Sicherheitsvorschriften

1. Informieren Sie sich!

Vor dem Gebrauch des Gerätes die

Betriebsanleitung sorgfältig lesen.

2. Schützen Sie sich!

Beim Arbeiten Augen-,Gesichts- und

Handschutz (schnittfeste Hand-

schuhe) tragen.

3. Nur Packgut umreifen!

Beim Umreifen Hände oder andere

Körperteile nicht zwischen Band

und Packgut legen.

4. Band springt beim Durch-

schneiden auf!

Beim Durchschneiden des Bandes

den oberen Teil festhalten und

abseits stehen.

Achtung: Der untere Bandteil wird

aufspringen.

5. Band kann beim Spannen

reissen!

Beim Spannen kann das Band reis-

sen! Nicht in der Flucht des Bandes

stehen.

6. Original-ORGAPACK-Ersatzteile!

Es dürfen nur Original-ORGAPACK-

Ersatzteile verwendet werden.

Al trabajar use proteciones de

3. ¡Sóle ﬂ eje el embalaje!

Cuídese de no meter las manos ni

otras partes corporales entre el

ﬂ eje y el embalaje.

4. ¡Al cortar la cinta, ésta salta

bruscamente!

Al cortar alguna cinta ﬂ ejada,

sostenga su parte superior y hágase

a un lado.

Atención: La parte inferior del ﬂ eje

saltará bruscamante.

5. ¡Durante el tensado la cinta

pudiera romperse!

¡Durante el tensado del ﬂ eje,éste

puede romperse. Colóquese fuera

de su trayectoria!

Use exclusivamente piezas de

recambio originales ORGAPACK.

Safety instructions

1. Inform yourself!

Before using the tool read the ope-

rating instructions carefully.

2. Protect yourself!

When operating the tool, wear eye-,

face- and hand protection (cutting

protected gloves).

3. Only strap packed goods!

Do not put hands or other parts of

the body between the strap and the

package.

4. Strap will snap forward when

cutting!

When cutting the strap, hold the

upper portion and stand a safe

distance away from the strap.

Caution: the lower strap will snap

forward.

5. Strap could break during

tensioning!

Do not stand in line with the strap

while it is tensioned. The strap could

break!

6. Original ORGAPACK spare parts!

Only original ORGAPACK spare

parts may be used.

Instructions de sécurité

1. Renseignez-vous!

Avant l'utilisation de l'appareil, con-

sultez soigneusement le mode

d'emploi.

2. Protégez-vous!

Pendant le travail, portez des protec-

tions pour les yeux, le visage et les

mains (gants de sécurité).

3. Cercler uniquement le paquet!

Ne mettez pas la main ou d'autres

parties du corps entre la bande et

l'emballage.

4. En coupant la bande saute!

En coupant la bande, restez à côté

et retenez bien le brin supérieur de

la bande.

Attention: Soyez prudent, le brin

inférieur sautera en avant.

5. La bande peut se rompre!

Ne restez jamais dans l'axe de la

bande lorsque celle-ci est tendue car

cette dernière peut se rompre lors de

sa tension!

6. Pièces de rechange d'origine

OGAPACK!

N'utilisez que des pièces de

rechange d'origine ORGAPACK.

2 Norme di sicurezza

1. Informatevi!

Prima di usare l'apparecchio leggete

attentamente le istruzioni per l'uso.

2. Si protegga!

Durante il lavoro, indossate delle

protezioni per gli occhi, il viso e le

mani (guanti di sicurezza).

3. Legare solo pacchi!

Non mettete la mano o altre parti

del corpo tra la reggetta e l'imbal-

laggio.

4. La reggetta scatta in su!

Quando tagliate la reggetta, mette-

tevi in parte e tenete ben ferma

l'estremità superiore della reggetta.

Attenzione: la parte inferiore della

reggetta salterà in avanti.

5. Durante tenditura la reggetta può

rompersi!

Durante l'operazione di tenditura non

rimanete sulla traiettoria della

reggetta, si potrebbe spezzare!

6. Parti di ricambio originali

ORGAPACK!

Utilizzate solamente pezzi di ricam-

bio originali ORGAPACK.

Bedienung

– Band um das Packgut legen und wie

in Fig.1 dargestellt in Schnalle ein-

fädeln. Band von Hand anziehen.

– Apparat mit der rechten Hand fassen

und Spannhebel nach unten drücken.

Band unter den Klinkenfuss bis zum

Anschlag einlegen.

– Spannhebel loslassen.

– Das obere Band in den Schlitz der

Schneidevorrichtung und in die An-

zugswelle einschieben.

– Apparat und Band mit der linken

Hand festhalten. Spannhebel mit

der rechten Hand solange hin- und

herbewegen, bis die gewünschte

Bandspannung erreicht ist.

ganz hinunterdrücken, das Band wird

abgeschnitten.

– Apparat seitlich ausfahren.

– Put strap around the package. Insert

strap into the buckle and tighten

strap by hand.

– Take the tensioner by the right hand

and depress tension lever. Place

strap under the gripper so that it

touches the housing with the right

hand edge.

– Release tension lever.

– Insert the upper strap into the slot

of the cutter mechanism and the

windlass.

– Hold the tool and strap with your left

hand and move the tension lever

forth and back until the strap is

tensioned.

– Depress the tension lever from the

tensioner completely until the strap is

cut.

– Pivot the tensioner away from the

strap.

– Appuyer la bande autour le paquet.

Insérer la bande dans la boucle. Tirer

la bande à main.

– Prendre le tendeur de la main droite

et appuyer sur le levier de tension.

Dans cette position insérer le

feuillard sous le presseur jusqu'à ce

qu'il touche l'arrêt du bâti.

– Relâcher le levier.

– Insérer la bande dans les fentes du

dispositif de coupe et du rouleau de

tension.

– Tenir l'appareil de la main gauche et

tendre la bande de la main droite en

faisant aller et venir le levier tendeur.

– Abaisser complètement le levier

tendeur avec la main droite jusqu'à

ce que la bande se coupe.

– Dégager l'appareil de côté.

– Avvolgere la reggetta attorno all’im-

ballaggio, inserirla nel fermaglio e

quindi tendere la reggetta manua-

lmente.

– Prendere il tenditore nella mano dest-

ra, premere verso il basso la leva di

tensione. Introdurre la reggetta sotto il

piede della maniglia ﬁ no all’ arresto e

quindi rilasciare la leva di tensione.

– Inﬁ lare la reggetta superiore nella

fessura del dispositivo di taglio e poi

nell’albero di tiraggio Tenere l’appa-

recchio e Ia reggetta con la mano

sinistra.

– Tendere la reggetta con la mano

destra mediante un movimento

avanti/indietro della leva di tensione.

di tensione completamente ﬁ no in

fondo ﬁ no a quando la reggetta e

tagliata.

– Estrarre l’apparecchio lateralmente.

– Rodee el embalaje con la cinta pasán-

dola por la hebilla metálica como se

muestra en la ﬁ g. 1. Tense la cinta a

mano.

– Tome el aparato con la mano derecha

y oprima la palanca hacia abajo.

Inserte el cabo del ﬂ eje debajo de la

base del trinquete sujetador hasta el

tope.

– Suelte la palanca de tensión.

– Introduzca el ﬂ eje superior en la

ranura del dispositivo cortador y en

eje de tracción.

– Sostenga el aparato con la mano

izquierda. Para apretar el ﬂ eje con la

mano derecha haga oscilar la palanca

tensora con un movimiento de vaivén

hasta alcanzar la tensión deseada.

– Para cortar la cinta, con la mano

derecha baje la palanca tensora hasta

su tope inferior.

– Retire el aparatu hacia el costado.

leichtem Maschinenöl schmieren.

Maintenance note

Periodically lubricate all moving parts

with one or two drops of light machine oil.

Ungere periodicamente le parti in movi-
