Intended use

Your Black & Decker appliance is intended for chopping and

blending soft food. Do not attempt grinding of nuts, peas and

other hard food stuff.

Do not use this appliance for any other purpose. This

product is intended for indoor household use only.

or adjustment.

• Do not connect this product to the timer to avoid danger.

• To protect against electrical shock ,do not immerse cord

• When the product is working, it is strictly forbidden to

extend your ﬁnger or sharp object into the feeding tube

to avoid injury or damage to the product.

motor has stopped completely.

Using your appliance

• Always take care when using the appliance.

• Never pull the power supply cord to disconnect the plug

from the socket. Keep the power supply cord away from

heat, oil and sharp edges.

• Do not place the appliance on or near heat sources or in

a heated oven.

• Do not use the appliance outdoors.

• Always protect the motor unit from water or excessive

humidity.

• If the power supply cord is damaged during use,

disconnect the appliance from the power supply

immediately. Do not touch the power supply cord before

disconnecting from the power supply.

• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply when

not in use, before ﬁtting or removing parts and before

cleaning.

• Never let the appliance operate unattended.

• Never reach into the jar with your ﬁngers or an object

while the appliance is running.

• Only remove the jar after you have switched the

appliance off and any moving parts have stopped.

• Do not touch the cutting blades.

• Keep any loose clothing or long hair away from the

feeding tube and any moving parts.

• Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting

blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table,

counter, or touch hot surfaces.

• Guide the power supply cord neatly so it does not hang

over the edge of a worktop and cannot be caught

accidentally or tripped over.

• Misuse could cause injury

emptying the bowl and during cleaning

• This appliance shall not be used by children, Keep the

appliance and its cord out of reach of children

• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply

before changing accessories or approaching parts that

move in use.

• Hold the plug and insert it on the socket reposefully.

• Hold the plug and pull it out of the socket reposefully.

• Please do not use iron objects to scratch the machine.

• After use, pull out the plug, otherwise it may be the risk

of electric shock or leakage.

• The product cannot be used to process hard food, such

as: meat with bones, coffee bean, black pepper,

Chinese prickly ash or ice cake.

• Before putting ingredients into the bowl, conﬁrm that the

blade is in position or not. If the blade cannot run or is

running slowly, pull out the plug, and check whether

there is any obstacle. Take out the obstacle if there is

any.

• After putting ingredients into the bowl, conﬁrm that the

blade is in position, and if the blade does not run quickly

in a few seconds, pull out the plug, use again after

taking out the extra ingredients.

• Blade is very sharp. Please do not touch the blade

directly with your hand and hold the arbor on the blade

when you remove it.

• Never run the appliance continuously for more than 30

seconds. After working for 30 seconds, rest the

appliance for 2 minutes for a break.

• Continuous work of 3 cycles must be stopped for a 15

minute break and wait for the motor to cool down to

room temperature before working again.

• In case of a damaged power supply cord, to avoid

danger, replacement must be performed by the

manufacturer or its service department or similar

professionals.

• The blade is sharp. TAKE CARE.

• After use, please remove the power plug from the power

outlet in time.

• For safety, please wear gloves to disassemble the

blade.

• Please assemble the blade with knife set after cleaning

and drying, the blades are very sharp, please take care.

• All accessories can be washed in soapy water or in a

dishwashing liquid. To protect against scratch of

machine, do not use steel wire ball.

• Never immerse the motor unit or put in under running

water. Simply wipe it clean with a damp sponge.

• If the machine is not going to be used for a long time,

please store this machine at a dry and well-ventilated

place to prevent the motor from being damped and going

moldy.

Safety of others

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,

unless they have been given supervision or instruction

rubber grip should be placed under the chopper jar to

prevent slipping during use.

defective parts. Check for breakage of parts, damage to

switches and any other conditions that may affect its

Before use, check the mains voltage corresponds to the

Mains plug replacement

If a new mains plug needs to be ﬁtted:

• Safely dispose of the old plug

• Connect the brown lead to the live terminal of the new

plug

• Connect the blue lead to the neutral terminal

• If the product is class I (earthed), connect the

green/yellow lead to the earth terminal

Troubleshooting guide

Before calling the Customer Service Number, carefully check

the list below for a possible solution to your question.

Maintenance & cleaning

• Switch the appliance off, remove the plug from the

power socket and wait until the blade has stopped

rotating.

• The appliance is easier to clean if you do so immediately

after use.

• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, acetone,

alcohol etc. to clean the appliance.

• Parts 5 & 6 ONLY are dishwasher safe.

• Parts 3,4 & 7 are NOT dishwasher safe.

• Place the detachable plastic parts on the top tray of the

dishwasher. Make sure they are placed well away from

the heating element.

• All removable parts can be cleaned with a cleaning

brush in warm water with some washing-up liquid and

rinse them under the tap.

• Remove the dirty parts from the motor unit. Clean the

motor unit with a damp cloth.

Never immerse the motor unit in water nor rinse it under

the tap.

• Après avoir mis les ingrédients dans le bol, vériﬁez que

la lame est en position. Si la lame ne tourne pas

rapidement au bout de quelques secondes, débranchez

la ﬁche et redémarrez l’appareil après avoir retiré l’excès

d’ingrédients.

• La lame est très coupante. Veuillez ne pas toucher la

lame directement avec votre main et tenir l’arbre de la

lame lorsque vous la retirez.

• N’utilisez pas la machine en continu pendant plus de 30

secondes. Après 30 secondes d’utilisation, laissez

l’appareil reposer pendant 2 minutes.

• Si vous utilisez l’appareil consécutivement 3 fois, faites

une pause de 15 minutes pour laisser le moteur refroidir

à la température de la pièce avant d’utiliser à nouveau

l’appareil.

• Si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé, pour éviter

tout danger, faites-le remplacer par le fabricant ou son

service après-vente ou des professionnels similaires.

• La lame est tranchante. FAITES ATTENTION.

• Après utilisation, veuillez débrancher le cordon

d’alimentation immédiatement.

• Par sécurité, veuillez porter des gants pour démonter la

lame.

• Veuillez assembler la lame avec le jeu de couteaux après

le nettoyage et le séchage. Les lames sont très

coupantes. Faites attention.

• Tous les accessoires peuvent être lavés à l’eau

savonneuse ou avec un liquide de vaisselle. Pour éviter

de rayer l’appareil, n’utilisez pas d’éponge en laine

d’acier.

Sécurité électrique

Avant l’utilisation, vériﬁez que la tension électrique

correspond à celle indiquée sur l’étiquette signalétique.

Cet appareil est doublement isolé conformément

à la norme EN 60335-2-14; par conséquent,

aucun câble de mise à la terre n’est nécessaire.

• Pour éviter les risques de décharges électriques, ne

plongez pas le cordon, la ﬁche ou le bloc moteur dans

l’eau ou tout autre liquide.

• Vériﬁez que la tension d’alimentation indiquée sur

l’étiquette signalétique de l’appareil correspond bien à

celle de votre installation électrique. Toute erreur de

branchement annulerait la garantie.

Remplacement de la ﬁche électrique

En cas d’installation d’une nouvelle ﬁche:

• Jetez l’ancienne ﬁche avec prudence

• Connectez le ﬁl marron sur la borne sous tension de la

nouvelle ﬁche

• Connectez le ﬁl bleu sur la borne neutre

• Si l’appareil est de classe I (mis à la terre), connectez le

ﬁl vert/jaune sur la borne terre

Avertissement! Si votre appareil est de classe II double

isolation (seulement 2 ﬁls dans le cordon), aucune

connexion n’est à faire sur la borne terre.

• Suivez les instructions de montage fournies avec les

ﬁches de bonne qualité.

• Tout fusible remplacé doit être du même calibre que le

fusible d’origine fourni avec l’appareil.

L’appareil doit être débranché avant de retirer le

bol.

Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil sans la lame

d’entrainement.

Conseils utiles

• Posez l’appareil sur un plan de travail propre et plat.

• Lorsque le hachage est terminé, débranchez l’appareil

de la prise électrique.

• Attendre l’arrêt complet des lames avant de soulever le

corps du hachoir du bol. Enlevez le couvercle et les

lames puis versez les ingrédients dans un récipient

approprié.

• Apres utilisation, le cordon de l’appareil peut être

enroulé autour de la partie supérieure du corps du

hachoir avant d’être rangé.

• Si votre hachoir est bloqué, arrêtez-le et débranchez-le

avant de le nettoyer.

Dépannage

Avant d’appeler le numéro d’assistance à la clientèle, vériﬁez

Entretien et nettoyage

• Eteignez l’appareil, retirez la ﬁche de la prise électrique

et attendez que la lame a cessé de tourner.

• Il est plus facile de nettoyer l’appareil immédiatement

après son utilisation.

• N’utilisez pas de produits abrasifs, de tampons à

récurer, de l’acétone, ou de l’alcool etc. pour nettoyer

l’appareil.

• Les parties 5 et 6 UNIQUEMENT vont au lave-vaisselle.

• Les pièces 3, 4 et 7 ne vont PAS au lave-vaisselle.

• Placez les pièces amovibles en plastique dans le panier

supérieur du lave-vaisselle. Assurez-vous qu’elles soient

placées à bonne distance de l’élément chauffant.

• Toutes les pièces amovibles peuvent être nettoyées à

l’eau savonneuse avec une brosse. Rincez-les sous le

robinet.

• Enlevez les parties sales du bloc moteur. Nettoyez le

bloc moteur avec un chiffon humide.

Ne plongez jamais le bloc moteur dans l’eau et ne le rincez

pas sous le robinet.
