Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY DisplayPort 1.2 DP++ Repeater. This DisplayPort Repeater allows
you to transmit DisplayPort signals up to resolutions of 4K@60Hz up to a distance of 10m (30 feet) or at
2560x1600@60Hz or 4K@30Hz up to a distance of 40m (130 feet) using two LINDY GOLD or SLD
DisplayPort cables.

Pre-Installation Remarks
To reach the maximum lengths stated it is required that you use high quality LINDY GOLD cables. For
LINDY Super Long Distance (SLD) cables the maximum length may be slightly reduced. Do not use
standard cables.
Resolutions & maximum cable lengths:
4K@60Hz: up to 10m (5m in / 5m out) with LINDY GOLD cables
4K@30Hz: up to 35m (15m in / 20m out) with LINDY GOLD cables
2560x1600@60Hz: up to 40m (20m in / 20m out) with LINDY GOLD cables
Installation
1. Plug the supplied power supply to the Repeater and to a corresponding wall socket
2. Connect a DisplayPort cable to the source DisplayPort socket on your computer and to the input of
the Repeater (marked “Input”)
3. Plug the second DisplayPort cable to the output (marked with “Output”) of the Repeater and to the
input of the Display.
Trouble shooting tip: If you are experiencing video problems whilst using two different cable lengths,
please try switching the order in which the cables are installed and then restart your computer.

Installation – Vorbemerkungen
Um die maximalen Längen zu Erreichen benötigen Sie hochwertige LINDY GOLD oder SLD (Super Long
Distance) Kabel. Mit SLD Kabeln können die Längen leicht reduziert sein. Standardkabel können NICHT
verwendet werden!
Auflösungen und Kabellängen:
4K@60Hz: bis zu 10m (5m in / 5m out) mittels LINDY GOLD Kabeln
4K@30Hz: bis zu 35m (15m in / 20m out) mittels LINDY GOLD Kabeln
2560x1600@60Hz: bis zu 40m (20m in / 20m out) mittels LINDY GOLD Kabeln
Installation
1. Verbinden Sie das beigefügte Netzteil mit der Buchse des Repeaters und mit einer entsprechenden
Steckdose.
2. Verbinden Sie das erste DisplayPort Kabel mit der Signalquelle (PC, DVD Player, etc.) und mit der
Eingangsbuchse des Repeaters (gekennzeichnet mit „Input“).
3. Verbinden Sie das zweite DisplayPort Kabel mit der Ausgangsbuchse (gekennzeichnet mit
“Output”) des Repeaters und mit dem entsprechenden Endgerät.
Hinweis: Falls Sie Bildprobleme haben und unterschiedlich lange Kabel verwenden, verwenden Sie das
längere Kabel zwischen Quelle und Eingangsbuchse und das kürzere zwischen Ausgangsbuche und
Endgerät – oder falls das nicht klappt auch anders herum.

permet de transmettre les signaux DisplayPort à une résolution allant jusqu’à 4K@60Hz, jusqu’à une

Remarques préalables à l’installation
Pour atteindre la longueur maximale de câbles, il est recommandé d’utiliser des câbles haute qualité
LINDY GOLD. Avec des câbles Super Longue Distance (SLD) la longueur maximale pourra être
légèrement réduite. NE PAS utiliser de câbles standards.

Installation
1. Branchez l’alimentation fournie au répéteur et à une prise secteur
2. Connectez un câble DisplayPort à la source DP (PC, lecteur DVD, etc.) et sur l’entrée du répéteur
(marquée “Input”)
3. Connectez le second câble DisplayPort sur la sortie (marquée “Output”) du répéteur et sur l’entrée
de l’affichage.
Dépannage: si vous rencontrez des problèmes d’affichage en utilisant deux câbles de longueurs
différentes, merci d’effectuer le test en intervertissant les câbles en entrée et en sortie.

Installazione
1. Collegate l’alimentatore fornito al ripetitore e ad una presa di alimentazione.
2. Collegate il primo cavo DisplayPort alla porta della sorgente (PC, DVD Player, etc.) e alla porta in
ingresso (indicata con “PC”) del ripetitore.
3. Collegate il secondo cavo DisplayPort all’uscita del ripetitore (indicata con “Monitor”) e all’ingresso
del monitor utilizzato.
N.B. : Se state utilizzando cavi di lunghezza differente e rilevate problemi di visualizzazione
dell’immagine provate a collegare il più lungo in ingresso al repeater e il più corto all’uscita o viceversa
a seconda dei casi.

In 2006 the European Union introduced regulations (WEEE) for the collection and recycling of all waste electrical
and electronic equipment. It is no longer allowable to simply throw away electrical and electronic equipment. Instead,
these products must enter the recycling process.
Each individual EU member state has implemented the WEEE regulations into national law in slightly different ways.
Please follow your national law when you want to dispose of any electrical or electronic products. More details can
