WARNING
• Before assembly, carefully use scissors or utility knife to cut and unwrap all parts.
Make sure you do not discard the hardware.
CAUTION
• Use care in assembling your new fireplace. Take your time and use the hardware
provided and a quality Phillips head screwdriver. Never overtighten bolts.
• Do not sit on any part of the mantel.
• All panels are labeled left and right as viewed from the front of unit.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble, install or operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.
Estimated Assembly Time: 60 Minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Phillips head screwdriver, scissors and utility knife

2. Locate Hearth/Base (A) and set out finished side up
on the floor.
Insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes.
Attach the completed Front panel assembly from
step 1 to the Hearth/Base (A). Make sure the dowels
are seated into the pre-drilled holes in the
Hearth/Base.

1. Locate the Left Front Panel (B), Right Front Panel
(C), Center Front Panel (D), and set out face down
on a scratch-free surface.
Insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes.
Push the Left Front Panel and Right Front Panel
snug to the Center Front Panel. Make sure the Wood
Dowels are seated in the pre-drilled holes.
Connect the Left Front Panel (B), Right Front Panel
(C) and Center Front Panel (D) with Connection
Plate, tighten Screws (DD) through the pre-drilled
holes.

4. Insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes on the top edges of the Assembly
from step 3. Then locate Center Shelf (H) and lay
fi nished side up on top of completed assembly.
From the inside, attach Center Shelf (H) using Bolts
(AA) and Washers (BB) through the pre-drilled holes
in the mounting blocks.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.
5. Insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes on the completed assembly. Attach
Upper Side Panels (I, J) to the completed
assembly from step 4. Make sure that dowels are
seated into the pre-drilled holes. Using Bolts (AA)
and Washers (BB)attach them through pre-drilled
holes in the mounting blocks.

3. Locate Left Side Panel (E) and Right Side Panel (F),
insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes. Attach to the completed front panel
assembly and Hearth/Base use Bolts (AA) and
Washers (BB) through the pre-drilled holes in the
mounting blocks.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.

7. Connect the Right Back Panel (M), Left Back Panel
(N) and completed assembly with Connection Plate,
tighten Screws (EE) through the pre-drilled holes.
8. Push the Center Back Panel (O) to the groove on
the Upper Back Panel slowly as diagram show.

6. Insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes on the completed assembly. Attach
the Left Back Panels (M) and Right Back Panel (N)
to the completed assembly. Make sure that dowels
are seated into the pre-drilled holes .

9. Insert one Wood Dowel (CC) into each of the
pre-drilled holes on the top edges of the Assembly
from step 8. Then locate Mantel/Top (G) and lay
fi nished side up on top of completed assembly.
From the inside, attach Mantel/Top (G) using Bolts
(AA) and Washers (BB) through the pre-drilled holes
in the mounting blocks.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.
Using Phillips head screwdriver tighten all Bolts
alternating top and bottom, left and right.
11. Choose desired height of Shelf (K) and place the
four Shelf Pin (GG) into same height shelf holes
inside side panels. Insert Wood Shelf (K), allow
Wood Shelf (K) to rest on the Shelf Pin (GG).

10. Locate Front Doors (L). Slide door hinge keyhole
into panel hinge bracket. (Diagram 1)
Use Phillips Head Screwdriver to tighten screws.
(Diagram 2)
TO ADJUST HINGES
To adjust door forward or backward change
keyhole slot position. (As Shown In Diagram 3a)
To adjust door right or left loosen/tighten screw.
(As Shown In Diagram 3b)
To adjust door up or down adjust bracket height.
(As Shown In Diagram 3c)
Attach the Knob (FF) to the Front Doors (L), use
the bolts attached through the pre-drilled holes in
the doors. Then use a Phillips Head Screwdriver to
tighten the bolts.

12. Remove the two mounting brackets attached to the
back of the Left and Right Front panels. Set aside
with the wood screws.
PLEASE READ ALL “ELECTRIC FIREPLACE
INSERT” INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO
INSTALLING ELECTRIC INSERT IN YOUR
COMPLETED FIREPLACE MANTEL. INSTALL
THE INSERT IN YOUR FIREPLACE CLOSE TO
ITS FINAL POSITION.
Lift insert carefully into the back of the unit and
center in the insert opening. Do not drag insert
across Hearth/Base (A) as it may scratch your unit.
Install the mounting brackets to hold insert fl ush
against the inside of the mantel front panel.
MOVE YOUR COMPLETED UNIT ONLY SHORT
DISTANCES. MOVE COMPLETED UNIT WITH
GREAT CARE. IT TAKES TWO PEOPLE TO
MOVE COMPLETED UNIT INTO ITS FINAL
POSITION.

ADVERTENCIA
• Antes del montaje, corte con unas tijeras o un bisturí y desenvuelva las piezas
cuidadosamente. Asegúrese de no desechar los herrajes.
PRECAUCIÓN
• Tenga cuidado al armar su nueva chimenea. Tómese su tiempo y use los elementos
suministrados y un destornillador Phillips de calidad. No apriete demasiado los pernos.
• No se siente en ninguna parte de la repisa de la chimenea.
• Todos los paneles están etiquetados izquierda y derecha, vistos desde el frente de la unidad.

2. Tome la Base Del Hogar (A) y colóquela sobre el
piso con la parte terminada hacia arriba.
Inserte una Espiga De Madera (CC) en cada uno de
los orifi cios previamente perforados.
Ajuste el conjunto Delantero, que armó en el paso 1,
a la Base Del Hogar (A). Compruebe que las
espigas estén bien colocadas en los orifi cios
correspondientes de la Base del Hogar. Para ajustar
los paneles, pase un Tornillos (AA) y una Arandelas
(BB) por los orifi cios previamente perforados de los
bloques de montaje.

1. Coloque el Panel Frontal Izquierdo (B), el Panel
Frontal Derecho (C), el Panel Frontal Central (D),
mirando hacia abajo en una superfi cie sin ralladuras.
Inserte un Tonel de Madera (CC) en cada uno de
los agujeros pre-agujereados. Empuje el Panel
Frontal Izquierdo y el Panel Frontal Derecho, ajuste
al Panel Frontal Central. Asegúrese que los toneles
de madera están sentados en los agujeros
pre-agujereados. Conecte el Panel Frontal Izquierdo
(B), el Panel Frontal Derecho (C) y el Panel Frontal
Central (D) a la Paleta de Conexión, apriete Tornillos
(DD) a través de los agujeros pre-agujereados.

PREPARACIÓN

4. Inserte una Espiga De Madera (CC) en cada uno de
los orifi cios previamente perforados del borde
superior del Conjunto que armó en el paso 3. Luego,
tome la Estante Central (H) y colóquela, con el lado
acabado hacia arrinba, sobre el conjunto armado.
Desde el interior, ajuste la Repisa colocando un
Tornillos (AA) y una Arandelas (BB) en los orifi cios
previamente perforados de los bloques de montaje.
APRIETE SÓLO A MANO.
5. Inserte un Tonel de Madera (CC) en cada uno de los
agujeros pre-agujereados del montaje completo.
Adjunte los Paneles Laterales Superiores (I,J) al
montaje completo del paso 4. Asegúrese que los
toneles están bien sentados en los agujeros
pre- agujereados. Utilizando Tornillos (AA) y
Arandelas (BB) adjúntelos a través de los agujeros
pre-agujereados de los bloques montantes.
APRIETE SÓLO A MANO.

7. Conecte el Panel Trasero Derecho (M), el Panel
Trasero Izquierdo (N) al montaje completo a través
de la Paletade Conexión, apriete Tornillos (EE) a
través de los agujeros pre-agujereados.
8. Empuje el Panel Trasero Central (O) a la ranua del
Panel Trasero Superior lentamente cómo se
muestra en el diagrama.

11. Quite las Clavijas Para Tablas (GG) de la bolsa.
Elija la altura deseada para la instalación de la
Tabla (K) e inserte las cuatro clavijas en los
orifi cios de misma altura, dentro de los paneles
laterales. Inserte la Tabla (K) y asegúrese de que
la tabla descanse sobre las Clavijas Para Tabla
(GG).

9. Inserte una Espiga De Madera (CC) en cada uno de
los orifi cios previamente perforados del borde
superior del Conjunto que armó en el paso 3. Luego,
tome la Repisa/Parte Superior (G) y colóquela, con
el lado acabado hacia arrinba, sobre el conjunto
armado. Desde el interior, ajuste la Repisa
colocando un Pernos (AA) y una Arandelas (BB) en
los orifi cios previamente perforados de los bloques
de montaje.
AJUSTE SÓLO MANUALMENTE.
Utilizando un destornillador Phillips (cruciforme),
apriete todos los pernos, alternando entre la parte
superior e inferior, la izquierda y la derecha.
10. Localice la Puerta Delantero (L). Deslice la ranura
en forma de cerradura de la bisagra situado sobre
el panel. (Diagrama 1)
Utilice un destornillador Phillips (cruciforme), para
apretar los tornillos. (Diagrama 2)
PARA AJUSTAR LAS BISAGRAS
Para ajustar la puerta hacia adelante o hacia
detrás, cambie la posición de la ranura en forma de
cerradura. (como se muestra en el diagrama 3a)
Para ajustar la puerta hacia la derecho o hacia la
Izquierda, apriete o destornille el tornillo.
(Como se muestra en el diagrama 3b)
Para ajustar la puerta hacia arriba o hacia abajo,
ajuste la altura del soporte de bisagra.
(Como se muestra en el diagrama 3c)
Fije el Botón (FF) a la Puerta Delantero (L), utilice
los pernos fi jos a través de los orifi cios
pretaladrados en las puertas. Después, utilice un
destornillador Phillips (cruciforme) para apretar los
pernos.

12. Quite los dos soportes de montaje fi jados en
la parte trasera de los paneles Izquierda y derecho.
Coloque a un lado los tornillos para madera.
LEA ATENTAMENTE TODAS LAS
INSTRUCCIONES DEL “HOGAR ELÉCTRICO”
ANTES DE SU INSTALACIÓN EN LA CHIMENEA
DECORATIVA. UBIQUE EL HOGAR ELÉCTRICO
EN LA POSICIÓN DEFINITIVA DENTRO DE LA
CHIMENEA.
Levante el hogar cuidadosamente, colóquelo en la
parte posterior de la unidad y céntrelo en la
abertura de la chimenea. No empuje el hogar
desde su Base dado que la unidad se puede
dañar. Coloque los soportes de montaje de modo
que el hogar se encuentre nivelado con respecto a
la parte interior del panel frontal de la repisa.
MUEVA LA UNIDAD COMPLETA SÓLO EN
DISTANCIAS CORTAS. MUEVA LA UNIDAD
COMPLETA CON MUCHO CUIDADO. SE
NECESITAN DOS PERSONAS PARA
DESPLAZAR LA UNIDAD COMPLETA AL LUGAR
DEFINITIVO QUE VA A OCUPAR.

• Avant l’assemblage, à l’aide de ciseaux ou d’un couteau universel, coupez et déballez
soigneusement toutes les pièces. Assurez-vous de ne pas jeter de matériel.
MISE EN GARDE
• Faites preuve de prudence dans l’assemblage de votre nouvelle cheminée. Prenez
votre temps et utilisez le matériel fourni et un tournevis cruciforme de qualité. Ne serrez
pas trop les boulons.
• Ne vous asseyez pas sur des pièces du manteau.
• Tous les panneaux sont étiquetés de gauche et de Droit quand on les regarde
en se tenant face à la cheminée.
