IMPORTANT

This I&M sheet has to be supplemented by the I&M sheet of the

solenoid. Both sheets are components of the product and must be

integrated into the operating instructions documentation covering

the installation or machine concerned. See separate solenoid I&M

instructions for information on electrical installation, explosion proof

classiﬁcation, temperature limitations, causes of improper electrical

operation and coil and solenoid replacement.

DESCRIPTION

Series 327 are direct operated 3/2 low power solenoid valves

of the balanced construction type. The body material is brass or

stainless steel.

INSTALLATION

ASCO components are intended to be used only within the techni-

cal characteristics as speciﬁed on the nameplate. Changes to the

equipment are only allowed after consulting the manufacturer or its

representative. Before installation depressurise the piping system

and clean internally. The equipment may be mounted in any position.

The ﬂow direction and pipe connection of valves are indicated

on the body.

The pipe connections have to be in accordance with the size

indicated on the nameplate and ﬁtted accordingly.

CAUTION:

• Reducingtheconnectionsmaycauseimproperoperationor

malfunctioning.

• Fortheprotectionoftheequipmentinstallastrainer or lter

suitable for the service involved in the inlet side as close to the

product as possible.

• Iftape,paste,sprayorasimilarlubricantisusedwhentightening,

avoid particles entering the system.

• Usepropertoolsandlocatewrenchesascloseaspossibletothe

connection point.

• To avoiddamageto the equipment,DO NOTOVERTIGHTEN

pipe connections.

• Donotusevalveorsolenoidasalever.

• Thepipeconnectionsshouldnotapplyanyforce,torqueorstrain

to the product.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

In case of electrical connections, they are only to be made by

trained personnel and have to be in accordance with the local

regulations and standards.

CAUTION:

• Turn off electrical powersupplyandde-energise theelectrical

circuit and voltage carrying parts before starting work.

• Allelectricalscrewterminalsmustbeproperlytightenedaccording

to the standards before putting into service.

• Dependentupon the voltage electrical components must be

provided with an earth connection and satisfy local regulations

and standards.

PUTTING INTO SERVICE

Before pressurising the system, ﬁrst carry-out an electrical test. In

case of solenoid valves, energise the coil a few times and notice a

mufﬂed click signifying the solenoid operation. The exact determina-

tion of the sound level can only be carried out by the user having the

valve installed in his system.

and adapter for under pressure removable operators MO and MS

mountaMOorMSandoperatethevalve.DismounttheMOorMS

and mount the plug to avoid unauthorised operation.

SERVICE

Most of the solenoid valves are equipped with coils for continuous

duty service. To prevent the possibility of personal or property dam-

age do not touch the solenoid which can become hot under normal

operation conditions. If the solenoid valve is easily accessible, the

installer must provide protection preventing accidental contact.

MANUAL OPERATION

There are four optional manual operators:

1. Push type, spring return, sufﬁx MO: Push the button to switch the

valvemanuallytothe“ON”position.Releasebuttontoreturnto

the“OFF”position.

2. Screw type manually return, sufﬁx MS: Push and turn knob

clockwise to switch valve manually to the “ON” position. Turn knob

counterclockwisetoreturnto“OFF”position.

3. No Voltage Release (NVR): The valve will not operate by only

energizingthesolenoid.Energizethesolenoidandpushbutton

momentarily to switch and latch the valve in the “ON” position. The

valvewillunlatch(returntothe“OFF”position)incaseofelectrical

power interruption.

4. An adapter for under pressure removable operators MO and MS,

accordingtoTPL-26710:Removethe plugof the adapter and

mounttheMO,KIT325323,(withoutsealsandspring)orMS,KIT

325324; the system can be kept under pressure. Operate the MO

andMSasdescribedabove.Removethemanualoperatorand

reﬁt the plug.

SOUND EMISSION

The emission of sound depends on the application, medium and

nature of the equipment used. The exact determination of the

sound level can only be carried out by the user having the valve

installed in his system.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of ASCO products is dependent on service condi-

tions. Periodic cleaning is recommended, the timing of which will

dependonthemediaandserviceconditions.HandletheMOand

MSKitwithcaretoavoiddamage.Duringservicing,components

should be examined for excessive wear. A complete set of internal

parts is available as a spare parts kit. If a problem occurs during

installation/maintenance or in case of doubt please contact ASCO

or authorised representatives.

VALVE DISASSEMBLY

Disassembleinanorderlyfashion.Paycarefulattentiontoexplodedviews

provided for identiﬁcation of parts.

1. Unscrew the operator from the adapter and remove the O-ring.

2.Removethetopsupportwasher,unscrewtheadapterfromthe

valve body and remove the O-ring.

3.Removetopspring.

4.Pulloutcoresub-assembly.Removegasket.

5. All parts are now accessible for cleaning or replacement.

VALVE REASSEMBLY

Reassembleinreverseorderofdisassemblypayingcarefulattention

to exploded views provided for identiﬁcation and placement of parts.

1.NOTE: Lubricateall gaskets/O-rings with highqualitysilicone

grease.

2. Snap gasket into the groove of the core sub-assembly (pay atten-

tiontothecorrectsize).

3. Place core sub-assembly into body cavity and push it gently down

until the gasket just seals in the cavity of the body.

4.ReplacesolenoidbaseO-ringandtopspring(placeclosedend

ontop).

5.Fittheadapterandtightenittothecorrecttorquesetting.This

forces the plunger into the correct position.

6. Now ﬁt the O-ring, place the top support washer in position and

reﬁt the operator, tightening it to the correct torque setting.

7.ReplaceManualoperator;torqueaccordingtotorquechart,apply

Loctite

243 for the adapter.

8. Install spring washer, coil, spacer and retaining clip.

9. After maintenance, operate the valve a few times to be sure of

proper operation.

NOTE:Forthestainlesssteelconstructionsitishighlyrecommended

to use a suitable anti-seize lubricant to avoid galling.

MISE EN SERVICE

Avantdemettrelecircuitsouspression,effectuerunessaiélectrique.

Danslecasd’électrovannes,mettrelabobinesoustensionplusieurs

foisetécouterleclicsourdquisignalelefonctionnementdelatête

magnétiqueetlanaturedumatérielutilisé.L’utilisateurne pourra

déterminer avecprécision le niveausonore émis qu’après avoir

montélecomposantsurl’installation.

Pourtester le système une foispressurisé avec les bobines et

l’adaptateurhorstensionpourdescommandes amovibles sous

pression MO et MS, monter un MO ou MS et faire fonctionner la

vanne.Démonter laMO ouMS etmonter lache pouréviter un

fonctionnementnonautorisé.

FONCTIONNEMENT

Laplupart des électrovannescomportentdes bobinages prévus

pourmisesoustensionpermanente.Pourévitertoutebrûlure,ne

pastoucherlatêtemagnétiquequi,enfonctionnementnormaleten

permanencesoustension,peutatteindreunetempératureélevée.

Sil’électrovanneestfacilementaccessible,l’installateurdoitprévoir

uneprotectionempêchanttoutcontactaccidentel.

FONCTIONNEMENT MANUEL

Ilexistequatreopérateursmanuelsenoption:

1. Type poussoir, ressort de retour, sufﬁx MO: Appuyer sur le

bouton pour commuter manuellement la vanne sur la position

«ON»(soustension).Relâcherleboutonpourrevenirenposition

«OFF»(horstension).

2. Type à visser, retour manuel, suffix MS: Appuyer sur le

boutonet le tournerdans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre

afin de commuter manuellement la vanne sur la position

«ON » (sous tension).Tourner le bouton danslesens in-

versedes aiguilles d’une montre pour reveniren position

«OFF»(horstension)

3. Pas de libération de tension (NVR): La vanne ne fonctionnera pas

sionmetseulementlesolénoïdesoustension.Mettrelesolénoïde

soustension et pousser sur le bouton momentanément pour

commuter et encliqueter la vanne sur la position « ON » (sous

tension).Lavanneresteraenpositionnoncliquetée(retouràla

position«OFF»-horstension)encasdecoupuredecourant.

4. Un adaptateur pour des commandes amovibles sous pression MO

et MS, selon TPL-26710 : Retirerlachedel’adaptateuretmonter

laMO,KIT325323,(sansjointsetressort)ouMS,KIT325324;le

systèmepeutêtregardésouspression.FairefonctionnerlesMO

etMScommementionnéci-dessus.Ôterlacommandemanuelle

et replacer la ﬁche.

BRUIT DE FONCTIONNEMENT

Lebruit defonctionnementvarieselon l’utilisation,le uideet le

typedematérielemployé.L’utilisateurnepourradétermineravec

précisionleniveausonoreémisqu’aprèsavoirmontélecomposant

surl’installation.

ENTRETIEN

L’entretiennécessaireauxproduitsASCOvarieavecleurscondi-

tionsd’utilisation.Il est souhaitable de procéder à un nettoyage

périodique dont l’intervalle variesuivant la nature du uide,les

conditions de fonctionnement et le milieu ambiant. Tenir le kit MO

etMSsoigneusementpouréviterlesdégâts.Lorsdel’intervention,

lescomposantsdoiventêtreexaminéspourdétectertouteusure

excessive.Unensembledepiècesinternesestproposéenpièces

derechangepourprocéderàlaréfection.Encasdeproblèmelors

du montage/entretien ou en cas de doute, veuillez contacter ASCO

DEMONTAGE DE LA VANNE

Démonterensuivantl’ordreindiqésurlesvuesenéclatéfournies

danslapochetteetdestinéesàl’identicationdespièces.

1.Dévisserl’opérateurdel’adaptateuretôterlejointtorique.

2.Ôterlabaguedeséparationsupérieureetdévisserl’adaptateur

ducorpsdelavannepuisôterlejointtorique.

3.Ôterleressortsupérieur.

4.Extrairelesous-ensembledenoyau.Ôterlejointd’étanchéité.

5.Vouspouvez dès à présent nettoyerou remplacer toutes les

pièces.

REMONTAGE DE LA VANNE

Remonterensensinverse.

1.NOTE:Lubriertouslesjointsd’étanchéité/jointstoriquesavec

delagraissesiliconedehautequalité.

2.Encliqueterlejointd’étanchéitédanslarainuredusous-ensemble

denoyau(veilleràcequelataillecorresponde).

3.Placerlesous-ensembledenoyaudanslacavitéducorpsetle

descendredélicatementenlepoussantjusqu’aumomentoùle

jointd’étanchéitéfermehermétiquementlacavitéducorps.

4.Remplacerle joint d’étanchéitéde la base du solénoïde etle

ressortsupérieur(placeruneextrémitéferméesurlesommet).

5.Monterl’adaptateuretlevissersuivantleboncoupledeserrage.

Cefaisant,lesous-ensembledenoyauestégalementpoussé

dans la bonne position.

6.Monteràprésentlejointtorique,replacerlabaguedeséparation

supérieure et monterl’opérateur puis le visser suivantle bon

couple de serrage.

7.Replacerlacommandemanuelle;laraccorderselonleschéma

de couple, mettre du Loctite

243surl’adaptateur.

8.Installerlarondelleélastique,labobine,labagued’espacement

et le clip de maintien.

Aprèsl’entretien,fairefonctionnerlavannequelquesfois

andes’assurerqu’elles’ouvreetsefermecorrectement.

REMARQUE:Pourles constructionsen acier inoxydable,il est

fortementrecommandéd’utiliserunlubriantantigrippantcorrect.

ACHTUNG:

• EineReduzierungderAnschlüssekannzuLeistungs-undFunk-

tionsminderungen führen.

• ZumSchutz derVentilesollten für die Betriebsbedingungen

• BeiAbdichtung am Gewinde ist daraufzu achten, daß kein

DichtungsmaterialindieRohrleitungoderdasVentilgelangt.

INBETRIEBNAHME

Vor Druckbeaufschlagung des Produktes sollteeine elektrische

Funktionsprüfungerfolgen. Bei MagnetventilenSpannungan der

Magnetspulemehrmalsein-undausschalten.Esmußeingedämpftes

Klickenzuhörensein,dasdieMagnetkopfbetätigungunddieArtdes

verwendetenGerätsanzeigt.DieexakteBestimmungdesGeräusch-

pegelskannausdiesemGrundnurdurchdiePersondurchgeführt

werden,diedasVentilindasjeweiligeSystemeingebauthat.

ZumTestendesSystemsbeiDruckbeaufschlagungmitspannungslo-

senSpulenundZwischenstückfürentfernbareBetätigungselemente

MOundMSunterDruckeinMOoderMSmontierenunddasVentil

betätigen.MOoderMSdemontierenundden Stopfenmontieren,

um unbefugten Betrieb zu verhindern.

BETRIEB

DiemeistenMagnetventilesindmit Spulenfür Dauerbetriebaus-

gerüstet.ZurVermeidungvonPersonen-und Sachschädensollte

jede Berührung der Magnetspule vermieden werden, da diese unter

normalenBetriebsbedingungensehrheißwerdenkann.Beileicht

zugänglichemMagnetventilsolltevomInstallateureinSchutzvorge-

sehen werden, um jegliches versehentliches Berühren zu vermeiden.

MANUELLE BETÄTIGUNG

EsgibtvieroptionalemanuelleBetätigungselemente:

1. Druckausführung, Rückstellung durch Feder, Nachsatz x MO:Den

Knopfdrücken,umdasVentilmanuellindiePosition“ON”zuschal-

ten.DenKnopfloslassen,umzurPosition“OFF”zurückzukehren.

2. Schraubausführung manuelle Rückstellung, Nachsatz x MS:

DenKnopfdrückenundimUhrzeigersinndrehen,umdasVentil

manuellindiePosition“ON”zuschalten.DenKnopfentgegendem

Uhrzeigersinndrehen,umzurPosition“OFF”zurückzukehren.

3. No Voltage Release (NVR): DasVentilarbeitetnicht,indemnur

der Magnetkopf unter Spannung gesetzt wird. Spannung an den

MagnetkopfanlegenundsofortdenKnopfdrücken,umdasVentil

indiePosition“ON”zuschaltenunddortzuverriegeln.DasVentil

wirdentriegelt(undkehrtindiePosition“OFF”zurück),wenndie

Spannung unterbrochen wird.

4. Ein Zwischenstück für Betätigungselemente MO und MS unter

Druck, gemäß TPL-26710: StopfendesZwischenstücksentfernen

undMO,KIT325323(ohneDichtungenundFeder)oderMS,KIT

325324montieren.DassSystemkannunterDruckbleiben.MO

undMSwieobenbeschriebenbetätigen.ManuellesBetätigungs-

element entfernen und Stopfen wieder anbringen.

GERÄUSCHEMISSION

DieGeräuschemission hängt sehr starkvom Anwendungsfall,

dem Medium, mit denen das Produkt beaufschlagt wird, und der

Art des verwendetenProduktes ab.Dieexakte Bestimmungdes

GeräuschpegelskannausdiesemGrundnurdurchdiePersondurch-

geführtwerden,diedasVentilindasjeweiligeSystemeingebauthat.

WARTUNG

DieWartunghängtvondenBetriebsbedingungenab.Eswirdempfoh-

len,dasProduktregelmäßigzureinigen,wobeisichdieZeitabstände

nach dem Medium und den Betriebsbedingungen richten. MO- und

MS-Kitvorsichtigbehandeln,umSchädenzuvermeiden.Während

derWartungsolltendieKomponentenaufübermäßigenVerschleiß

überprüft werden.Für die Überholung der ASCO-Produkte sind

kompletteSätze mit internenTeilen als Ersatzteilsätzeerhältlich.

TretenSchwierigkeitenbeiEinbau,BetrieboderWartungaufsowie

beiUnklarheiten,istmitASCORücksprachezuhalten.

VENTILDEMONTAGE

DasVentil muß in der angegebenen Reihenfolgezerlegt werden.

DabeisinddieTeile exaktanhand der mitgelieferten Explosions-

zeichnungen zu identiﬁzieren.

1.Das Betätigungselement vomAdapter losschrauben und den

O-Ringentfernen.

2.DenoberenLaufringentfernen,denAdaptervomVentilgehäuse

abschraubenunddenO-Ringentfernen.

3.ObereFederentfernen.

4.Magnetankerbaugruppeherausziehen.Dichtungentfernen.

5.AlleTeile sind nun zu Reinigungs- oder Austauschzwecken

zugänglich.

VENTILZUSAMMENBAU

VentilinderumgekehrtenReihenfolgewiebeiderDemontagezusam-

menbauen.DabeisinddieTeileanhandderExplosionszeichnungen

zu identiﬁzieren und anzuordnen.

1.HINWEIS:AlleDichtungen/Dichtungsringesindmithochwertigem

Silikonfett zu schmieren.

2.DichtungindieRilleanderMagnetankerbaugruppeeinsetzen(auf

korrekteGrößeachten).

3.MagnetankerbaugruppeindasGehäuseeinsetzenundvorsichtig

nachuntenschieben,bisdieDichtungdieVertiefungimGehäuse

gerade abdichtet.

4.Haltemutter-Dichtungsring und obereFederwieder anbringen

(geschlossenesEndeoben).

5.DenAdapterwiedermontierenundmitdemkorrektenDrehmoment

anziehen.DadurchwirdauchderKolbenindiekorrektePosition

geschoben.

6.JetztdenO-Ringmontieren,denoberenLaufringwiederanbrin-

gen,dasBetätigungselementmontierenundmitdemkorrekten

Drehmomentanziehen.

7.ManuellesBetätigungselementwiedereinsetzenundentsprechend

denAngabenimDrehmomentdiagrammanziehen.Loctite

243 für

dasZwischenstückaufbringen.

8.Federscheibe,Spule,DistanzstückundKlammerhalterunganbrin-

gen.

9.NachderWartungVentilmehrmalsbetätigen,umsicherzustellen,

daßesordnungsgemäßfunktioniert.

solenoide. Ambas hojas son componentes del producto y deben

estar integradas en la documentación de las instrucciones de fun-

cionamiento que cubren la instalación o máquina correspondiente.

Consultelasinstruccionesdeinstalaciónymantenimiento(I&M)del

solenoide, por separado, así como la clasiﬁcación antideﬂagrante,

las limitaciones de temperatura, los motivos de un funcionamiento

eléctricoincorrectoylasustitucióndelabobinayelsolenoide.

DESCRIPCION

La serie 327 está formada por válvulas de solenoide 3/2 ﬂujo básico

demandodirecto,deltipoconstrucciónequilibrada.Elmaterialdel

cuerpo es de bronce o acero inoxidable.

INSTALACION

Los componentes ASCO sólo deben utilizarse dentro de las especiﬁ-

cacionestécnicasqueseespecicanensuplacadecaracterísticas.

Loscambios en el equipo sólo estarán permitidosdespués de

consultar al fabricante o a su representante. Antes de la instalación,

despresuriceelsistemadetuberíasylimpieinternamente.Elequipo

puede utilizarse en cualquier posición.

Enelcuerposeindicanelsentidodeluidoylaconexióndelas

válvulas a la tubería.

Las conexiones a la tubería deben corresponder al tamaño indicado

en la placa de características y ajustarse adecuadamente.

PRECAUCION:

• Lareducción de las conexiones puede causar operaciones

incorrectas o defectos de funcionamiento.

• Paralaproteccióndelequiposedebeinstalarenlapartedela

entrada y tan cerca como sea posible del producto un ﬁltro o

tamizador adecuado para el servicio.

• Siseutilizaracinta,pasta,sprayuotroslubricantesenelajuste,

se debe evitar que entren partículas en el producto.

• Sedebeutilizarlasherramientasadecuadasycolocarllaveslo

más cerca posible del punto de conexión.

• Paraevitardañosalequipo,NOFORZARlasconexionesala

tubería.

• Noutilizarlaválvulaoelsolenoidecomopalanca.

• Lasconexionesalatuberíanoproduciránningunafuerza,apriete

o tensión sobre el producto.

CONEXION ELECTRICA

Encasoderequerirseconexioneseléctricas,estasseránrealiza-

das por personal cualiﬁcado y deberán adaptarse a las normas y

regulaciones locales.

PRECAUCION:

• Antesdecomenzareltrabajo,desconecteelsuministrodeenergía

eléctrica y desenergice el circuito electrónico y los elementos

portadores de tensión.

• Todoslosterminaleseléctricosdebenestarapretadosadecua-

damente según normas antes de su puesta en servicio.

• Segúnelvoltaje,loscomponenteselectrónicosdebendisponer

de una conexión a tierra y satisfacer las normas y regulaciones

locales.

PUESTA EN MARCHA

Antes de aplicar presión al sistema, lleve a cabo primero una prueba

eléctrica.Enelcasodeválvulassolenoide,activelabobinaunas

cuantas veces y observe un “clic” que indica el funcionamiento del

solenoide y la naturaleza del equipo usado. La determinación exacta

del nivel de sonido sólo puede realizarla el usuario con la válvula

instalada en su sistema.

Para probar el sistema al aplicar presión con bobinas desactivadas

y adaptador para los operadores MO y MS bajo presión, monte un

MOoMSyaccionelaválvula.DesmonteelMOoMSycoloqueel

obturador para evitar que se utilice sin autorización.

SERVICIO

La mayor parte de las válvulas solenoides se suministran con

bobinas para un servicio continuo. Con el ﬁn de evitar la posibilidad

de daños personales o materiales no se debe tocar el solenoide, ya

que puede haberse calentado en condiciones normales de trabajo.

Si la electroválvula es de fácil acceso, el instalador debe prever una

protección que impida cualquier contacto accidental.

FUNCIONAMIENTO MANUAL

Haycuatrooperadoresmanualesopcionales:

1. Tipo Presión, retorno de muelle, suﬁjo MO: Pulse el botón para

poner la válvula manualmente en la posición “ON”. Suelte el botón

paravolveralaposición“OFF”.

2. Tipo tornillo, retorno manual, suﬁjo MS: Pulse y gire el botón en

sentido horario para poner la válvula manualmente en la posición

“ON”.Gireelbotónensentidoantihorarioparavolveralaposición

“OFF”.

3. Sin liberación de tensión (NVR): La válvula no funcionará sola-

menteenergizandoelsolenoide.Energiceelsolenoideypulse

el botón momentáneamente para conmutar y ﬁjar la válvula en

la posición “ON”. La válvula se liberará (volviendo a la posición

“OFF”)encasodeinterrupcióndelaenergíaeléctrica.

4. Un adaptador para operadores MO y MS bajo presión, conforme

con TPL-26710: RetireelobturadordeladaptadorymonteelMO,

KIT325323,(sinjuntasniresorte)oMS,KIT325324;elsistema

puede mantenerse bajo presión. Accione el MO y MS como se ha

indicadoanteriormente.Desmonteeloperadormanualyvuelva

a colocar el obturador.

EMISION DE RUIDOS

La emisión de ruidos depende de la aplicación, medio y naturaleza

del equipo utilizado. Una determinación exacta del nivel de ruido

solamente se puede llevar a cabo por el usuario que disponga la

válvula instalada en su sistema.

MANTENIMIENTO

ElmantenimientodelosproductosASCOdependedelascondicio-

nes de servicio. Se recomienda una limpieza periódica, dependiendo

de las condiciones del medio y del servicio. Manipule el kit MO y MS

concuidadoparaevitardaños.Duranteelservicio,loscomponentes

deben ser examinados por si hubiera desgastes excesivos. Se

dispone de un juego completo de partes internas como recambio.

Si ocurriera un problema durante la instalación/mantenimiento o en

caso de duda contactar con ASCO o representantes autorizados.

DESMONTAJE DE LA VALVULA

Desmontelaválvulaordenadamente.Preste especialatencióna

las vistas ampliadas que se suministran para identiﬁcar las partes.

1.Destornilleeloperadordeladaptadoryquitelajunta.

2.Quitelaarandeladeseparaciónsuperiorydestornilleeladaptador

del cuerpo y quite la junta.

3.Retireelresortesuperior.

4.Tiredelconjuntodelnúcleo.Retirelaguarnición.

5. Ahora se puede acceder a todas las piezas para limpieza y

sustitución.

REMONTAJE DE LA VALVULA

Vuelva a montar la válvula en elordeninversodedesmontaje

prestando especial atención a las vistas ampliadas suministradas

para identiﬁcar e instalar las partes.

1. NOTA: Lubrique todas las guarniciones/juntas con grasa de

silicona de buena calidad.

2. Inserte la guarnición en el surco del conjunto del núcleo (tenga

cuidadodeutilizareltamañocorrecto).

3.Coloqueelconjuntodelnúcleoenlacavidaddelcuerpoyllévelo

suavemente hacia abajo hasta que la guarnición selle en la

cavidad del cuerpo.

4.Vuelvaacolocarlajuntadelabasedelsolenoideyelresorte

superior(coloqueelextremocerradoenlapartesuperior).

5. Monte el adaptador y atorníllelo usando el par de sujeción co-

rrecto.Estotambiénllevaráelconjuntodelnúcleoasuposición

correcta.

6. A continuación monte la junta, otra vez monte la arandela de

separación superior y monte el operador y ajústelo con el par de

sujeción correcto.

7.Reemplaceeloperadormanual,aprietesegúnelcuadrodepares

de apriete y aplique Loctite

243 al adaptador.

8. Monte la arandela de resorte, la bobina, el separador y la pinza

de retención.

9.Despuésderealizadoelmantenimiento,operelaválvulaunas

cuantas veces para asegurarse de su correcto funcionamiento.

NOTA: Para las construcciones de acero inoxidable se recomienda

utilizar un lubricante antiagarrotamiento adecuado para evitar el

desgaste por rozamiento.
