How To Change the Direction of the Pump Rotation
1) Unscrew the four clamping bolts.
2) Remove the flange.
3) Place the pump in a vertical position.
For operation number 2 use a rubberized hammer.
Do not insert any object between the flange and
body of the pump.

3) Poser la pompe en position verticale
Pour l'opération 2 utiliser un marteau caoutchouté.
N'utiliser aucun objet inséré entre la joue et le corps de la pompe.
4) Remove the bushing block.
Pay attention to the direction of the bushing block because
it must be replaced in its original position.
For easy removal lift up the drive gear a little while holding
the shaft of the idle gear in place.
Do not use any metal objects to remove the support.
4) Enlever le support en aluminium du corps de la pompe.
Faire bien attention à la direction du support puisqu'il devra être
replacé dans la même position.
Pour rendre l'operation plus facile, soulever un peu l'engrenage
conducteur, en appuyant l’arbre de l'engrenage conduit.
N'utiliser aucun objet en métal.
5) First remove the drive gear and then the idle
gear from the pump.
For easier removal of the drive gear hold the idle gear in
place when removing.
5) Enlever d'abord l'engrenage conducteur, puis l'engrenage conduit, de
leurs logements.
En enlevant l'engrenage conducteur, appuyer sur le support infèrieur.

6) Replace the drive gear in the position the idle gear
was before.

Make sure all pump and gear surfaces are clean before reassembly.

7) Replace the bushing block in the original position.

Rotate the flange to fit over the drive shaft and replace.
Make sure pump and flange surfaces are clean before reassembly.

9) Retighten the four bolts to a torque rating of between
52-54 ft./lbs.

the shaft seal from the
conversion kit

1) Reinstall the snap ring
into the front of the
pump flange
1) Replace the pump flange
2) Retighten the four bolts to a
torque rating of between 52-
54 ft. lbs.

*Note: The converted motor is only unidirectional and will be CCW rotation. If you need
clockwise rotation please use the pump reversing instructions to change the pump rotation
first.
