· Gently wipe it down with a damp cloth, but don't let it get wet! Furby doesn't like water.
I SAID A COMMAND, BUT FURBY WON'T DO IT.
• Try again: press the heart gem button, say "Hey Furby!", and repeat the command.
· WAIT FOR FURBY TO RESPOND to "Hey Furby" before you say the command.
· It may be too noisy where you are. Move to a quieter place.
· Turn Furby off and back on again.
· Make sure you have fresh batteries. You won't lose the fun things you unlocked when you
change the batteries.
