Installation Instructions

a coin/button style cell battery and, if swallowed, can cause severe internal burns

Door/Window Sensors

INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT:

• The distance between sensor and magnet must

not exceed 0.8 inch in closed state.

• Install indoors.

• Use 3/16” drill bit for drywall anchors.

The door/window sensor can be mounted on a

door or window.

Fix the bracket to door or window with either

screws or adhesive tape.

Set Up Your System

This sensor is designed to work with a Zigbee

to indicate commissioning mode. If not, press

and hold the reset button for 3 seconds. Follow

the instructions from your hub to commission the

device. If the sensor is enrolled successfully, the

LED will stop blinking and stay on for 10 seconds

the door or window.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Reset to Factory Settings

Press and hold the pin hole switch for 3 seconds.

The LED indicator will start blinking quickly, the

sensor will reset to factory settings and the LED

commissioning mode.

Changing the Batteries

gets low. To replace the battery, please disarm the
