OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this mirror has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug
will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully
inserted. Do not change the plug in any way.
CAUTION: BE SURE DIRECT SUNLIGHT DOES
NOT STRIKE MIRROR WHEN LEFT UNATTENDED;
REFLECTED SUNLIGHT CAN CAUSE FIRE.
1. Your circular lighted makeup mirror will swivel so
that you can use either the standard view or the
magnified view located on the opposite side.
2. Plug cord into any standard 120 volt wall outlet. To turn
on lights, simply turn the dial on the base to desired light
setting. The dial can rotate 360°.
3. After use, always turn switch to the OFF position.
4. The beauty and design of this mirror complements
any decor. Therefore, you may wish to leave the mirror
displayed. However, if you choose to store the mirror, see
STORAGE section for detailed information.
SPECIAL FEATURES
This lighted makeup mirror uses incandescent
lightbulbs with special coating, simulating lighting in
three different settings: home, office and day.
TO REPLACE BULB
CAUTION: TURN OFF POWER AND UNPLUG.
ALLOW TO COOL AT LEAST 3 MINUTES BEFORE
REPLACING BULB.
NOTE: Do not use a bulb greater than 20 watts. Contact
the Conair service center at 1-800-3-CONAIR for
replacement bulb information (ask for replacement
#RP3435B). Two-pack bulbs (1 clear, 1 blue) are $9.99,
including shipping and handling.
1. Remove the two screws located on each side of the
mirror. (Fig. 1)
2. Carefully lift off the top half of the housing from the
bottom half that is affixed to the stand.
3. Unscrew the old bulb and replace with the new bulb.
(Fig. 2))
4. Carefully replace the top housing half after locating
and aligning the screw holes to the bottom half. If the
holes don’t line up, turn top half of mirror 180˚.
5. Insert two screws into screw holes and tighten.

Disconnect from electrical outlet. BE SURE DIRECT
SUNLIGHT DOES NOT STRIKE MAGNIFYING SIDE OF
MIRROR WHEN LEFT UNATTENDED. Allow to cool to
room temperature before storing. Place in cool, dry area
out of reach of children, where mirror will not be dam-
aged. Handle cord carefully for longer life; do not jerk or
strain at plug connections, or wrap cord around mirror
for storage. This could cause damage to the cord or a
short circuit. To store mirror, coil cord loosely.
MAINTENANCE
Your lighted mirror is designed for household use and is
virtually maintenance free. No lubrication is needed. If
cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the appliance
from the power source and wipe exterior with a damp
cloth. Clean mirror surfaces with a glass cleaner. Do not
light until you are certain mirror is completely dry. If any
abnormal condition occurs, unplug the lighted mirror,
allow it to cool, and return it to an authorized service
center for repair.

MODE D’EMPLOI
1. Choisir la face désirée, normale ou grossissante, en
faisant pivoter le miroir sur lui-même.
2. Brancher le cordon d’alimentation dans une prise de
120V. Pour allumer, tourner le cadran qui se trouve sur
le socle jusqu'à l'éclairage désiré. Le cadran tourne
sur 360°.
3. Toujours éteindre (OFF) après usage.
4. Le style de ce miroir ne déparera pas dans votre
décor. Vous pouvez donc le laisser en vue. Toutefois, si
vous souhaitez le ranger après usage, voir la section
RANGEMENT.
ÉCLAIRAGE VARIABLE
Ce miroir lumineux emploie des ampoules à
incandescence recouvertes d'un revêtement spécial
et simulant l'éclairage trois ambiances: maison
(HOME), bureau (OFFICE) et extérieur/lumière du jour
(DAY).
REMPLACEMENT DE L'AMPOULE
ATTENTION: ÉTEINDRE ET DÉBRANCHER
L'APPAREIL. LAISSER REFROIDIR LE MIROIR
PENDANT AU MOINS 3 MINUTES AVANT DE
REMPLACER L'AMPOULE.

1. Dévisser les vis qui se trouvent de chaque côté du
miroir. (Fig. 1)
2. Soulever la partie supérieure du cadre (la partie
inférieure est fixée au socle).
3. Dévisser l'ampoule et installer une ampoule neuve.
(Fig. 2)
4. Remettre la partie supérieure du cadre en place,
en alignant les trous des vis. Tourner la partie
supérieure du cadre 180° au besoin.
5. Introduire les vis dans les trous et serrer à la main.

RANGEMENT
Débrancher l'appareil. NE PAS EXPOSER LE CÔTÉ

CELA POURRAIT PROVOQUER UN INCENDIE. Laisser
l'appareil refroidir avant de le ranger. Garder dans un
endroit frais et sec, hors de portée des enfants. Ne pas
tirer ou plier le cordon, particulièrement au niveau de la
fiche, et ne pas l'enrouler autour du miroir; cela pourrait
endommager le cordon ou provoquer un court-circuit.

ENTRETIEN
Votre miroir lumineux est à usage domestique
et demande peu d’entretien. Il n’est pas nécessaire de
le lubrifier. Pour le nettoyer, débranchez-le, laissez-le
refroidir et essuyez le boîtier avec un torchon légère-
ment humide. Nettoyer la glace à l'aide d'un nettoyant
à vitres. S'assurer que le miroir est bien sec avant de le
rallumer. En cas de problème, débrancher le miroir, le
laisser refroidir et le renvoyer à un service après-vente
autorisé.

11. No lo haga utilice sobre una superficie blanda, como
una cama, donde las entradas se puedan obstruir.
12. Apague (OFF) y desconecte el aparato, y permita que
se enfríe, antes de cambiar las bombillas.
13. No coloque ni guarde este espejo donde pueda caer
o ser empujado a una bañera o un lavabo.
14. Si el espejo cayera al agua, desconéctelo
inmediatamente; no toque el agua.
15. Nunca utilice este aparato mientras esté dormido/a
o adormilado/a.
16. No utilice bombillas de más de 20 vatios. Utilice este
aparato con corriente alterna de 120V (60 Hz). No lo
conecte a otro tipo de toma de corriente.
17. Para reducir el riesgo de electrocución, no lo use en
el baño o la ducha.
18. Desconecte el espejo de la toma de corriente antes
de limpiarlo. No descuide ni abandone el espejo
mientras esté conectado.
19. Nunca utilice el espejo si las aberturas de aire
están bloqueadas. Mantenga las aberturas libres de
pelusas, cabellos y elementos similares.

DE OPERACIÓN
Para reducir el riesgo de electrocución, el cable de este
aparato está dotado de una clavija polarizada (una pata
es más ancha que otra). Se podrá enchufar de una sola
manera en la toma de corriente polarizada. Si no entrara
en la toma de corriente, inviértala. Si aún no entrara
completamente, comuníquese con un electricista. No
utilice extensiones, a menos de poder insertar la clavija
completamente en la extensión. No intente modificar la
clavija.
PRECAUCIÓN: CERCIÓRESE DE NO COLOCAR
EL ESPEJO EN UNA POSICIÓN EN LA QUE PUEDA
REFLEJAR LA LUZ DEL SOL ; ESTO PUEDE
CAUSAR UN INCENDIO.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
1. Elija la cara deseada, normal o de aumento, haciendo
girar el espejo.
2. Conecte el cable a una toma de corriente de 120V.
Para encender la luz, ponga el interruptor (ubicado
sobre la base) sobre el ajuste deseado. El espejo gira
360°.
3. Siempre apague (OFF) el aparato después del uso.
4. Por su belleza y su diseño, este espejo complementa
cualquier estilo. Por lo tanto, no tiene que guardarlo
después del uso. Sin embargo, si desea guardarlo,
véase las instrucciones en la sección ALMACENAJE.
LUZ VARIABLE
Este espejo de aumento con luz utiliza bombillas
incandescentes cubiertas con un revestimiento
especial y simulando la luz en tres ambientes: casa
(HOME), oficina (OFFICE) y exterior/luz del día (DAY).
CAMBIO DE LA BOMBILLA
PRECAUCIÓN: APAGUE Y DESCONECTE EL
APARATO. PERMITA QUE SE ENFRÍE DURANTE POR
LO MENOS 3 MINUTOS ANTES DE CAMBIAR LA
BOMBILLA.
NOTA: no utilice bombillas de más de 20 vatios.

(modelo RP3435B). El paquete de dos bombillas
(1 transparente y 1 azul) cuesta $9.99, incluyendo
gastos de manejo y envío.
1. Retire los dos tornillos ubicados en los costados
del espejo. (Fig. 1)
2. Alce cuidadosamente la parte superior del marco
del espejo (la parte inferior está sujetada a la
base).
3. Desatornille la bombilla vieja e instale una
bombilla nueva. (Fig. 2)
4. Vuelva a instalar la parte superior del marco del
espejo, alineando los orificios de los tornillos. Gire
la cara superior 180° si es necesario.
5. Introduzca los tornillos en los orificios y apriételos.
PRECAUCIÓN: PARA EVITAR EL RIESGO
DE ELECTROCUCIÓN, ENCHUFE LA
CLAVIJA DEBIDAMENTE EN LA TOMA DE
CORRIENTE, HACIENDO COINCIDIR LA
PATA ANCHA CON LA RANURA ANCHA.
