Guidelines for use

• We recommend storage of the internal reference in small

aliquots to avoid more than 5 freeze-thaw cycles.

• Test the reference as a sample.

• Each laboratory must determine the frequency of use. We

recommend, however, using an internal reference for each

experiment.

• Nous recommandons la conservation de la sentinelle en

petits aliquots de façon à éviter plus de 5 cycles de

congélation-décongélation.

• Cette sentinelle est à utiliser comme un échantillon.

• La fréquence d’utilisation est à déterminer par le laboratoire

utilisateur. Nous recommandons néanmoins d’utiliser un

traceur interne lors de chaque manipulation.
