• These nuts are centerlock nuts. They are designed to be tight; therefore, they will be harder to tighten. Tighten until ﬂ ush with the metal or plastic.

the use of a drill with a low torque setting. A #2 Phillips screwdriver may also be used.

• If using a ladder during assembly, use extreme caution.

• Proper and complete assembly are essential to reduce the risk of accident or injury.

• Most injuries are caused by misuse and/or not following instructions. Use caution when using this product.

1.1 • Remove the header bar and the screws attached to the rear gable of the shed.

1.3 • Remove the wall channels and their hardware from all the walls in the shed. If the window wall panel has the wall

channels on the outer edges of the window wall panel, they will not have to be removed—only if the wall channel is

in the middle of the panel, under the window.

• Attach a lower bracket (BQZ) to the bottom of each long support channel (HMD) and secure with two (2) hex bolts (BRP) and two

(2) cap nuts (ADJ). Do not overtighten the nuts. You will need one long support channel assembly for each wall of your shed

excluding the back corner wall panels. Build enough assemblies needed in this step.

• Attach a long support channel (HMD) to the end of a truss gutter channel using two (2) self-tapping screws (BRK) as shown.

Connect the support channel to the wall panel using ten (10) screws (ADZ) through the holes along both sides of the

length of the support channel. Repeat this step for the ﬁ ve (5) support channels on the side walls of the shed. Extra e ort will be required when

inserting screws (BRK) through the metal.

• Attacher un canal de support long (BRF) à l’extrémité d’un canal de gouttière à l’aide de deux (2) vis autotaraudeuses (BRK)

comme indiqué. Attacher le canal de support au panneau mural à l’aide de dix (10) vis (ADZ) à travers les trous le

self-tapping screws (BRK). Connect the support channel to the window wall panel using eight (8) screws (adz). Repeat this step for

any other window wall panels. If you have no window wall panel, you can still use this part on a standard wall panel.

• Attachthe new header bar (BFJ) bar included with this kit to replace the old header bar and attach with the hardware

indicated. Only four (4) screws will be used at this point. The remaining screws will be placed in later steps.

• Line up a long support channel (HMD) under the notch at the top of the wall under the header bar. Attach the long support

channel to the back wall of the shed using ten (10) screws (ADZ) as shown.

1.10 • Place an upper brace (HMC) inside the top of the support channel. Slide the upper brace into the wall channel until

the top of the brace is aligned with the top of the header bar. Attach the upper brace to the header bar with a

self-drilling screw (BRK). You will be drilling through metal so extra e ort is required.

• Insérer un support supérieur (HMC) dans la partie supérieure du canal de support. Faire glisser le support supérieur

1.11 • Pull back on the bottom of the upper brace to align the holes with those in the wall channel. Attach the two

using two (2) self-drilling screws (BRK). You will be drilling through metal so extra e ort is required.

1.12 • Repeat steps 1.9–1.11 to attach the remaining rear wall wall channel and upper brace.

1.13 • Align a bracket assembly next to the ﬁ rst groove on the front, right corner wall panel and secure with ten (10)

screws (ADZ). Repeat this step for the front, left corner wall panel.

• Attach a short upper bracket (HME) on the front, right corner wall panel. Align the holes in the short upper bracket

with the holes in the wall support channel and secure with two (2) screws (BRK). Attach the top of the short upper

bracket with two (2) screws (ADZ). You will be screwing into the gable. Repeat this step for the front, left corner wall panel.

• Attacher un support supérieur court (HME) au panneau mural angulaire frontal droit. Aligner les trous du support

supérieur court avec ceux du canal de support mural et bien attacher à l’aide de deux (2) vis (BRK). Attacher la

partie supérieure du support supérieur court à l’aide de deux (2) vis (ADZ). Visser dans le pignon. Repeat this step for the

front, left corner wall panel.

• Check with local building codes for required diameter and engagement of the screws for the platform.

—For a concrete foundation, attach the wall-to-ﬂ oor support brackets to the ﬂ oor using the hex bolts (HNN). Repeat this step to connect the

truss/wall/window support channel ﬂ oor brackets to the ﬂ oor using the lag bolts. Use a hammer drill to insert concrete screws.

—For a wood foundation, visit your local hardware store to acquire the bolts that would accommodate the platform. The

diameter of the bolts should not exceed 1/2" (≈13 mm). We recommended drilling the holes ﬁ rst.

• Align roof brackets (BRC) with the holes in the front roof panel as shown. Secure the roof brackets to the right side of the

roof and entry gable using three (3) screws (ADZ) per roof bracket. Repeat this step for the left end of the entry gable as well as both ends of

the rear gable.

• Aligner les supports de toit (BRC) avec les trous dans le panneau de toit frontal comme indiqué. Bien ﬁ xer les supports

de toit au côté droit du toit et au pignon d’entrée, en utilisant trois (3) vis (ADZ) par support de toit. Répéter cette étape pour

l’extrémité gauche du pignon d’entrée ainsi que les deux extrémités du pignon arrière.

• Alinear supports de toit (BRC) con los oriﬁ cios en el panel de techo delantero como se indica. Fijar bien los soportes de

techo al lado derecho del techo y del aguilón de entrada usando tres (3) tornillos (ADZ) por soporte de techo. Repetir este

paso para el extremo izquierdo del aguilón de entrada así como los dos extremos del aguilón trasero.
