou à notre département service après-vente.

Les défauts et les détériorations résultant d‘une usure normale, d‘un montage incorrect,

d‘une utilisation non conforme à la destination ou de modiﬁ cations du fait de l‘utilisateur,

sont exclus de la garantie.

Si tratta sicuramente di un prodotto all‘avanguardia dal punto di vista tecnologico.

Questa lampada soddisfa i requisiti delle vigenti direttive europee e nazionali. Per mante-

nere inalterate queste condizioni e per un impiego in tutta sicurezza, legga attentamente le

presenti istruzioni per l‘uso!

2. I pericoli dell‘elettricità

• Allacciare la lampada solo ad una presa installata a norma, la cui tensione corrisponda a

quella indicata nella sezione ‚dati tecnici‘ della lampada (vedi targhetta di identiﬁ cazione).

• Sﬁ lare la spina dalla presa elettrica, prima di eseguire qualsiasi lavoro sulla lampada. Si

raccomanda di tirare sempre la spina e non il cavo.

• Si deve staccare la spina anche nei casi in cui si riscontrano danni al cavo o alla lampada

stessa. Solo dopo la sua riparazione, eseguita da personale qualiﬁ cato e autorizzato, si

potrà ricollegare la lampada alla presa di corrente.

• Tenere la lampada lontano dalla portata dei bambini, poiché si tratta di un apparecchio

elettrico.vv

3. Uso appropriato

• La lampada è adatta ad essere usata esclusivamente in ambienti interni asciutti.

• Impedire ai bambini l‘uso della lampada.

• Non utilizzare la lampada in ambienti a rischio di esplosioni.

• La lampada non è adatta ad un uso industriale.

4. Avvertenze di sicurezza

• Prima di effettuare lavori di montaggio o di manutenzione, si deve staccare la corrente

elettrica.

• L‘allacciamento elettrico deve essere eseguito da un elettricista.

• Per motivi di sicurezza non è consentito apportare personalmente delle modiﬁ che tecni-

che alla lampada.

• Assicurarsi che la lampada venga usata sempre in maniera adeguata. Leggere allo scopo

le presenti istruzioni per l‘uso.

• Non appendere oggetti alla lampada né tenerli sopra di essa. Sussiste infatti pericolo di

cortocircuito e di incendio.

• Non utilizzare la lampada in prossimità di liquidi ed evitare che sia colpita da spruzzi

d‘acqua.

• Tenere i materiali di imballaggio e i sacchetti di plastica lontano dalla portata dei bambini

(pericolo di soffocamento).

• Tenere la lampada lontano dalla portata dei bambini.

• La lampada è destinata esclusivamente ad un uso privato in locali abitativi. Essa non è

adatta ad un uso industriale.

• Se si riscontrano danni alla lampada o al cavo elettrico di collegamento, non si deve

utilizzare la lampada. In questi casi si deve interrompere immediatamente l‘alimentazione di

corrente.

• Prima di mettere in funzione la lampada, accertarsi che la lampadina sia avvitata corretta-

mente.

• La parte della lampada attorno alla lampadina può essere molto calda. Si consiglia

dunque di mantenere una distanza minima di 30 cm da oggetti inﬁ ammabili.

• Le lampadine eventualmente bruciate vanno sostituite con altre dello stesso tipo e della

stessa potenza. Non toccare le lampadine a mani nude. Se dovesse succedere, occorre

allora pulire la nuova lampadina con una sostanza sgrassante e che non lasci residui.

• Prima di toccare la lampadina, bisogna lasciarla raffreddare per alcuni minuti (pericolo di

ustioni).

• Decliniamo qualsiasi responsabilità per danni alle cose o alle persone causati da un uso

uno corretto o dalla mancata osservanza delle avvertenze di sicurezza. In tali casi la garan-

zia non ha più validità.

Veriﬁ care se sono presenti tutti gli elementi in dotazione al prodotto e se sono eventualmen-

te danneggiati.

Le lampadine eventualmente bruciate vanno sostituite con altre dello stesso tipo e della

stessa potenza.

Per danni causati dalla mancata osservanza delle presenti istruzioni per l‘uso o da modi-

ﬁ che apportate personalmente alla lampada la garanzia non ha validità! Decliniamo altresì

ogni responsabilità per tutti i danni che ne conseguono!

6. Dotazione

Prima di mettere in funzione la lampada osservare le seguenti indicazioni:

• Prima dell’uso controllare che i collegamenti a vite siano ben ﬁ ssati.

• Regolazioni di precisione dei cavetti Nel caso in cui al termine dell’installazione della

lampada al sofﬁ tto della vostra camera i contropeli,ovvero il braccio, siano un po’storti sarà

necessario regolare i

cavetti. Premere quindi il pulsante (A) a lato della cassetta di connessione della lampada.

Quindi i cavetti possono essere estratti o inseriti nella cassetta o addirittura ruotati. Rilasci-

ando il pulsante i cavetti vengono ﬁ ssati nella nuova posizione.

• I cavetti non devono essere tirati su spigoli taglienti, schiacciati, accorciati o allungati.

• Non appendere oggetti lungo i cavetti.
