INDICAZIONI GENERALI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE
L’installazione deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato ed esperto e nel pieno rispetto delle normative
vigenti.
Verifiche preliminari e avvertenze
Prima di procedere alla messa in funzione è necessario:
• prima di effettuare qualsiasi messa in funzione assicurarsi che il PC sia spento;
• è vietato utilizzare il prodotto in modo improprio o per scopi diversi da quelli previsti;
• le connessioni ethernet devo essere realizzate secondo la regola dell’arte, testate e certificate 10/100 mbit;
• per le connessioni di rete attenersi scrupolosamente alle norme ieee iso/osi 802.3 o ieee 802.11;
• accertarsi con l’amministratore di rete riguardo all'indirizzo ip statico da assegnare al dispositivo;
• accertarsi che ci siano adeguate protezioni elettriche contro i cortocircuiti e le perdite a terra;
• non utilizzare sopra o in prossimità di fonti di calore o vicino all’acqua;
• collocare la cassa su una superficie piana, stabile, priva di vibrazioni;
• accertarsi che non siano ostruite le aperture di ventilazione della cassa.

Come accedere al sistema
Assicurarsi che tutti i collegamenti siano stati effettuati correttamente.
- Accendere la cassa .
- Il sistema operativo e l’applicazione, si avviano automaticamente.
- Alla schermata di autenticazione, inserire le credenziali di accesso predefinite: username = admin
password = admin
Sostituzione / inceppamento carta
- Aprire il coperchio usando la leva laterale e intervenire manualmente sul rotolo.
Richiudere il coperchio lasciando fuoriuscire un lembo di carta.
Reset taglierina
Se la lama della taglierina non ritorna nella sua posizione di origine, è necessario aprire il coperchio, spegnere e
riaccendere la stampante. Questo forzerà il reset e riporterà la lama alla posizione iniziale.

MANUTENZIONE
È vietato l'uso di solventi.
Display
- Utilizzare un panno umido in microfibra.
Stampante
Spegnere la stampante e aprire il coperchio.
- Per le parti in plastica utilizzare un panno umido in cotone.
- Per la pulizia dei sensori,della testina di stampa e del rullo, utilizzare un panno in cotone ed alcool isopropilico.
Richiudere il coperchio dopo che l’alcool è completamente evaporato.

SMALTIMENTO DELL’IMBALLO
I componenti dell’imballo (cartone, plastiche, etc.) sono assimilabili ai rifiuti solidi urbani e possono essere
smaltiti senza alcuna difficoltà, semplicemente effettuando la raccolta differenziata per il riciclaggio. Prima di
procedere è sempre opportuno verificare le normative specifiche vigenti nel luogo d’installazione.
NON DISPERDERE NELL’AMBIENTE!
SMALTIMENTO DEL PRODOTTO
I nostri prodotti sono realizzati con materiali diversi. La maggior parte di essi (alluminio, plastica, ferro, cavi
elettrici) è assimilabile ai rifiuti solidi urbani. Possono essere riciclati attraverso la raccolta e lo smaltimento
differenziato nei centri autorizzati. Altri componenti (schede elettroniche, batterie dei trasmettitori, etc.) possono
invece contenere sostanze inquinanti. Vanno quindi rimossi e consegnati a ditte autorizzate al recupero e allo
smaltimento degli stessi. Prima di procedere è sempre opportuno verificare le normative specifiche vigenti nel
luogo di smaltimento.

GENERAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Installation must be carried out by qualified and experienced personnel in compliance with applicable
regulations.
Preliminary checks and warnings
Before putting into operation, check the following:
• ensure that the PC is switched off;
• it is forbidden to use the product for purposes other than those envisaged or in an improper manner;
• Ethernet connections must be made to the highest standards of workmanship and tested and certified 10/100
Mbit;
• for network connections, follow the IEEE ISO/OSI 802.3 or IEEE 802.11 standards to the letter;
• check with your network administrator about the static IP address to be assigned to the device;
• check that there are suitable electrical protections against short circuits and leaks to earth;
• do not use on or near a heat source or near water;
• place the pay station on a flat, stable, vibration-free surface;
• make sure the pay station ventilation openings are not obstructed.

Lower I/O: connect the pay station to the power supply, the keypad, the mouse and the Ethernet .
Upper I/O: If necessary, remove the top cover to access additional communication ports.

How to access the system
Make sure all connections have been made correctly.
- Turn on the pay station .
- The operating system and the application start automatically.
- On the authentication screen, enter the default login credentials: username = admin
password = admin
Replacing the paper / Paper jam
- Open the cover using the side lever and manually intervene on the roll.
Close the cover again, leaving a flap of paper outside.
Resetting the cutter
If the cutter does not return to its original position, open the cover then turn the printer off and back on again.
This will force a reset and bring the blade back to the home position.

TROUBLESHOOTING

MAINTENANCE
It is forbidden to use solvents.
Display
- Use a damp microfibre cloth.
Printer
Turn off the printer and open the cover.
- Use a damp cotton cloth for the plastic parts.
- To clean the sensors, the print head and the roller, use a cotton cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
Close the cover after the alcohol has evaporated completely.

DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING
Packaging components (cardboard, plastic etc.) can be disposed of together with normal household waste
without any difficulty, by simply separating the different types of waste and recycling them. Before proceeding, it
is always advisable to check specific regulations in force in the place of installation.
DISPOSE OF PROPERLY!
DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT
Our products are made with different materials. Most of them (aluminium, plastic, iron, electrical cables) can
be disposed of together with normal household waste. They can be recycled if collected, sorted and sent to
authorised centres. Other components (control boards, transmitter batteries etc.) on the other hand, may contain
pollutants. They should therefore be removed and handed over to companies authorised to recover and recycle
them. Before proceeding, it is always advisable to check specific regulations in force in the place of disposal.

INSTRUCTIONS GÉNÉRALES POUR L'INSTALLATION
L’installation doit être effectuée par du personnel qualifié et dans le plein respect des normes en vigueur.
Contrôles préliminaires et instructions
Avant la mise en marche, il faut :
• s’assurer que le PC est bien éteint ;
• il est interdit d'utiliser le produit de façon impropre ou à des fins autres que celles prévues ;
• les connexions Ethernet doivent être réalisées selon les règles de l'art, testées et certifiées 10/100 Mbits ;
• pour les connexions de réseau, se conformer scrupuleusement aux normes IEEE ISO/OSI 802.3 ou IEEE
802.11 ;
• contrôler avec l'administrateur réseau l'adresse IP statique à attribuer au dispositif ;
• s'assurer de la présence effective de protections électriques spécifiques contre les courts-circuits et les fuites
à la terre ;
• ne pas utiliser à proximité ou sur des sources de chaleur ni près de l'eau ;
• positionner la caisse sur une surface plate, stable et à l'abri des vibrations ;
• s'assurer que les fentes de ventilation de la caisse ne sont pas bouchées.
