Assemble your unit on a carpeted oor or on the empty carton to avoid scratching your unit or the oor.
Push twelve HIDDEN CAMS (S2) into the ENDS (A and B) and BOTTOM (D) as shown in the upper diagrams. Then, insert the
metal end of a CAM DOWEL (T2) into each HIDDEN CAM, except in the long edges of the ENDS (A and B).
Turn four CAM SCREWS (U2) into the FRONT LEGS (F and G) as shown in the lower right diagrams.

Carefully turn over the ENDS (A and B) and position them as shown with the surface without HIDDEN CAMS facing up.
Fasten the BACK LEGS (H) to the ENDS (A and B). Use six BLACK 1-7/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (AA).

Turn four BLACK 9/16” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (CC) into the ENDS (A and B) until the shoulder of the SCREWS rest on the surface
of the ENDS.
Slide the END MOLDINGS (N) onto the ENDS (A and B). Line up the groove in the MOLDINGS over the head of the SCREWS in
the ENDS.
Apply pressure with your hands as
you guide the MOLDINGS over
the SCREWS and onto the ENDS.

Fasten the CABINET RAILS (O and P) to the ENDS (A and B). Use four GOLD 5/16” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (DD) through holes
1 and 3.
NOTE: The CABINET RAILS are marked "CABINET RIGHT" and "CABINET LEFT" for easy identification.

Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the TOP (C) and BOTTOM (D). Tighten four HIDDEN CAMS.

Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges and lay the BACK (E) over your unit.
Make equal margins along the top and bottom edges of the BACK (E). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make
it “square”.
Fasten the BACK (E) to your unit using the NAILS (EE).
Using your hammer, gently tap a TACK GLIDE (Z) into the end of each LEG (F, G, and H).
Do not stand the unit upright without the
BACK fastened. The unit may collapse.

Insert the DRAWER SIDES (K and L) at an angle into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (I).
Slide the DRAWER BACK (J) into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (K and L) until the edge of the BACK is even with
the SIDES.

Slide the DRAWER BOTTOM (M) into the grooves in the DRAWER SIDES (K and L) and DRAWER FRONT (I).
Flip the drawer over and insert two CLIPS (W) into the groove in the DRAWER BACK (J) and wrap them over the DRAWER
BOTTOM (M). Tap a NAIL (EE) through each CLIP.
NOTE: The CLIPS should set in about 1” from the DRAWER SIDES.

Fasten the DRAWER SLIDES (Q and R) to the DRAWER SIDES (K and L). Use four GOLD 5/16” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (DD)
through holes #1 and #3.
NOTE: The DRAWER SLIDES are marked “DRAWER RIGHT” and “DRAWER LEFT” for easy identification.
NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE.

Carefully stand your unit upright.
To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawer down and drop the rollers on the drawer behind the rollers on the unit.
Lift the front of the drawer up and slide it into the unit.
Place the roller on the SLIDE
behind the roller on the RAIL.

To make adjustments to the drawer, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise.
Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front
will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawer this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONT line up
better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.
Loosen screw #3 a 1/4 turn, turn the cam a 1/4 turn
maximum in both the clockwise and counter-clockwise
directions to make adjustments, and then tighten screw #3.

higher your drawer front will be. The lower
the screw, the lower the drawer front.
